Tonight a friend & I went to Juniper for the first time but it certainly won’t be our last visit. The restaurant is small, quaint & beautifully decorated. The staff was cordial, professional, attentive & extremely friendly. The food was spectacular. We shared the hummus appetizer which was served with farm fresh vegetables & warm pita bread. Both of us enjoyed one of the specials which was a salad with fresh vegetables, hard boiled egg, avocado, bacon & large grilled scallops. We shared an outrageously delicious piece of key lime pie with blueberries & freshly made coconut flavored whipped cream. We definitely plan to return to Juniper & highly recommend it.

Cozy little spot with an awesome menu and delicious food! Had the pea soup. Yum! And meatballs with pasta! The friends other dishes all looked equally delightful.

I stopped in because I wanted a coffee and a place to read with a human setting. Got both. A fresh pot and a comfortable table. I'll be back.

What a wonderful experience at Juniper! Such a sweet place and the service is fantastic! The owner and staff are so friendly. Attention is paid to every detail. I've been there twice, for lunch and for dinner. Super fresh ingredients. The baked fontina cheese is delicious! The French onion soup and meatloaf and melted cheddar sandwich were so good, I will be back for them again! My friend loved the steak and blue cheese sandwich, too! That's my next try. You have to get the carrot cake, it's to die for!

Me and my family went there last night for a girls night from a wild week and I just had to get up and write a review. Atmosphere was great! Very comforting, but also very nice. There is a good amount of options to choose from to a larger meal to something small and light,,, The food came out quick, hot, but honestly what made this place so great was the service! It’s very hard to find good service in places. we had one gentleman that had came up and we asked him a couple questions there were a couple things he didn’t know and he got right on it and came back right away and was so so incredibly professional and respectful, and that is great to see from someone young, the other waitress, however… I wish I got her name (small blond) because she was hands-down phenomenal !!! She was easy to speak to… her energy was amazing. Her personality was amazing… She gave great recommendations 10 out of 10… We plan on going back not only because the food was great but the service just put it over the top!!!

What a gem! In the middle of Greenwich NY, we found a wonderful eatery. The food was excellent and very fresh, well plated. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. Great service with friendly waitstaff as if we had been there many times before. My hubby and I were celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better place to do so. I cannot wait to go back and I am not waiting until our 39th anniversary!

Such a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff and ambiance. The food was perfect, my Mediterranean Shrimp dish was fabulous. Our children 5 and 3, loved the healthy apple, cheese, and crackers plate off the kids menu. Michelle you rock! keep up the good work. Jason

This place is amazing! There's something on the menu for everyone, it has a great vibe/cool decor, and the staff/service are friendly and attentive. Right from the start you are greeted and the staff makes you feel like they are happy that you're there! The food is delicious, there are specials to choose from, but the regular menu is excellent!

Three of us decided to try a new place (to us), Juniper. The menu included fresh takes on salads, sandwiches, and main courses. We each liked very much, and shared a delicious key lime pie for dessert. Smiles and promises to return all around.

Small & cozy but somehow also manages to be airy. On main street of Greenwich in old building with super high ceilings (possibly 12'). Nice selection of foods (thank goodness goodness, no "fast food" on their menu). Service is attentive but not intrusive. Coffee was very fresh & delicious. My husband had a salad with chicken. The chicken was cooked just right (not dry!) & salad dressing perfectly complemented! I had vegetarian gluten free salad with hummus, beets & quinoa (there were more salady things on it, just don't remember exactly what. Super delicious!!! The flavors blended perfectly. On street parking allowed for some window shopping & pleasant after meal stroll. There are tables for 2 or 4, but I'm sure they'd move some tables together for larger groups.

Warning - You will have a hard time deciding what to order at Juniper. EVERYTHING looks and sounds fantastic. My husband had one of the specials - a Monte Cristo sandwich and I had the Shrimp Salad. Mine was simply a flavor party in my mouth! I would highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Juniper absolutely deserves a full 5 stars. The lunch menu with regularly updated specials is exceptional. The dishes that I have tried tasted like they were made with genuine care. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, WOW. Overall, this is the kind of restaurant you want to return to again and again - consistently excellent service, relaxing, and satisfying.

I tried one of the specials, the Island Salmon Salad, and it was very flavorful and delicious. My only concern was that the salmon was slightly undercooked in the thickest part. The chef did come out and mention it while checking on tables, but I hadn’t reached the center of my salmon at that time, so I didn’t realize until later. Other than that, everything was great! I also enjoyed their coffee and cranberry juice. The other patrons around me seemed very happy with their meals and desserts, which says a lot about the consistency of the experience here. Overall, I’d definitely recommend trying this place—just a minor adjustment on the salmon cooking would make it a five-star experience!
