I really love this place to come with friends or even alone to read a book or do work. It has amazing specialty coffee and also their dishes are very tasty and healthy too. The people that work there are very attentive and it has a very cosy and nice vibe with all the plants. 10/10 recommend when you are in Americana
Love the vibes here. Super cozy, and the service is really good - attentive and very personable. I come here with my wife and kids for brunch, but also a nice spot to come and get some work done. The coffee is amazing, and basically anything off the menu is delicious. I love the French toast!
I absolutely love this cafe. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting—it’s the perfect spot to relax, read, or get some work done. Their coffee, especially the mocha frappé, is consistently excellent, and their pancakes are a must-try. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend stopping by!

Perfect little café. Food was excellent - apple pie pastry with omelette selva negra. Friendly staff and owner. And the café is really quite pretty. Perfect spot to bring the girlfriend or wife for a lazy morning brunch.
This is one of my favorite brunch spots in Guadalajara. The menu is small, but they do everything so well. Can't wait to go back.

This place is beautiful and the coffee is great! We only had dessert and coffee but would absolutely come back. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cozy, relax place to enjoy a cup of coffee and plate of various food dishes. Coffee and food are all good. There is only one person staffing the shop so expect to have lots of patience.
Stopped in to Pigmento Cafe on my first visit to Guadalajara, and was pleasantly surprised. Great food, coffee, staff, and atmosphere. I will put this on my list of places to visit when I come back to GDL!!
One of my favorite breakfast / brunch places in Guadalajara. The best chilaquiles (plain, without eggs or meat etc)
Love this restaurant. Went to breakfast and had the chilaquiles, a chai tea latte with almond milk, and banana oatmeal pancakes. Everything was delicious and the plates are beautifully presented red. The service is very good. The food is made fresh with natural ingredients so it takes a little bit of time for your food to come out but it is so worth it.

Super cute cafe! Bummed I didn’t try it sooner, the cream on the fruit bowl was amazing. It tasted like a mix between cheesecake and whipped cream, but wasn’t overly sweet. Amazing coffee as well!
A really nice and cozy place. The food was good, nothing crazy though :)
One of the sweetest little cafes that you can find in Colonia Americana , it is digital nomad friendly, has decent wifi and has great options for breakfast. I recommend getting the fruit bowl which is the best fruit bowl I’ve ever had! The staff are also very friendly and polite, its only a pity that it isn’t opened on Mondays :(
The food is good, the pigmento coffee is super tasty, it has become one of my favorites as of now. Good service, people is nice, helpful and courteous.
