Stopped by this McDonald’s and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Everything tasted just the way it should. A solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Will definitely come back!

Wanted ice cream but they ran out so we ordered ice slushy and they gave it to us with a spoon? Which was too big to actually scoop out any of the slush!

It's a McDonald's. I haven't been inside in years and it's not the one I'd normally order from, but drive through was easy and I had used the app to order so only had to pick up.

It's McDonalds, you are not going to get anything special, but I was never sick eating at any McDonalds. Food is ok. I am a senior. I have to watch what I eat even when I travel. I found McDonalds to be a good option. I order the Happy Meal. About 500 - 600 calories rather than 1500 and its enought for me. I give away the toy. Meal was less than $6.00

Bonne nourriture mais le plancher était pleins de déchets un peu partout sous les tables, toutes les tables sans exception étaient sales et je ne vous parle pas des salles de bain dégoûtantes, les contenents à serviettes hygiénique pleins et pas de papier de toilette! Une dame à du aller se plaindre pour qu'on lui lave une table qu'elle puisse s'asseoir pour manger et le jeune qui les a lavé jetait les papier de pailles et essuie tout par terre en l'avant au lieu de les ramasser! Je rajoute que ce n'était pas du tout dans une heure d'achalandage... il y avait empilement d'employé et de temps libre pour effectuer le nettoyage!!! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout!

Slowest service at 6 pm Sunday. 15 min to get an order for two happy meals and two adults ready. We were eating in and we had to go back for straws and then again for napkins and each time we had to wait for someone to show up at the cashier area . Freezing cold in the main area and too hot in The kids area - my kids left the Park sweating hard

The location is practical but it is often dirty inside. I prefer to order to go than eating in.

My son loved the park, everything was very clean, my husband says it is the cleanest McDonald's he has seen in Montreal, but there was no refill for the soft drinks, why or since when? In the one on Av Notre Dame we always make refills and the person was very rude when he told my husband, then another very kind lady offered him water, which my husband thanked and accepted. The liquid soap in the Macdonald bathrooms in general Smells terrible and I always comment that I should change it, it leaves my hands smelling horrible, my husband went to the bathroom with my son who he said was for men, women and the disabled and the bathroom did not close so my husband decided not to use it . I went to the other one, the one that was only for women and the disabled, and there the doors of the bathrooms did close, but the gap between the doors seve everything inward, super uncomfortable. The sink was full of wet paper and one of the bathrooms was really disgusting. The food was perfect, nothing to complain about. Yo fuí al otro el que era solo para mujeres y discapacitados y allí laspuertas delos baños si cerraban pero la rendija entre las puertas sevetodohacia adentro super incomodo. El Lavamanos estaba lleno de papel mojado y uno de los baños estaba verdaderamente asqueroso. La comida estabaperfecta nada para quejarse .

The tables were dirty; had to search for a table, best of the dirty ones for a sit in. Toilets were dirty. Not many people but guess short- staffed or what handling drive-in and sit-ins. Otherwise staff was courteous but not knowledgeable about the reward points or programs so could get no clarification.

Super long waiting time because I was paying cash. My fries were so salty I didn't eat them. I wanted an apple strudel and they had nothing in stock at 6 pm My hamburger burned i ate it because I was hungry.

I order 46$ of food for take out. Once I arrived home, I found out that the 20 pieces of nuggets was spilled out of the box. Many pieces end up in bottom of the bag. The worse is my cup of coffee was empty. Very disappointed.

Yikes, this specific mcdonalds should hold the record for most amount of orders screwed up in a row, it's incredible honestly! Ordered something spicy? You'll get a regular. Modified your order? Here's someone else's modified order. Paid for extra sauce? Oops! It's not there! What a circus ffs.

The speed of customer service is terrible, I waited about forty minutes to get a simple poutine, because they didn't have grilled chicken in stock and they didn't tell me this when I ordered. The automated ordering machine is also broken and the customer has to wait a long time to order.

McDonalds has gone down hill across the board. 100% of the time the orders are missing items. Ordered two trios yesterday. The drinks came 2/3 full. When we asked to have them filled the employee was visibly annoyed. Like sorry we want what we PAID FOR. Watching them work is like watching grass grow. Hustle is not in their vocabulary or work ethic. Not even hustle juat average human speed. If I provided the service these people did i would hide under a rock out of embarrassment.

The reviews are on point. Waited about 25 minutes to even get to the cashier with 3 cars ahead of me. Once there, he made me pay for someone else's order. Once the food was received. Cold, just cold. I would strongly advise you to go as far as possible from this place. Until they make a drastic change.

One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Waited parked for almost 30 minutes despite being the only car in the drive thru when I ordered. Then, when I went inside to request a refund, I waited in line for another 10 even tho I was the only one at the counter. When I was finally able to get an employees attention and asked for a refund explaining my situation, someone in the kitchen came to the cash and rudely tossed me my bag of food like I was inconveniencing him. Don't even waste your time at this place, garbage service, garbage food and garbage staff.

Has to be the slowest McDonald ever. Even other very busy locations got better. They did not. How can 8 people be swamped by 8 orders on the board and 4 car at the drive thru. Employees yelling at each other because Noone is doing what they're supposed to. Only one word, ridiculous. Tried them twice to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I won't go to this location for a few months or years.

We sat in the drive through for literally 30 minutes before someone took our order. It took three tries for the guy to understand no onions no mustard and added no ketchup even though that is not what we said. There were many cars in the drive through and they didn’t not even try to attend to us. Have had some poor McDonald’s experiences but this takes the cake. I wish I knew the name of the employee to complain about them directly. Just save your time and money and go to A&W down the street

I was waiting for someone who come and clean the table while all the tables are dirty in chlidren room( play room ) After 10 min no one came , and kids started eating the foods on the tables . C’est le service au volant le plus nul que j’ai jamais eu. d’abord j’ai commandé un plat plus deux jus d’orange. je paye à la première fenêtre. Arrivé à la deuxième on me redemande de payer car le premier payement n’était pas passé. je repaye donc, on me donne mon sac et je vais au parking pour manger et là je découvre que les deux jus et la Facture y sont absents je vais donc les reprendre et Plus tard je vérifie ma carte de crédit et je découvre qu’en fait le Premier payement était déjà passé 11,20$ je vais alors exiger un remboursement on me donne une facture de remboursement et on me fait un soit disant “remboursement” qui n’a jamais réussi car je n’ai jamais eu le remboursement. Je ne vous recommande pas ce restaurant c’est de la pourriture le service au volant.

People are nice. Service is usually a little slow in the morning. This morning was told their kitchen was closed. Mcdonalds general quality has really declined. This doesn't seem to justify the skyrocketing prices.

If like to wait too long in the morning come here and drink coffee that tastes like dirt. I timed myself this morning on the way to the airport. Arrived in drive through at 5:20. There were 3 cars ahead of me. I picked up my order at 5:37. And then I took a sip of my coffee and poured it out on St.Jacques because it tasted like a mix of dirt and old coffee filters. Do not go here. They are not family or children friendly. The customer service sucked. They give you food that has been sitting and getting hard for hours. And they retract how much they put in your meal as if you’re not the one paying for it.

Has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in Montreal. It’s very common to wait 10 minutes for 1 drink. If you order and want to have it brought to your car, you often have to actually walk inside to get it because they’re overwhelmed with the 1 person they have in the drive thru. Not sure how a group of 10 teens can be so incompetent. I waited 6 minutes one morning around 5am for a coffee, when there was no one else waiting anywhere. The restaurant is disgusting and the bathrooms also leave much to be desired. The food is often very cold and you will often get mistakes in your order. The people working there don’t care, which is common with minimum wage employees, but we all know that some McDonald’s have better ratings than this one does. Not sure how it’s kept running.

We asked for extra pickles and they only added 2 sml pieces on a burger that only comes with 2 pieces.

J'ai été à la commande à l'auto vers 14:45 et personne ne m'a servi. Nous sommes 3 clients qui sont parti les mains vides.

The worst worst worst experience ever. The cashier in the drive through is extremely not helpful. I waited in the car line for almost 15 mints and with my one year daughter i missed the area where to border. I reached to the cashier and explained to him and he said i cant do anything for you. Go do the line again. I HAVENT HATED MACDONALD as much as I hate it today and certainly i will never do business with them neither my family.

L'imprimante du panneau de commande ne fonctionne pas. J'ai également payé pour quatre menus Joyeux Festin, et ils étaient incomplets : il manquait le yaourt. Au lieu de lait chocolaté, on nous a servi du lait nature. De plus, le jeune homme qui s'occupait du chauffe-hamburgers a jeté un morceau de papier à la poubelle et il l'avit pousse avec la pelle d'hamburgers. Il semble ignorer tout des risques de contamination croisée. Par ailleurs, il se frottait les mains partout sans gants. Manque d'hygiène alimentaire.Je me demande s'ils ont fait les cours en hygiène et salubrité en restauration. J'ai conservé le numéro de commande 1088, au cas où le responsable souhaiterait me parler.

L’une des employées était très impolie. Lorsque j’ai pris mon café et que je l’ai remerciée, elle n’a même pas répondu à mon remerciement. Elle s’est comportée de manière irrespectueuse et peu amicale. Je suis vraiment désolé(e) de constater qu’il n’y a aucun contrôle sur le comportement du personnel.

Ce Macdonald ne traite pas correctement les livreurs. Attente excessive, manque de communication et peu de respect. Ce genre de comportement nuit aussi bien aux clients qu’aux livreurs.

DO NOT order from here. They constantly forget additions and whole combo items. They have forgotten, the burgers, fries and drinks on separate occasions.

Je suis allé récupérer une commande au McDonald’s situé au 7270 rue Saint-Jacques Ouest à Montréal, le soir du 3 decembre vers 20h50. On m’a d’abord dit d’attendre parce que ma commande n’était pas prête. J’ai attendu environ 20 minutes, puis une employée est venue m’informer que je devais annuler moi-même la commande, car quelqu’un d’autre l’avait reçue par erreur. Je lui ai expliqué calmement que ce n’était pas de ma faute si le restaurant avait donné ma commande à une autre personne. J’étais même prêt à attendre qu’ils en préparent une nouvelle. Mais au lieu d’aider, l’employée a commencé à me parler de façon très irrespectueuse, à faire des grimaces et à m’ignorer. Elle m’a même dit qu’elle “n’avait pas le temps pour moi”. Les autres clients présents dans la file ont remarqué son attitude et lui ont dit de parler correctement aux gens. Elle est ensuite partie se cacher à l’arrière et a refusé de revenir me parler. Quand j’ai demandé son nom, aucun employé n’a voulu me répondre. Ils se sont même moqués de moi en disant qu’ils allaient “aller la chercher” puis en partant sans revenir. Un autre employé est finalement venu en affirmant qu’il était le manager, alors que l’employée m’avait dit qu’elle était la gérante. Quand j’ai demandé son nom, il a refusé lui aussi. Aucun employé ne portait de nametag. Au final, on m’a simplement dit d’annuler la commande, ce qui me pénalise dans l’application, alors que ce n’est pas moi qui ai fait l’erreur. Je suis vraiment choqué par le manque de respect, le refus d’aider et l’attitude moqueuse du personnel. Comment peut-on embaucher des gens qui parlent mal aux clients, qui les ignorent et qui refusent d’assumer leurs responsabilités ? Un minimum de politesse et de professionnalisme devrait être obligatoire dans un service à la clientèle.

I've never seen this place so dirty. I mean the children's room. Tables and benches are covered in leftover food and drinks, dishes. The floor is extremely dirty. The establishment isn't very busy right now, so I don't understand why they're not cleaning the play area. The trash can hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There's nowhere to throw trash, so customers just leave their dishes on the floor next to the trash can.

Horrible, crowded didn't even get my order right I asked for a sprite they gave me a water. The poutine isn't better with the cheese rock solid cold, No gravy at all and half the fries burnt to crisp. I also ordered a quarter pounder with cheese guess what? I ordered two medium fries and a mcflurry. It took them almost 20mins to serve us. They we’re prioritizing drive thru and one of the managers was counting their waste instead of serving us real quick. I used to be mcdonalds managers and the way they serve their customers are very unreal. Managers doesnt even feel bad about making the customers wait 20mins per order. And their approach were rude.

I just waited for 25 minutes in the drive through to have my espresso. They are very relaxed in hakuna matata mode. Unacceptable! In all the previous times there was always something “wrong”, either espresso or ice cream machine not working, or something else…Change your manager and staff! I placed an order of 6 chicken nuggets at the drive thru on 12/15/2019 and when i arrived home to final have my mcdonalds, i took a first bite of the chicken nugget and it was completely raw. This mcdonalds served me raw chicken and could've put my life in danger. On the outside it looked like cooked nuggets but in fact all the pieces they gave was all raw inside. I went back to resto to speak to the manager and all she did was replaced my nuggets and gave me a big mac in return. She didn't understand how dangerous this was and could've but my life on the line or many other individuals who had the same batch as me. This was really unacceptable.
