Every time we've gone, we've had the best waitress (Nichole) and waiter(Cole)! They definitely deserve more than we can give, buy we always give them something ❤️. Keep up the good customer service you two! We'll see you again soon.

I always go here. These guys save the day for me. Desmond and Amy have made my morning multiple times after a long 12 hour shift on the road. It's nice to have a great place that isn't McDonalds to get some good food at odd hours!

The food was excellent. It was a very busy night due to a concert nearby The staff was on point!!! Our server was amazing. When we asked for something she was on top of it (I wish I could remember her name). She treated all of her customers as if they were her only customer and at the same time was very attentive to everyone. The staff that I encountered was like this. Extremely professional and kind. Nice, quiet not too busy. Service was excellent. It wasn't a long time after ordering before receiving our food. Pancakes, different style eggs, bacon was ordered. The only negative I stood over 10 minutes before someone came to the cash register to pay my check. I ended up having to go to restroom and my granddaughter finished waiting for someone to come, by the time I came out the check was paid.

My husband and I went for dinner this evening and I just want to make a few suggestions. First off how do you not have spoons for soup. It was hard to have my soup with a coffee spoon but I had to manage since I love the chicken soup here. Next my mashed potatoes were very watery and too much gravy. Then to top it off just when I was about to finish my salad there was a LONG BLACK hair in it. Ewwww I did mention it to the waitress Gabrielle D. and she did say she was sorry about that. Best Burger around. I enjoy the choices on the 55+ menu. And the food was hot and fast to the table. The waitress was sharp and very nice. She never wrote down our order and we were expecting things to be messed up, but everything was perfect to what we ordered. Wish they stayed open like before covid19 when we could pop in for late-night munchies or coffee and pie or the wonderful little donut-style add-on that I call dessert. They will start a fresh pot of coffee if it's been sitting too long. I prefer decaf and I don't need to ask for refills because she made sure my cup was full. Double Dicount, 55+ menu and AARP 15% off the entire check. Well worth the choice for what people refer to as diner food.

It got VERY busy when we were there and yet our waitress was flawless. Cheerful and polite too! The food was very good and served hot! The coffee was awesome being served in a little pot left at our table. Thank you for a very pleasant breakfast after a hectic morning

This was probably the best experience I've had at a restaurant before. I had some rare time to have a calm relaxing meal and this did it. A lot of it had to do with the very sweet kind server Stephanie. She really has a aura of happy genuine positivity about her. She really brings something wonderful to her job/workplace. The food was also incredible and so good to the last bite. Highly recommend for a nice meal alone or with family.

Love coming in after drinking for some pancakes. Shout-out to the night workers for dealing with obnoxious people cause the vibes are usually pretty bad at 4 am. Staff have always been friendly and helpful despite being clearly stressed at times. It feels understaffed a lot because there's only a single server running around trying to do everything and probably one cook. But it's decent, cheap food at 4 am so I'm not complaining haha.

Decided to try a location that was a little remote to us, wasn't disappointed! We went here late night to grab some after-dinner munch and that turned into a feast somehow. The double cheeseburger was great, the bacon inside was crispy and the beef was juicy. We liked the fries so much that we ordered them again! Next up was the Crazy Spicy Skillet. Everything was properly seasoned and the chicken was cooked throughly. I was only a bit dissapointed as the quantity did not match the picture in the menu at a ratio of about 60:100 The pancakes were great as usual, we ordered the All You Can Eat pancakes. I would still say I prefer IHOP over the taste/flavor of Denny's pancakes. Overall experience was great!

Upon entering the restaurant I was verbally attacked by the manager after I read a sign at the host desk saying there was a minimum 30 min wait once you were seated. She continued to rudely talk about me. Luckily the waitress Jordan was a pleasure and was not allowing her manager's attitude to affect her doing her job properly.

A friend and I ordered up breakfast including eggs over easy, sausages and a double order of hash browns to fill the 4 slams order. After waiting while the plates came and the hash browns were not as warm as liked. Staff seems to be short handed even though it was mid morning and after the peak of the breakfast service. Pricing is way too much to local based restaurants, even though the egg shortage has been aliveated. We will think twice before coming back to this Denny's in Hamburg.

Service was great as always and that's important to recognize. For some reason our food was way overcooked. Chicken tenders were basically crumbling, even the pot roast melt was tough. Nothing crazy and not worth sending back or putting up a stink over. Maybe just a new person in the kitchen.

We were seated right away. But noone came over to us for a good half hour to even get our drink order. I was just about to leave when the waitress came over and said sorry but she figured it would just be better to come over all at once and get our drink and food order all together. Which was clearly an excuse and not a very good one. It took another 20 minutes to get our 2 glasses of orange juice and then another 15 to get our food. The food was decent. But the service could definitely use some work.

About a year ago, I rated this place a two-star because I felt the service went downhill horribly. Tonight after a long drive home we stopped here mostly to appease my fiancee, The service was much much better than it was in previous visits. My boyfriend and I went for a nice dinner together. Our waitress - Angelina - was very nice. The food was not good, I got the double cheeseburger with onion rings and a side of their new oven baked Mac and cheese. It was definitely not oven baked, very salty and tasted very fake. Definitely not worth the extra bucks. The onion rings were okay. I asked for Swiss on my burger and for mayo. I got none of my accommodations. My boyfriend got the Mac and brisket. He got only one tortilla and it was rock hard. Thankfully our waitress was nice and got him fresh new ones. One thing that made us uncomfortable was a worker taking photos of customers through the kitchen window and laughing about it. If she took photos of us I’m not sure but we lost our appetite because of it.

Don't ever try to split a check here unless you want to be there for an extra hour. Every time we go it's the end of the world and they just CANT handle it.. why can't 2 or 3 people each pay for their own meal? Who knows.

While normally eating in the restaurant is just fine; a 4 star, take out is a different story. Ordered online, the prices were higher than in store. Then, they never put my son's waffle meal in the bag. Husband got all the way home, called them, and they had the audacity to ask if he was sure it wasn't in the bag. Yes, we were sure. He had to go back to get the waffle meal. Also, the bourbon chicken skillet was disgusting. Not at all like when in the restaurant. Heavy on the salt and pepper, and the chicken was not smothered with the sauce like it is at the restaurant. There was barely any sauce at all and the veggies were mostly potatoes versus in restaurant, there's more of a variety. We will not order to-go from this Dennys again.

Me and my family went to this Dennys and had the absolute worst service....we were sat down right away but we waited a long time to even be acknowledged. The waitress forgot one of the drinks and kept walking away. Our food came fairly quick and was good (for me anyway)! We had to ask for utensils because she never gave us spoons for tea that was ordered and when she dropped off the utensils she just plopped it on the table and turned her back to us and walked away again...absolutely rude for no reason. I just packed up my food and we were brought the check. We definitely won't be coming back to this location.

Went to go pick up my order and i was met with 3 workers just staring at me while i was waiting at the desk... it took 5 minutes for one to finally get up and go grab my food... this was 15 minutes ago and our meal still says prepping as well. The other 2 workers just kept sitting and staring at me. At least act like your working if you see someone pull into the parking lot let alone if someone comes inside the restaurant... i was also waiting out in my car for like 15 minutes waiting for my order to be ready... it was an order of mozzarella sticks and a slice of cheesecake... smh

We went in and were seated and served drinks right away. Nice waitress, very courteous. Soon after, our side salads were served with browning of the lettuce. Then, our plates arrived with my fried chicken only containing 1 piece of chicken. No problem because the waitress, said the other piece of chicken, belonging to this order, will be out shortly. Ok, so in the mean time, I cut in to the piece of chicken, currently on my plate and the chicken was raw. I lost most of my appetite and told the waitress not to worry about the other chicken. I let her know that the one on my plate was raw, and that I will just eat the Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes that I currently had, that was served with the chicken. The manager on was very understanding and took the chicken off of my bill, which was highly appreciated. The blind right next to me in the window had something poured on it and the window sill had dead bugs and sticky stuff on it. We were also informed there were no working bathrooms. 😕 stay away....stay far away.

I have never seen something so raunchy in my life. So think twice before you go to this place.

Took forever to get the check and was only checked on once. Had to finally call across the restaurant to get someone's attention and there was only two other tables with people. I went there at 11:30pm and will NEVER return. Not worth the money for the food and service. Would've been way better off at McDonald's across the street.

French toast ice cold. When asking them to warm it up both of us noticed a hair in it. They warmed it up pulled hair out and brought it back to me. I should not have had to ask for new food. Should of automatically went in the garbage. Period. They charged me full price told me have good night.

Amanda was fantastic. Asked for over easy eggs, they were hard and cold. Rye toast was burnt. Coffee was good.

I dont even know were to start with this review. 1st off the pancake puppies we were served were overcooked and the oil needs changed. 2ndly the wait staff were loudly arguing with the cook staff. I personally watched a cook take food off a plate in the serving window with his bare hands. I know Dennys is having a hard time with getting staff but every single employee looked like they hated it here I would not recommend this establishment

We were in Denny’s on May 17 2025. I don’t know what was going on in there, but we waited an hour and a half and still didn’t get our food. The way the cook was arguing with our waitress was disgusting. Our waitress was amazing and she did a great job trying to handle the situation.We ended up leaving because they never even started our food and so did five other couples. I’ve reached out to Denny’s several times to speak to someone and nobody has called me back.Every time I call it’s gonna take four hours for someone to call me back and they never call.

I ordered steak and eggs with steak medium rare. It took over 30 minutes to get the food. The first steak was cooked to basically rubber. I literally could not cut through it or chew it. They begrudgingly offered to remake it and came out not even 5 minutes later with an absolutely raw steak. The manager wouldn’t even come to our table to talk about it. Our toast also had eggshell on it. Not sure how that happens but the fact they didn’t care about it shows just how poor their quality control and management is.
