The place is clean, they served with smile and nice hospitality, the toilet is also very clean, but the water for handwash just too hot at the time i ate there. Food is great, I asked for double champignon and they gave me a lot of it. Overall its been a great experience dining here

Got a burger recommended by staff and it was super yum. And to be fair it does look a bit cheapo from outside but the taste was great. Occasionally I could imagine to go there again though a meal deal for 10 bucks would rather fit the whole setup than roughly 17bucks with fries and drinks. Staff was very kind and helpful. Keep up the good work!

We came here because it’s a brand I’ve tried many times before in different locations and liked them all. This was by far the worst branch. We both ordered cheeseburgers. Cheddar wasn’t melted, the patty was very dry, and the burger was almost cold.

Gave it a try following yesterday’s opening. Cheeseburger and fries were tasty. Pretty crowded though. Good alternative to other burger locations. Update after a few more visits: Internal procedures need a major overhaul together with the hygienic standards to justify the pricing.

This is not what the five guys experience should be, sadly. The ingredients are fresh, but that's about where the good news ends. The staff are disinterested to the point where they are worse than a do-it-yourself checkout. I'd actually prefer it since the staff make you feel awkward. I've been to five guys, so I know how it works, but the number of people I saw asking was easily more than half. Likely first time five guys customers, and more than likely it'll be the last time. The worst part for me though was the lack of smiles and friendly faces. It's like it was an inconvenience for them that I was there. The burger was slapped together and soggy, no pride in it whatsoever. Thankfully the taste was still decent. I won't be coming back to this location, and the next time I see a five guys I won't be excited any more, I'll be bracing myself for the inevitable disappointment. I guess that's one way to hollow out a brand that stood for just really good burgers and a great experience.

There were no peanuts, the fries were not fresh and the toilets were terrible. It was the first time my boyfriend ate Five Guys and it was a disappointment. The burgers were nice though.

As unflavorful as it can get. At the price point of five guys you can go to Peter Pane rather. Even burger king is better than 5 guys.

No table service. No mayonaise. Soft fries. Very loud music. €47 for 2 burger menus. First time, last time.

Ordered a milkshake Oreo, the straw is waaaaay too narrow, it was being blocked constantly by the Oreo chunks. And because it is made of thin carton the mouthpiece broke down 2, making it impossible to slurp without cutting a few centimeter. Pretty frustrating milkshake experience. I would even say my worse milkshake experience. Also: - basically no vegetarian options for burgers - no dairy alternatives Not at the level of the competition, and I don’t see reasons to return or recommend

At 11 pm, veggie burger was no longer available, while the other counter was selling mushrooms! How come! The country was not in a good mood at all. Finally thats how we got out order of two fries for eating in. No plate, no fork, a big amount of fries in one paper bag😑
