Had a fantastic chicken souvlaki salad. The chicken was amazing. Everything tasted fresh. definitely recommend.

I've never had a bad meal here. The staff are friendly, they even actually write down the order. Coffee is kept hot, drinks are kept full. This last time I went they were swamped. We waited no more than three minutes and the server, Skye, still apologized for the wait. She was so pleasant and attentive that I'm sure she was just giving another family the time they needed to make a good decision and enjoy their meal.

Pegasus is always delicious and all the waitresses are so pleasant! The restaurant is squeaky clean and they recently updated it with new pictures making it look beautiful! With their large banquet room, you can have large family breakfasts or your church group with advance notice; rest assured that the menu will have something for everyone, even the little ones! Plenty of parking along with handicap access ♿ which is always a plus. Definitely take advantage of this nice, comfortable, friendly restaurant during the upcoming holidays if you just don't have enough space at home.

Best Greek yogurt!! I've never found better Greek yogurt. I feel like they think I'm crazy when I just want it plain and nothing on it, but it's so good! I usually get eggs and hash and have never been disappointed. This place is usually full for a reason! Love coming here after festivals at the hamburg fairgrounds to relax and enjoy some great food!

Years ago, I started going here with my grandfather after he played the slots next door. They have a great variety of breakfast items and great dinner items too. We are always surprised with the large dinner menu variety. The staff is always friendly as well as the owners.

Pegasus has been a favorite restaurant of ours for many years and keeps us coming back for more. The food is consistently delicious, whether we go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Portions are large enough that I always have leftovers to enjoy the next day. The menu is large and definitely offers something for everyone. You can find steaks, seafood, chicken, pasta, burgers, sandwiches and of course their Greek specialities. The staff is excellent, welcoming, friendly and quick. Amanda, our hostess, greets us like family. In addition you can choose from a selection of desserts and beer and specialty mimosas are available. You can't go wrong at Pegusus.

We`ve been here several times over the years. My husband brought me the first time I was here. My favorite dinners are the pork chop meals, broccoli shrimp pasta, and salads. The chicken and other Slovakia are the best, too. The servers and staff always make me feel special, almost like family. We always go after 4pm, because my favorite hostess, Amanda, is there.

My fiance and I decided to eat breakfast at pegasus because I've never been! It was great, I just didn't know to ask for medium eggs (if you don't like the white part runny) and if over easy then it's likely to be a bit runny!! It was DELICIOUS AND VERY VERY AFFORDABLE! We will definitely stop there again.

Passed by this place soooo many times and figured they had good food so decided to finally give it a try and I was very pleased with just the burger, fries and coleslaw. The customer service was very pleasant and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and try some more items off the menu... DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....

Very nice. My first time at Pegasus. My mother and her school bus friends all go there two days a week and enjoy it tremendously. The Christmas decorations were absolutely gorgeous. Mr Pegasus kudos you did a wonderful job at the Christmas holidays decorating The food and service were very good.

A wonderful place to visit. It was busy yet... The server was fantastic. She took our orders with a smile and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant (a rarity for busy diners). Drinks were replaced as they emptied. Custom orders were accurate ( not even one garbanzo bean (allergy)). I had the gyro slavaki salad. The meat was super tender a wonderful surprise since most places cook it into leather. My one friend ordered a hamburger medium rare, she said it was perfect. My other friend ordered a club sandwich ( to be honest these are hard to mess up. ) she said it was quite tasty and the lettuce and tomato were fresh and made her look forward to garden fresh foods even more . Food was served with a smile and not throw and go like some "upscale" restaurants have started to do. I will definitely be back and definitely recommend to others

Met with a family member who I hadn't seen in 25yrs. Was perfect place to eat and have a meal. Service was outstanding as was good. Atmosphere was perfect. Our waitress was observing but not hanging over shoulders. Was a great place. I highly highly recommend. Had a great choice of foods on menu. For those not into Greek food you have plenty of options.

Delicious meal. I got a sandwich I think was called steak florentine. It was 👌 perfectly prepared and very delicious. The fries were fresh and hot. I like them a bit thicker but these were yummy. Wanted dessert but was too full. Excellent & friendly service. Easy to get to location with lots of parking. Clean, well supplied bathroom. Forgot to take pic of main menu (which had something for everyone). They also have a 65+ menu with budget-friendly options for older folks.

I ordered roast beef on weck it was great ! Meat was very good very tender. It came with a lot of french fries and cole slaw. I had it delivered it arrived quick and was hot.

Courtney our server was outstanding. We both had the Mahi Mahi fried fish dinner. It was huge and so tasty. They practice social distancing and everyone stays safe. The prices are very good.

This is a pretty good place to go. The food is good, the servers are pleasant and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. One caveat I will add, be careful when ordering salads. While the salad was tasty, not all of the ingredients in the salad were listed on the menu, and this was confirmed as intentional by the server. If you have things you don't like on your salads, I'd ask what specifically will come on it before you order it.

Friendly staff and a comfortable clean environment. The food was 'ok'. I has a shrimp salad and French onion soup, both were pretty good. The person I was with got the ravioli special, could have had a few more ravioli. It was a LOT of sauce and had to search for the ravioli, they were hard to find!

I would have given a 5but I just haven't been there in a long time! Jeez prolly 15-20 yrs... Great service. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. They had a condensed menu the Sunday we went, so I wasn't able to get what I had looked at on their full website menu. They were able to make my grandma's order even though it wasn't on the condensed menu, though. The fries are pretty tasty- and the portion for the side order was very generous. Worth checking out if you are in the area!

Portion was plentiful. I was stuffed after 1/4 of the meal. Service was prompt. The homefries are cut small, which made for a perfect full cook ..Only reason I give a 4 out of 5 is because they were out of both desserts that I was looking forward to taking home to share with friends.

Thanks for accommodating us for our dad's 80th birthday... would be nice if you took reservations... but because we showed up early (before the breakfast buffet started) our group of 20 was able to be seated. We would've liked a second choice for egg type since there used to be two and now just plain scrambled. Otherwise there are a lot of options. Food was great for our party of 3. Just not sure when the restaurant started playing a prayer/ sermon channel over the speakers. I was told they don't pick the channel. We had to sit thru people discussing the scriptures and Bible. I'm not anti religion but it felt like I Sat thru mass while I ate.Other tables grumbled about it as well. Ordered this to my hotel. Rarely ever leave reviews but how does a business that prepares and serves food for a living send something out with NO flavor. Steak wasn’t seasoned at all. Eggs weren’t seasoned at all. Hash browns weren’t seasoned at all. Whoever prepared this didn’t even try.

First time here and won't be back. Had the fish and chips. The the fish had no taste and the fries were undercooked. I tried my brothers gyro/souvlaki melt and didn't care for the taste of the beef. A glass Moscato and it was $7.29. Oh well, one and done!

One of our party had ordered beef souvlaki, medium rare, and it came well done. He was very unhappy about it and Drew it to the attention of the waitress. I ordered prime rib. To my shop, instead of the nice thick big slice that I am used to, it was a thin slice about half the size of a regular prime rib. I ordered it medium rare, and it was definitely cooked medium. I returned it, and they came back and told me that they didn't have any more prime rib and did I want it anyway. They didn't knock anything off the bill I don't think. It was all right. Nothing special. The service was good and our waitress was patient. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. However, the Greek potatoes were not good at all.

Drove all the way to Hamburg to pick up what used to be the best fish fry around. Not anymore smh...the American potato salad tastes like German potato salad, the macaroni salad has no taste, the coleslaw was gross. On top of all that the fish was dry and they couldn't even be bothered to put plasticware in the bag 🙄...won't go back again period.

We have been going here for years. I am giving only 2 stars because we are tired of not getting food that has been ordered and paid for and not in order or not what was ordered. This has gotten to the point that we need to find someplace new! Even though it was take out this time and many other times it was in restaurant, food is missing. This time German potatoes salad and the fish broiled was to be plain Even stated no paprika. Outside container said German but no potatoes at all this time. Also never know which recipes for salads, cole slaw etc you will get this week. SERVICE for take out is terrible. Even if you give a tip. When ordering in, instructions such as no seasoning, medium, etc is ignored quite often. YES there has been a pandemic but really!! The prices have increased considerably and still the constant problems with the order. Could deal with the constant change of preparation but the missing food or wrongful thing is just inexcusable Noticed that some staff is different but there is some that have been there for years. So what is the problem? We should not have to constantly have discrepancy with orders,service etc Get your act together as it is said. Use to enjoy having a meal from Pegasus, now it's stressful even when we think the order is explained completely but then get something else! Beware you might not get what you order!!

We ordered the fish fry. VERY greasy and most of coating was soggy. The carrot cake at best was mediocre. Honestly, rice pudding was the worst I've had. Not flavorful and creamy. Tasted watered down somehow. Would not order same meal again. However, waitress was excellent.

I went here with a few friends for breakfast recently and I can't say much positive about our experience. I ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy and it looked/tasted like it came right out of a can. The biscuits were pretty much stale which also didn't help. The service was alright, but it felt like many of the people working were a little lost, but all of them were friendly and extremely nice nonetheless. I can't comment on dinner, but I can't recommend breakfast at all.

We’ve been here once before and got breakfast. It was great! Food was good, it came out fast, and it was great for the price. So we decided to go there again yesterday. I got a Reuben sandwich. We get our food and I start eating and realize there’s a black hair in the fries. Gross. So I discreetly tell the waitress, who apologizes and says they will replace it immediately. After they bring out the new dish, I had already lost my appetite and ate only a little bit. They didn’t even give me another pickle! :( When we get ready to pay and leave, we were expecting some sort of rectification like the meal being free, discounted, or a free dessert. Take a bite out of it, no way there’s another black hair in the middle of the sandwich right? Well there absolutely was. It sucks because I’d like to support a small local restaurant but after two meals with hair in them and zero effort in terms of customer service? No thanks.

I remember going to Pegasus over the years for breakfast and at night for coffee and dessert. The food was always solid. I have not been here in years but stopped in on New Years Eve to get take out dessert. The remodeled atmosphere seems nice but the dessert was disappointing. The lemon pie was meh at best and we had to throw the rice pudding away. It tasted fermented. I think it had gone bad. Disappointing. Not the quality I remember.

Was told to make sure there was no peppers, because of a severe allergy. When we got home it was loaded with peppers. The people on the phone offered no assurance or refund, unless we drive another 20 minutes back there. And for what so they can mess it up more.

We ordered at 8 pm when closing time is 9 pm. The coffee was old and I asked if they could brew a new pot. The answer was no, not so close to closing time. HOW CHEAP! I had met a friend from high school and needed to drive 3 hours home, so I would have enjoyed 3 cups from a fresh pot! You can't get any more customer-unfriendly that decision; it made me decide to never return.

I was extremely disappointed. Tried for the first time for my birthday dinner and was honestly grossed out. I asked for no onion on 3 if my orders all were covered in onion to a point the taste was overwhelming. Asked for side of dressing and received nothing. The chicken wrap had little to no veggies and what it did have was wilted and soggy. Don't understand why the menu says all soluvaki contain cucumber (which is expected) and nothing came with cucumber. The Greek fries were a like a pile of mush. Out of my entire order I was able to eat a mozzarella stick. 80 dollars terribly spent. Never again. And when I complained about my order over door dash they only offered 5 dollars back. 5. On an 80 dollar order that only one thing was edible.

We have eaten at Pegasus several times both in person and ordered online. We go to Pegasus because their food is usually really good at an ok price. Last night however we were very disappointed. Everything looked and tastes like it was leftovers from several days ago. The salad was browning, the meat was difficult to cut and swallow, it just wasn't up to Pegasus standards. I emailed the establishment and called. But I haven't heard back yet. I hope they aren't under new management or this is their new business model because it was extremely disappointing. For $60.00, I could have gone somewhere else and enjoyed my meal. Very disappointed.

This place is gross. I felt like I was eating in an overpriced Waffle House. Flies everywhere, having to swat them alway while trying to have a conversation was pretty annoying. Dirty exhaust fans above and dust bunny lint blowing in the breeze waiting to fall from the tiles and all around you. You could see the dirt on the tiles 3 sections away. The food came quickly, but one entree had hair in it and then took twice the time to get a replacement, no discount offered, nothing but a replacement and wait was given. We didn’t blame the waitress, she tried to cure the entree issue, but overall, this place needs to be cited by the health department. If their dining room looks like this, I can just imagine how the kitchen is kept!!

Came in at 8pm- an hour before close. The girl at the host stand said “hi we close in an hour.” I said “okay, well it’s just me and my daughter. Can we still eat?” I really wish she would have just said no because she made the next hour really awful. She sat us down and turns out she was our waitress too. Wonderful. Every single time she spoke to us she mentioned how long it was before they closed. At about 8:20 she said I couldn’t order anything else because the cooks were cleaning the oven so me and my daughter got stuck splitting a meal. My daughter (she’s 4) started feeling sick and I wanted to leave but our waitress literally left and didn’t come back after that. I had to ask someone else for boxes and to find her so I could get the check. Theres no reason to treat someone so rudely just for wanting to get dinner. We didn’t see here for over 20 minutes and had been done with our meal for almost as long. By the time we got the check, We were literally cashing out at 5 minutes to 9. Our bill was 14 bucks and I tipped her 3 dollars and she was MAD. She literally rolled her eyes at me and snatched the money off the counter and shoved it in her pocket without looking up and said “next time please come in earlier because now I have all these tables to clean up” (note that there was another table with two men who cashed out right before us and another older man who is always there who cashed out after us but she didn’t say a word about it to either of them) It’s really upsetting because I’ve been coming here once a week with my daughter and friends for the past 3 months for the Greek food and the sandwhiches. I always leave tips that are 20 percent or more and I don’t stay that long. I was rushed out the door, treated like crap, and I’m so upset that this woman had some sort of chip on her shoulder the entire time we were there from the moment we walked in. I would never consider not tipping someone (maybe she had a bad day) but the comment at the end made me wish I didn’t! What kind of servers are you guys hiring here?!? I don’t even want to come back because of this experience

How does the place have a 4.3 star review - fake accounts I suspect. First time I was here I had the Chicken Artichoke dish they were offering, please, just save yourself and don't. Today 1/30/24 I ordered the Chicken with Biscuits yesterday, as did the other two in my party. We all agreed it was horrible. Nothing about this dish looked homemade or fresh, just stay away from it. The staff is always pleasant when we go, so I would never blame them.

Ordered a chicken souvlaki dinner for takeout over the phone Tuesday evening about an hour before close. The waitress was rude and hung up on me when I still had a rice pudding to order. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything else just said 10 Mins and hung up. I show up 15 minutes later to pick up and it wasn’t even put in the system. The restaurant was not busy. They said it would be another 15 minutes so I left and gave another restaurant my business

Just like a reviewer posted a couple weeks ago I unfortunately ordered the "homemade biscuits and gravy" and it was terrible. First off it was practically cold. Then the biscuit was the size of a half dollar. It was essentially a mini biscuit just one. It did come with eggs and potatoes but I was predominantly interested in the biscuits and gravy, at least a full size biscuit would be in order not a mini one. Now for the taste, it tasted like unseasoned wallpaper paste with some tiny bits of sausage. It was terrible. Had to send it back and then I lost my appetite entirely it was that bad. Definitely not homemade. Very disappointing.

First time. We didn’t even get a chance to try the food. We were seated in the back room (white table clothes) just my husband and I. We wait for 23minutes and nobody came over to even take our drink order or say “be right with you”… so we left out the front door. It was a Saturday night at 6:45.

Haven’t been there in a few years and decided to go back because it used to be a decent place to eat. Not anymore. The food was the worst I’ve ever tried to eat. There were 4 of us and 3 of the 4 said their meals were terrible and didn’t finish. The restaurant was filthy and the bathrooms were nasty. The only good thing was they took some of our food off the bill. I’m 56 and have never before today retuned a dish. I don’t know what happened, but this place definitely went down hill. I would never eat there again.

I've had a burger from every small business in a 20 mile radias of this place. This was the worst. All you could taste was the dirty grill it was cooked on. Absolutely disgusting. I could taste grease from 10 other menu items. Clean your nasty grill.

Don’t go for a fish fry,, it was soggy and the batter just fell off,, I knew it was frozen fish because it separated and was watery,,, however,, I will say the sides were excellent! $23??? I should have gone to Wegmans for that!

My wife and I went there on Easter for the 29.95 brunch the food was surprisingly cold. The sausage was the microwaveable style. It was maybe worth 5.99 we would never go back.

Very disappointed. Had a funeral breakfast here (have had several in the past) and will NEVER return. The eggs and hash browns were cold, there was not enough food even though the count was called in several days before. The danish were never brought out. The pancakes kept running out so everyone was not able to get them. When the owner was approached he did credit $50 off the bill for the Danish but blamed the waitress for not taking them out of the freezer. He also stated that I would not find the price of the buffet anywhere else. I was not complaining about the price, if the food was hot and if they had everything that was listed for the buffet. Also, charged full price for 3 and 4 year old. The count called in was 50 he insisted someone called the night before and changed it to 58 even though noone did. Was overcharged. Owner was not pleasant . Would NOT recommend and will NEVER return.

Came in at 8:10 on a Friday winter night and was told they put away the soup because they close at 9:00!!! Then the waitress asked us to hand her jellies and items from out table so she could clean up and get out while we were eating. The food was below average in taste and had to search for waitress just to get the check because she was busy closing up! It wasn’t even 830 yet and people were still coming into the restaurant!

I typically do not write reviews, but this place was terrible. First, the advertised menu was not available. I ordered a cheeseburger due to the limited options. The cheeseburger came out RAW. I had to send it back. The burger looked like a Walmart burger with a COLD slice of cheese on top. The service was mediocre at best. I will not be back. DO BETTER! CARE!!

Haven't been here in a long time. Won't be going back. Coffee is disgusting. Even the water tastes weird. Overpriced and the food is meh at best.
