I always like to visit the McDonald's on Hamilton avenue and when I go to IKEA I always do. On a recent trip, the food was delivered for curbside pickup and arrived piping hot and just as ordered.

This good a lil slow but overall great service.. come early for lunch gets packed

They finally got COKE ZERO!!! Tastes like real Coke but zero calories. I’ve been commenting for years to them about it. This is only place you can get CokeZero on fountain for 1.2 miles. I didn’t rate the food because the only thing I like to eat at any MCD is hash browns and French Fries (or their garden salads in France). I’m more of a 5 Guys or The Habit fan for burgers. I hate American cheese but if they were to add cheddar then I’d come here for breakfast. For now I’ll just rejoice that they carry CokeZero. That said note that they quit offering free refills when they renovated. I’m still irked about that although it gives me incentive to drive through instead of going inside and their sodas admittedly are more reasonably priced than all other chains. I’d personally rather pay more and get free refills.

I was really impressed how the shift manager came to the drive thru window and looked outside to make sure that there was no person's begging for money . it shows that the shift manager of this store cares at least the shift manager that came to the window. I didn't get her name but very impressive. I did ask her. Everything was okay and she stated. She was making sure that her customers were not being harassed .this is the true meaning of being a good shift manager. I commend her..

The Russian girl at the drive through window was very polite and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was they let a homeless person stand right next to the drive through window asking for money. So basically drivers would pass their money right next to him. Not saying he would steal it but in day and age… we would never know or can tell really. With that kind of risk… drivers can respond in any kind of way… probably not even getting their food at all. Otherwise from that, it was a decent location.

Despite Google saying it's open 24 hours the only thing that's open for 24 hours is the drive through. you cannot walk into the store and order overnight. I have suggested an edit for the hours. hopefully they change it to the current hours

This place is good in the daytime but I went there on the drive thru and they made us wait in the parking lot for our order and then when it came items were missing that I had to walk up to the drive thru window to explain as the dining area was closed and waited again for then to fix my order. Again great in the day but the night shift needs some work. That is why 4 stars were given.

I love that all my food was fresh and hot. Packaged nicely with everything I ordered correct. It just took way longer to come out then expected.

This McDonald's is clean and very convenient and the food is tasty. Now for the bed, Being that it has the only public restroom in the area you find the lot of homeless using the rest rooms to Bath in and the food takes a long time to come.

I love the breakfast, fries and big macs at McDonald's. This specific one is pretty good especially during the morning rush. Drive thru usually moves quickly and they give your food quickly too. I've been inside once and it's pretty clean. Price is per usual fast food and you can get stuff from dollar menu as well if you don't have a lot. I wouldn't recommend going all the time but a treat once in awhile sounds good to me.

Great store, they always get my order right. Lately they have had no mustard though, which is a big disappointment to me. Actually many McDonald’s have stopped carrying yellow mustard. They always offer me honey mustard or hot mustard, but I just want the plain old regular mustard LOL

Food is good but they do count the amount of ketchup they give you. I asked for more ketchup and they said they already gave me 6 how many more did I want? This would lower the points for service in my opinion. Overall this is a clean, well maintained Mc Donald's and if I'm ever in the mood for quarter pounder (fresh never frozen meat) I will be back.

Always clean, even the bathroom & they allow you to dine in as well as use the bathroom. Major convenience especially when you have a 4.5 year old daughter. Costumer service could definitely be better even though I always ask for a manager you can't even tell the difference between the two employees. The location isn't in the best area highly recommend drive through or order mobile 📱, and pick up @ the pickup line.

This McDonald’s was ok. It took a little long but they got my order right. There wasn’t much personality at the window but they were friendly and professional enough. My food was good and consistent with the brand. I’d recommend the stop here if you’re around with the appetite. I’d go back here if I were in the neighborhood and in the mood.

They never manage to get all the items you've ordered into your bag. Today they left off a 10 piece chicken nuggets. This happens 50% of the time I go here.

The drive thru is HORRIBLE! The car behind me hit the wall trying to get thru it. There's only one window. And once you're in the lot, you can't get out because it's poorly placed and poorly marked. My food and service was the same as any other. But I spent almost an hour in the lot alone.

They had a lot of workers but only one person at the register. Not good. Way too long of a wait. But oh well. I guess I need more patience. Coffee still good. Wanted the triple stack breakfast sandwich (which is amazing!!) But they appear to no have it anymore. I did not buy anything but did go ahead and get the McGriddle with sausage,egg and cheese meal for my boyfriend. We both wanted the triple stack but I knew this would be OK. Now I am hungry and will wait a little longer to probably come back for the Big Mac with bacon that looks pretty good.

The workers were being argumentative with the costumers, idk the whole story & exactly what happened, but at least one was nice to me. However I wanted to get up outta there as fast as I could, couldn’t even really get to savor my food. Damn.

We ordered on Uber eats which said it would take half an hour, we didn’t get our food and we were literally like a 5 minute walk (it was late and the drive-through is only open 24 hours hence the delivery) after the half an hour we went there to see if the order had at least gotten in the system which they then said “yea if you didn’t receive your food then your driver probably ate it and said he delivered ” so we’d been robbed of our food, our time and our patience. We called and just got a refund for our order.

Fast and efficient but 3 of my last 5 orders were missing items. Nothing more disappointing than getting home to realize half your order isn’t right. When I emailed HQ to provide feedback all they said was “sorry and thanks”. No refund for missing items until I asked. And that doesn’t cover the trouble of having to buy food from a second place, when it should have been correct the first time.

The service and food were good. The fries were very hot and fresh. It would have been nice to have packets of salt, so we could salt to taste. The low number of stars comes from mistakes in filling the order. We had two medium meals and we got small fries. Also strange to get paper straws, with plastic cups. 🤔

Some of the people were a little rude when asked to merely clean a table for us, but the woman who cleaned it was very kind towards us. My order was accurate, but my wife's was not even though we both ordered and paid via the kiosk. Overall the restaurant was clean so our experience was average at best.

Very early in the morning and I was heading to that place to satisfy my hunger. The coffee was good, but the food didn't meet my expectations. Even when I got there, there were a lot of homeless people around and that didn't make me feel safe.

Food is standard McDonald's quality. Portions have shrunken since I had them 10 years ago. Service was poor. I ordered delivery to the table and they forgot the sauce for my chicken nuggets and they didn't give me any ketchup for my two fries. I had to go up to the counter to ask for them.

So this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes its just bad. I work down the street so usually I swing by for a burger and fries but most of the time its not quick. The late night drive thru is so SLOW and on top of that you alway have people waiting there asking you to buy them thing or money! This is so annoying! To McDonald's... your cardboard straws SUCK!

This McDonald’s is totally renovated with state of the art technology!! You can order in the store with out waiting on line!!! Or you can go threw the drive threw and order! But the parking is horrible not enough space and the spots are right in front of each other!! The good thing is that they have a table service so you can order and take a number and they will bring you your food!! Also it’s a lot easier to customize your order with the touch screen!! The bathrooms are new and clean also there’s tvs inside the dining area so you can watch tv while you eat and the WiFi is free but it’s horrible and the people who come here are loud and obnoxious there’s a drug rehabilitation center across the street so they come in there and hang around but they keep the place clean and the workers here are great!!!

Foods are not always prepared correctly. Coffee has no milk, cold, food not hot enough. Has drive through and adequate parking. Recently on Saturday October 12 ,we bought Qtr Pounder with cheese for a friend on Friday. The friend became sick diagnosed with food poisoning.

Drive thru was the worst. Ordered a big meal and they forget to add our drinks orange juice and ice coffee.we didn't realize it until we were few blocks. We came back and told the employee drive thru. We told him 2 orange juice from the start and he only put in 1 juice and the ice coffee. He didn't even apologize for the order or anything. Terrible service.

Literally every time I’ve ordered using the self order the machine the card swipe has been broken and I️ then have to wait in line to pay. Super inefficient. That means the machines suck or no one is fixing them. I️ just want my nugs stress free.

Stopped here a few times in a short couple of weeks in order to try and collect the BTS TinyTan Happy Meals. First two times I went, the food was lukewarm, certainly not hot, and they forgot to include the sauce for the nuggets. With regard to the toys, duplicates. No chance of exchanging for others, no chance to buy (which some locations apparently let you do). Ended up after myriad trips getting more dupes than non, and one person there, although friendly, tried telling me they only get certain ones each week (which doesn't track as this was a short run so no time for that.) The ordering on the kiosk screens is slow, and annoying also. After my recent experiences I'll not go to MacDonalds again, anywhere (unless it's literally the only option on a roadtrip for example). The ordering is slow, the service is slow, the quality is poor - not only not hot, but dry burgers, bland fries. It's certainly not fast food any more, and it's not affordable either, for what you get. It ain't what it used to be.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. Came in at around 1:10 am because online said they were open 24/7. We had a man come to the window being EXTREMELY RUDE and HOSTILE, telling us that they’re closed. That was super uncalled for and management needs to watch out on who they hire. The service here is subpar and OVERTLY racist. It’s been this way for years! If you’re darker than the paper bags here you’ll get treated crazy. This place was horrible for late night pickups. Google Maps declares this place open 24 hours but besides the incorrect information, I was still able to order on the mobile app as well as make the drive to pickup my food. The employee who was at the window stated they were closed and had a nasty attitude towards me and 3 other confused customers who believed the place to be open 24 hours as well. Who also purchased and completed their orders through the McDonald’s app. Communication and server updates is all that was needed. But instead the employee had a tantrum and slammed the window on the customer while he was talking. The employee even said to the customer “stop showing me your phone stop showing me your phone the food is not ready what don’t you understand”. The customer was an Asian American who didn’t understand much English, the situation could’ve been handled better and politely.

Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever gone too. I didn't even go in, and am so relieved I didn't. The words customer service did not exist from the person at the window. U should have known better when i noticed that you can't see thru the window at all due to signage. The person at the drive thru was rude and even though there was no line, she was rude and rushed. Even when i apologize just in case there was a issue with the intercom her reaction was like whatever your business is not important. I think training is definitely needed for this staff.

Maybe not exactly related to this particular location, still. I’ve been ordering from the Macdonald’s app for years to pick up from this location. The prices are just way too ridiculous now. The deals got worse and worse on the app, with falsely named 1 2 3 dollar menus. If you want a burger, just go for a real diner’s or bar’s burger for takeout, the prices are so close now, and it’ll help local businesses, plus it’s better ingredients. I don’t know why I would ever go back to McDonald’s again.

On April 6, 2024, my wife and I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast before a long trip to NJ. We were unable to wash our hands before eating because two toilets were locked with combination locks, wherein on one of them it was written - only for employees! The line in front of the cash register was long and so we didn’t even bother the employees of this establishment so that they would open the toilets for us. We were served quickly - I can’t say anything bad here, but after breakfast, when we needed to go to the toilet, we asked them to open it for us. But after 15 minutes of waiting in vain, no one opened it for us, instead we received a portion of rudeness from them, as if we were asking the employees of this McDonald's for alms, and we left there in a very bad mood to look for toilets in other establishments nearby. It seems to me that this is very strange: in this McDonald's, where we come to eat, we cannot wash our hands before eating or go to the toilet! I don’t advise anyone to visit this place, avoid it if you value your health!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed my order through Doordash and only recieved half my order. Now I have 2 unhappy children that didn't get their food. When I called the store to ask if they can deliver the rest of my PAID order. The person on the otherside of the phone only answer by saying that if I wanted my order I had to go pick up at the store. That he could do anything else for me. VERY NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible. Whatever you think of Brooklyn, this location verifies all stereotypes! The place was filthy witrash on the floor. One bathroom was out and the other had pee and tissue on the floor. I wanted fries and they served me old ones. I asked for fresh ones and they made many orders before giving me mine. The manager told the girl to put my old ones to the side, presumably to give to another customer. By the time I got on the road, I half are the burger only to look down find something green! Placed a mobile order just now for curbside pickup. This guy that brought my order out had the worst customer service. Short and light skinned young guy wearing all black and grey McDonald clothing with a headset/mic on. First he came out to my curbside pickup spot and went to the passenger door instead of my driver side to give me my order. Second he had the worst attitude and face on him as if I disgust him or something. Me being well mannered still opened the passenger door window and reached across my body out the window to receive my order while he gives me a disgusted looking face and turns around and walks away without saying a word to me. No greeting or nothing!

Service has gone so downhill the last few years. It was already bad before with the attitude most staff had since it’s usually young high school kids who couldn’t care less but at least the food was better and you got your order correct. Now it is staffed with a majority of people who cannot even communicate in English and get every order wrong no matter how many times you repeat it. And won’t fix it when you tell them they messed up, just look at you like you are stupid because you want what you actually paid for. They write my order correctly and give me the wrong order almost every time, I have to go back to the window or inside, which defeats the purpose of the drive through. Yes everyone makes mistakes sometimes but so often is just careless. Fries are always cold /frozen on the inside , yet somehow over cooked and burnt on the outside. Today I had a blue/green hair in the fries made me throw up and not even eat any of my food it was disgusting. I asked for FANTA with my order, it says Fanta on my receipt and they gave me Hi C. Juice. It just doesn’t make any sense. And now the drive through tells you the price before taxes, the price is absolutely outrageous already so to add an extra 2-4 dollars after pulling up is crazy, tax was always included in the price before so this new system is ridiculous. 2 Big Mac meals cost me 28 dollars. Just a huge rip off .

Me and my pregnant friend went to get some hot chocolate while she completed some work in her computer, we were there for about 15 minutes when a lady cleaning the restroom comes talking about “we can’t use the computer” or “make business” like what? We explained she’s doing some work and we will be leaving soon, she made a big mess screaming and yelling and calling all other employees over for no reason. We explained calmly again that we would be leaving soon and that we had gotten drinks and even plan to buy food and they said no that we had to leave. No excuse to kick us out whatsoever. They brought out a manager and we once again explained the situation so she said we would have like another 10 minutes and we would have to leave, so we said fine. We waited for some person to exit the bathroom because my again PREGNANT FRIEND had to use the restroom, and the same lady came to check on us again telling us time is up and checking her watch. we said we waiting for the bathroom and she legit stood by the door and escorted us out as if we were criminals or something. Mind you it was raining, so not even because it was raining would she cut us some slack. Spend ur money somewhere else with good customer service.

I used my 15000 for 50 dollsr discount on my Booking.com vacation. When I tried to apply the code it said that the code is not valid. I contact the Booking.com and they said that it's because I have account in Booking.com and that the coupon of 50 dollars can not be applied to the deal because the rate for the hotel is already within Genius loyalty programm and that coupon doesn't work with it. That was disappointing because these terms where not mentioned anywhere on McDonald's or Booking.com. I'm very upset know that I have lost my 15000 point at McDonald's and no discount on my hotel. Drive Through is a nightmare. AM or PM - even for simple fries and tea it is taking almost 18 minutes. And it happens all the time. Terrible service, time management and service (drive through) is catastrophic. Update as for August 25 of 2025 This place has gone completely downhill since my last review. It’s unsafe to drive through, there are people loitering around, approaching cars asking for things. On top of that, you have to repeat your order at least three or four times through the speaker because they can’t seem to get it right the first time. The staff always acts like you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. I get that customer service is a tough job - I really do, but if you’re going to work in a place like this, you need a different attitude. Right now, this location is chaotic, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Absolutely NO GO place.

Friday morning, lady with the glasses pressed the cash button on the register then demands cash from me (I heard the register open up). I say I have no cash and she says check your coin box? She then aggressively says if you can't pay then you can't have food almost as if I drove there and waited on line to ask for free food smh. Then miraculously when I don't budge shes like fine I'll take card only for today. She made a mistake and could've just admitted it but played it off like I'm the one at fault. Horrible customer service.

I was there to order but at 10:00 and before that the employees is cleaning mapping the floor also latter on the floor for employees to clean up I went and ask the manager if all this necessary and before l ask also the employees what time the store open (6am) So l ask and the first manager told me like she will talk to l don’t know and she went to call the second manager and l ask her the same thing and she said yes it safe and it’s ok to have latter and mapped the floor during Costomer in and out and also employees making move Costomer to move for them to clean. For me l would say this IS NOT SAFE AT ALL THEY DAY COSTOMER WILL GET HURT AND SUE MCDONALD THEN THEY WILL FILL IT AND ALSO IS COMING SOON

Bad service they forgot to give an item I paid for. Always double check if you have everything you paid for. Not reliable. Over priced. I wouldn't recommend it here.

Disgusting place; I've only ever been polite to the employees and used to stop by frequently for a McGriddle and iced coffee in the morning. Someone who works there, not sure who, decided to break a cigarette and put it in my coffee on 5/24/21. I didn't see it until I was almost finished with my drink; I gagged. I will NEVER go back and don't recommend anyone else does either.

This McDonald's is always busy with a 24/7 drive thru available. However this is the dirtiest McDonalds i have probably ever seen. Massive rats running thru the parking lot as u wait in ypur car to order. Here are some pictures of why they have a rat problem. As u can see garbage overflowing onto the floor. Rats are having a field day. I would never eat here. When i saw the rats running around like NFL linebackers i decided to go elsewhere.

I wish I could give no stars. The food quality was terrible and not cooked well. The beef patty was rotten and smelling nasty. Couldn’t even eat. Disgusting food! Never coming back.
