Buffalo Wild Wings 🦬‼️ This establishment is great. The wings are definitely the best thing about Buffalo Wild Wings. The wait time isn’t the end of the world and the environment is the best part of it all; catch any game while eating wings! Service is coo, I always get very chill waiters. Definitely will come back for nights where I feel that I want some wings and lemonade 🙏🏽

My son & I watched the most recent UFC fights on Saturday night. Good food, good drinks especially the exclusive limited edition dark purple Mountain Dew with a blast of blackberry. Highly recommend! We'll be back for the next big Fight Night!

It's surprisingly a good place to watch sports. However, they are not good at serving large crowd. I gave an overall 3 on the service, for the server was consistent with getting the order. The management could be a little more friendlier.

Food: 3/5 Just ordered the lunch specials (pulled pork sandwich) which had a number of options for $8 (no drink included). Good selection of beers Service: 5/5 Attentive and friendly Ambience: 5/5 Sports bar on steroids. Huge TVs everywhere. Overall: 4/5 Pulled pork was bland and salty. Skip the bun. Steak fries were good and seasoned.

I ordered street tacos for $6.49 and a featured cocktail with henny in it for 8.$ they were both delicious. Nice prices. It can get a little bit busy but we were able to get seats at the bar right away. They offer dine in or take out. I bet that door dash will even deliver. The crowd was nice server's and staff were friendly. They even have healthy wings now with couliflower crust gotta get back to try them out, its great to see places that offer healthy foods too. I like this place it's close to the gym.

Food and service e always make the price and atmosphere almost worth it! I used to go every other week but staffing shortages and too loud tvs make it that you have to yell ar your tablemates. The cost continues to climb sadly, but taste wise it is always on point!!

I used my bday coupon for wings. As always, fried too hard. The fries were decent, nothing to really talk about. That's why I stopped dining here some time back. However, the salad was delicious. The bartender was nice. I enjoyed my time because of her. Her energy was needed after the week that I had.

I wanted to try their AYCE wings so I went there at opening time at 11 am. I went with the $25 AYCE traditional bone in wings. For the initial order you 10 wings + 2 dipping sauces (ranch and bleu cheese) and a side of fries. There are a total of 26 different flavors (21 different types of sauces and 5 different types of dry rubs). Personally, I liked the honey BBQ the most. The restroom was clean and didn't smell at all.

It was our first time here after moving our youngest son into his first apartment. Our older son, who moved in the area a few years ago, suggested it. He'd eaten hear before. Eric was our server! He was excellent, friendly, attentive, precise, and professional. The food was amazing! ❤️. The tots are crunchy but soft. I love the burger and fries. The lemonade, boneless bbq, bone in wings lemon pepper (needed more lemon pepper), and the bone in buffalo were good. I didn't care for the parmesan wings. The place was overall clean. Service was awesome… i clicked on wrong order on the online but the manager adjusted the order she was very helpful. i recommend this branch and seems not so crowded too so you should get a seating place every time you visit this location. Buffalo Wild Wings always has a waitlist and seemingly understaffed however if you are a smaller group, you should be able to find a seat quickly at the bar. The bartender served us quickly and shared the deal for Tuesday which was buy one get one free traditional wings. Our favorite flavors are Thai curry, mango habanero, lemon pepper. Rajhad the bartender is a kick. Fun but sometimes brutally honest. I personally liked his eagerness to take care of his customers. His only problem was the fact that this location was out of at least 6 beers on tap on Monday. I almost left because everything I selected was out. In one case, ran out just as I had my mond made up. This was right before the Monday Night Football playoff game on 1-16-2023. They were also out of house margarita tequila and french fries and a few other items I can't recall too. Someone did not plan ahead and order effectively. I blame this on management.

Food is good, juicy wings not crispy and lots of different flavors. I recommend going on Tuesday/Thursday for their BOGO specials. I recommend Asian Zing, Caribbean Jerk, Thai Curry and Chipotle BBQ. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is my orders aren’t usually on time so they need to improve on that sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes past my pick up time to get my food.

On friday night while the place was %30 empty we have waited 20 minutes to sit down. Which was not unacceptable but after we sat down we waited another 10 minutes for the waiter but our wait didn't over. So after ordering we waited for 35 minutes before asking about our food again and another waiter came and said that they are on the way and brought them under 15 minutes. So long story short if you are hungry and in rush don't come here.

Wings and fries were good, good flavor and season. The place was a little busy but clean, but the costumer service was very bad. The girl who took our order took about 15 minutes to say hi and ask for our drinks, i request a drink with out ice, she brings it with the ice. Everytime I am here, service takes so long. I don't know why I keep coming back. It's a nice place, the food is good (but a little pricey). The waiters I have had have always been nice but perhaps too busy... perhaps they are being understaffed to cut costs? I don't know but I feel like although the servers are actually trying, it takes incredibly long to get our drinks, food, the bill, etc.

I guess they are understaffed. I came on Sunday 5/7 at 6:15 pm. I walked in and they told me that there is a really long wait. However there were only about 5 tables occupied (all small groups) and a few people at the bar. I decided to order “to go” instead of waiting to be seated. The young lady taking my order was good, no complaints. She told me it would be about 25 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. But during that 45 minutes I heard several people complaining to staff about long waits and slow service (i overheard one person saying that he waited one hour and forty minutes for his food.) Also, i heard their phone ringing nonstop for 30 mins but they were simply too busy to even look at the phone. Nearly every patron in the restaurant had an upset look on their face. Im not saying that they all had bad service, im just stating my observation. I feel bad because it seemed like all of the employees were working very hard. I got my food after an hour of waiting. I really hope that they are able to find some more employees. The young lady at the “to go” register was great. She was working hard every minute that i was there even though people were giving her a hard time and she stayed professional and polite the whole time. Great work ethic! Hopefully they appreciate this young lady.

Let me be honest. There was nobody there and they still took over 2 hours to get us food. About an hour wait with nobody there then another hour for food to be brought out. They are short staffed so if you don't mind waiting and watching TV or being on your phone then go, because the food is good. The review is for the wait times. Our server was very nice and if I could review her separately she deserves a 4 out of 5. We went in on a Sunday.

We waited like 45min just to get burgers with sides that we didn't order . We gave it back and waited annother 5min till we got the "right" order which still had wrong stuff on the Burgers. Nice atmosphere and the food itself, was besides the bacon, not bad but overall conclusion: Not again.

Fries were cold. none of our food came at the same time they all came at separate time and every piece of it was cold I will never come back here again. it took them 45 minutes to bring me some chips and cheese. The two of us arrived on a Wednesday afternoon between lunch and dinner times. There were maybe four tables occupied; the rest of the restaurant was empty. Yet the hostess kept coming back saying “give me a few minutes” or “give me five minutes.” We waited between 10 and 15 minutes to be seated. Apparently there was only one server. He was the only redeeming quality about the service. The menus were horribly sticky. We ordered the 40 boneless wings for $30 deal and picked four sauces. The server came back and told us the manager will only let us pick two sauces. At any other BWW, I could pick two sauces for a snack-size order (around 4 wings each), but you’re telling me I can’t get ten wings in each sauce? Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location. It’s a shame too because it’s the only one relatively close to me.

11.04.23 ordered online pick up order was incomplete missing carrots and celery, you expect your order is correct when they handed you the food, that is part of customer service. With this kind of service I will not recommend this.

I was really disappointed with my experience. Our server, Vanessa, took a long time to get us seated and to take our order. It felt like she wasn’t paying much attention to our table, and we had to flag her down to get refills. It definitely affected the whole dining experience. I had my fair share of speculation about the 'All you can Eat' boneless wings and fries deal at Buffalo Wild Wings and had to try it out before it goes off the menu. To begin with the service was good, but after that everything else was down hill. I tried about 7-8 different flavors( I know it's a lot of wings) and everyone of them was extremely dry. The quality of the chicken was horrible and it just tasted like old frozen chicken. DRY DRY DRY and for some reason I had some hope that it'll get better eventually, but no it did not. I think the sauce and seasonings are standard for all the locations but this particular location delivered it extremely under the bar in terms of their food quality. It was still dry after I dunked it in ranch, I don't even know how that's possible. I think this is something I read a lot in the reviews about bad quality food and still decided to try to out myself and now I know why you have to consider reviews. I requested the business owners and the location managers to kindly look into this.

Pros: wings and sauces were good. Getting sauce on the side was nice, I recommend that. The wait staff we spoke to were nice and friendly. Many TVs. Con: service was so slow. We arrived and sat for 15-20 minutes before anyone took our drink order even though the place was mostly empty. We were starting to go look for service and they said later they'll have more staff here. That was weird. 2 people from our group left before we ordered anything. Con: there were little black specs floating in my beer as well as some old food or gunk cooked onto the inside of the glass. Pretty gross. In conclusion, I won't be returning. The food wasn't bad, service was slow but they were nice, beer selection was good but my glass didn't seem washed.

We were there for a Warriors/Lakers playoff game. Don't expect great service! The boneless wings were good. Our server wasn't attentive to our table. Ordered for pick up. The food was terrible. I order. Chili cheese fries and boneless wings. Both were dry and seemed to be reheated. The fries were hard and cold at the same time. I was at the restaurant within 10 mins of ordering and my food was already waiting but cold. The wings were also not hot and dry just covered in sauce. I didn’t have time to go back as I was taking it to go. Disappointed and won’t be eating here again.

Came in and there was no host. Waited at the host station for 10mins to be greeted and told it’ll be a 5mins wait until we’re seated. 20mins passes and dirty table aren’t cleaned and still haven’t been seated so we left. Dub uses to be my favorite place to go. Now I’m not so sure anymore.

Online order at 10pm, estimated to arrive at 1030-11. Food wasnt started until I called resturant because my Uber driver called me saying they were going to waste both of our time by pushing us back, which they did. I called and was told my chicken tenders would be done in 2 min. It took another 25min for my driver to leave the restaurant. Chicken tenders and potatoe wedges was all I ordered. It was cold and they didn't even sauce the tenders.

Be ready to wait, on everything! We waited 30 minutes to get seated for a party of 5 with no one in the lobby. Our party was only seated after a party of 4 that had just arrived was seated and I went to inquire with the hostess. Then we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to even speak with us. After ordering our drinks, we waited another 25 minutes for a glass of beer and a glass of wine. The food for half our party, who ordered burgers, came out about 30-40 minutes. We were told to be patient on our chicken. After half of our party had finished their food, the chicken came out. But when the chicken came out, the 20 piece boneless chicken was more like a 20 piece of popcorn chicken and heavily breaded. This location has a great atmosphere and I love the TVs everywhere. But I am reminded about how bad the service is when I come back. I feel that this location has so much potential but management at this location needs to shape up before the bad service catches up and another Hayward restaurant closes down.

I tried calling twice @10:49 and @10:51 no one answer I just wanted to make sure it was open, but according to Google they were. We got here @11:30 where a male cashier said there was called to order food was 5 mins ago. I told him that it says you guys closes @12 after a little back and forth. My husband and I sitted kinda by the bathroom tables. (Restaurant had about 8 tables with people). And a young lady I'm assuming one of the waitress . Said if we could move towards the front entrance because she had to clean. I told her that there was still lots of occupied tables that even if i moved they still could vacuum the ready she said we'll I just want you out becusee we already closed. I said we'll I'm sitting in the front tables where it was still pack with people. As I still waited for my food another waitres came and said we couldn't eat there anymore becusee they was closed and she wanted to go home? That as soon as we got the food we had to leave .I said well your not going to tell me what to do I ain't leaving there still people here eating. She was very unprofessional. About few minutes later same waitress brings 2 full plates of wings for the table next to us. Another waitress brings our food and she said "just to let you guys know you guys can't eat your food, we already closed (my husband took a video she was very rude acting all tuff) like what ? I just want my wings? And I said we'll two mins ago you guys brought wings to the other table. Even if I leave you guys are waiting for the other tables ? She said we'll we not doing that. And I won't give you guys your food. She took the food behind the cashier desk. I was like ???? So my husband and I were confused I NEVER SAID I WAS GOING TO EAT THERE OR NOT. We’ve been coming to this location on a couple occasions for and have always received the same lackluster service and professionalism. When we arrived my party and I waited for about 10 minutes just to talk to the front desk to get seated . The servers were adamant that we seat a party of 8 at the bar, after a couple of back and forths about seating at a table we gave up and sat at the bar . My husband and my daughter went today( just...now), but they could not eat because the host told them they could not take order because the server is not there. They had to wait 40 minutes or so... BUT they saw the customer eating and drinking at the bar side...My husband asked what about them?? They are EATING... This restaurant is single handedly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The wait time isn’t usually out of the ordinary, but once you’re seated, be ware that you’re going to be there for a long while. They seem to constantly be understaffed or simply don’t hire capable workers as they take horrendously long to take your order, serve drinks, and food. They often forget your orders as well as bring incomplete meals to the table, like wings with no sauce or the complimentary sides it comes with. If it wasn’t so obnoxious to stand outside their doors and urge people to not waste their time and hard earned money there, I would. You’ll have better luck at a Wing Stop, or Korean Fried Chicken. Personally, once bdubs is mentioned, I automatically opt out of any plan to go there because I’d much rather sit at home for 2+ hours than spend more for subpar dining.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. After waiting over an hour and a half to be seated and receive our food, I expected a lot more. The table was sticky, and to top it off, I found an eaten wing on the floor under our table—definitely not the cleanest atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being half empty, the waitstaff seemed to just wander around without purpose. I was really looking forward to the pretzel knots, only to find out they didn't have them. My order was checked on twice, yet they still managed to bring it out wrong. To make matters worse, they served one set of wings at a time, leaving my partner watching me eat while he waited for his. The potato wedges were burnt, but I will say the wings were good. Unfortunately, one decent dish can't make up for such a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Do yourself a favor and just go to Wingstop!

Unbelievable. I came in with a party of 5 after a 15-hour shift stood for 15 minutes at least without even being acknowledged that we there. When I finally 's got somebody's attention myself. We were seated at a table about 10 minutes later a manager came over and notified us that that area was closed but that if we would go back to the waiting area and wait that a table in the center should open up pretty soon. Keep in mind there was at least 25 tables open. Horrible manners. I cannot even believe that anybody would eat there after that. Needless to say, I'm sitting in the truck. The rest of my party had to wait another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I refuse to eat somewhere that treats me like that.

I experienced one of the most embarrassing moments of my life at this location. I went out with family and friends and was judged by a physical condition I have and was told I would not be served because of it. This was prior to any one speaking to me directly. They waiter made an assumption based off the way I walk to say I was intoxicated while I was there with family and friends and went as far as telling my group they will not be serving us any drinks. When they realized their mistake they proceeded to offer an appetizer as a way to make up for the situation. They defended their actions as a way to prevent people from getting drunk at their location but failed to be mindful of people who have an actual condition. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

I was there last evening. I should have read the reviews first. The one star reviews are spot on. The food was dry and cold with sauce all over the plate. No veggies unless you ask. The service is very poor though I suppose this depends on who you are, given the social and racial dynamics of the area. Generally very poor place to be. Don't go if you don't have to. The B Dubs in Sacramento (Natomas area) has great food and great service.

Do not come here. We walked in at 6:30 pm on a Saturday and there were 3 reservations before us. We waited 30 min, all while half of the restaurant was empty with dirty tables. Then we get our appetizers before our drinks which took a good 15 min. Then 1 person didn't even have their beer before the entree came out. Then food is bar food quality which we knew before choosing to eat here, but we came for decent food and quick service. Will never return here. Not just our server had terrible hospitality but the bartenders, other servers and host acted as if they all had better things to do then their job. The manager finally made an appearance after a man complained about the wait for a table. It looked as if they had no buss boy or dishwasher as servers bussed their own tables and we ate with plastic utensils. After asking for napkins, I got up and grabbed some myself from the server station. I would rather eat a cold hot dog from the gas station next door. Seriously, don't come here. Mind you I was a server/ bartender for over 10 years and I was astounded by how bad it was.

First experience was great. Our waitress went by Kat. She was fast, polite, and always made sure our table was satisfied. Our last two visits were awful. We had to wait forever for our food going on almost an hour. We didn't even get our fries either yet they still tried to charge us. A lot of their waitresses were noticeably high also. This visit put the icing on the cake though. I can understand if it takes longer for another meal to be prepared but it coming while everyone else is done eating was a bummer. I still forgave and excepted my food but another waitress thought it was a good idea to time check me about how other orders were ahead of me and it takes awhile while their meals were already prepared. I did not ask nor do I care about that type of attitude for my food service. I just didn't feel comfortable being the only one eating while everyone done. There was no need for her to butt in at all. Never coming here again

I’m so glad I paid with a gift card because this whole visit was just awful. Everything was way too salty yet somehow still flavorless. The fries tasted stale and cold, and to top it off, they forgot my large fries that were supposed to come with the boneless wings bundle. This was beyond disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

Hayward, Ca Hesperian Blvd Buffalo Wild Wings – Disappointed Solo Diner I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth—and I’m not even talking about the food. I went into Buffalo Wild Wings alone, just looking to enjoy a bite and catch the game (LA Lakers vs Golden State Warriors. Nothing fancy, just a simple solo dinner. To my surprise, I was told there’d be an hour wait. An hour? For one person? I looked around and saw plenty of open tables and seats, so I couldn’t help but wonder what the issue was. I wasn’t part of a big party or asking for anything complicated. Just one person trying to sit down and eat. It felt like I was being overlooked simply because I wasn’t a group of five or more—and that’s disappointing. Restaurants should welcome all customers, whether you’re with friends or flying solo. I left without eating, frustrated and confused. Buffalo Wild Wings, do better. Not everyone walks in with a crowd—and that shouldn’t mean we get pushed to the side.

Samantha is a horrible server!! If she comes to your table to take your order, ask for another server to come and take your order. She is very rude didn’t bring water despite asking for water for 3 times and she bought it at the end when we were about to leave. Purposely ignored us and brought the bill with food kinda pushing us to leave. worst waitress i have ever seen in my life

I've eaten at this location twice before with equally bad experiences. Music is god awfully loud,the waitress,who I've had the other two times, was rude and didn't pay attention to my order. The same three times i ordered double mozzarella sticks and a side of fries and each time she has forgotten to put the order for the second side of cheese sticks in. She didn't help fix it just plops the check on the table. Doesn't even make eye contact when taking my order and didn't check on me once to see if i needed anything,had to flag her down several times before she even noticed.this was my third strike for this location and will go to any wild wings but this one. I work in a restaurant and usually give other servers a great deal of slack but this whole experience is ridiculous.

Ordered wings for takeout and was given the wrong flavor despite the receipt very clearly stating the one I ordered. The fries were very clearly old and stale, and the ranch containers were only around a third of the way full. After being forced to come all the way back to the restaurant, they brought the order back into the kitchen which is a VIOLATION OF HEALTH CODE since it has already been handled by the customer. They replaced the incorrect flavor and offered nothing else to correct their mistake

I do like BWW but this location is horrible we waited 15 min to be seated when dining room was empty and another 15 min and no one spoke to us to get our order. We left dissatisfied and disappointed 8 servers and they seemed more focused on hiding in the back of the take out desk then taking any orders.

We didn't get any dips and veggies for our pickup order, and it seems that we actually paid for those 6$ extra. Overall wings are okay, but the fries were stale and dry. If not for missing paid items, it would've been 3 to 4 stars overall.

LAST TIME COMIG TO BWW THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING AND NOW TRADITIONAL WINGS ARE BABY WINGS, THEY REDUCE THE SIZE FOR HALF, DON'T KNOW IF ITS JUST THIS RESTAURANT OR THE WHOLE CHAIN BUT NOW THEY BECAME SO CHEAP!!!! QUALITY FOOD IS REALLY BAD NOW!!!!!

Wings were not all that...unseasoned and not crispy until I asked for them to be re cooked.. Wedges tasted frozen cheese sauce was nasty bacon came out of a bag. I won't be back...Oh my whiskey sour was just sour didn't even get a buzz stick with beer!

IM DISGUSTED I orders a sampler platter and 10 boneless wings from This location literally 1 hr ago I am DISGUSTED to even think a cook and a kitchen staff think it’s ok to send food out looking this way the wings were missing from the sampler platter the nachos look like they got leftovers from someone else plate and literally put it on my plate the mozzarella sticks were so over cooked that the cheese was all hanging out I’m seriously disgusted from this my appetite went away 100% this is not the first time this happens to me but it will be the last

Have to wait too long and there is no servers. Have been waiting for 25 minutes to just get seated when the restaurant is empty. Employees are sitting and on their phone while the line is out the door.

We got some Togo last night, we have 20 pieces chicken wings in four sauces they all super small n dry, I only can taste the sauce, chicken taste like paper! Our Mac n cheese cost &5.99 size is like a kids size in 3 bites! Very disappointed! and the onions ring we ordered the large one and come with in few large cut and few small cut, I can’t believe it! Will never go back! 👎👎👎👎👎

Can’t review food because: 30 min wait time to be seated 1 hour wait for food to serve We decided to stop waiting as soon as food arrived, didn’t even look appetizing. The restaurant was barely full, at 50% capacity. I do not blame workers, I blame management for understaffing and making this business suck.

Me and my friend are both over 21 and the staff wouldn’t serve me and my friend alcohol because they thought our ids were fake. They were very rude about. Learn how to identify a real id!! We will never go here again.

I never write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I felt compelled to warn others. Waiting 20-30 minutes to be seated? Fine, I get it. But waiting an HOUR to get food after being seated? That's just unacceptable. I wasted a whole hour of my life on NOTHING. Not only that, but I watched as multiple groups—some bigger than mine—were seated after us, and they all got their food before we even got a single plate. To make matters worse, the servers were just standing around chatting with each other instead of checking in with customers. ZERO sense of urgency or customer care. I gave this place a second chance after an okay experience a long time ago, but I won’t be back. I ended up at the Union City Buffalo Wild Wings after leaving here, and was seated within seconds, got my food in 20 minutes, and had excellent service. If you're looking for good food and decent service, DO NOT waste your time at this Hesperian location. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Zero stars if I could give it.

Everything was going well with our meal & the service was alright. Up until the end when our server Joseph asked about why i wasn’t leaving tip. Im not sure if there is another Joseph that works here but he was tall, curly headed, thick eyebrows, and a mix of dark and light complected. Anyways normally i am the type to leave a tip just tonight i simply didn’t have it and was paying with apple pay, and he asked “Was anything wrong with the service ma’am” and i kindly said “No” and he weirdly said “ok… just wondering why you didn’t leave tip”. I just felt really weird and obligated to leave him a tip after he told me that, i’ve never had a problem with any employee over me leaving a tip when i barely have enough to pay for our meals.

The restaurant was practically empty and they made us wait 15 minutes for a table. We finally get a table and we waited at least another 30 min just for our waitress to take our drink order. We ordered appetizers and got them until our dinner came out. We asked for extra crispy wings and they definitely were not crispy. Totally disappointed with this location and unfortunately this happens all the time here.

(DoorDash) Chicken was dry and burger was not cooked properly along with a surprise piece of idk what that came out of the burger. Our experience in person was as bad having to wait almost an hour to receive wings and chips while sitting at the bar. I feel sick at the moment after eating the dry wings.
