I had a medium twist ice cream cone on a hot afternoon and it was amazing. You can't find good soft serve down south so it was such a treat. You always feel like family when you stop in at Scoops or the Cherry Tree for that matter. There's not many places like this left in today's world. Quality, service and going the extra mile are a way of life here.

Cherry Tree Inn is just a small but fun restaurant! I love it every single time I go... We sit right away, and the service is so quick... We order and I blinked my eyes and the food was there!! We chatted long after our food was enjoyed, but we were not bothered to leave, nobody hurried us. This is such a jewel of a restaurant!

Awesome place for breakfast. We ate here while staying at a nearby campground. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly. They even didn’t mind our one year old when he started throwing pancakes faster than we could clean it up. My wife and I both had omelets, which were outstanding. My kids loved the pancakes. Will absolutely come again.

This place is not only one of the fastest diners I've ever been to, but the food that comes out is top tier quality. Big plates, small bites, vegetarian, kid options, this place has everything and anything you could desire and closes at 2pm! It's also worth mentioning that the service could not be more friendly and accommodating. We were only in the area to visit a friend but rest assured that this is the place that I'll make sure to visit every time I stop by.

This is my opinion and should be taken as such. Upon entry you can tell that the food is gonna be great. And it was. Quaint little spot. Had breakfast while camping at Association Island. I am glad that we stopped here. Met Colleen and chatted a bit. Very nice staff and atmosphere. Would definetly stop again of ever back in this area.

Very cute breakfast spot with great food, great service and cool memorabilia. Had the delicous French toast with bananas, strawberry bacon etc. It was out of this world!

We came here 2 morning in a row for breakfast. Food was so good. Portions are large. And prices are right!! Really can’t ask for more. The staff is what sets this place above and beyond. So sweet and friendly. We will always come back here when in the area!!

Mother's Day Brunch. The first time we had been there as we just arrived here three weeks ago. Our server, Deb, was fantastic and very friendly. The food was excellent, large servings, not expensive! Roses for all the women in the Inn. Will go back often!

We went in with a party of 11 they were busy and still got us in and seated in less than 5 minutes very friendly staff ,very attentive the food was great and fast for the size of our party and with how filled the place was. I had the fish sandwich it was very good and very large easily could feed two people. I would definitely recommend this place

I absolutely love this place! Never had a problem with anybody. We know the owners and most everyone when we come in. My family and I have been coming here for years and it's been our favorite place to go to be with family. We always have a good time, a good laugh, we love the service here, and the food is really good.

The people who work there are friendly. The wait was very quick, especially considering how busy the diner was. The food was tasty. The best part was we could order off the breakfast or lunch menu!

It's a very classic East Coast diner experienc. The food is great, the portions are quite large and service is fast. They open early, which is sometimes hard to find and the environment is just wonderful. It's definitely one of the favorites for both campers and locals. Kudos to Colleen and the group!

Cherry Tree Inn puts the "family" in family restaurant. Clean, cheerful service. My toddler and I were happy, dirty, and exhausted from 3 days of camping. They treated us like family. The food was exceptional! After days of camping food - granola bars, Goldfish, and failed pancakes - I desperately wanted a salad. I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and crisp the veggies were. The tomatoes and cucumbers tasted fresh from the garden. The Buffalo fried chicken on top was amazing. The prices were excellent. If you're a hungry Southwick camper, this is the place that will make you feel warm amd welcome and give you a delicious cup of coffee with a big smile. They made us feel cared for and for a tired, hungry single mom and her toddler, that meant the world.

My family and I were visiting for the weekend and happened upon this place while we were on our way to the lake beach. It was about 15 minutes before they closed up, and we didn't realize that until we walked in. The owners reassured us it was OK to stay and encouraged us to take our time. We had a party of 3 adults and 5 children, and I will tell you these guys know very well how to accommodate children! Quick with the food coming out, Very attentive, good conversations, delicious food. Overall I couldn't have been more satisfied. If you're looking for a breakfast/lunch spot in the area, you won't find one better than this.

I’ve gone to the Cherry Tree Inn countless times now and I’ll keep going for as long as I can. This local, family-owned diner-style restaurant serves some of the best breakfast in the area. I get the same thing every time and the taste and quality is always consistent. A big positive for me is that the eggs and bacon aren’t served in a pool of sickly grease, a downfall of many other breakfast places. The food is cheap and usually includes a hot drink in the price (plus they’ll top off your coffee!). The decor is fun and eye-catching, and the staff are very friendly. They also do lunch but usually close by 2pm. Even on the busiest of days I’ve never had to wait for a table. Be sure to check this place out!

I normally take pictures of the food ... but it came out and I dug in. It was so delicious and filling. I had the garbage omelet... let me tell you OMG and add a little hot sauce ...it was like a cherry on top. If you're a 'Cuse fan... you'll love their corner of memorabilia. We didn't get a chance to try the ice cream but I heard it's delicious... This place is down to earth, country home feeling, food like grandma used to make.

I took one star because my potatoes weren't cooked through all the way, but they did have good flavor! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Decent little place, food is decent, not great but good. They keep raising their prices, I get supply and demand but they seem pretty high.

First time there; okay dining. 2 stars except for the fact that the servers were very attentive, pleasant, and courteous, but not all ingredients used are fresh for your order. Small thing, but I ordered a mushroom & swiss omelet that was prepared using canned mushrooms that didn't even seem like they had been grilled or sautéed - just tossed into the middle of it.... maybe some don't mind it that way but I would have ordered something different had I known.
