I walked in the steak and shake a little after nine p m today. They had already cleaned the floor and put up all the chairs, but they were still opened. I ordered the number one combo. An original double steak burger with cheese, shoestring fries. And I wanted a shake, but their shake machine is down. Why is it that every place you go, the shake machine is out of order? For $8.60 I got a fairly decent meal. The burger was delicious. Shoestring French fries were cooked perfectly. And even though I wanted a shake, I'm not gonna complain about the soda. Right next to steak and shake, there is a Texas Best smokehouse. I have an idea that I'm gonna try tomorrow. I'm gonna order a quarter pound of beef brisket and then go over to steak and shake and order a burger. Then I'm gonna put the brisket on top of the burger and eat the whole thing. 😋

Stopped by on a trip out of town, and I’m super pleased. Not only was the interior very new and modern eye candy, the tables and floors were clean and fresh to match. We were surprised by how quick the food came out, and the greatness of the food made up for their shakes being unavailable at the time… all is well. The worst part is? I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat a burger without garlic sauce again- their garlic burger was too fantastic. Creamy, buttery, with well seasoned meat- and the veggie toppings I added were all very fresh and cool. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much and have a stellar day!

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Service was fast and friendly. There was five of us and all of our burgers and fries were great!! The restaurant was clean but the men's room could have used a little attention. Now for the reason of only four stars. The shakes were not good, don't know if it just happen to be all five of ours or what. I have eaten at a few different Steak and Shakes. These were not even close.

I have never been to a steak and shake, I got the bbq bacon burger. The restaurant was clean but the staff seemed bored out of their minds when we ordered. The food was overall good but 2 out of 5 of our orders were messed up in some way. Also some of the dinosaur statues were anatomically incorrect by the Tesla chargers but that doesn’t have an effect on the review.

I went to the Steak 'n Shake recently for a promotional offer. When I first walked in, I noticed that the floors were cover in sticky substances that made it hard to walk. I then noticed several tables with food and junk still on it, almost as if the customers were too lazy to take them to the trash. Sadly, the staff should have cleaned up a little, especially at the counter where they call the orders for the food. I ordered two milk shakes and paid for them and was then told that they may not make it due to the lack of milk supplies. I wish they would have told me that beforehand. Thankfully, they had enough and I enjoyed my meal. Overall, the service and food were great; however, the cleanliness could be improved greatly.

Employees were A+. They were quick, professional and smiling for being so busy. Hamburgers were way too salty for thin patties. Atmosphere was dirty. It looked like somebody slung chili all over the windows blinds. They were disgusting. Also, it was very disappointing that I could not buy a chili 3-way or get a cherry coke.

My husband and I are both minorities—we were ignored and when a worker did notice us they scowled. The BBQ joint next to the Steak N’ Shake wasn’t any better. We waited to order food and they tended to the family behind us. Let’s us know that we’re not welcomed in Henrietta.

I was talked into ordering a butter double burger, because that particular hamburger already had grilled onions. And then all that I would have to do to make it the way I wanted it, was to add an additional piece of cheese. I placed my order, and got back home to Petrolia which is about 15 or 16 minutes away. Not only did the burger not have the additional slice of cheese that I requested, but it didn't even come with grilled onions as advertised. Whatever you do, don't ever go to this place to eat. You would be far better to get what you wanted from McDonald's then from this place any and every time. Shame on you guys for misleading

We've gotten the same worker both nights we're passed through this weekend and he CLEARLY Hayes his job and wants it known to the customers. Tonight her straight refused to acknowledge my boyfriend when he was waiting to take his order I managed to order and get my food before he turned out. Three nights ago he is just talking to his crush atthejob and ignoring my boyfriend for a solid several minutes and then the food was crap.

Not sure if the older man with glasses is any part of management. Unfortunately we didn't get to eat because he was very rude about our order. He was extremely rude to My Husband & I around the customers that were eating.

I’m charging my Tesla there’s nobody in the drive-through there’s three people in the dining room and the young girl at the counter says we’re on hold ago. I’m sorry I don’t know what that means. We’re on hold. We’re not taking any orders until we get caught up and then she proceeded to take a big long drink of a drink for herself. I guess personally she’s out on hold with customers

I have stopped here many times in the past. It has always been a great place to stop for gas, clean restrooms, and cheap burgers. This time I wish I could give this location zero stars. We placed our order inside but ate in our truck. The inside was dirty. Everywhere I touch was sticky. The employee’s appearance was comparable to a diesel mechanic. The price on their menu is incorrect, prices are different than what they charge you. The food made me sick. My husband’s burger patty had a huge plastic paper. We quickly pulled over for him to throw up. Sad because steak and shake is normally Sooooooooo GREAT;” /
