Spicy Royal Chicken Crispy Sandwich! Yay! That was tasty! Fries were just right and the staff put three open tubs of catsup in an upside down plastic cup w/lid. Yes! Wife had the Beyond Meat burger and liked it. Good food.

My food’s always been good here,I get the original chicken sandwich with cheese,and of course fries,BK has really good fries too,can’t go wrong with there onion rings either,there the bomb.

Just about stopped doing Burger King. This one flipped my mind. Quick service, food was hot, and staff was incredibly friendly. Food tasted just the way I remember as a kid. Now my kids experienced what I experienced as a kid. Too bad this one is far from my home. Seriously, stop by and tell me different.

It is a typical Burger King establishment. This one is located on Main Street in Hesperia! The meals, usually, are cooked well, and they are delicious. The prices are typical of any Burger King restaurant. Place is clean. There is, usually, ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a meal. I used to frequent this establishment in 2018, when I moved to High Desert. Definitely, this is one of the better Burger King eateries in High Desert.

I love their way of getting it done but I'm a salad lover too & that is the only probably problem that you are going to find out the hard way because if you order a side salad all they put is lettuce tomato onion they don't have crutons or dressings and that is a no-no.

The fries were hot which were the best thing because who wants cold freeze, duh 😂😂. Drive-thru was good, food was hot, the cashier was pretty cool

Has a fun playplace inside. Although it could use some cleaning inside it. I liked how there was a door separating the main lobby from the play area (update door no longer there) 3 year old loves it

Giving it 4 stars because burger King is not the best but they have a dollar spicy chicken sandwich, which is really rare to find now. I have had enough of their menu to say it's decent food for the price. My friend says the whooper has a strange smell but I don't seem to smell it.

This place has restrooms available when you really need it. It was on Hesperia for a about 5 hours. All other places, even gas stations, will not let customers use their restrooms. This Burger King Rocks, and made my 2 hour road trip back to Los Angeles feeling good. Please treat the staff with respect. They are friendly and human.

Can't go wrong with a kids meal and play area for the kids. Attached is a kids meal Miraculous pop out toy. It was fun and easy to put together.

Clean facility, burger and toppings were fresh, however french fries were Cold On Arrival. Newly renovated the facility is very appealing and staff are quick to welcome you.

Food not prepared well, buns were beyond raw, the presentation was sloppy. Lettuce old and terrible. Customer service was good but comprehension was OFF.

Is quite far. There costumer service needs to step up their game . For instance I went in there with my kids I handed the cashier $10 bill yes i know it was written but come one you had to make big deal that it was written all over it . You called you manger and the manger seemed like she didn't know what do . So she calls her store manger i was like really just give it back I'll pay with card . And was so annoyed because they didn't know what they were doing . I had to tell them to check it with marker or out in the machine . Ever since than I haven't been there and not planning too. Please upgrade with your employee or train them well .

Tried the new ch"king chicken sandwich chicken it was a bit dry ,hardly any flavor to it. The commercial states there pickles are so big they cover the inside of the bun true! When the bun is the size of your average palm. They also stated they add there special sauce to the entire inside of both parts of the bun not! There was a couple of droplets on both sides. Hopefully this is just at this Burger King in Hesperia, Ca that unfortunately only had one ⭐ review. Sorry had to be honest..

Clean but not quick on service. Only people in was my wife and I but was told they would be right with us. Had the tacos, my opinion, stick with the burgers. Had very, very little meat cheese and lettuce. So little çouldn't have seen it unless you really looked for it.

The service was great. The remodel is nice. Everything was good. Except... For the playground 👎👎👎was very excited to see it after the remodel but was so disappointed to see they left it as it was. Wasn't even cleaned and the foam floor was filthy as well. 😑😑😑

4 what you get the price is too high. A couple of the kids that work there have a smart mouth. They kind of cater to bums. I bought large, I I went to go refill it they wanted to charge me over $3 for refill, and I think that's ridiculous the other places charge half that if they charge it all.

Friendly service - but too much socialization between employees. I ordered the sourdough king special meal came to $11.?? With a drink and fries. Got home opened my bag to find regular burger. I called burger king and was argued with me she checked and that i was mistaken. I know was i was looking at.. I argued until I was promised a replacement of what i actually ordered and paid for. Went yesterday... I got my sourdough king and was very disappointed to receive two patties on sourdough bread with yellow cheese. All employees were very friendly but don't have the pride in their jobs to receive praise from me. 😞

They ran out of the plant base patty & I was told they weren't allowed to order the veggie patties because they are supposed to be pushing the plant base. I never go to burger king because I never liked their food but I thought I'd give the plant base patty a try & I ended up with nothing. I'm giving 2 stars because the server was super nice and very apologetic.

Out of all the fast food burger joints Burger King has been my favorite since I was a kid and I'm 53 now. But the last couple times that I've gone to the Burger King on Main Street it's like eating cardboard. There's literally no sauce on the bread very little lettuce or tomato or pickles. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden someone drop their standards

We ordered our food through the drive through- we were their only customers. We ordered a jr whopper and a double whopper and mozzarella sticks...When we got to the window they took a very long time to get us our food..Staff seemed like they had other things going on... When we got home to eat our food the mozzarella sticks were cold and they had given us a regular whopper. Not happy with this location. Burger King you can do better.

Drive thru takes forverrrrrr and food is too salty

Normally I don't really have many complaints, but today my experience with pure trash. I placed a Mobile order so that I could save time and just pick up the food and go. I ended up waiting in the Drive-Thru line for almost 20 minutes and they didn't even have what I had ordered. I had to get substitutes on some things because the app says that they have stuff but apparently they don't really have. By the time I left the drive thru, there was 11 cars behind me who hadn't even placed their orders yet.

The service at this Burger King location is terrible and they constantly serve food that is old and cold and not edible. The fries are always soggy and luke warm and even when you ask for certain items to be fresh they won't be. On numerous occasions I have ordered chicking sandwiches and I asked for fresh chicken but I ended up with chicken that was thrown back in the fryer for a minute and they were so hard and overcooked that you would probably break teeth trying to eat them.

The food was okay, not nearly as good as how it used to be . However that's besides the point. When attempting to take our daughter into the play area, it was entirely disgusting. Either something was spilled around that area and it became really sticky. My husband brought it to the manager's attention to clean it up, in which they told us they would clean it up, but never did. Also, the milkshake machine needs to be cleaned out horribly, our milkshakes that we had ordered tasted gross. You guys can definitely do better.

What a let down.. had food delivered and when it was wrong i tried calling and nobody would answer the phone as if they were afraid of it.. i tried for 30min and gave up.. dont order anything specific from this place because they will mess up and your food will be cold and no one will answer for it.. 1st and last time at this establishment.. up your food game children of bk

We walked in and got our food and when we entered the play place it stuck real bad. So we sat down and ate and I got in the play place with my brother and their was crumbs everywhere and empty sauce cups. So we were trying to have fun until I saw dried up poop in the corner and so we got out and left. Very dirty never going here again.

Son late for school, we stopped in to grab quick breakfast... ONE person working both the drive thru and the dine-in. Waited 15 minutes and weren't even acknowledged. Left without placing an order and will not be back.

Drive through was bad, three cars in line and it took a long time. When we got to the window they seemed very confused to whos order they were working on. They finally gave us our food but no drinks, when I asked where they were he left the window and took home a few minutes to get them to us.

Last week went to get milk shakes at 9pm and they said machine was down. We all know that is code for they already cleaned the machine. One week later we attempted to go to get a milk shake again but earlier at 730pm and they said their machine is down and a hand written sign saying cash only. I don't know how this place stays open. There are never any customers there.

I am so disappointed and disgusted with how trash this location is,they won't take gift cards they had nothing for any shakes and no caramel but somehow there slushie machine was working? Come here often and it’s usually good. Lately they gave us an incomplete order and didn’t even give us a recipe to dispute it. When trying to contact them no one answered. I’m very disappointed that we were left with half our food and no drink.

Went two nights in a row for my family. First night they didn't give me three whoppers and had to drive back to get them. The very next night I ordered the same thing and this time they didn't give me all four of my fries. I had to drive all the way back there twice in two days to get the rest of my order. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Just DIRTY! specially the play area I seriously do not think they have ever cleaned the floors. We asked if they could please come clean the table because it was dirty, One of the workers comes in and I seriously do not think she has ever wiped anything down in her life it was horrible and all she did was leave it wet and sticky. To make matters worse as she is wiping it down she states and I quote "OH, I thought it was going to be worse...like a really big mess" ...ummm what? Did that really just come out of your mouth. I went and got napkins out of the bathroom with soap and water and wiped it again myself. Then she goes to wipe the other little tables and does not even pick up the trash that was left under some of the tables. Workers are nice but it being dirty seriously messes everything up. Nobody wants to eat in a public dirty environment when they decide to eat out. Specially with their kids. Clean it up and it would be MUCH BETTER!

We ordered 2 Whopper meals and 2 orders of 10pc chicken nuggets. We never got our nuggets. But the genius that took our order remember the sauces for the chicken nuggets. Just failed to remember the nuggets. Also never got a receipt. Tried calling them but the phone number isn't even an active number. Poor service!!

It was absolutely horrible. Waited over 15 min in drive thru then got to the window. Then manager gave us wrong drinks and acted like it was a no big deal. Took another 15 minutes to get our food which was 5 breakfast combos, 3 of which were Enormous Breakfast Burritos, which came out smashed like a pancake and 2 had no sausage and bacon tasted like rubber. All 5 tater tots were under cooked. Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

I agree with Sandy the play area is filthy.But then again so is the entire place, including bathrooms.Maybe short staffed? The employees are nice though. I saw more homeless come in use the bathroom and sit then regular customers. One came in and sat with there little dog Toto. Ive seen Mcdonalds with hand wipes in the kids area.Next time going to bring sanitizer.

We ordered two impossible whoppers through the mobile app. We double checked with the lady at the drive thru window that they were impossible and not made with meat. We should have triple checked and looked in the bag because we didn’t realize till we took it to where we were going to eat at that they were the normal whoppers that contain meat :(

Used to take my kids to eat and play all the time, now the playground is closed every time I’ve tried. They close it on all rainy or cold days, and now they are replacing the net. The manager Kristen was very rude and condescending when I was asking why. Guess we will just being going to McDonald’s play place from now on.

You definitely can't have it your way any longer. We order a Whopper with no mayonnaise or pickles, add mustard. They left off the pickles but left the Mayo and did not add mustard. We ordered a big fish with cheese, did not receive the cheese and there was a scant of tartar sauce, very dry. Tacos were bland, no salsa nor was any offered. Chicken nuggets were old and hard. Ice tea was warm, ice had melted. The only thing that was decent was the fries. Been a long time since we tried Burger King, it will be a long time before we try again. What a shame!!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! 2 fries and a onion ring missing out of a order after we asked about 2 other items missing. The order cost us $23 and food was disgusting, limp and cold. Immediately called the store as we were going to a football game at the school and was told we had to come back to rectify the situation. Tried using a gift card but the machine supposedly didn't work. When I asked another employee about it she asked if employee entered it manually I said no she just kept telling me the machine didn't work. The other excuse was she is normally a cook. This was a huge inconvenience and the security was unpleasant

I'm not one to leave a one star review but come on man 10.23 for a whopper with cheese? That's not a meal folks, that's just the burger. On this same street, you can head over to la Casita, and get a full meal for that price. The prices on the drive thru menu don't match the real price, which means they don't even care enough to update it. Absolute joke man. If you're gonna go to bk in this area, spend some extra time to drive to bear valley rd, at least they have a good kids play area

Something isn't right with BK. The food isn't as good. You used to be able to get a hot meal. The sandwiches used to be hot moist and had melted cheese, but not anymore. I believe they are going down due to the service and quality.

You know you place an order in the Drive-Thru and you get home and you don't get all your food. I know they're busy but when somebody orders food they should you know get what they ordered, what they paid for and I tried to call and call and call and it's just busy. Tried to call the headquarters of Burger King. No answer. I'm not going over there again right now because school just got out. There's a million people out so I get screwed. Order two chicken sandwiches only get one

Went for a couple kids meals for my 3yr old and 4 yr old, proceed to get the kids meals with no toys or apple slices , even though on the screen it said it came with apples slices and a kids toy. Proceed to through the drive thru again and was told that you must specifically ask for the toy or you'll get a cookie instead, well no cookies in either bag either and when asked for the toys instead of being forced with cookies, cashier gave dirty look and proceeded to give me Go Fish type "toys". Terrible.

I normally don't go to too many fast food places, but.... I decided to go to Burger King and get me the deal...two sandwiches for six bucks, and I'm thinking I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich and a Whopper jr. So I whip out my cash app card, and I say hi, after the guy says hello, welcome. Is it going to be cash or card he asks? I said it'll be a debit card. And he points behind me, and says the kiosk??? I turned around and walked out of the Burger King and I'll never go back. Here's why. If I have to go to a fast food restaurant where the kids are getting over 20 bucks an hour and I got to do my own work... you're freaking out of your mind. You want me to go in and do all the ordering for myself pay for it and all you do is hand me the bag. The day I use a kiosk to order food is the day I'm working there, which will be never.

I ordered 4 sandwiches that was suppose to have egg on them! What I got was 4 sandwiches that had a non measurable slice of egg! I have to wonder who owns this place now. The same thing was happening at the Burger King on Palmdale Rd. and route 395. This is disgusting.

If I could rate this lower than a full star I most definitely would , I pull to the drive thru ordering a cheese whopper meal and a Italian parmesan sandwhich. I get to the window and everything is running perfectly they tell me " we're waiting on fries please pull in the front " , I was expected the Italian sandwhich to be FRESH for the chicken fillet but it wasn't. I drove all the way home to call them 2 times...they did not pick up I drove back to hesperia , I tell them about my sandwich not being fresh. They made me a new one I know that they didn't drop a fresh chicken fillet and they grabbed an old one and dropped it in the fryer : you could smell the old chicken fillet and the dark grease coming from the middle of the chicken. I work in fast food and this is terrible...this is not a chicken parm sandwich , the Italians are not happy and neither am I. I should've replaced or got a refund !

My experience started out not so bad got to the speaker was asked to please hold about 2 minutes later i was greeted by a fairly sweet spanish woman who promptly took my order got to the window payed for mine and my wifes meal she handed my wife one drink closed the window came back with our food and my atm approximately 10 minutes later (it looked to me that she was the only one working so understandable wait time) never gave us our second drink we ordered two rodeo burgers a number eleven a 4pc mozzarella stick and a medium sprite my wife told her she forgot the medium sprite (she gave it to us no questions asked) i looked at the receipt as we left and noticed a charge for a medium fry found the misunderstanding in medium sprite and fry was a communication error but noticed a charge for a value fry also then noticed i was not given a medium fry but a value fry went back to the window and was told she was right and i was wrong had the window slammed on me and she walked away had she got my order right my meal should have been $21.71 my total paid was $25.15 i attached. Pics of both my receipt and my total on the burger king app showing the difference including the merchant id this employee needs to be reprimanded will not be going to this location anymore purely because of her poor attitude and terrible customer service
