I’ve been buying cakes from here for about 10 years, and I can honestly say they are the best in Hialeah — possibly all of South Florida. Every single time, the cakes are fresh, beautifully decorated, and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The quality has been consistently outstanding for a decade, which is why I keep coming back and will continue to do so. If you’re looking for the best cake in Hialeah, this is the place. Highly recommend!
Came in for breakfast this morning and so glad I did. The service was great and the staff was really nice.. The guava pastry was really great and the café con Leche was great as well. I’m so glad I came in here this morning. It was a great start of the day.

Moalu is the best one here! I come here a lot and sometimes get mediocre service but she was honestly top tier! Made the BEST colada. Like honestly, love breadman and all but they always make such a mid colada. Moalu really threw down! Espumita & all & hubby couldn’t even wait to drink it before I got a pic! Definitely recommend her! She’s the sweetest
First time walking into Breadman and I must say, I was impressed! The bakery is small but it packs a punch. Their croissant egg sandwich was great and their iced latte was perfect! They also have an assortment of bakery items including unique selections such as Guayaba Bread Pudding, Cuatro Leches with Nutella and even an Oreo double cookie. I will be coming back :)
Breadman is my go to bakery for any events! There croquetas de la casa are the bomb!!! The ladies here are super sweet & amazing. You feel like you’re hanging out with your tias lol

Fantastic bakery in Miami! I walked over from my hotel and knew immediately that I was in the right place when I saw the line. 😁 Not much English spoken, but everyone was super nice and we made sense with lots of pointing and smiles. Highly recommended!

First time that I try their food and everything was delicious! I was very worried when my friends told me to go there because since I’m vegetarian I thought I wasn’t gonna find anything for me. But that wasn’t the case, they did have a bunch of vegetarian’s options. I ordered a maduro+cheese empanada, a maiz+cheese croqueta, and a tequeño with guayaba inside.
I recently hosted a resident event and placed a large order with Breadman in Miami, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the attention and service provided by the staff were top of the line. Everyone was welcoming, quick, and genuinely attentive to every single person who came through the door. My order was not only ready on time but hot and fresh, which made a huge difference for the event. The biggest win? My residents were absolutely over the top excited and every single item we purchased tasted amazing. Everything was gone in no time, and I even had tenants coming back for seconds (and thirds!). If I could give Breadman a 100 out of 100, I would without hesitation. Incredible service, amazing food, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be returning for future personal and resident events!

I was truly impressed by the service. Few bakeries offer that kind of attention, even in the waiting line, everything seemed fine. And when it came to serving me, it was excellent. They even gave me a drink. Excellent service, and the appetizers and cake are delicious. 100% recommended.

Excellent service from the girls, especially Betty and Rosanna. The sandwiches were very good, and the desserts were exquisite. My favorite was the 4 leches cake, but the flan, the Gustazo, the dulce de leche, and the ñooo were also very good. 100% recommended.
By far the best bakery i have been too. Great selection on the meun and very friendly staff. Ordered a sandwich and the bread is super soft and the meat in side was super flavorful. Pastolitos are on point.

I've been a customer of this particular baker for many years, and they've always been in charge of the buffet and cakes for all my parties. I must say, they never cease to amaze me. Yesterday, they made this beautiful cake for my baby shower to celebrate the arrival of my baby, and every single guest was amazed by how delicious it was, with everyone asking for recommendations. I love this place!! I’ve been hooked ever since my BFF introduced me to Breadman a few years ago. Whenever I’m down in the Miami area I always visit. Never been disappointed at this locations. The pastries are delicious. Along with all their cakes and sandwiches. All time favorite is their Jack Daniels cake!! They have a large variety of croquettes. The Hialeah location is the best!!

Live in Dade County w have many Cuban Bakeries. But like Breadman not many. There Cuban Bread and Pastries are top notch and the best I’ve ever had. Today was the first time that i tried the Empanadas De Carne and the Papa Rellenas. And I have to say that were absolutely delicious. I scored major brownie points with my office today. I highly recommend them if your haven’t tried them yet! I actually purchased my pastries at the Hialeah #3 location which is the old Indio Bakery location. But to be honest the quality is the same at all of there locations.

I used to go to Vicky’s bakery till I found this place. It’s better quality and the portions are much bigger. I ordered a croqueta preparada with a mamey shake and bk bk by bb a crema catalana. My girlfriend order bisté a caballo

My favorite bakery in all of Hialeah is Breadman. There’s a lot of quality ones around but the best is this bakery tucked neatly off the Palmetto. The supermeng sandwich, ham and cheese empanadas, and Nutella cheesecake are my personal favorites. But their pastries are the best. I always take a box of Nutella pastelitos to my family’s house to share. This is a must visit if you’re in the area.

I love coming here! The pastries are delicious, the cakes and desserts are a sweet lovers dream! The sandwiches are bomb!! I recommend the Rico suave, best sandwich ever!!Obsessed with their shakes, they are on another level, they are made with condensed milk! It’s my favorite place to go to, whenever I go spend the weekend with a friend who lives near by. No matter what time of day, I go and get the breakfast, the first one on the menu. It comes with eggs (which can be made however you like), choice of meat( ham, chorizo, sausage links, or bacon) (cheese is extra), toast, fries, and coffee. All for $6. The only complaint I have is that the fries in the breakfast could be crunchier. But other than that I think it’s worth the stop, whether it’s for a sandwich or you feel like having something sweet, like tres leches, you should definitely not pass on an opportunity to go.
I have been going to this bakery since it’s opening and it’s my go to place. The food is spot on and the best in town. Liset makes my experience there fantastic. She greets with a smile always and provides the BEST customer service. No matter how busy it can be she always takes the time to make me feel at home. When I visit monthly from palm beach, this is my first stop always 😊

I recommend this place. Food and service were both really good. I had the Ropa Vieja empanada, beef pastel and cafe con leche. I really enjoyed everything. Place is nice inside and out. The manager took care of me and was super sweet. She asked if I was enjoying my food and thanked me for coming. I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items. I was tempted to buy one of everything! My first visit was yesterday June 8th. Go check them out! You won’t regret it.

Great bakery! Pastelillos and croquetas were fresh at 9:30 AM. Unique pastries and desserts. I highly recommend this place, and I grew up in Miami so I know good Cuban bakeries.
I highly recommend this place 100% here they made me my baby shower cake and it was incredible, the filling was a delight, the girls are kind, if you don't want a design that they offer you can bring your own design and it will be exact to what you wish to have. For me it was an incredible experience, definitely here I will order for my next celebrations.

This is a unique place and pretty much the spirit of Hialeah, I mean where else can you buy a cake with croquetas all around? However be ready to wait a while. I pre-ordered a croquetas cake for a birthday and I expected to just come and pick it up but instead I had to wait 30 mins for someone to prepare it as when I got there. Still worth it.

I've only been there twice because of the good reviews, but I honestly didn't think it was that great. The second and last time, part of our breakfast order was missing. They served us part by part. About four times, I had to get up from my chair. The coffee with milk was terrible.
It's a bakery with assorted lunch options. I really wish though, they had milk alternatives for the cafe con leche. This one fact keeps from ordering from here. To me, cafe con leche makes or breaks my day
Good morning, a frequent customer of the bakery, three or more days a week, always the same order. Today it was taken over the phone, everything very quickly because they had a packed bakery. Bread without ketchup, which I always order, and with chips, which I always pick up. I understand there may be demand, but there should be only one person to answer the phone and prepare the orders. They have demand, as I called three times, and they told me they were busy, only to return my call. Reasons enough to have a dedicated person on the phone, and not, as I observed, having slips of paper with orders taken at the counter taped to their forearms. Then they would pick up the phone and take the customer's order, which can create disorganization when entering the order specifications. Thank you very much.
We were already in the area after having a late lunch taking care of some errands. We craved a dessert and decided to visit Breadman Miami. Tres leches is my absolute favorite dessert. So we got the tres leches and flan, and also the ño. We are sorry to say we didn't enjoy either one. The tres leches did not taste like a tres leches and the milk had a distinct flavor. The flan in the middle was a bit hard and unflavored. The Ño lacked taste and it was real sugary. The ladies at the bakery were however really nice.
They maintain the quality...but they have changed some of the staff and they have a terrible costumer. Two of the new women with bad shape. The truth is they leave a lot to be desired. The opposite of the young woman with light eyes and the old perzolnal...what a shame, I hope they improve this

I had a bad experience today. There were a lot of people and few staff. The girls were very stressed out by the number of customers and treated them poorly, in this case, me. I tried to place an order by cell phone and they cut me off. I arrived in person and told one of the attendants, and she started laughing sarcastically. I'm an active customer of this bakery. Can I go to buy something either in the morning or in the afternoon? But the service is getting worse every day. Remember, it's because of the customers that they're there...
Creative pastries, service could be better. My first time experience wasn't as thrilling. It actually left me wondering what all the hype was for... I'm doubtful there would be another visit. My sandwich only had tomato on one side and the description of the sandwich said nothing about onions which mine did include and they asked me if I wantedd ketchup or mayo, I asked for both but got none. The lady was more concerned in receiving a tip and attending the next.
I bought two trays of appetizers for a get-together with friends and was so disappointed because the pastry was nowhere to be found 😕 What a ridiculous way to attract customers. I ended up going to Publix to buy some appetizer paste to make them again. Sorry, but I don't recommend it.
Con lo caro qué esté lugar me dieron un pan viejísimo qué tenía un olor raro como elevadura, y duro como un bate. The first time I went to this bakery it was pretty good, expensive but good. Lately it’s just a disappointing experience, time after time. This receipt is from the other morning when I made my kids Cafe con Leche and went there because it’s the closest bakery. Once again they gave me a super old bread, it was stinky, hard like a rock, and was just falling apart when you would cut it.
I'm currently waiting again in the bakery because I asked for freshly made croquetas and the lady I spoke to didn't want to make them, saying the ones in the window are just made. I told her I don't mind waiting for them to make a fresh batch that I ordered and she had me wait for 15 min. I then finally received my food and the croquetas were all cold as if pulled from a refrigerator. I thank God I checked them in the car before leaving. I had to turn back and tell another lady what happened. She apologized and made "fresh" batch as I had initially requested. This time the croquetas were done in 3 min. However the croquetas she gave me were ruptured and unappealing. I think they just dropped the same cold ones in the fryer for a min and gave them back. This is the 3rd time I've had an incident at this place; the food is good and I try giving them another chance everytime. The last time one of their servers completely ignored me and attended the guests behind me, despite her coworker telling her 3 times to attend me because I'm next. And today, right when I was gathering my food to leave, the lady that gave me the cold croquetas grabbed a dusty dirty broom and started brooming the ceiling directly above all the food and coffee and bread toasting machines. It was utterly disgusting and the breaking point for me. I'm not returning to this bakery. The lack of hygiene and common sense is incomprehensible, not to mention the poor customer service.
It's incredible how this Bakery has lost quality...it's a shame...I come often because I love the food at this place...but for some time now I've been noticing how everything has been losing quality...first of all, the service , the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and now the food is not what it used to be either... I just ordered a steak with fried potatoes and onions and this is what I received, they didn't even bother to fry the potatoes. .they gave me what they put on sandwiches...and the onion???
Such a terrible experience. They try to upcharge you without telling you, even though they tell you it’s included. Also DO NOT get the iced coffee, we got two and the milk/sweet cream had CLEARLY gone bad because it tasted DISGUSTING and we told them, but they started fighting with us saying that had no milk and it was our problem that we didn’t like it. Unorganized and terrible terrible service. Never coming back here again. Save your money and go to any other bakery around.
Good food however the customer service is not so great. The front lady manager has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to receive customers. If they would work better on receiving customers with a good attitude and smile then maybe I would give them 5 stars.
Placed an order a day in advance and when i got there i had to wait over 1 hour to get my order. Poor customer service.
Ordered about 150 worth of food for a breakfast I wanted catered at my home 5 days in advance. My order was supposed to be ready at 1030. It is currently 1110 and I am still waiting for my order. Was told that half of my order was not even started on when I arrived at 1025. Unacceptable.
