👍 They give surprisingly large amounts of food compared to other locations. When I was there a few customers including me told them to put less rice. Quantity doesn't necessarily mean quality but in this case it does. It has the same delicious taste of Chipotle!
I didn’t have much time due to being on the clock and stopped at this Chipotle, which was a great idea. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more. Keep up the great work!!!

Ordered my food online and walked in to see a line stretching halfway across the perimeter of the building. I went directly to the cashier and I noticed that they were swamped. An employee was training a new cashier while trying to manage and separate everyone's individual orders so that nobody was charged incorrectly. Even under pressure, the employees managed to correctly make all the food that I ordered (which rarely never happens to me when I'm ordering fast food). Kudos to everyone who works at this Chipotle. Job well done!
I visit this location multiple times a month. The food is constantly being made so it is always fresh. The portions are very generous and the line is kept moving quickly due to fast service. As a health enthusiast I also like that they have a variety of nutritious options to choose from

Had a great experience with a young man who was a manager and a girl at the register. Had a rude young kid trying to order something not on the menu and the manager was very professional and did a great job in the situation. I just feel bad that the kid was being rude and condescending towards the workers. The manager and the girl at the register handled the situation perfectly. The portions were great and super friendly staff.
Tonight, somehow our online order was missed along with others. We were very hungry and upset. However, the chipotle staff in this location worked wonderfully together to help us get what we ordered in the middle of such stressful time. I feel like they handled the situation very well and showed great teamwork and kindness, which is what we need these days. Great job, and thank you!
Cheese Mode ON!! I've been a fan of Chipotle Mexican Grill for more than 4 years. There have been a great deal of updates since I discovered them, but I absolutely love their "SOFRITAS BOWL". It's the only thing that I order when I go. Onto this location only 5 mins from my home!!! Upon entering the line was long, but in their defense it was a Friday evening and who doesn't want Chipotle Mexican food? Going down the line I had vegie bowl, with sofritas , black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, sauté veggie, red & green salsa, extra sour cream, guacamole and tons of cheese. The service is pretty good and employees are very friendly.
This Chipotle has tough competition from all sorts of other fast food options within eyesight, like Chik-fil-a, Panera, Wendy's, and Starbucks. Interestingly, this Chipotle is found in an abandoned shopping plaza. There was lots of indoor and outdoor seating available, and the food was standard.
I went in person to get a bowl, and it was good. I asked for double steak and extra beans and that is indeed what I got. It also tasted like Chipotle steak I've had at other Chipotles. The employees were nice and professional. I also got a watermelon refresher limeade. It was fine. Personally I think it could taste more like watermelon, it lacks the sweetness in watermelon but it was refreshing nonetheless.

Clean usually when it's not ridiculously busy, which does happen. Food is prepared well, although it's really hard to mess up. Parking is easy. Service is friendly and great. Several tables outside. Well lit by those tables. Parking lot could use more lighting. Actually, any lighting.
Staff is really nice and the food tastes great. My only complaint is that their strong spices get repetitive when eating a bowl. When eating similar food, such as from Qdoba, I don't have this problem. Other than that, great to have once in a while.
Their food is consistently fresh, good service. My favorite are the bowls!!! I'm giving it 4 stars because I tried to do a catering event for work and it required a min. of 20 people - too large of a group. They should be more flexible with that.
Casual and ubiquitous Tex mex chain. This one happens to be in our neighborhood. Good for a quick eat, they pioneered fast casual and ingredients are still on their same high quality principles set when they launched. Weirdly app and in-store menu options are slightly different - kids quesadilla, for example, only exists on the app. Also, 8 out of 10 orders I’ve picked up lacked at least one item if not more. I’ve made it a habit to check for every item in the order, including opening boxes, to make sure everything is there and save myself another trip.
Great food but the pick up order was very late. It was not ready until 35 minutes after promised delivery time of 6:20, we had ordered at 5:40. I would have given 2 or 3⭐️ for being that late, but the burrito bowl with chicken and black beans was really good, so were the chips and guacamole. The employees were clearly working very hard, but the company needs to send notifications if they are running late.
The place is very clean and nice. The service was great. I would definitely go back here again whenever I’m in the area and I do recommend anyone around this location to Check them out.
Great service, they filled my order faster than any other location I've ever been to, kudos to the young man on the serving line. Only thing of note is this location has a weird pt of entry due to the ongoing construction of the mall area that it resides in.
Idk what happens between different places but the rice here was oily. And everything was super salty. For something that is supposed to be fresh it could be better. Make the food a bit more healthy and less oil and salt and it would be great.
Environment so noisy that I could barely hear the staff as they asked what I wanted on my taco. Food is fresh and everyone is polite, but the environment very uncomfortable. Stainless steel and wood seating made me want to eat in my car! Don't think I'll bother doing this again- I'd rather eat in a more relaxed place. Food not worth the discomfort.
I order from this location for lunch sometimes when I’m at work, the food is good and staff is friendly but I would recommend picking up instead of delivery, not only do they forget items sometimes, but they also have a delivery fee, a service fee, and tip & tax automatically tacked on at the end of your order. I tried placing a small order for just three people and it came out to an additional $30 just to have it delivered to us less than a half mile away. Sometimes I’m not able to leave the office and need a place to deliver lunch, $30 extra dollars is not justifiable.
Food is fine, the establishment is FILTHY! Food on the floor, tables, lobby. Leaking soda machine or garbage can. Just gross. Freezing too! I think they don't clean the dining area so they can stay warm!
Food is good, it’s your typical Chipotle so they can’t really mess it up, can they? But yes they do. The people that work there, particularly the young women are unprofessional. They talk to each other while you’re trying to order. Slap the food into the bowl, make a mess, and don’t care. I’ve ordered pick up as well and they somehow managed to get one of the orders completely wrong and the other was missing ingredients. They need to hire people who actually care about doing their job.
I've gotten takeout from Chipotle several times, and my custom sofritas burrito bowl never disappoints. The quality is consistently decent, and the customization options ensure I get exactly what I crave. Chipotle has become a decent choice for a satisfying meal. 3.5/5 stars!
The first time I ordered from here they forgot to add the salsa to my order and they didn’t have any drinks available so that was wasted money. Today was the second time I ordered from them and they forgot to add the sour cream to my order when it clearly states on the order receipt that I requested sour cream. Will probably not order from here again as some staff members and glum and I’ve never seen this place clean.

I LIKE THE FOOD BUT THE QUANTITY OF FOOD WAS REALLY LESS. THE WORKER DOESNOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND I COULDNOT UNDERSTAND HER.
First time visiting Chipotle as dine in.. the staff ⚕️ just plops the food on the plate like it's pig slop. It was very unappetizing and unappealing. I ended up discarding half the food as my mind was not enjoying the experience. That being said, the food tasted fine and was fresh. I guess as a take away it would be fine 🤷🏻♀️.
Last visit was chaotic at best. Problems during the ordering process, charged the wrong amounts and overcharged for items. Tables were dirty. Definitely not the experience one looks for when eating.
I order my salad bowl the first crew member was nice the second crew member by the name of Andy was extremely rude. I ask Andy for a side of Caso he gave a side of caso that wasn’t even half way full then I ask him can I have a lil more Caso then he roll his eye with a straight attitude, then put the top on and gave it to the cashier. But the food was good.
This chipotle was so messy when I went. I usually love chipotle, but then switched over to Qdoba. They gave my bowl to me half opened with guacamole and alot of grease stains on my bowl. If you want something quick and don't care about your food go here.
On Uber Eats, I bought two bowls, guac + chips, and I made sure that it was known that I wanted utensils and napkins. I am a customer who ALWAYS buys from Chipotle so I put them on a high pedestal. First and foremost, we did not receive any napkins or utensils. I was just accepting and moved on from that, but then my boyfriend and I were about to eat the food and we realized how there was barely anything in both bowls. The portions were so small, and we were very hungry after and had to order from somewhere else. I’m a vegetarian and I love Chipotle for providing that option but as a vegetarian I eat a lot and to have something like that happen to me, I was so furious because why Chipotle, why? As I said before I always order from Chipotle so why did they choose to put so little in my plate this time around. This makes me not even want to order from Chipotle again if I’m going to get such little food!
I remember when the burritos were so big that I couldn’t finish them in one sitting. The burrito I just got was smaller than my hand, finished quickly, and left me hungry. A $20 burrito. It tasted good, which is the only reason I gave it a star, but for that price that amount of food is unacceptable. Never again.
WORST CHIPOTLE EVER, the staff messed up many times and don’t pay attention to the order, and the scoop are not even a normal amount
Been coming here for about three years, but place has really gone downhill in the last six months. Most recently, my online pickup order was lost, and despite my credit card already charged and showing the young manager the emailed receipt, he could not care less, with only the frontline server eventually helping. Another few times, the kid's meal rice and cheese were put into sauce containers, pathetic portions. As others have noted, the cleanliness of the facility leaves a lot to be desired. My pickup orders have also been stolen, which apparently is not a rare occurrance. This location is in an abandoned Sears strip mall, so has never been the best, but become really dumpy.
I came to pick up food for me and my family and had an offer for one free entree due to a problem I had previously. When I was paying for the rest of my order, they informed me that they could not honor the free entree because it expired a couple of days ago and are only good for 2 weeks. I let them know that it was ironic that a coupon given for a customer service issue was not being honored and also that this was creating another issue, well... they didn't care at all saying that customer service was separate from the store and that they don't understand how working i the store was like. I explained that to a customer, Chipotle is Chipotle, we don't differentiate Customer Service from Store employees, but he said he called the store manager, Brian and he said NO. This is the way this store values its customers, which is they simply DO NOT VALUE. I know I have a choice of where I dine and if I choose to continue to go to Chipotle, I will not go to this East Meadow location because Brian does not value his customers!
usally i ordered chipotle from this location. i m vegetarian person and today after my work i want to eat vegetarian boul and she make in from of my eye but whn i eat half of bowl i saw a grilled chicken piece in my bowl. i just throw all my meal and feel disgusting what i eat i dont know how the chickn piece. come in my bowl i never come back in that location
They gave me not even a full scoop of rice and they didn’t have their “famous” honey chicken, and they also got my beans messed up. After all there is better chipotles out there
THIS PLACE IS SO DAMN CHEAP with the chicken. Here’s some context: i used to dine here all the time before 2018. I was still in grad school at the time so probably 3-4 times a week. Had no problems. Food was always warm, and plentiful. Then in 2021, the staff serves chicken to you as if it’s coming from their own personal property. STINGY! Today after nearly 12-13 months since my last visit here, i order 2 al pastor chicken burrito bowls. One with “double meat” and one with regular portion. And once again, they chose to cheapen out. The serving was nearly identical in both bowls! My first time in a chipotle was in buffalo back in 2009. Back then, “double meat” used to cost about $1,50. It’s at $3.95 on the chipotle app. Some places like qdoba i believe call it “extra meat” instead of “double meat.” Let’s get something straight here, those are 2 different servings. “Extra meat” can mean anything to anybody! But “double” means DOUBLE! It means an additional serving of the same size. If i’m paying $4 for double meat, then pour double meat! Thieves. Nothing else. Never coming back. Everyone i know in my life who dines here has noticed the lack of acceptable portions as well. They probably think ppl aren’t noticing. Smh. Instead, what they do is load your bowl up with rice. Even when you don’t ask for it, just so they can fill it up and think ppl won’t notice. Oh, and they forgot sour cream in both my bowls. Getting it 100% right from them is asking for too much honestly. They always ?$&@ something up.
This is the dirtiest store i been too. The kids behind the counter have no customer service. Lettuce all over the counter. Nasty how can you keep the store going
The social distancing at this facility is not kept at all. I felt extremely uncomfortable with all these patrons 4 inches from my shoulder. I am a registered nurse and I see too many lives taken every day for social distancing not to be enforced. I spoke to the workers but they seemed unbothered. The workers behind the counter keep pushing people through even though there are triple the amount of customers at the counter. Only two people should be there at one time as per social distancing regulations. Also, my food was packed and I was walking out the door with my food when I was stopped. The employee put someone else’s food in my bag which I already touched and he removed the food which was already contaminated by me and gave it to the other customer. Horrendous. I would like to be contacted by a manager and compensated for this horrible, unsanitary situation. Thank you.
I like the taste of the food at chipotle But I was there today at about 6PM and walked out without buying because one of the food handlers didn't have their nose covered with their mask. I don't know what it takes before folks take wearing a mask seriously., but I won't be buying there until the covid-19 problem is solved. If I was the owner there I would be absolutely furious that one of my employees is costing me customers. No stars here.
I would like to give them zero. Never had full bar. Manager is rude and staff is careless. It is a big disaster. Always had something finished, no guac, no corn , no sour cream. Why??
No control over orders. People just walk in and grab food without paying or even ordering. This has happened 4 out of 6 visits to chipolte where I lost time on my break to wait while my orders are remade. This whole free for all mentality at chain restaurants is pathetic. Why am I even paying? I'm just gonna assume all chains have free food and start grab bagging my lunches at chipolte, Panera, etc.. because there is nothing that makes me think otherwise at the moment.
I am very confused with this restaurant. My daughter and I went to the doors and it said digital only. It was 1pm in the afternoon. The doors were locked. There were people inside eating . Confused hummm. I went on their website. It said they had dine in. Hummm. To get a live person on the phone was not an easy task. When I got someone on the phone, I asked if they had dine in. She said they did. I said “but i tried your doors and they were locked.” She said “they are open now” hummmm still confused I asked why we’re they locked. She said “because we were only doing online orders, but there open now.” I was still confused.” I don’t understand why they were locked if you do dine in and it was 1pm in the afternoon.” Silence and then she said after a very long pause …… “They are open now , she said just push them open.” Okay I answered and hung up as i was already siping a drink across the street at On The Border.
Poor customer service. Workers are rude and don’t look like they want to help. Food portions keep getting smaller. I recommend going to Levittown location instead
As much as I love Chipotle this location truly disappoints the entire brand. I have been eating Chipotle for 10+ years and this is one of the worse locations (with Uniondale being a close tie). The food is only fresh in the morning and the customer service is a hit or miss. I was served rotten guacamole (dark brown to the core with the entire seed SMH). My biggest problem with ALL the Chipotle locations is that there is never vinaigrette. I always order a salad which if Im not mistaken should always be served with dressing. I can count on more than 2 hands how many times I have ordered a salad from this location only to be told when ready to pay that there is no vinaigrette and I literally walk out to find another location that does have. On top of that, I call these chipotle locations in attempt to be proactive and check if they have but not ONE location ever answers. It could be late at night or as early as 1pm and for some reason there is never vinaigrette. I have spoken to managers and been given several excuses - “we ran out,” “we didnt make any for the day,” and my favorite “we’re missing an ingredient” to which I have even offered to go buy the ingredient myself only to be told “corporate only allows us to make a certain amount per day.” Truly disappointing and one of the many reasons why I now go to Qdoba (FYI they give free extra guac to me veggie lovers). 10 years and the loyalty is down the drain.
Absolutely despicable. Bought a bowl at 10:15 and with TRIPLE chicken because I love the chicken at chipotle. It was ALL burned. Literally black on one side. Even a halal place would never do that. I’m shocked they got so cheap to throw away a batch of burned chicken that they’d sell it to customers. If they’re willing to cut corners so blatantly I cannot even begin to imagine the corners being cut in the kitchen that we can’t see.
Gave me food poisoning. It was the last thing I had eaten for the day. The next day when I woke up, my stomach was in a knot and ended up throwing up 4 times. Also, I had placed a mobile order for this food. I arrived when it said it’d be done, and had to wait 10 extra minutes for them to finish the order. Disgrace.
Food lacks flavor, it’s very plain and got skimped on portions. Better off going to Moe’s or Qdoba for better food and a better value
In the past week I've ordered online to pickup twice. First time it took forever for someone to help me because they were too preoccupied closing, my order wasn't made and wasnt being made. Second time I ordered 2 orders of 3 tacos and received 2 tacos. Asked of that was right and was told yes- I had to pull up my bank account to show them I was charged $17 for 2 tacos. And both times no sour cream available. Staff is very nice but I can't see a reason to ever go back
Never order online for pick up at this store, they'll rip you off. My bowl was literally half empty. If you're going to order from this place, make sure you're there in person, They're too afraid to try and finesse you in person.
This location is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. I ordered a quesadilla and drink online because you no longer can order quesadillas inside a chipotle anymore it must be through the app. I get to the location and there is a barrier that stops customers from accessing the mobile pick up orders which is fine , but there is no employee working behind the counter. I knocked on the counter several times and no one comes . I have to go up to the front and find someone even though there’s 6 people working. I get my cup and go to the soda machine and the entire thing is broken. “We can’t refund you through the app you must call” last time I called chipotle about a wrong order or complaint it was impossible to get on the line with them. I just told the employees to forget about it and I lost money. Chipotle has gone so far downhill over the last couple years. What a shame .
I went to pickup an online order and it wasn’t even ready after 20 minutes. It was just a bowl that 2 minutes to make. When I asked for a bit of extra, the lady said, “I’m doing online, thank you” and somebody else told me to please stand on the other side. Very poor customer service
I hate leaving bad reviews but this place leaves me no choice. I go here for lunch break everyday. This is the second time I had to leave because the cash register broke down. I was forced to eat peanuts and chocolate milk at my desk and now I have a chocolate mustache like a 12 year old boy, thanks chipotle. This place is basically a clown show. It’s very dirty. Most workers there are rude and unhappy. But I don’t blame them because I would act the same way if I worked in that dump. The only way to save this place is to shut it down and make it a Qdoba.
Not recommending for take out. There was a chicken piece in my veggie bowl. Sour cream was missing. Black beans were missing. App showed ready for pick up at 2:24 but it was given to me at 2:31
Quite literally the worst operated chipotle I’ve ever been to, I’ve never seen operations run so poorly. The counter was disgusting and a mess, I don’t even want to eat my food. The wait was incredibly long for no reason because one person was making orders while two other workers on the food line were just standing around. They had to “go to the back” 4 times to refill items, I waited in line while the one person making orders completed the full orders ahead of me. I’ve never seen it done this way, usually one person does the first half, second person does the second half. The line was ABSURDLY long because of this. My food was mismarked because the worker wasn’t paying attention, and order items from the person in front of me were put in my bag, I had to tell the staff that the items were not mine. The cashier also seemed to be clueless about how to do her job. I’ve NEVER experienced such a horribly operated chipotle, the workers and management at this location should be embarrassed.
I usually love this chipotle because the food is always amazing but today was not it. The girls on the line were very rude. Seems the girl on the line and the girl making the food we’re fighting or something because they wouldn’t say anything to each other although there was no brown rice in the front. The girl cooking very angrily made it. The other girl on the line got my order messed up and put too much lettuce on the bowl but barely any cheese. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Avoid this place at all costs. This is the 2nd time a online order didn't go through. The manager argued with me that she doesn't have an order for me. Even when i showed her my e reciept with the confirmation number and that my credit card was charged she was still arguing with me for a good 20 minutes before she agreed to make my food It's a shame because people cannot come to the restaurant in their own neighbourhood we have to go to another Chipotle in another town or not at all. They should find more competent people especially management shame on you Chipotle!
The only way they attend is that there is a supervisor, 10 minutes at the counter and they were unable to tell me a moment please, 3 people and despite the fact that I asked them if they were open or not, none was able to attend me.
They basically refused to make us “regular” quesadillas because it was inconvenient for them to run to the back and make one for us. The man on the register said he can’t make any exceptions unless we order on the app. We don’t have the app and had to get back to work. Maybe they should move the machine to make quesadillas, to the front so customers don’t have to make sense of this ridiculous policy.

Came here for lunch with my family and while I'm trying to order a roach. Walking along the bottom of the glass of the food lineand starts the starts to climb up it.. no one says anything but stars at it.. when I leave it is when someone moved around the counter to get it.. so flipping gross..
Everytime I came to this Chipotle I always had some type of issue with my food. Mind you this only happens at this location, nowhere else. Last night I ordered a bowl and there was literally 8-10 pieces of small chicken in my bowl and 1/2 the usual amount of rice that I get. On top of that, when I finally did get a piece of chicken in my bite it was so extremely bitter because they over cooked the chicken to the point where there was a hard burnt layer on top. Also the rice was undercooked and had some hard pieces in it! The staff rations you on the chicken and rice, to the point where you aren’t even full after eating the bowl. Don’t buy from this location unless you want to eat burnt chicken, have hard grains of rice in your food and get a child portion of food for an overpriced bowl (experienced this on a Sunday afternoon).
As a frequent customer of Chipotle, I must say that my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. I have visited this restaurant multiple times, hoping for a satisfying meal, but every time I leave with a feeling of regret and dissatisfaction. To begin with, the quality of the food at Chipotle is highly inconsistent. There have been instances where my burrito was cold and lacked flavor, while on other occasions, it was just awful. I have also encountered undercooked chicken and stale beans, which is completely unacceptable. The staff at Chipotle are often friendly and but sometimes unprofessional. They lack basic customer service skills, and it seems like they don't care about the quality of the food they are serving. Lastly, the pricing at Chipotle is unreasonable considering the poor quality of the food and service. The portions are often small and inconstant. Overall, my experiences at Chipotle have been consistently disappointing, and I would not recommend this location restaurant to anyone. The lack of quality control, unprofessional staff, poor hygiene, and unreasonable pricing are all significant issues that need to be addressed. I hope that the management takes notice of these concerns and takes the necessary steps to improve the restaurant's overall experience. It is disappointing to see a once-promising restaurant deteriorate in such a manner. The new management should take responsibility for the declining quality of the food and service and take steps to improve the overall experience for customers. Until then, I would advise against dining at Chipotle.
The staff is terrible and the place is dirty. It’s 9:50pm and the place closes at 11pm. The staff saying there’s no guacamole or sour cream because they were lazy to get it is wrong. I had to confront the cashier about it and he actually went and got the sour cream. Funny part was a bunch of people kept coming after us. I would understand if there was 10 minutes left, but providing this service with 1hr and 10 mins left is unacceptable.
So it’s 8:30 pm and chipotle closes at 11. I ordered a bowl and wanted tomato and other toppings on it. The tall man behind the counter rudely covers the lid of some toppings and says we’re running out and it’s only for online orders. Also the sour cream was very watery, tastes like water. Horrid service. Will not be coming back to this location. Cashier was very nice though, he deserves 5 starts putting up with that rude man next to him.
I think it’s time to shut this place down. The assembly line is always dirty. They always missing one item if it’s not the hot chili sauce then it’s the tomatoes. The staff (employees) look sloppy with loose hair over the food. All sweaty. The manager can’t manage. They never have forks. Just shut the place down. I can go on and on.
DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THIS CHIPOTLE, HOSTILE STAFF!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will never buy from this Chipotle ever again. The manager (Anna) literally yelled at the food worker for giving me too much chicken. He only gave me one spoon full. He was a young kid just trying to do his job. She said NO, LESS CHICKEN. I said if he gives any less chicken there's no point coming here. I'm not paying $10 for some brown rice. She replied, I don't care what you do, don't come here. I was shocked, the manager would behave this way. Then a staff member got in my face because I dared question the manager about the service. He was very rude to me, I just left after that.
Came to this location and stood in line for 20+ minutes for them to say they are completely out of white rice. They didn't think to tell the people waiting in line, they didn't put a sign up, they just quietly told you when you arrived that they were out. Then had to wait another five minutes for the guac to be ready. Absolutely terrible service and customer service didn't do anything to resolve the issue or offer any sort of courtesy for the inconvenience.
I ate takeout from here a couple of weeks ago. Within a couple of hours, I had full-on food poisoning. Once that was "taken care of" by that evening, I was 100% better and back to normal, so it was not some stomach virus. It was very acute to immediately after the lunch. My brother in law had the same scenario with this specific Chipotle last year. Just a heads up that this might not be the cleanest Chipotle around.
This place must be joke! They do not even know how to wrap burrito!!!! I just got the worst burrito ever and there was no chicken in it! (online order) Also I have no idea why they touching foods!!! They have plastic gloves and they touch everywhere with those gloves then they touch my food, my cheese etc how gross is that they think when they use that plastic gloves they can touch people food really???? after you touch everything included GARBAGE!!! I gave my burrito to my dog and even he did not eat it that's all never again. GROSS DIRTY PLACE!!!!
Used to be good. Wow what a fall from grace. does anyone else remember when they would actually hook you up with cheese and not just give you a show glass of queso? Or when the steak DIDNT taste like day old fish? Like they were always trash food but they used to be good trash food not trash trash food, if that makes any sense. Like I get it, resteraunats have to use cheaper materials due to inflation, but chipotle is like the worst culprit of this. They do it with every little thing and then still charge you double for a burrito. Last time I checked burritos are like 1.25 at 7-11, which quality you get at this point. Crunchy rice, old chips, small queso, burnt chicken, over salted food. the list goes on and on, for this location especially but all of them are guilty of it its pretty much become a meme at this point- order a 17 dollar burrito thats 85 percent Rice, and 15 percent steak like they think were stupid or something. Dont eat here company is whack
Chipotle, what type of queso is this… The queso is Nasty and chunky. Also, you guys had no other sauces available when asking for mild sauce… The Chicken Al Pastor Taste like somebody dropped a salt shaker on it… Thank you for ruining my dinner

This chipotle has to be the worst. The staff never pays attention to what you want, always putting wrong stuff on the order as they don’t care. They wouldn’t even make a new plate if they mess up. Portions are always low. Highly recommend to not waste your time and money.
Great food, terrible service. The staff clearly didn’t want to be there—and while I get it, they made it painfully obvious with their rude and dismissive attitude. A little basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way.
The lady doing pickup orders was kinda rude. She had an attitude and plopped our food on the bar Additionally the food provided was a small quantity and not enough sour cream was provided even though I selected heavy sour cream
Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Very disappointed. Every table was dirty and staff was bad. We weren’t done ordering and she started cleaning the dropped food on the table and walked away. Didn’t give us the extra sauce that we asked for on the side either. And she dropped a piece of lettuce on the table and picked it up and put it in my bowl. The hygiene here is very bad I would not eat here again. My friend got steak and she said something in her bowl tasted rotten and it ruined her appetite and she’s a chipotle fanatic so she was even disappointed here too. My bowl was overly salty too and was unbearable to eat. Won’t be coming here again…
If I can give 0stars I would .Feels like this place is ran by kids very unprofessional, dropped some of my toppings on the table with other dirty topping and they picked it up and put it back in my bowl. My friend got steak and it tasted rotten. My rice was overly salty and they messed up all my orders moved me down the line before I was done and the staff was just having side conversations. Please improve this place
I ordered takeout today after ordering from Chipotle for like 15 years. I got a burrito. There was twice as much rice as there should’ve been (the burrito was at least 80% rice), and the chicken was a half portion. They scammed me by overloading the burrito with rice and shorting on the single protein I ordered in my burrito. I noticed very quickly and broke the burrito open to see if maybe the other indgredients were sitting on the bottom, but nope, just about ALL rice. I will never order pickup from this location again. Extremely dishonest and unethical business practice.
I went to chipotle and got food and i was treated just fine but there was a homeless man who got invited by a random costumer to eat food and payed for the homeless man and just because the man was in there just sitting down after done eating he got sent outside and i found that super disrespectful and just something very heartless to do because the homeless man was kind and respectful and got treated like he is nothing, and i hope this gets resolved immediately because i have been there plenty of times and ate inside and stayed for a while after done eating and never got kicked out like how this homeless men got kicked out and got told to just stay outside that is overly disrespectful and i am never coming here again so thanks to your employee who ruined it for me. SO EVERY ONE who comes here just know they kick HOMELESS PEOPLE out for absolute no reason even when they purchase food from them they still get kicked out. This place is horrible and i was a daily costumer now i am not and i'm done with them.
Dirty environment, poor customer service, and this portion size is pathetic for $17. This is double meat and there is a total of 10 pieces of carne asada. I’ve had this experience with chipotle for years and decided to give it a chance again but after this, I will never be coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to q doba, moes or guac time instead.
I have found a BUG in my bowl at my most recent visit to this Chipotle. When I brought it to their attention, they first offered me a new bowl. Why would I want to eat more of their food thats infested with bugs? They did not stop serving people or change any of the food on the line. Noone was warned and it was as if it never happened. What an incredibly disgusting health hazard. I will not be visiting this filthy establishment again, nor should you.
