I can't get enough of their BLT Sandwich. Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of avocado and mayo. Perfect for morning, afternoon, evening meals, or even snacking throughout the whole day. Service is paid attention to and provided with a smile. I recommend it when looking for fresh ingredients and good-tasting fast food. A+++ in my book.

Double Avocado Farmer Cheese Burger. Drive thru took a bit and staff was real nice. Pink Lemonade was soooo fresh and tasted like "real" lemonade. I mean, everything tasted so fresh like a homemade bbq burger and non greasy with avocado, not guac. Oh, and cost the same (or less) than other good burger places.

I share information to help those who are lactose intolerant, have celiac disease and also diverticulosis which makes eating out harder than most people think. Well, can I say. I finally got cripy hashbrowns, close to well done Denver omelet and gloriously crunchy bacon! Service here is better than most other Farmer Boy's, they were very attentive to myself and all the other patrons with either refreshing coffees or removing used dishes. Enjoy...

Not just your average fast food! Inside is restaurant style, our food was brought to our table & the food was amazing. I got a BBQ Chicken Salad & my daughter got the Bacon Boy Meal. My salad was delicious, also Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly & made us feel so comfortable. Especially today when my child had a horrible day at school they turned her frown upside down. Never have I experienced top notch service from an eatery that has a drive thru as well. I will continue being a loyal customer & appreciate everyone at this location.

I have never been to this location and I have to say their staff is super nice. They all work so hard and make sure your order is correct. They are very helpful as well. On this visit I had the Chicken avocado sandwich with chili cheese fries. I just love the garlic taste the bread has. The chili cheese fries were amazing and a pretty good portion. Also ordered an order of french toast they were delicious. Their drive thru was packed so decided to order inside. They are not open for indoor dining but you can walk in and order and also you can dine in their patio area. I'll definitely be back to this location because of their customer service. The food is pricey but delicious.

The food is good and the staff is friendly. Kind of pricey, but it's made fresh and tastes better than other drive thru places. Fresh food takes time though and during busy times that wait can be a bit - know that going in and it's not so bad for the good food.

This location had seen its ups and downs in the past. The location is In a prime spot, to crank out the highest volume but with such lack of quality control from what’s leaving the kitchen to leaving the window or counter they spend more time correcting/fixing orders than taking new ones. For the price you charge for your items we should not have to worry about double checking every item when walking in or drive through.

The drive through is very very slow I think its great that the food is fresh but drive throughs a lot of people, well at least me, go through because I'm in a hurry. The food here is really good except I have had the fried zucchini 2 times now and I will have 1 that is delicious and perfect but the rest were not cooled all the way or were soggy and not good. Prices a re a little higher but food is definitely better quality .

Good food, decent value. I recommend only using the drive-thru at night, too many sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot.

We were pretty disappointed that they were all out of the advertised fish! But the chili bowl and chicken strips from the Deals menu were great!! The big cheese box was good. I like how the burger and fries are actually in a box, to keep the food hot, but the fries were a little mushy and the burger was overwhelmed with grilled onions. All in all we enjoyed all our food. Atmosphere doesn't apply since I went through the drive thru, other than to say service was quick, though they weren't all that busy at the time.

BBQ Chicken Ranch Salad. Not the neatest presentation. My boiled egg was whole instead of being sliced, and they forgot my crispy onions. 😔 Honestly, I wanted this particular salad just for those. I'm not completely upset, though. The product tasted fresh; they just seemed a bit short-handed tonight.

I love the 3 egg breakfast. Great coffee. The restaurant was very clean and well kept.

One thing I can really complain on is the price. Another issue is make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving the drive-thru. The employee once told me to 'Have a good day!' but forgot part of my life 😅. I'll be back regardless. Just more cautious.

It's ok.. it's a hit and miss for me. The customer service is pretty good but they give u very small portions when it comes to breakfast food. And I am ALWAYS hungry after I have breakfast there. It's also overpriced for what they give you. The burgers are pretty good. They will get you full, but they need a better drink selection. Smh 😔😒 Anywho, it's still a better choice than McDonald's.

Ordered sourdough chicken avocado sandwich and it was embarrassing. It was the thinnest darn piece of chicken I ever seen. Tomatoes were a hint shade of red and was bathed in mayo. To top it off the amount of fries given were to laugh at. Hardly any. I'm very surprised at this placed. Never had I gotten this poor food quality here.

Located on the corner of 5th avenue, it's a quite little place as far as fast food goes, quick service, alright bathrooms, and slow outside lunch hr. Food is good, but the wait time is really long during the lunch rush hour. They keep the dinning room fairly clean to, good place to come get food and enjoy a quite meal when it's not busy.

📢UPDATE. I was gifted an entree by guest relations so they could redeem themselves from my previous visit. Did that was ordered was the Cobb Salad which my friend said was Delicious and even took the left overs with her. I ordered the big cheese, veggie patty substituted, and fries. I was delivered a regular burger. Just a mix up with wrong ticket number. My burger came next. The Big Cheese had NO CHEESE! LOL I think it's just my bad luck or someone doesn't want me eating fatty foods. Haha. They took my burger to the back and added cheese. Hmmm. Ok and as for the Big Cheese, I was half expecting Cheddar but it was more like Kraft singles. Disappointed especially the price point being where it is. But the new minimum wage has a stranglehold on the fast food industry and I'm not sure if any of them will survive. But that's a debate for another forum. Thank you guest relations. I did enjoy myself and the staff was very accommodating. Stopped for a quick bite using a coupon for the breakfast egg & bacon muffin w/ coffee for $4 swapped the coffee for small soda and we added another muffin and a small drink. We ended up with(and paying for) 3 drinks and two muffins. My complaint, besides getting a $2.90 coffee that I tossed, is...WHERES THE BACON?

I'm new to Farmer Boys. Their atmosphere I am not sure about bcus I've only gone through their drive-thru but I find their service to be good. Friendly and very polite. The food? I've only had their Hog Heaven Breakfast Burrito and the Crispy French Toast dippers. The Hog Heaven Burrito has all the Breakfast meats that pleases all you carnivores out there. To be honest, it is a tiny bit bland on the flavor side but still worth it. They do need a different hot sauce though. It's like using taco bell hot sauce. The French toast dippers are a nice side treat. Crispy outside, very lite and airy inside but again needs to be a little bit more flavorful towards the French toast side. Overall, not bad but not a regular on my breakfast list. Next time I'll give their burgers a spin. See you all in the drive-thru...

2 stars for the long wait in drive thru. One of your customers 2 cars ahead of me kept us their for what seemed 15 minutes. I don't know what there concerns were but your manager should have had them pull into a parking spot to handle the situation so your other customers aren't inconvenienced. This is the first time I came to this restaurant for lunch. I ordered a southwest salad and specifically asked if they added tomatoes to it. The employee told me no. To my surprise, there was tomato in it! The pieces were diced so small, I couldn't just pick them out and set them aside. They were chopped slightly larger than the pieces of corn. Very disappointed. If the salads are prepacked, staff should have mentioned it.

I placed a $59.79 order through Door Dash at 8:22 pm on May 8, 2022. This isn't the first bad experience placing an order 30-45 minutes before closing, but this was the worst and one deserving of a one-star. Neither the large fountain drink nor chocolate shake was sent with my order. French fries and ranch dressing were also missing.This was the second time they had the Door Dash driver let us know they "ran out of ice cream". Running out of menu items happens from time to time and anytime this was the case I always receive a phone call letting me know and asking if I would like to substitute for another item. Instead, Farmer Boys sends the message to the driver with no opportunity to correct my bill or substitute for another item. Both the Classic Fried Chicken Sandwich and Farmer Burger were dried out and missing the bacon and smashed avocado I added. For $60 we ended up with a burger, chicken sandwich, and four zucchini. The driver called at 8:53 pm to let me know that he was still waiting on Farmer Boys to fill my order. This time, I called to complain and was told that I should have asked the driver for a refund. Running out of ice cream 30 minutes before closing is another way of saying they already cleaned the machine for the night. When I asked to speak to the shift manager she said she was the manager and " we're closed" then hung up on me. There was no answer when I called right back. Many business owners reply to both good and bad reviews. I read the reviews for this store before writing this and not one bad review was addressed. Today I will be calling the store manager and corporate office to find out why a "manager" who refuses to give her name and hangs up on customers is still employed.

This location is horrible. First off we had to wait 30-40 minutes for our food. We got it in that time because my wife started complaining to the "manager" and she started working on it. No hand washing was seen. I saw at least two cooks go from touching trash to touching food. Cashier cleaning tables and wiping sweat from face NEVER washed hands before touching food to bag. Badly managed establishment. I will go to other Farmer Boys but not this one EVER.

However, this time around my wife and I were waiting at the cash register to be served. Nobody was ahead of us, when suddenly a cashier walked right pass us and went to the cash register next to us and began to take her buddy's order ahead of ours. I could tell they were friends because she and this female customer, that came out of nowhere from behind us, were talking intimately with each other at the register as the cashier took her order ahead us. As this carried on, no other cashier step forward to take our order. After this cashier took her buddy's order, she did not take our order either. Finally my wife and I were forced to leave the restaurant because of no service from the wait staff. They all ignored us and left us standing at the register with no help. As a result of this maltreatment from the restaurant, we ended up eating somewhere else for lunch. Later on this same day, I returned back to the restaurant to make a complaint against this cashier. The cashier remembered me and at first she attempted to deny this incident had occurred (she later apologized to me for her rude behavior), however I was insistent that I needed to report this incident to a manager. At first the cashier did not want to call her manager. But upon being insistent I got to speak with a shift manager who said they apologized for their rude treatment of me and my wife but that they do not give out free food. I was not satisfied with this answer because it was clear to me that the shift manager was not going to do anything about my complaint. So I asked to speak with the head manager of the restaurant, so she could make this right. The head manager refused to speak with me about this incident . As it turned out, the head manager was worst in conduct then the cashier and shift manager combined. Instead of addressing my complaint, this head manager yelled at me from across the fryers and the griddle in the kitchen to leave because she was "too busy" to take care of my complaint. This head manager was on a power trip and I saw her yell at her staff to call the police to have me physically removed from the premises because she did not want to address my concerns. Now mind you, I am a regular customer at this establishment, longer than the head manager has been around. So I asked for corporate's phone number and they did not give me that number either and told me to go look it up on own on the internet. There is an old saying the fish rots from the head down. And it is clearly the case here at this restaurant. If the head manager does not care about customer service at this restaurant then why would the workers care. Beware of their lack of service here it will ruin your food. And beware of this rotten head manager, she definitely does not care.

The cashier Bernice was not very welcoming or Friendly ,she doesn't not smile, gives the impression that she doesn't want to be there.(Understandable due to her age) #2 ... The fries were burnt and dry, appeared that they were leftovers that were refried ( I used to work in a fast food restaurant) #3... The hamburger meat was hard and dry they also looked like they were cooked and just reheated. $38 for 2 meals . Why I didn't ask for them to remake them? because like I mentioned before the cashier was not very friendly and I was afraid they will do something to my food. I eat at farmer boys at least once a month, not at this specific location. It was our first time at this location. There is always small issues with the food but nothing this extreme. 1 Star goes to the employee, the woman at the register, that took my order. She was cordial. I wasn't satisfied with anything else. I ordered a pastrami sandwich with french fries. Their kitchen service was slow. It took them over 25 minutes to make my order. When I received my order I was very disappointed. The french fries were cold. The portion size was incorrect. As for the pastrami sandwich, it too was a disappointing. It's overwhelming overpriced for a very small sandwich. Not at all what you would expect to receive when just the sandwich is $10. They didn't even add pickles or mustard. The basic ingredients for the pastrami sandwich. The bread was not properly toasted so it was cold too. I will never spend any time money at Farmer Boys. I can get a better quality sandwich at Vons Market for the same price, two times bigger, better bread, loads of meat and prepared fresh in front of me.

Killed my appetite, couldn't get a refund only an exchange. Asked for no bacon, ended up with bacon, meat is still red on my patty melt, my onions weren't sautéed. Bread not toasted enough and also my zucchini was hard as a rock, if your going to cut them that big please double fry them or even longer. Not satisfied 😕

Attempted to dine in as I drive a semi truck, was told lobby was closed so I attempted to try to go through the drive thru. Was also told they wouldn’t help me. Lazy staff will not be coming back.

Me and my wife ordered some food,she ordered a jr cheeseburger with no cheese.and a side of onion rings.we went threw the drive thru, when we got the the hotel room,the hamburger had no lettuce or tomato,no dressing.on top of the the onion rings was a big piece of onion no joke.they should FIRE THE COOK!!! very wrong.will never eat there again 😡😡😡

Good food but it's been 3 times now when I go through the drive through and wait at least an half hour. I know because I have to play Netflix while I wait once I place my order, it's crazy. I don't even count the time I wait in line before ordering . It's only this location so if come here just go inside to order.

I ordered 2 pancake platters with bacon clearly stated on both receipts and got to platters with sausage and a sprinkle of eggs. For the future more attention to detail and take time to do it right..

I make a order today and this is my second time that I received my order with missing items and I called the place regarding this matter and the Manager was asking me for many kinds of evidence when she has the cameras inside and verified my order. Then she just hangs up the phone. Thanks Farmer Boys to have unprofessional people.

It’s a pretty simple thing when someone wants something remade. You say, sure, of course we will re make that for you, I’m sorry about the issue. Never actually had a manager snarl at me and go “you want me to throw this out and re make it?”. Yeah? I paid for it? So remake it without the attitude.

This message is directed to the Owner & Corporate & Franchisor. Your cooks made fun of my mom yesterday. Literally to the point of actually laughing directly at her. She brought this up to the lady running the counter & lady told her "sorry I will speak to them". Really, so this is what is actually going on? My mom is elder & disability & this is the literal treatment she received? I called today and asked to speak to manager. Lady said she was manager, name Sara. I explained situation and she let me know she was fully aware of it, spoke to her cooks and they did not make fun of her infact they always just mess around. I then let her know that my mom did not make up the situation and this is not ok. I asked for Corporate number. She said "Look it up on line" and literally hung up on me. So, I called back and asked her why she hung up on me she said she told me her cooks did not make fun of my mom and I informed her I do not believe that now that I got hung on. I asked several more times for Corporate number she finally gave it to me. I then then asked for her boss name she said that is personal information and that Corporate will let me know. I did inform her the call is recorded so Corporate & the owners of this Farmer Boys can listen. During the call I told her about us being customers.... Sara informed me myself nor my mom were customers. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MANY MEETINGS, MEET UPS, GATHERINGS, ETC. We have had at this particular location because of the location. I will not allow my mom and now myself to be treated this way. The manager should never hang up on a customer when asking for Corporate number. Farmer Boys has always been a reputable company but this needs to go to ALL PEOPLE ON ALL LEVELS.... TREAT EVERYONE WITH KINDNESS & DIGNITY. It has been 2 weeks and no one reached out to me since this. Is the information I left still being followed up on?

Hispanic young man takes my order when I was hoping for the lovely young sister to do so. Anyways I order the double cheeseburger special and I ask him how much is that chicken sandwich, he says it's more than the combo so I say forget it but he ads it to bill. So I'm like I don't want that chicken combo so he calls manager I tell her just want the Burger special, not that chicken special he added, but I also wanted to add the two chicken strips. He smacks his lips like a little girl and walks away so that got me upset and I had to say something. Also the chicken strips was cooked in fish oil so that messed meal up with smell. The Burger had lots of red meat.

Tried to eat here with friends from out of town, and was rather disappointed . There's plenty of parking, the cashier was nice, and the place was well lot. The reason for the rating? Hardly any customer's, yet food took forever. Other's arriving after us received their food before us. Way way late. Then, after it got there, bread was burnt, bun had distinct finger indentation, and had avacado on it despite my asking beforehand not to. The chicken was hard and old. The server guy was cool, but seemed irritated with me asking about the wait. The atmosphere was ok until some guys came in and basically acted like there's an issue with me but said nothing. Whatever. Overall , we won't be coming back. Too expensive for what you get.

I ordered my food online and just for asking for chilies and ketchup he made a stupid face and answered me you didn't ask for it in your order!!! No line no traffic but food took forever to be ready. Had to park in front & wait. Shake's didn't have whip cream available. Food was decent. Strawberry shake was horrible. Asked for them to remake it, then they had me sit in front & i waited for over 15mins. Smh horrible customer service.

This location doesn't run like other farmer boys. Its standards are not up to par. Service is stale. The food isn't good, and they take way too long compared to other locations. Burgers have no flavor, no salt, no nothing, and their guacamole is always brown and old. The salads at this location are super small and skimpy compared to other locations. This spot is just a total disappointment! Never returning to this location. I'd rather drive to the one on Kendall they are always friendly, welcoming, and make food with love.
