We had a fantastic time here! The tequila tasting was both fun and educational — we learned how to properly smell and savor each variety, and it was done with passion. The cocktails were top-notch, crafted by a talented mixologist who knows his stuff. He even prepared a delicious mocktail for our child, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor — it felt like each dish was made with heart. You can truly tell the ingredients are high quality and the kitchen puts love into every plate. Highly recommended if you're looking for great food, unforgettable drinks, and a warm, soulful atmosphere.

Everything was fantastic here. We had a tequila tasting which was absolutely on point. Interesting, not too long, the Tequilero showed an incredible depth of knowledge and all of the staff was simply lovely, tending to all of our wishes. Also the atmosphere. It’s not too loud, comfortably cool temperature and nice interior design. Would 100% recommend.

Everything was incredible! The service firstly was exceptional with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the bar were lovely. We aren’t tequila experts, but we loved the experience. Every element was chosen with care and consideration. The tequilas themselves were all yummy too! I’d even come back again for the same tastings!

We really wanted to book a Tequila tasting during our trip but we just were not organised enough. However, we came across this place where they do a flight of Tequila and talk you through everything. It was perfect. You could then sip the drinks at your own pace. We ended up talking to other patrons and it was an amazing evening.

This place is such a hidden gem on the island. Beautifully furnished, great AC, we stopped in the first night for a cocktail. The cocktails were so delicious, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming that we went back the following night for the tequila tasting which is highly recommended. Learnt loads and got to try lovely tequilas!

Fantastic little place, nice relaxed atmosphere for a post dinner drink (so relaxing our baby fell asleep!). Cocktails were great but it was the flights that really stood out! The host was super friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with a variety of different tequilas to try and explaining the different varieties (origin, aging etc) and taste profiles we could expect.

Wonderful place. They really know what they are talking about, and they teach you pretty much every day about tequila. You feel like in an old saloon from a little town, the ambiance is fantastic. We took the tasting, it's 100% worthy. It's an experience and we all loved it!

Richtig tolles, spontanes Tequila Tasting. Wir sind spontan reingegangen und hatten Glück, direkt an einem Tasting teilnehmen zu können. Normalerweise kann man die Termine auch easy online reservieren. Zum Einstieg gab es eine Margarita und eine richtig gute Einführung in die Herstellung von Tequila – super spannend und verständlich erklärt. Es war sehr interessant, wir konnten viele Fragen stellen und haben dabei echt viel gelernt. Das Tasting insgesamt war richtig gut und absolut empfehlenswert. Man bekommt ein tolles Gefühl dafür, wie guter Tequila eigentlich schmecken sollte und worauf man beim Kauf achten kann. Klare Empfehlung – würde ich sofort wieder machen!

One of the highlights of our trip! From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is incredible like a hidden cave in the middle of centro, I loved the atmosphere and incense upon walking in. The experience of agave tasting and having cocktails was great! Super talented mixologists.

Es waren ausreichend Plätze verfügbar ( keine Reservierung erforderlich) wir haben uns für ein Comb-Tasting entschieden ( 450 Pesos) hierfür erhielten wir 4 verschiedene Tequilas. Der Inhaber erklärte uns zu jedem etwas. Zudem gab es einen kleinen Snack und Wasser. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Holbox feels like it remembers you, even if you’ve never been here before. Might’ve been one drink. Might’ve been three. Hard to tell when time feels this warm. I love this place. Best spot on my trip here. Normas for lunch was also great, but this spot is what you need if you like a drink in a nice place. I mean, honestly it’s only 10% more than other places but the quality is many many more times the standard. Value for money for sure. Some people do tastings. I just ordered drinks and food. Two nights in a row. It was great.

We did the tequila tasting session, which was excellent, Erika was very friendly, didn’t seem to mind me interrupting her with my questions, and was able to answer nearly everything. One suggestion would be to add a more regular blanco tequila for comparison- we started with a wood fired blanco which was interesting but it would have been better to have a more traditional blanco. A great night, worth the money and a must do if you haven’t been to Holbox before.

990 pesos por 10 minutos. Nuestra experiencia en esta cantina fue una decepción absoluta. No es solo el precio, es la falta de coherencia entre lo que te explican y lo que te sirven: • Teoría sin práctica: Te dan una charla sobre los distintos tipos de tequila, centrándose mucho en el Gran Añejo, pero la sorpresa es que no te lo dan a probar. Te venden el concepto de un producto premium que luego no aparece en la cata. Los tequilas que sirven son normales, nada de lujo. • Cantidades ridículas: Dicen servir una onza, pero la realidad es que te dan un tercio de un chupito normal. Con ese medio chupito pretenden que hagas dos rondas de cata (cuatro tragos en total: uno para limpiar y otro para saborear, repetido). Es imposible sacar cuatro tragos de una cantidad tan minúscula. • Acompañamientos descuidados: Para acompañar, nos pusieron dos vasos de agua, unos pocos panchitos y un cuenco pequeño de papas asadas que estaban totalmente frías. • El precio: Por una estancia de apenas 10 a 15 minutos, pagamos un total de 990 pesos por dos personas (450 pesos por cabeza más el 15% de propina "estándar" en la isla). Conclusión: Pagar casi 1,000 pesos por diez minutos de reloj, con tequilas del montón. sinceramente, un robo. Una experiencia fugaz y muy mal ejecutada.
