The food was okay. I certainly miss the days when your food was made fresh, not tossed in a microwave...the service was rather lackluster. The thing that annoyed me most was the young female employee, sitting in the lobby, carrying on a personal phone conversation, on speakerphone...the entire time I was there. Not impressed.

I had the nicest drive thru cashier this morning; however I was extremely disappointed with my food. I only ordered the Frisco Ham and cheese breakfast sandwich minus the egg. The picture on the drive thru board below boasts this huge sandwich. However, the picture on the right is what I received for $4.30.

I ordered the new Brioche super with bacon and sausage patty at the Homewood Location, but when I got to work, looked at my food, there was no sausage patty on there, and barely any bacon. I'm really upset about this because I literally paid for the sausage patty, might I add, the food was not fresh whatsoever!!! I love Hardee's, but this is unacceptable!

Out of biscuits a half hour before the end of breakfast hours. On previous occasions, they have been out of breakfast items before breakfast hours were over.

Wow. Ive tried to eat here twice recently. The LAST time I just walked out, dont plan a return until tjis location has turned into a Chinese place or etc. I was 'served' by a young lady with lime green hair and piercings. I tried to order the 'featured' biscuit but they lacked them. She mumbled something and another employee intervened to explain that fact. Then Lime girl incorrectly rang up what I tried to order....then informed me they were out of ketchup. Hmm.. This means the employees ignored multiple software prompts and a simple visual stock check. If that's ignored, what else is? Sanitation? No, thanks. Super sketchy. ...but- Back dining room door is unlocked and homeless folks basically live in the restrooms. This is an area of a lot of....ladies with few options. If you're a Blue voter, congratulations!

Christopher Pickett at the Homewood Hardee’s was extremely disrespectful showing a clear lack of professionalism. He spoke to me with an attitude and made rude comments while preparing my order. To make matters worse, I witnessed him spit in my food before handing it to me.

Now this was supposed to be a 3 piece chicken tender. This is awful. This was burned chicken and hard as a brick. I would not serve this to a dog. These folks ought be ashamed of themselves for selling this to anyone. The cheeseburger that I bought for my child had a hard bun too. I am so mad that I refuse to go back down there. Don't ever serve anyone food like this.

Paid $16.46 for my breakfast and $3.39 of that was for a the orange juice and then I was informed I had to pay $3.19 for my cup of ice with Savanna poor attitude. In my opinion, that’s gouging your customer…! Breakfast over $20.00 !!!! Really Hardee’s BTW MY ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT 2x Ham biscuits got one ham and one steak, I don’t like steak. Would like a refund !! Management was no help. WHATS GOING ON HARDEE’S

This is the worse Hardee’s I’ve ever eaten at. The grits were unseasoned the sweet tea was too sweet and the cashier didn’t follow simple instructions,this place sucks.

This was my first time eating here. And this morning I don’t know if the young lady was upset or anger. Her name was Dominique if rude was a person that she is she doesn’t acknowledge you called me out my name for no apparent reason slammed the window in my face as she walks to give my order threw the food at me. Just tried the country ham biscuit this morning and it was awful. It's a sliver of canned ham cooked in a pan then salted. The pic on the menu makes you believe that it's a nice piece of honey baked ham on a biscuit when it's actually thin, dry, and pale. Needs to be removed from the menu altogether. EDIT: Today is Jan. 7, 2026 and I just tried ordering a sausage egg biscuit at the drive-thru. The menu shows that a sausage biscuit is $2.19. I asked for a fried egg on my sausage biscuit. The lady on the speaker said that my order total was $5.05. Something's wrong with that. When I got to the window I asked her how is it that much more. It's like three bucks more than a regular sausage biscuit. She said they ring up a regular sausage egg biscuit first, then add the price of a fried egg onto that. I've ordered a sausage biscuit with egg added and it has never been $5. Then I found out she's the manager and she tried to get smart with me.....Uh-ohh.

I came in this morning to grab some breakfast and I was standing in line when another customer was talking to I think they said his name was Jay javius something like that. And he was talking about them not using timers for the food and if I'm not mistaken because I used to work fast food that tells you when the food is bad and also keeps food at temp. I got my food and yes the egg looked dry and old. This just shows that workers here just don't care. Also when it was asked for another customer to have their egg cooked fresh since there was no timer the kitchen got smart back to the manager on duty. I was really just not impressed by my experience.

I’ve been going in every morning for about three years and everything was great. A couple months ago, they decided to rotate their front counter staff or something. The new people on the registers are pathetic, I stood at the register for about nine minutes this morning, and I was the only person in the dining room and you would’ve thought I was invisible. By the time I got tired of waiting and walked out, there was four or five people in line behind me who were all equally as frustrated. And yes, she knew I was there because she walked past me five times while I stood there with my money in my hand waiting.

Went through the drive thru around 6:45 PM on 1/25/26. The inside was dark but the drive thru was still lit up. We drove up to the drive thru and someone asked if they could take our order, we placed our order and then complete silence. We sat there for a few minutes then thought that maybe they had headset issues so we drove around to the window and no one was there and the inside was completely dark. We sat there for a few more minutes, long enough to watch the employees drive away. The posted hours were until 10 PM. They couldn’t even bother to tell us they were closed and still let us “place” our order for a mushroom Swiss combo and a famous star combo. 😒
