Taco bell is a really good place. They are so well known for their really good and awesome combination tacos. My son and my husband really love going there to eat the good tacos they have.
I love whoever was working this drivethrough at 12:07 am on April 29th. I don’t know her name, but I know she needs a commendation, a bonus, some Taco Bell points, some taco vouchers—she deserves everything.
Twice I have come around midnight and each night we made sure the hours were open till 2am it was tonight 10/16 and the lights were out. The other night was a saturday a few months ago. Again around midnight and hours were until 4am and same result. Please update your hour. Edit: wrong taco bell

Fresh, n fast! Walked in ordered exactly what I wanted how I wanted, on the kiosk! Paid for and less than 5 mins was eating! Dining room is open!
Food was very good . The enviroment there was comfortable yet welcoming. The workers there are friendly as well so far from me coming there when I do I get good customer service
I don't know why the ratings are so bad. If you come when any place is busy it will be slow (depending on opinion). I came in a the bathroom was spotless and my food took all of 4 minutes to get and everything was good and fresh. No complaints here.

I always get everything I order in my bag before I drive off (unlike other places). The drive thru is always quick and efficient, I always get great customer service even during peak hours. Great location overall !
Occasionally stop in through the drive-thru. The staff is always super pleasant and I've never had a messed up order (not that thats an excuse to be upset, people make mistakes). Really the biggest downside to the place is the parking lot. It shares its parking lot with a busy Aldi on a very busy road. Getting in and out can be a serious chore, taking longer than it takes for Taco Bell to make your food, and there seems having a lobotomy is a requirement for driving within said parking lot.

Came thru at 11:45pm on a Thursday after a concert. The guy that took my order was so nice and respectful and even helped us when we didn’t know what an item was called. He had our order ready and hot for us when we pulled up to the window. I really appreciated him and the team tonight! Thank you!!

As far as Taco Bells go, this is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t take much, but you can tell the owner and managers actually take care of their employees, the establishment and the training. Can’t believe a Taco Bell impressed me enough to write a review.

Wonderful staff!!! Super clean. Please be kind and grateful for the hardworking staff at this location (and other locations). I have been here several times for different meals and the staff was so kind, caring and patient. For those making comments about the neighborhood, don't be nasty. It is an area of hardworking and honest people, please do not make comments because it is not Fifth Avenue, NYC. Thank you to the staff for providing a clean and accessible restrooms. I do wish that people would not come in and out just to use the bathroom, and without purchasing items. Anyway, I will spend as much as possible to make up for those cheapies! LOL..
This team was so friendly and fast. They keep a very clean dining room and from what I could see a good tempo in the drive thru.
The area isn't the prettiest in Washington, but this Taco Bell location surprised me. Good food, fair prices, a clean place, and fast service. I'll be back.

Wow. The reviews here are wild! I didn't see any of the shenanigans others mentioned. So, either all the negative press worked, or I caught them on a good day. I popped in, ordered from the screen thing, modified most of my order, removing sour cream, adding steak, etc., and it came out hot, fresh and as ordered. The store was clean, condiments and napkins and the like were near, organized and fully stocked. I'll be back for sure and if I catch some drama, I'll share too.
The food is good, as well as the customer service but everytime I leave from the drive through, I discover that my order is wrong.
My only gripe is the bathroom being locked. But I understand because of the location and the amount of unwanted traffic of people using the bathroom without buying.

I know fast food isn't the best but I prefer toco bell to any burger chain. This particular taco bell does good. My favorite menu items are definitely the chalupas and I absoulutely love the value menu. My go-to is the cheesy bean and rice burrito but I also like the mini chicken quesadilla. They are both $1.00 but the cheesy bean and rice burrito is more filling and I usually can fill up on two of those. The mini chicken quesadilla is small but for $1.00 I can't complain and it is tasty. As far as sauces I usually go for fire or it's spicier cousin diablo. The drink special between 2 and 5 is also nice and that is usually when I try the new slushy flavors. Overall pleased with my experience at this taco bell.

We go to Taco Bell when we want non-hamburger fast food. The young lady who attended us tonight was very polite, kind and extremely patient. There is tons of parking. The bathroom was clean. But I have two problems with Taco Bells in general: no kids' menu and the pictures look so much better, fuller, and bigger than the reality.
So, we go to this taco bell because its on the way home. Many times they've left out something in our order and we didn't notice till we're at home. We've since learned to park and check the food.but employees are great and the place is clean.
This new Taco Bell is pretty good. Drive thru is pretty fast during rush hours. There have been a few ordering issues, but par for the course for a fast food chain. Overall though, the place is clean, and the food is as expected.

In order for me to use the bathroom to cashier told me I had to order something from the menu before I could use the bathroom. The bathroom was locked you need a combination code get into it. Obviously only the cashier of the Taco Bell had the code and allowed me to use the bathroom but I had to convince the person that I was going to buy something.. which I think is extortion in the lowest form.. I did buy something did it played along but I don't think should be a requirement.. that's my take..
The cashier John seemed like he was in a bit in a rush. I was gonna order a drink and an apple empanada but oh well…he wasn’t bad but he wasn’t good either. In this area you can’t expect good customer service. It looks like the staff is sparse. I was gonna slide him a $20 tip but nope lol
Careful check your order they will charge you for sour cream and will end up giving a taco without sour cream and that looks like it’s been sitting for hours
The service of this place is actually good. But being an employee. Not so good. All the employees in there have an attitude for no reason, rushing you. Acting like you don’t know what your doing. I feel like the management needs to be changed around.
Was in line for 30 mins and couldn't back out. They need to work on being faster. It is a form of fast food. I'm always here for 20 mins or more. Rarely eat the food but pick up delivery orders from here alot.

Though the food is good, you have to get a staff to open the bathroom door for you. If you in a jam, and they're with a customer, it a crisis. Also, there handicap door, has no push button for the door to open for a disabled person. Moreover, their chairs cause too much noise when you move them, or trying to adjust your seat. They need to put something under those chairs legs.
Food is so good but the staff is dishonest to the root. I ordered a steak and cheese quesadillas but they gave me a chicken. I drove back to there to inform them of the mistake and returned the wrong order. They gave m a replacement but when I asked if there is a price difference to my order the staff told me that both chicken and cheese have the same price. I checked the menu online and saw that both items do not have the same price and I was suppose to get a refund on the price difference. I will be contacting my bank to have that transaction adjusted because why would I pay for something I did not get? So disappointed in the service

Ordered breakfast inside a empty store at 10:36am.... Waited until 10:55am to ask for a refund and 10:56am my food comes running. There's no convenience to "fast food" if it's 25+ dollars each visit. Either its expensive and convenient or its inexpensive and inconvenient. Yall choose to switch from Breakfest to Lunch left me out front for almost 20 minutes. Always get the guest out the lobby before.. smh - L.S
This location isn’t as customer friendly as most other Taco Bell establishments. Drive through personnel rush you through your order when there is absolutely no line behind you, get smart with you about offerings, and have begun to “skimp” your portion sizes when the prices have skyrocketed. A Deluxe cravings box went up ~ $3 and there’s nothing deluxe about the chalupa I was given or the bean & cheese burrito. They were the smallest I’ve ever received and I get the deluxe cravings box all the time. Sucks because this one is so convenient in proximity to my home; I’ll check out the one off of Blair though.
there needs for be a better job of calling out mobile orders. Just letting a bag sit for 20+ minutes without calling out for it once is not actually acceptable.
When I went to use the bathroom, there was piss everywhere under the toilet on the floor. I told one of the workers and she said that she would clean it after but did not pay attention to me when I was telling her if she could clean the bathroom. Customer service could be better!!!
I specifically order reg tacos (not supremes) because I don't like tomatoes and they put tomatoes on almost all 7 items. 3 doritos and 3 reg soft tacos all had tomatoes. Haven't checked the burrito. The frozen drink was only half full. The 2nd drink tasted like soda with almost no flavor.

I showed up 5 minutes before they open and I was told that if I did not move from the drive-in that I would not be served because they were on a timer when I had cars behind me waiting as well the manager or whoever he was was very rude and refused to serve me this is again unfortunate that we have poor customer service in this day and age and he sounded Asian and young somebody needs to teach the Youth of customer service
Stopped in around 4:45. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and it obviously hadn’t been attended to in a while- people had used the bathroom and drip dried. Gross. Then, I get out to be dining room only to find out they’re out of half of the sodas in the machine. The floors in the dining room were sticky and the counters by the soda machines filthy. Totally disgusted, will never be back. 🤮

Went in to pick up an order that I was delivering for doordash. The order is not ready and no one seems to have a clue as to where this order is. Such an inconvenience and a waste of my gas and my time.
Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star I would , I order through Uber eats yesterday and there was hair in my food which is digusting 😣🤢I was so happy to eat Taco Bell and threw half of things that had hair because that’s disgusting this isn’t the first time either.very very poor errors that can be fixed if everyone in the kitchen would use hair nets and hair tied up because that is honestly upsetting.

This is a fairly new location and it's very convenient. The parking lot is shared with Aldi and other stores so it kind of can be a challenge to park if it's really busy. For ordering wise, it is fairly fast and the staff so far are nice for the most part. The food wise has been correct when I have ordered it and its a good temperature. However online orders can be confusing when picking them up. You have to stand at the other side of the counter and wait until someone asks you why you are there. They really do not verify your identity or confirm your order which can be a challenge. All in all I will continue to come here. Edit: For bigger orders be careful, they can screw them up. I ordered all bean tacos and one had beef. Does not make sense Second edit: I am now lowering my review down a star for the lack of professionalism and knowledge on what's going on. I had an online order that I specifically said pick up inside but they automatically changed it to drive thru. I then was told I would have to do it again and they lost it. I go in the store upset and it looks like everyone was clueless of where my order was. What would help is attach the receipt to online orders with names. I can't believe it took so much effort to make one taco. Just unbelievable. This is the only taco bell in the area so I don't have many choices. Third edit: I know am lowering my stars even more. I am so sick and tired of that idiot manager Younis. He is the most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with. Every-time he is working, a worker messes up the order and then says its not in my system and can not do anything. These include T Mobile Tuesday Taco's I have to order through the app and also items that I actually have paid for. This location which is so convenient has now made me change to go all the way to Wheaton since they are so much nicer and have not screwed up an order yet. Until this Taco Bell can get rid of this manager my review will stay at one star.
Drive thru worker was having a bad day as soon as I started my order I could tell he was annoyed and I asked for Nacho bell grande with everything on the side. I have done this many times before and honestly the only thing I get. He then tried to limit what I would get instead of giving me everything the nacho bell grande comes with. Asking what I want on the side so he didn’t give me everything that I paid for. When confronted with the many items missing in the bag he had an attitude and said everything was in the bag when I lost it I paid for all the fixings that come with the nacho belle grande on the side or not.I will never go to this location again.
Poor service Always rushing you to order Once I got out my car I only live 5mins away from this location I grab my Taco box that has 12 crunchy tacos that they have & all my tacos fall on my drive way come to find out the bottom of the box was not closed right so I called the store they answered I explained to them what happened & they put me on hold for 15mins I call back & now they dont answer I do not recommend anyone to come to this location they have very bad customer service & does not help with ANYTHING ! I would just put 0 STARS but they dont let you post the review until you add a star 🤷🏻♀️

Horrible customer service, I was there and there is no cashiers taking orders you have to use the machines yourself orders take forever and clients need help and no one from the employees want to help feel bad for young men that want to know about an order and one old lady that is there told him she didn’t have time to help him and same with others clients that need it help with ordering no one help them so they left never going back to this place specially this old lady actitudes with every client was terrible
Can’t ever trust a fast food employee to include all of your food (only 4 items total and missing two items). A simple job with simple tasks should have a correct outcome… especially for what they’re paying fast food employees now a days

Unfortunately this is my neighborhood’s Taco Bell, and the only one close to my home, but every tine I go there I have to have a taste of bad customer service. Apparently the managers have instructed their employees to give all customers only one (1) little bag of hot sauce per item. I buy three chalupas I only get three hot sauce. According to the managers at this location this is a Taco Bell policy. It’s unbelievable how cheap they can be when customers request something as simple as hot sauce.
I arrived to this particular Taco Bell in Takoma Park around 5pm and I saw how the manager came in. The young cashiers started to genuinely tremble just loooking at her. I feel incredibly sorry for the workers. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! I asked for the name of said manager and her name is Argelia and apparently she is the store manager. It's so disgusting how she came in and immediately started to yell at every worker. She was so loud the screams could be heard from the lobby, myself and a few other customers heard her yelling. As long as she is working here I will never return, and I advise others to do the same. THE HIGHER UPS HAVE TO DO SOMETHING, I AM READING OTHER REVIEWS THIS HAS BEEN A LONG-TERM PROBLEM. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE?? If anyone could help these poor workers that are humiliated, made fun of, and disrespected please act fast. She is a very rude person. Again, HER NAME IS ARGELIA AND SHE IS THE STORE MANAGER.

Today, I went to Taco Bell in Takoma Park. I entered around 7-8PM. While I was ordering in the lobby, I heard the manager, Argelia, yelling at the employees, telling them they don't use their heads, they don't think, and they don't know how to do anything. This isn't the first time I've heard something like this. I've visited the same Taco Bell on other occasions, about three weeks ago, and I heard her saying the same things to the same Hispanic employees. I don't understand how she can be kept as a manager and how her superiors do nothing about it. She is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't respect anyone. We need to do something for those poor people, please. That's why she has no staff and I had to wait a long time for my order. Everytime I enter, a new set of kids are working there because the last few workers have either quit or apparently were fired by Argelia over something stupid. She is a terrible manager and leaves much to be desired.
Every time I drive thru, they always get my food wrong and it’s to the point it’s not a mistake. They are lazy and don’t want to do their job correctly. One time I asked for a grilled chipotle chicken burrito & I got a breakfast burrito… how does that make sense? It was 8 at night. Also I asked for quesadilla & burrito and only got the quesadilla… they gave me so much sauces I couldn’t even look through the bag. So please be aware when going and always deep check before leaving the area!
I am a delivery driver and on a day where it was a monsoon outside I went through the drive thru to pick up a customer's order. The drive thru attendant looked at my order and left. I assumed she went to get the order but she came back with a shift manager to tell me I have to come inside. Mind you, their whole parking lot is flooded and there was no one in the drive thru behind me. This wasn't a normal rain this was a legit cars and dogs situation. It would have been easy for them to pass the order through the window but they chose to make me come inside stating it is policy. After a small back and forth I proceeded inside through the flooded parking lot getting soaken wet from waist down. (Socks and shoes are drenched) once inside they then handed me the order that they could have passed through the window. Once outside with the order now the customers bag gets wet and has ripped trying to run to the car to keep it from getting wet. This is unacceptable. I understand policy but what is the policy protecting? There was no logic to make me come all the way inside to get an order that could have been passed through the window and saved me from getting wet and the customers bag from ripping. Taco Bell you have to do better. Sometimes, customer service means going above and beyond to help accommodate the customer. Truly disappointed. Another reason not to eat this food.
I got Tacobell here last night at 11:13PM they swapped the poblano peppers out for jalapeno peppers without my consent. I've gotten the new the new steak rolled quesadilla about 5x times and it was never ever this spicy I had to throw it away...
This place is a dump. I have stopped to get a soda twice in the past 4 months. Both were flat and tasted off. Haven’t been inside, afraid of how awful it might be.
Placed a order online to this location around 10:40am for a breakfast it said the order had been received it was already 11:10 and the order still said it was received but didn’t change from there came into the store to ask if something was wrong at the point on my online app it said it was the order was being made and when I ask the manager there a lady if there is a issue she said yes since I put my order as a drive thru pick up they never made it and it’s not breakfast no more I asked if I can get something else like lunch then for what I had spent for the breakfast to one the cashier then they said they didn’t no then I heard the manager being really rude saying what don’t I understand I have to call a 1-800 number to get my refund and at this point I told she was really rude because she isn’t talking to me directly she just talking to her employee about me saying I don’t understand so I let her know that this was her fault not the app because there should have made it even if it was drive through or in store pick up it should have been made since clearly on the app it said it was received and being made so I been to this location many times and this manager is rude to everybody even her employees.
Trust the reviews! My kid wanted Taco Bell and I hesitated because of all the low ratings. I should’ve listened. I ordered two beef 5-layer burritos and instead got bean burritos with barely any cheese. On top of that, the guy at the window rushed me through before I could even check my order. Terrible service, terrible food. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I came to dine in one night around 10:45,in the next 5 mins I received my food after going to receive my food one of the cooks or managers told me that the dine in would be closing in 10 mins. I was confused because on the website and Also posted on the door were the times and it read 7am -3am . I wasn’t upset about it ,I just hate to be rushed to eat. I would just suggest putting a Dine in time on your website or door so customers won’t be confused.
We stopped by the drive thru and put out window down when we hear the worker rudely yell “hellooooooooo…..how can i help you?” as if we were taking so long to order. As if he was bored. After that he kept the same rude energy with us and kept raising his voice until his coworker hoped on to finished up our order. This kid was super nice and even told us to have a good night. The other man was older with grey hair. I work full time in a food service and i do not talk to anyone that way.
I just ordered a Crunchwrap and couple of other things but the Crunchwrap had a black hair in. What a disappointment specially because the cashier did not give me a receipt so I can’t add my transaction number nor I am willing to go back or the restaurant at 12:13am. Placed a mobile order over an hour ahead of arriving, (we accidentally picked the wrong store and had to drive for the pickup). At arrival we ordered more food at drive thru and were told our mobile order was going to take an extra 20-30 minutes. But our drive thru food was ready. We were the only car in the drive thru. Cashier got angry and nasty when we pushed back and asked why we had to wait an extra half hour for our food and told us to leave!! We ended up canceling our food and going elsewhere. Will never return here again!
I will never eat here again! I pulled out a long hair out of my mouth!! I am so mortified. Truly disgusting! When I went to complain the manager said he could not refund me but could give me another meal! Heck no! After what just happened. He said to park and wait for him and he never came to deal with the problem. Such a horrible experience.
