Bacon burger....amazing. Bison chili fries....oh yea. The wait staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I also recommend the Dealer's Choice beer flight.

Relaxing vibe, food is on point. Modest prices for excellent service and food. Get the "Junk Fries" with Bison Chili & Burnt Ends - it's listed as an App, but it's definitely a delicious meal, great for sharing!

Staying at the post oak for 4 days. Phyleice and Mike from craft F&B are the bartenders you want. they were attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Pizza was excellent. I recommend sitting at the bar. Will return

Delicious food and 5 star service! I was here for a business lunch and I ordered my burger with no pickles w/ fries and it came with with pickles. No biggie! It happens unfortunately all the time. I didn’t say a word and neither did my server but apparently she saw notified the manager. (She put the order in correctly btw) The manager apologized and offered to remake it. I told him it’s okay no problem. Well when the bill came out the burger was off. So many restaurants get service wrong! My manager and I were completely surprised by the nice gesture. Will definitely be back and Tim Fertitto you and your team have a great concept going on here. Can’t wait to stay at the hotel next.

Amazing food quality. Perfectly chopped lettuce in salad. Well dressed salad. Unbelievable array of toppings on the cheese and meat platter. Well loaded platter priced excellently. Strong selection of beers on tap. Great attentive service at the bar. One negative: overpriced desserts.

Bar was amazing. Such an elegant looking bar setting with a casual atmosphere. Keaton took great car of me barside. Had the Bison Chili Fries and the Pastrami Sandwich. The fries were okay, but the sandwich has become a go to fasho. Very filling the sandwich is. Will definitely make this one of my fav places.

Good food and drinks aren't bad. Its attached to the post oak hotel with some outdoor seating. Burgers are good!

Food was excellent! I had the bison chili with a side Cesar salad. The Jumbo Pretzels were super yummy too! Went for a business lunch but look forward to going back for a few drinks at the bar!

This was my fifth time eating here and the foods quality and service has gotten better each time. I would suggest this place to anyone it's great. Chef does a great job flavoring everything.

Stopped for a casual Sunday. We were pleasantly surprised. I created my own pizza with a cracked egg and it was delicious. The chili was amazing. Can't go wrong with a spot that has our favorite beer (Yellow Rose), favorite tequila and favorite whiskey. 😋

We stopped in New Year's Eve for an early dinner and Keaton made our entire visit worthwhile. We got food and drink recommendations from him that we ended up ordering and they did NOT disappoint. The restaurant had a comfortable note and having the valet parking available was very helpful as there is little to no parking. We will certainly return if we're back in Houston!

One of the best burgers I’ve had. Almost smash patty style but with a rich flavor profile. Love to have a burger than hang around the Post Oak Hotel for a day off. Such a vibe in the heart of Houston.

Ambience is good. Staff was friendly and always attentive. Food Quality is good. There are some Vegan items as well if you want. Overall a very good experience. Recommended for groups/families as well.

A very good customer and friends set up lunch at Craft F&B this week. Having never eaten here I was hooked from the time we walked through the door. Everything about Craft is done to perfection. The wood fired pizzas, the various types of burgers ordered around our table, as well as all the sides, we perfect. A new Houston favorite for me. I strongly recommend for lunch, a laid back dinner or, just a few beers after work! GREAT JOB!

We just stopped here for a a few drinks. The menu did look great though and we'll have to try it again for food. I got a cappuccino and my husband got an old-fashioned. He's a huge fan of these types of cherries so he was ecstatic to see that's what they served. Great environment and the hotel it's located in is absolutely gorgeous.

After a long day of flights and tests for cancer Craft F&B was exactly what we needed. Terrific service and delicious food.

Charming place, good music, atmosphere and all the pardon is super friendly The food is excellent and very good quality: we ordered guacamole and chips, chili waffles and the pepperoni pizza. Also we tried the empanadas and the street corn SUPER GOOD! They have several craft beers my husband quite enjoy this. Our server Keaton was AMAZING! attentive, giving excellent recommendations. We will definitely go back. Keep in that way

I was pleasantly surprised by this charming restaurant near the Post Oak Hotel. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. The food was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was impressive. I ordered the fish and chips, which brought back fond memories of the classic dish from Britain—authentic and delicious! The hamburgers and pizzas also looked amazing, so I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their menu. The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

I sat at the bar and watched cowboys play the Vikings to a draw during the first half of a Sunday night football game. I had two beers while there. Both were draft and good. One was a triple, the other a hefe. I had the fish and chips. This included what I would call a tasty house ketchup, a vinegar, lemon wedges, and tartar sauce. The croutons eluded me, but they looked nice in the jar, so I took a picture.

This establishment offers an excellent setting for enjoying a burger and a cold beverage. The bison and bacon burgers were truly delightful, featuring seasoned, double patties that were incredibly juicy, all perfectly complemented by the bread. The sweet potato fries, Java beer, and Hefe were also delicious. They certainly demonstrate a remarkable skill in crafting a burger, making it one of the most enjoyable I have tasted in years.

This is a really neat little craft beer restaurant. I got the veggie pizza and it was delicious! Service was on point and the atmosphere was very nice and comfortable.

F&B at the Post Oak Uptown Hotel has become one of our family’s favorite spots! 🍔🍕 Their burgers and pizzas are truly delicious. Especially the Bizon Burger – it’s honestly the best burger we’ve ever had. The pizzas are just as amazing, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Perfect balance of flavor, service, and atmosphere We had dinner outside and everything was exceptional. We ordered the Deluxe Veggie Pizza, which truly lived up to its “supreme” name, thin, crisp crust with perfectly roasted vegetables, rich flavor, and just the right amount of cheese. It felt gourmet yet comforting. Our waiter recommended pairing it with a Tank 7 beer and a Sidebar 20, and both drinks elevated the meal beautifully. The Tank 7 added a refreshing, citrusy contrast to the pizza’s depth, while the Sidebar 20 brought a smooth, elegant finish. The service was polished but friendly, and the atmosphere struck that rare balance between luxurious and welcoming. It’s clear the staff take pride in both presentation and experience. Ordered the Turkey Burger & sweet potato fries to-go—best decision for dinner tonight. The meat was flavorful, the ingredients like the lettuce and avocado were fresh, and the cranberry sauce was subtle.

Great pizza! The beer selection is really nice as well! My friend and I each got a flight of the beer where it offer the dealers choice. All amazing and the bartender was great!

I took my Co- worker to Craft F&B for lunch.... The food, service, and atmosphere was great. We had hot wings ✅ Baconic Burger* request the bacon extra crispy... South of Border Buger... ✅ Waffle fries... Chipotle Cheese Tater Tots ... Everything was 😋 yummy....

Craft F&B is a great addition to the Poast Oak Hotel. I had the Baconic Burger and it exceeded my expectations. High quality ingredients, every bite was as great as the last. A friend tipped me off to the Post Oak Hotel and we checked it out and as soon as the word gets out Craft F&B and all the other restaurants and bars here will be THE best places to go in the city!

Excellent chicken sandwich good service

These people pay close attention to detail when preparing the food and drinks. My old fashioned had a super clear and fresh cut cube in it and the brisket burnt end croissant sat on the wooden plank with all the ambition of a bbq winner.

The prices were suprising reasonable, and the environment a nice relaxing change from the swanky hotel. The pizza was very good.

I know this place is known for many things. But the fried chicken pizza was delicious! A great spot for a quite charcuterie board experience. Service was great. Will definitely go back to try more of the menu.

This cozy place took me totally by surprise. Nestled next to the Post Oak Hotel, the service was absolutely first rate, and they have a good selection of local beer in tap. They also have a mix of other beverages available. The menu offers a strong selection of comfort foods, at a solid price point. The burgers are well executed, as are the chicken wings. You might be tempted to skip the oversized pretzel, but that would be a mistake -- it's the sleeper of the menu, wonderful, and easy to share with friends. Give it a try.

This place is connected to the Post Oak hotel. We came in on weeknight with our toddler. Surprisingly they had a great kids menu as well as crayons. The place has a great date night or night out with friends type of feel, it is small so you may need a reservation on weekends. The service was nice, fast and accommodating.

i was served by Chloe and it was the best service i’ve had at this restaurant. she recommended the hatch chili queso and the buffalo chicken pizza, those dishes were great and i really can’t describe how good the service was! i 100 percent recommended this restaurant and Chloe the best waitress by far.

I enjoy the atmosphere and watching games at Craft F&B. Even though they don't serve all the traditional cognac's, their drinks are great! I always order Basil Hayden Lemon Drop martini's and Salmon & Pearl Couscous Salad. Mouthwatering and extremely delicious.

Loaded fries and burgers are tasty. Quiet place, rarely more than a few tables occupied. Very little public parking so valet for $6 at the hotel.

After an awful meal at another restaurant we stopped here before returning to our room. Great service, great drinks and one of the best pizzas I’ve I’ve ever had! Definitely five plus stars.

Pizza and Mac & cheese rolls were excellent,zero as was sitting out on the patio. Limited parking at busy times, but hotel valet parking option right next door. Stopped by the gelato/dessert few buildings down that delicious raspberry, chocolate gelato and great ambiance. Looking forward to going back soon!

I picked up a Doordash order from here. The staff was prompt, and the order was on time. I didn't have to wait and no one ignored me. The restaurant was clean and everyone seemed attentive as soon as I entered.

You should eat HERE! Plus the music mix is SUPER solid 90s collection This place, Craft F&B was chill, not crowded at all, and I'm not sure why. It is Nextdoor to Peppers, busier, but definitely not better. Craft F&B service was spectacular, Happy Hour specials were good, and the FOOD, the food was really spectacular - absolutely worth a try, or 2.

This is a great hidden gem, the food is always amazing! Would recommend the salad with the green goddess dressing, it's huge! Also we love the make your own pizza, and the burgers are great as well. The prices are also pretty reasonable for the area that it's in.

My husband and I had date night at Craft and it didn't not disappoint. Shout out to the staff specifically the manager/bartenders, for exceptional service. I hate it dont remember there names. I made a reservation not knowing the available seating for a Friday night but to our surprise there was adequate sitting. We decided to sit at the bar instead which wasnt a problem. The manager/bartender diligently checked in with us to confirm the change and that our experience was enjoyable. We appreciated the staffs attentiveness and follow through during our visit. We ordered the wings, onion rings, and pizza... Everything was hot and tasty. We will definitely be back.

I really like the place, the service and our waitress was great, also the rest of the personnel. They were really good, love the location and the pizzas were very good size. I think they need to work a little bit more in the amount of cheese they put in the pizzas and the cheese taste was ok, but not the best. But they were good, for sure a place to go back. I really like it a lot!

Nice unpretentious spot inside the Post Oak Hotel for a chill date night or night out with a friend just to grab something to eat. Came here on a Thursday night. Crowd was perfect. Service was kind. They validate parking. Food was good. The tacos and empanades were well seasoned.

Good selection of beer and the barman went over and above for a request. Just a shame there is no, or terrible parking unless you park valet at the hotel.

This turned out to be a totally hidden gem, if you can believe that. It's not an inconspicuous spot. It is beautifuly nestled on the draperies of the very ostentatious Post Oak Hotel. Our reservation was for Maestros, across the way. We stumbled in while exploring the dessert shop my wife wanted to take a closer look at while we waited to be sat. One look at the menu and I could already tell she was starting to have cold feet about the whole Maestros thing. We're wings and beer people by heart but we love to eat so we indulge every once in a while, hence our original idea to visit Maestros. We were not disappointed, food was on point. All our mods were taken care of, delicious cocktails, friendly staff. Great Date Spot!

I had been here before. Overall it's a good place but I think they were having an off day tonight. The service was really poor. The food is very good specially the fish Taco and the fish and chips is good as well.

Good options for bar food. Located inside the Post Oak hotel. Laundrys operated so you should know the level of service will be good. Bartender sampled for us whatever we wanted to try at the bar. Parking is Valet only unless your lucky to snag one of about 6 self Park 2 hour limit spots out front

Nice ambience with outdoor sitting. They hv wide selection of craft beers and cocktails. Very industrial setting, with limited sitting. We had drinks at H bar before coming over, so did not hv a chance to try any of their beers. The prosciutto and egg pizza was very flavorful, but too oily. Portion was good considering it location in one of the posh hotel. Most of the foods on the menu is not my cup of tea...so the next time im back, will just try the beer.

Very upscale. It is what it wants to be. The food was good enough but felt overpriced for how it tasted. Parking is nightmare if you don't do valet. The valet is well priced and their staff is very friendly and understanding.

Been to this place more than a couple of times, the staff is always great and very friendly. The menu is a bit limited as with the rest of restaurants in this property, but the taste in this one is a 6.5 our of 10.

Service was good and food was very good as well. However I'm very disappointed with the beer side of the local. We ordered the Bavik pilsner and immediately tasted heavy diacetyl in the beer; obvious sign of bacteria and dirty draft lines. Really disappointing as I expected a basic level of cleanliness and quality control from a restaurant based in the Post Oak hotel. Draft list is very pedestrian for a "brew pub", and dirty draft lines are obviously a deal braker.

Pizza was good. Beer selection was fine. Servers were friendly. But they got our order wrong with a handful of people in the restaurant. And the waiter took too long to bring basic things. Too expensive and it of the way for mid-range service. I could go to Pizza Hut for that. Good option if you're staying in the hotel, I guess.

They can do better. We sat there for a while before they actually came to ask for our drinks. We had to constantly ask for things that they should immediately provide like napkins and silverware. They wouldn’t ask if we needed more water or other drinks we had ordered. The food is great the place is nice but definitely the quality of the service needs to improve. Even to order the check it took them 15 mins.

Asian server guy literally didn't stop at our table during our time here. He didn't refill waters or other beverages. Never asked how our meal was either. The lady manager took care of us more than he did. Poor service for a place of this quality! He needs to go!

Interesting experience. If you are staying at the hotel and this is the easy dinner option, I’d give it four stars. If you live in Houston and coming for a dinner, I’d give it two stars. This i averaged to three stars. Food is good, service is ok, and I would have been quite pleased if we had brought the family downstairs from our weekend hotel getaway. But for putting up with the pain of trying to park even with valet, I was left thinking there are plenty of other options that would have been easier, a little more flavorful, and just a touch of better experience from the staff.

Bug 🐛 in our cheese 🧀 plate. Gave us a new one but yuck not really hungry after that! That should be a auto comp. Grossed out.

Took a while to be seated. When finally seated took a while took get order taken. Last thing I ordered the barbque chicken pizza got a vegetarian delight. Food may be okay need to work on service.

The pizza was awful. It looked nice but all the ingredients were just put on top without even warming it up! Everything on top was just falling off when I tried to take a bite. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got one with just cheese on it. Offer was made to fix but it was already late and the restaurant was closing. Servers and cooks maybe should communicate and check orders before they are sent out.

The food was ok. Fried pickles were good but a little salty. The service was lacking. I was with a large group, 11 people. The server refused to split the check and gave us a bit of an attitude about it. It would have been nice to have been told the no split checks rule when the reservation was made, but we were not told. It wasn't even very busy and the server still refused to take more than 2 separate credit cards. Also, she failed to notify those who ordered sodas that they were $4 for each refill, for an 8oz glass. Last, when all the food was brought out she was missing a side of onion rings. That wasn't a big deal but the way she acted about it was. It was her mistake and all she had to do was fix it but instead she was rude to us. Parking is doable but limited. I won't be back.

The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because although Nicholas was condescending and gave me a well done burger, after I had specifically requested a medium burger the order eventually was fulfilled correctly. I honestly think he thought I didn't know what a medium burger would look like? That's the only explanation I can fathom. Although we went through that ordeal the corrected burger was delicious so I gave them a second chance. The second time was a thing of nightmares with the server (Nicholas) taking about 10 minutes to explain why they couldn't make a single Patty medium burger to once again serving a overly cooked burger (even after I just ordered the regular Patty burger), nowhere near medium. We asked for the manager at that point and Juan tried his best to understand why we were upset when we were served an almost burnt burger....we paid our bill and almost ran out of there upset and me (personally) still hungry. Juan walked us to another of their restaurants where I had dinner. I have never had worse service in my life. Nicholas is a incompetent server and has NO people skills. I will avoid this place from here on because although their burgers are good, it's not worth the stress of bad service. I have to admit Juan was super nice and really tried to make us comfortable. I still will not be returning. Visit at your own risk. I'm done.

I came here one day with some friends for lunch. The service was nice and the hotel is STUNNING! But the food was awful. My burger was undercooked... my sisters ordered pizza and Korean bbq sandwich (not sure if that was the exact name of the sandwich). They both were very dissatisfied with their food. I would not return to the restaurant due to the lack of quality in the food.

Decent food, definitely not worth it in terms of the burgers. Service was not professional, the waiters didn't know the orders.

Horrible waiter, no suggestions, brought fries and when asked to bring ketchup it was like asking for a kidney. No water. No silverware or napkins. Awful pizza. Supremely disappointed. Seemed like it took a lot for waiter to serve us and then charged me twice for same crummy food.

I have been to Craft two times prior from my most recent visit and each time the food has been phenomenal. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Our poor waiter was serving 7 tables all on his own. There was one specific staff member who didn’t really do anything the entire time I was there which was over an hour. My party of 4 ordered a pretzel as an app, two pizzas, and two burgers. After 1 hour of waiting, we finally received our pretzel after reminding the manager we ordered that, and the reason for the delay in our food was due to uptake in pizza orders…? The first pizza arrived to the table shortly after but the 2nd pizza we ordered arrived 10 minutes after!! Once the pizzas arrived, we waited for burgers… waiting waiting waiting, we then asked where our burgers were. After observing the staffs interaction it was obvious the burgers weren’t arriving any time soon. Eventually, we decided to cancel our burger order and get the hell out of there as we were left waiting all night to starve. It was my birthday and the night was ruined especially since my friend wanted to be home early as she had a big run the next morning. Unbelievably disappointed and don’t know how to feel about this establishment anymore…

First time at Craft F&B… Ordered a pretzel, two burgers and two pizzas. Waited over an hour for pretzel and pizza to come out, burgers never made it. Management said that there was a “rush in” of to-go orders. Personally, I would prioritize in-house customers…. Just me though. Couldn’t help but feel bad for our waiter. He was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of tables he was serving. Management needs to be better about allocating service throughout the restaurant.

I was pretty disappointed by this place. The the burger looked great, but was not very good. The pizza was decent, but the guacamole appetizer was super small it would be more of a personal sized guacamole. I ordered a diet Coke and it came in a tiny glass bottle and cost me $6. Definitely will not be going back.
