Let me start by saying their food quality is not good they have pork mix in most of their food menu like beans, Green beans they shouldn’t do that because some people are prohibited and some has allergy when i tasted the food some of were not fresh

I went to Hartz for the happy hour 3 wings …fast forward I went a block away eating my food I looked down and a spider was coming from under my chicken…the team leader /manger told me he was off after the showed him the picture of the spider in my food.. at this point all of them act like they don’t understand English but the guy that was frying chicken he said ma’am would you like me to make you another order or do you want a refund I said a refund please…I called the owner and she don’t understand English so she haven’t called me back ..they can understand when they are talking your money but the customer service skills needs more professional training….no one has called me about the situation from higher up ..omg

The service was already weird, had to ask the workers for fresh plates instead of grabbing one and not many options on the buffet. When we were beginning to leave this homeless man came in and my family happily paid for the man to eat. The workers kept denying him food and were angry we had paid for the man. They kept taking the plate away from the man after we had already paid for the food. The manager was furious and asked why we paid for his food. Thankfully we stayed there until the man finally got his food and left. Happy to say my family and I are never going back there.

Closed 10 minutes before their posted closing time. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Please stick to your listed hours.this is unacceptable

No one ever came to the drive thru and when you drive up to the window still no acknowledgment finally get your food no napkins and then you go inside only to have the little black manager to be rude horrible service. Haven’t been in years because of this so I decided I would stop today to see if things had improved they haven’t

Food was decent and service was good. The establishment itself looks uninviting and raunchy. But that's not why I'll never go back. The 2 signs posted is absolutely TERRIBLE for business. Especially an all you can eat buffet. They are insulting (see pics.) You shouldn't deny anyone a refund or exchange if something is wrong with their food. What if they find a bug or hair in it?? But this is how they conduct themselves in certain demographics bc we allow it. Tighten up.

I've been coming here for over 15 years even when the store was next to Krogers on Telephone Rd and I've never been more disappointed in my life I'm 62 years old and a veteran and I felt very unappreciated there,I'm a regular there and I go there a minimum of once a week sometimes more and I spend at least$40 everytime if not more!The point I'm getting at is customer satisfaction ok so your out of corn and it'll take 15 minutes to do more,would you like something else,sure give me three small mustard greens,Oh that'll be $3 more are you kidding me??And this is for greens sitting on a warming table for there all you can eat buffet,that'll be thrown out at the end of the night anyway!Ok here's my point is that everyone there knows me and my family especially the young asian lady that waited on me and is there everyday,and I know for a fact was in charge because the older asian lady who is normally there was not present and she would have made an exception no questions asked,so maybe the young asian lady needs to be retrained in customer satisfaction,you don't treat customers that way if you want them to keep coming back and if she treats me this way I hate to see how she treats a random walkin or drive thru customer!Signed a very hurt and may never go back used to be regular customer!

Absolutely horrible food on the buffet line. Not many options on the salad bar. Dry gizzards, stale macaroni and cheese, bits of collard green stalks in water, absolutely pitiful. Wayyyyy too much money to spend on a crappy experience!

Shabby little restaurant where the consumer service is always questionable. Upon my arrival I felt ignored. I spoke and instantly realized it was more than a feel. I been here before so I wasn't really surprised but what I was surprised by is I asked for and extra sauce with my meal and she said there would be an extra charge. I said no problem so she rang me up. It was $1.69 cent and I only had my card a $50 bill. She broke the $50 and handed me the smallest dipping packet I ever saw. For this small reason I won't be returning for sure.

If I could give a negative star I would've. There was one worker there so loud that was talking about what sounded to me like an HR issue. She also was eating while some of the food was coming out. I'm talking about licking her fingers and all. The place is so nasty overall 😩. Not coming back

Over cooked more like dry corn on the cob and chicken wasn’t cooked correctly. I bit into it and was rough. Gross!
