We went here on a Sunday night and had the absolute best experience that exceeded even my own expectations. Appetizers: The wagyu dumplings melted in your mouth while the green’s and crab wontons had the perfect crisp to them. All of the sauces served with the dishes really complimented the food well. Main courses: The orange chicken had the perfect amount of breading to chicken ratio and was super zesty and tasty. The Mongolian beef had plenty of beef and onions, it’s always a disappointment when you get basically a plate full of onions at other places but that was not the case at all! The combo fried rice was really the star of the show. One of the best fried rices I’ve had thus far and I could see myself coming back just for that! Drinks: The ornament is a must get! Not only do you get an ornament for your tree, but it’s also really good value because the ornament contains enough for 2 drinks. I was super skeptical about the emperors whiskey sour because the idea of a merlot float made no sense to me... it was one of the best whiskey sours I’ve ever had! Hats off to our servers Ted and Kyle for their outstanding service and recommendations! We already can’t wait to go back!
We had a big group for a graduation party. Was very busy. Was a bit of a wait, but worth it because they were very accommodating and brought us complementary appetizers. The restaurant is beautiful. I love the red and black, and the big mural on the wall. Food was good. I ordered a California roll, fried dumplings, and pepper steak. Sushi was my favorite it was the best I've had in a long time. Service was fast, we had two servers. They also brought out little fireworks at the end of the meal. We all had a great time.
5/3/25 Last night, we met a couple-friend for Happy Hour at P.F. Chang’s - I hadn’t been in ages! My husband arrived early and got an Old Fashioned (not on the happy hour menu). I asked for recommendations and tried the Zen Margarita ($8.99) - delicious! My husband took a sip, and we ordered a round of margaritas. Closer to 6 PM, we shared some happy hour bites: - Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Northern-Style Ribs (BBQ on the side) - Pork Dumplings Everything was fantastic! ❤️
Yum. Family started with appetizers of Northern Ribs and Lettuce Wraps. So good. Shared main dishes of Mongolian Beef and a Noodle dish. Both very good. We couldn't finish the giant 6 layer chocolate cake for dessert. Perfect. [2025 update] They went through some weird menu changes for awhile, but they seen to have sorted it out and returned to what they do best. Our waiter was awesome. We'll add PF Chang's back into our rotation.
Delicious food as always we expect from P.F. Chang's. Delicious Lettuce Wraps which are unlimited on WEDNESDAYS now. Price of Lettuce Wrap is 9.95$ but if you want to eat unlimited just pay $10 and eat as much as you want. They have new drinks in the menu too. I had *peach boba* which was v nice. If you like boba do try that drink. For vegetarians I tried SINGAPORE BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN, So instead of CHICKEN ask them for TOFU. And you will have v delicious *black pepper tofu*. New Update: Today we went to P.F.Chang’s after long time. They had drastic change in their menu. New options to try. Peanut Salad was really delicious with tangy flavor in it. Chilli Garlic Green Beans was good too. Brussels Sprouts was really delicious. Our most favorite Lettuce Wrap. With all this we ordered Teriyaki Tofu & Noodles. Both were great. Last but not least- wall of chocolate.. delicious 😋 Ask for PHIL if you really want to have good time during your meal time and if you want to ask about any dish or recipe. He was very friendly and helpful.
We have traveled to many different countries which means we have experienced all different types of service levels. But NOTHING we’ve ever experienced came close to the treatment we received from a young man named Emile at Pf Changs Willowbrook!! This server really made an impact on us. If you decide to go out at all, PLEASE go experience his beautiful soul!!!!! You will leave knowing that there are some amazing humans amongst us. The food was heavenly! We had the Mongolian beef and shrimp as recommended by our server. We also had the sangria and the rising dragon! 10 out of 10!!
My friend treated me for my birthday.. We overindulged big time 😊 Such a pleasant experience, everything wi ordered was delicious. Shout out to our waitress “ Jacky “ or Jocelyn.. she was well versed on the menu , gave excellent advice and provided excellent service. And free cheesecake for my birthday . Excellent experience, perfect birthday 😊😊😊
While the food alone would have given this place 5 stars (love the ribs & the lo mein), what stood out to us during our visit was the service we received from our server, Phil. What an amazing gentleman with a gift for people. It's evident that he loves his job and he made our visit so enjoyable. My husband and I had recently eaten dinner here, but this was our kids' first time visiting. They both raved about the food and about Phil! We now cannot mention PF Chang's without his name coming up. He is truly a gem and the restaurant is very lucky to have him.
Jose was amazing, I have allergies and I was given a special menu. He was attentive and checked in often for quality. The food was good and the location was clean. Would definitely visit again. The manager double checked to make sure no cross contamination. The dei k special was good too.
Dining at P.F. Chang’s is always an experience that goes beyond just having a meal—it feels like a celebration of flavor, atmosphere, and hospitality. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of welcome. The décor strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, creating a space that feels modern yet infused with subtle Asian-inspired touches. The service deserves special recognition. Our server was attentive without ever being intrusive, guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations and ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was just right. Drinks were refilled promptly, dishes were served at the perfect pace, and small details like extra sauces or adjustments for preferences were handled effortlessly. As for the food—simply outstanding. Every dish that arrived at our table was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The lettuce wraps are an absolute must-try: crisp, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The Mongolian Beef was tender and savory with just the right touch of sweetness, while the Kung Pao Chicken delivered bold flavors and a delightful hint of spice. The sushi rolls were surprisingly fresh and creative, offering a lighter contrast to the heartier dishes. Even the sides, like fried rice and noodles, were packed with taste and cooked to perfection. What truly stood out was the consistency. Every plate reflected attention to detail, from texture to seasoning. Portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing and creating a communal dining experience. We ended with the Great Wall of Chocolate, and it was as indulgent and delicious as its name suggests—rich, moist, and perfect for sharing. Overall, P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant I can always count on for an exceptional dining experience. Between the impeccable service, inviting atmosphere, and food that never fails to impress, it has rightfully earned a place as one of my favorite spots. Highly recommended for family dinners, date nights, or any occasion worth celebrating.
Came here for lunch on my birthday and I mentioned it to my waiter Hannah, I just wanna say she made me feel so special today. I was here by myself kind of not feeling very well and she made my day! Thank you Hannah you were very sweet. That was very special to me. I came here for lunch so I ordered the mandarin salad with chicken. I’m also not a big soup fan, but I tried the egg drop soup and the lettuce wrap. Everything was delicious and let’s not forget the plum wine that was good.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this restaurant and had the best experience! The food and drinks were super delicious, and everything was just perfect. A big thank you to our server Phil, he was amazing! So friendly, attentive, and made us feel really special the whole night. Thank you, Phil, for your excellent service and for making our anniversary unforgettable.
On Friday 2/20/2026, I bought a combination fried rice from this location. To my surprise when I got home I was disappointed because they didn’t put any shrimp 🦐 in it. On Tuesday 02/23/2026, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to the manager “Richard “ he was very understanding and said that I would be welcome to come by and pick up another plate free of charge. Not only was it done properly, it was better than I expected. I like to thank Richard, for making this right!!!
Tobin was our server and although the food was as delicious as always, the service from Tobin was exceptional. A server can really make or break a dining experience. Thank you Tobin for making our day extra special!
We had a great experience because of our waitress Nelly. She was friendly throughout our dinner & recommended an excellent choice of drinks and food . We had The lychee martini ,old fashion, California roll and hot & sour soup all was 10/10.
We had dinner at the willowbrook branch in Houston, and was served by Phil. He was the most fantastic server ever!!! Incredible kind, polite, phenomenal energy, and just a wonderful person. Thank you Phil, you made our anniversary meal one we will always remember!
PF Chang’s is back like it never left. Food was hot, fresh and wonderful! Service was top 10! Our server Phil was very attentive and gave great recommendations. Chef Melissa did her thing! Definitely will be back…..especially for the lychee martini :)
Our family of 7 came in on New Years Eve. Charli was very helpful to all our entree questions and was attentive to our needs as well as other tables nearby. We had an awsome experience and were pleased with the entire experience. Charli is a great member of the P.F. Changs staff. Thank you!
We went for my friends birthday party and our waiter Trey was awesome! He was very charismatic, great service, very attentive, he was there servicing but not disruptive. 10/10 service from Trey and making it a great experience.
I am saddened to have to write this review but this restaurant just isn’t the same. The service has always been great, the drinks are great but the food is not good. We’ve gone a few times over the past year and everything seems reheated. It’s edible, sure.. but not fresh. I ate there all the time and even did uber eats with no issue. Food was always good, but not anymore. I don’t even want to write this review but I’m hoping someone sees it and the food improves. Please .
Visited P.F. Chang’s and had a wonderful dining experience. The espresso martini was perfectly crafted smooth, rich, and a great way to start the evening. The food was flavorful and fresh, and the soup was hearty and comforting. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed dinner or drinks. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Thanks to the management and staff for handling a large party of 30 kids and adults at the last minute. They made accommodations for us and the service was great. Would definitely return!!
Server Phil was awesome, courteous, friendly, humorous and knowledgeable. Very attentive to our party even though he was super busy. As always, food was delicious and wine was half priced. Highly recommend PF Changs. Ask for Phil..
My husband and I dined here last night and the food was amazing as always. What really topped it off tonight was our server, John. He was so nice and attentive, and he even sang at our table. The whole restaurant stopped to listen. Thank you for an amazing evening.
Jayden was our bartender this evening and went above and beyond to offer a genuine experience. My friend and I enjoyed the different flavors served while indulging the incredible drink options with a beautiful atmosphere and light music in the background. It was nicely unexpected. One of the gems we forgot was in our back yard. We will return! Thank you Jayden!!
Went with family to celebrate my birthday at P.F. Chang’s Willowbrook. We had the best server I’ve had in a long time. So personable, fun and attentive. Thank you, Phil for making it a special night and for being a great server!!
I took my granddaughter to dine at P.F. Chang on 11/13/2025. We were greeted by Christiane and Tanya at the Greeter Booth, very happily and professionally. This was a great surprise as a first time visit to the location! My granddaughter asked for chopsticks for sale and was given a surprise gift set, this made the visit even more pleasant. The food was tasty but the memories of the greeters are still impressive to us both! I found out later the next week Tanya had been relocated to New Orleans. I know she’s sharing impressionable experiences to all the guests! Christiane we will back SOON!
We had lunch here and were really impressed with the food, service, and ambience. Our server, Phil, gave us excellent recommendations, and everything was superb. What made the experience even more special was how personalized the service felt. We'll definitely be back!
I recently dined at Chang Restaurant and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special shout-out to Phil, our waiter, who truly made the evening memorable. He was attentive without being intrusive, gave excellent menu recommendations, and made sure everything arrived perfectly timed. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I highly recommend asking for Phil if you want top-notch service!
This was our first time coming to P. F. Chang’s and Phil was our waiter. He was so helpful and suggested different things that we could try and explained each dish when we couldn't decide which one to get. 10/10 experience i will definitely be back and highly suggest Phil as our waiter.

Deliciosooooooooo
My family and I had a recent dine in experience that was really great. Tobin took great care of us. The food was really fresh and had great flavor. For dessert, I had the butter cake. Please, please, pretty please do not get rid of this cake!!!! As someone who is not a chocolate cake fan, I enjoyed being able to have something other than key lime pie. The cake was so moist, and sweet. I ate it with my eyes closed!!

P.F.Changs near Willowbrook Mall is a good location. There is plenty of parking. There was no wait during lunch. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The food quality seems to have gone down some, but it was still pretty good. The staff were awesome, and we really apps their efforts.
It’s Beautiful restaurant. I took a take out order. The food was good. I loved the eggplant and crispy beans they are the best. The only awkward situation was where we all people for takeout had to stand in the bar area where everyone was eating and drinking and we had to stand in the busy place. The kitchen staffs and barkeepers and waitresses kept running with their orders and we had to keep moving from here and there.
Pretty good! I recommend the Mongolian beef overall. Although there was mostly rice and little beef, but the flavor was definitely there and the meat was tender! I paired it with brown rice. For the orange chicken, it was really sweet and orange-y flavor. It sort of overpowered the taste, but you would get used to it. But the lo mein noodle was delicious!! If I were to come here again, I’d get the mongolian beef again but instead paired with the noodles! Great customer service.
Usually a solid place to eat, but over the past year things have definitely been different. We go here almost once a week and the menu has changed at least three times over the past year. They changed food vendors as well recently I think, the shrimp are certainly not the same from a month or two ago. They are smaller and routinely get overcooked into a rubbery mess. They did add hot and sour soup which is really good. For the most part it’s a great place to eat, servers typically very good as well.
Our waitress was great , hot n sour soup was very good as well as dressing for salad . The spicy chicken had no spice and was very sweet we did not like it at all . Mongolian beef was over cook and covered in green onion so that’s all u could taste . Definitely a very Americanized restaurant. But the lettuce wraps were Awesome like always . Drinks were kinda flat and watery . My sister likes the dumplings a lot .
We ended up waiting over a half hour for a reservation. But the food was phenomenal. Large portions, fresh hot food .Our waitress was very cordial and explained that the kitchen was behind and that meals were taking 25 minutes longer so we ordered appetizers. We really appreciate it that information. The complementary dessert offered to us because of the table wait was also appreciated. My birthday card was a nice touch signed by the whole staff.
Not sure what is happening here. It’s my go-to place to hang with friends. My food was off - cauliflower was dashed into a bowl which came out afterwards instead of before. My spicy chicken wasn’t. The only thing decent was the spring roll. My definitely was off (lacked the alcohol). Maybe it was the time we visited. Who knows.
Es un gusto hallar misma calidad y sazón en los platillos de PFChangs. El problema es lo austero de éstos. 🤦🏻♀️
We ordered lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, orange chicken, spicy fried rice and spicy kung pao chicken with no celery which the server noted. The lettuce wrap and soup came in fine and within 2 minutes of that came our main course. When we tried to send it back the server said sorry we cant take it back I requested for Manager and requested him that we literally just started our appetizers. They took it back and apologized and said they would remake it for us when we were ready. When the main course came it had celery and kung pao was super salty. I let our server know and all he said was sorry the kitchen people sometimes dont pay attention and the chilli spice made the food salty! Nothing about let me go ahead and take care of it. You would expect little better from a restaurant like PF Chang. It was a very mediocre experience for us and we got most good packed to go.
I didn’t give a one star, simply because I have been to this restaurant twice before. I work at the hospital next-door. One of my colleagues was eating their lunch special. I decided to call in an order. Everyone was friendly as I enter to pick up my order. However, when I opened my food when I got home I had a very thick gravy consistency for my egg soup along with dry noodles paired with the extremely dry “Mongolian” tofu it was tiny lil fried pieces. I’ve never seen anything like that. I am extremely disappointed that I spent nearly $20 on food that isn’t even edible. I’ve had the food before, and it was hot, fresh and delicious but I dined in. Not sure if that makes a difference Today at 1:30 PM during lunch, it was disgusting
Okay this place gets 3 stars due to food and service. The food was pretty good but the appetizer ribs could have been better. The quantity of the sweet sour chicken was a little bit as well but was good to eat. The service we had was kinda late for things. We had to look around to get refills and the time length get checked up on took a long time. Probably won't be back to this specific location.
PF Chang is def a cool vibe. However, the food is not impressive imo. I went once years ago in Michigan, and now recently here at this location. I wasn't impressed then and all these years later, still not impressed. Most of the food is completely bland, then & now. And whatever flavor you do taste is absolutely nothing to write home about. Not sure what all the hype is about. 🤔 But the service was stellar, chefs kiss 👌🏾 JULIA was spectacular in every way!! I hope that the management team recognizes her.
I write this a review as a previous patron. We stopped going here after management shifted, and was under our standard and today we decided to try again.Phill our server was amazing, while there were setbacks for seating for our reserved table We were seated in a prompt manner as a table of 4. Our drinks were alright I personally had the peach boba drink 10/10 other drinks my associates had were rum and coke was a 7/10 ,a coke ,and a coconut mojito was a 0/10 in comparison to previous and didn't taste like coconut. Our appetizers were okay as a whole. We first had crab Rangoons which were great 9.5/10 and the barbeque ribs were 9/10. Then there the shrimp dumplings. We had ordered 6 half pan fried half steamed and were given the 3 pan-fried by another server. One of my table guests began to tell her we needed 6 and she attempted to debate with my table guest instead of correcting the order. Then phill came back and we told him the missing steamed shrimp dumplings. But there seemed to be issue in the kitchen but we ended up getting ths dumpling later than expected. All in all the dumplings as a whole get a 7.5/10 I preferred the fried ones but my associates say they were both underperforming. 2 of my associates had the dynamite roll which they rated 3/10. We had the veggies spring rolls were a 2/10 they were extremely bland even the sauce. Eventually we had our entrees I had a shrimp lo mein with 2 veggies taken off which I rate a 4/10 in comparison to previous, it was oily and bland with tiny burnt shrimps, undercooked mushrooms, and needed sauce My associate also had lo mein nothing taken off 0/10 which was not good Another associate had Kung pao shrimp a 7/10 it was salty without sweetness and shrimps were undercooked My final guest had a Teriyaki chicken 1/10 extremely bland and needed flavour I think they need to hire a new chef or bring back the pre existing formula. Again Phill was great his service was 10/10.
I ate an early dinner so didn’t have to wait for a table. Service was fair. Restaurant appeared to be clean. Food was acceptable but not memorable. I didn’t order anything extravagant and had no alcohol and my check was a little more than one would typically pay for a fast casual dinner. I appreciated the clear gluten-friendly notations and explanations of menu items.
Buen lugar.
This restaurant has always earned 4+ stars since they opened their doors. I was just a kid, but I remember loving P.F. Chang’s. My mom, daughter, & I visited your location this past Friday. I was initially fine with the service & food until I told the waitress we were sharing the Chef’s Feast, & my daughter would be getting a full portion of the fried rice. I asked the waitress if we could pay extra for wonton soup. She flat out said, “No, we don’t do that.” I then asked if she could just see if the manager would approve it. She simply said, again, that it wasn’t an option. I was disappointed, but I didn’t complain or say anything. When the egg drop soup arrived (the only option besides a sweet & sour soup or salad), it was inedible, as the broth tasted & smelled like sewer water or something to that effect. I am not exaggerating & was urged by my mom to write a review so that a member of management can address our concerns. Please reach out to us, as we would love for your restaurant to return to its roots. It’s been a long-term favorite for special occasions for us for over 10 years now.
The atmosphere was great and would make for a nice date night. The service was pretty good, but unfortunately the food was not good to me at all. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and crab puffs. The lettuce wraps were served with half a head of iceberg lettuce, and the chicken was more like crumbles. Overall, the food lacked flavor. Personally, I won’t be going back.
This PF Changs let me down today. I decided to have dinner with my wife and son. We got the Valentines special. Our server was great a d attentive but they let me down with the Woton Soup. It was our favorite soup but after today im re thinking it. It had a stench and tasted like dirty disgusting raw chicken. When I brought it up to the server he apologized and told us he would let management know and if we wanted a replacement. We respectfully declined because that's our only favorite soup. Manager never approached us and to kill it all off, we were still charged for the disgusting bowl. Terrible experience
Not sure what happened but something is not right. The spicy tuna roll we ordered was not even pink. It looked like it has been sitting out all day. It did not smell right. The rest of our meal was flavorless. Very disappointed in the quality of food. We have not been back for over five years because of the last time we ate here and the disappointment. We decided to give it another try. We will not be making that mistake again.
I’ve never been so disappointed at P.F. Chang’s Willowbrook. On Valentine’s Day of all days, our chicken fried rice and chicken with beef dishes had almost no meat in them. It felt like we were served plain rice with a few tiny pieces of protein mixed in. For what you charge, that’s unacceptable. We chose this restaurant to celebrate and left feeling frustrated and let down. Definitely not the quality I expected.
Hostess was was very kind. We sat for about 7 minutes after that with no one approaching us to get a drink order. Will not be back for a while after this experience. Where was the manager ? The only reason I put 2 stars was because the hostess Ashley was was so kind.
Se tarda demasiado
