I am not seeing why others have left lower ratings. From my experience here the customer service and pizza was great! Also, their work area and customer dining areas were very clean and presentable. I highly recommend giving the place a try if you are traveling. I enjoyed the sun dried tomato, garlic and pepperoni pizza!

Arrived on a Sunday morning around 9:00, and I was very impressed with the staff. Friendly and efficient despite the crowd. The “front person” and person I saw in the kitchen worked together very well. Great experience. Breakfast croissant was very good.

First, the pizza was tasty! Second, the staff greeted me (they were nice) I paid, got my food and got going. It was as expected. Next time I swing through, I’ll be sure to stop by. Thank you!
Hat a great breakfast sandwich at this location. It was fresh, tasty and oversized. Good and quick service. This place has plenty of great looking items.
I had Breakfast the other morning at Tagliare. My pizza was excellent. The lady added extra toppings.

The stromboli and coffee were excellent. The bagel was dry but okay.
I stopped here both one may way to and from Jackson, MS. I am a somewhat picky eater and there weren't too many options on the C Terminal. While I DID have to wait for the pepperoni pizza to finish baking, it was worth the wait! It was very greasy but I just soaked the majority of the grease off with a napkin. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't add toppings to the slices, but it wasn't the end of the world. I was also able to get a snack for my hotel room from there before boarding my plane. On my way back home, I stopped in for a bottled drink. Maria Jimenez waited on me at that time. She was quick and courteous! I definitely recommend you stopping by for whatever you may need while awaiting your flight!

Very rude customer service I asked what type of pizza and what the toppings were and she said go look at the screen that was extremely rude. I asked her if I could get the contact with the manager she refused to give it she said we’re not allowed to give the manager‘s contact I said can you give me a way to reach them? She said I’m gonna put them on the phone. There are people with special needs and dieters restrictions and this is unacceptable.
We had a six hour delay here at the airport. We asked for the pizza to get cut in 10 if she could, the lady her customer service was horrible unwilling to cut the pizza as we asked was asked if she was having a bad day turned around and says I was having a perfect day till you come never again when we fly out from Houston will we stop at that pizza place She needs to get a new position or a new job if she wasn’t having it with customers or unwilling to keep your customer satisfied
The person working at 3:30 today was really rude. I will not go again pizza was ok
Very dissapointed!!! After spending over $43 for what appeared to be appetizing breakfast, Stromboli (2), a bottle of water, and an orange juice. We ended up throwing most of it away. Hard time believing eggs were real, and bacon was nasty. The pastry even had a weird taste to it. I get it's airport food, but yuck! The staff was more interested in conversing with each other rather than customers. Stop taking such advantage of your customers.
I am leaving a one star because one of the pizza portions was warm all the rest were cold the lady at the counter was so awful she argues with customers and treats them like trash I couldn’t believe how she treated the lady before us and ourselves I asked for pizza and a drink she never listened came back and said there is no way I can add the coke , talk about someone don’t wanting to sell anything . Awful customer service , I don’t have her name because of course she did not have a name tag but I did take a picture

Houston international airport 600am 11/24/24 i ordered a ham egg and cheese croissant and waited 20 minutes. Had to ask for my order since the staff never looks up to make actual eye contact with the customers. It had been in the oven… when I cut into it the egg was still cold. I took it back and wow the dirty looks I received from your staff after poor service and poor food delivery was ridiculous! DONT WASTE YOUR $20! Go to Papasitos next door their food is always fresh and hot!
Extremely rude lady at terminal C at IAH cheese was hard on pizza so cold. I ask to buy the fresh one in the oven instead she told me NO cold and old one needed to be eaten first. I left and went to Papasitos.
Tried to order a pie, the chef said they don't do pies.. although its on the menu.. Asked why not, they didn't have a reason except "just not today" and they were making whole pies anyway as selling slices of it..weird
I’d give this a zero if I could. The service was deplorable. The cashier was rude, barely looked at me and worst of all, only heated the pizza up a few seconds. I asked her to heat it up more and she said “that’s enough”. The pizza itself was mid. Hardly any sauce and lukewarm. Never again. Shoulda read the reviews.
Listen to the reviews. I walked up and after finally getting their attention (they were on their phones and ignored when I walked up) said there’s flies all over the food and asked if they could make something fresh. They said walkers in front of me is what they have. I could see flies crawling all over their food and matched with the service, I can see why this place has negative reviews.
They only want your money if it comes off a card. Cashless is dumb in an airport when a lot of people travel with cash to avoid issues with their cards. My son is a diabetic and needed to eat. So I walked up to order, and the guy behind the counter didn't care to help. He just went on about his business and pretended like I wasn't there. The lady was helpful and nice. Unfortunately that doesn't outweigh the rest of my experience. I will be staying clear of this place everytime I see it while traveling.
Whoever you have working there today at 12:41pm needs to be instructed to find employment elsewhere. Completely rude for no reason and terrible service. I asked for a receipt because I'm traveling for work and was met with "I can't do that right now" because the genius decided to swap cash drawers when they had a customer. The other one, Destiny Hamm 137854, proceeded to act as if getting a receipt was the hardest thing she's ever done. I enjoy the pizza here but will no longer stop here after dealing with these two. The best part is I was the only customer, guess it was so inconvenient for them to do their job.
Even though they advertise to buy a whole pie, don't expect to be able to buy one. They falsely advertise and just say "sorry nothing you can do but buy by the slice." Management is less than helpful offering no help or suggestions, just saying its beyond his control. Additionally saw another person trying to pay with cash and being turned away after they were handed their food, even though there is no signage mentioning they are cashless. Better signage, better management and better service all around is needed. Go elsewhere.
