My friend and I went there after a very long day flying from Ohio to Texas. We loved our endless soup and salad, but the best time was our server jjt his initials. What a fine young man, so polite, caring and just a absolute joy of a person. Olive garden should be proud to have him as a employee. It is rare to see such a attentive, so respectful young man these days serving the public. Olive garden might think about this young man hosting classes on how to be a example on how to be a waiter or waitress at Olive garden , or just being a good person in life.

Went on Veterans day,,got sat quickly, the waiter was on point, gave good service 👌, liked the atmosphere, good food.

My wife and I got the all you can eat soup and salad. Service was excellent. Everything was tasty. My only critique is the bowl size (too small), but that also allows people to order in moderation. I ordered all the soups. Salad was nice. I should’ve asked for more tomatoes and olives. Overall a very good experience. Breadsticks are a certain plus!

Unlimited soup, salad and bread for only $7.99. You can try 4 different soups as many as you want. My favorite soup is chicken gnocchi. I also tried Zuppa Toscana soup which was also good. The waiter was very friendly and paid attention to us. This place is definitely in my list to come back again.

I ordered to pick up a pork chop, not saying it was bad but it was a bit salty to my taste. Tuscana soup never disappoints me.

I hadn’t been to Olive Garden is yeeeaaars so I finally went back and wasn’t disappointed! I ordered the Giant Five Cheese Pasta Shells with Grilled Chicken and it was very tasty! I love when they grate the cheese over my meal, it lets me know it’s about to go down 😋! The bread sticks were good as well... like they had the perfect amount of salt on them to pair with the pasta. Plus, the sweet Roscato red wine just brought it all together!

This was a pleasant experience with my coworker. The service was great and so was the lunch. Alfredo and broccoli.

My favorite location to go-to when you just wanna have a drink or just grab some food the employees are very friendly and nice

Curb side orders are always done on or before the pickup time. Food is very yummy. There is plenty of parking for curb side pick up and the same waitress bring out the order every time I go there. I leave about $2 tip for curb side pickup, that is about 5% of the order price. I usually tip 15-18% when dining in. Maybe next time I should give her a little bit more.

There was a short wait time so I took advantage of the half price wine option. The food was quick and delicious. It's not the most authentic Italian food but it's good for what it is. The server was very attentive and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

I never get tired of Olive Garden, we always have a great experience at this location. I wish I had gotten our waiters name but he was great! Prices have gone up quite a bit but the tour of Italy is ALWAYS worth it.

The Olive Garden, is a great place to eat. It has a casual atmosphere. The food taste delightful, the menu selection is updated seasonally, at the end when you pay, they give you chocolates mints.

We needed lunch accommodations for a large group of about 40 people—including two children and an infant—the day before Thanksgiving, after attending a funeral nearby. I called several restaurants in the area, and no one was willing to take a group our size on such short notice. But the Olive Garden in Humble, TX truly came through for us. Andrew and Roger, the restaurant managers, were incredibly thoughtful and organized. They provided a lunch menu with a wide variety of options for our group, including spaghetti, lasagna, chicken parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp scampi, cheese ravioli, and of course, their endless salad and breadsticks. Everything was delicious and comforting. Our servers, Mila and Bianca, with help from Marisol, were outstanding. They were attentive, dedicated, and quick to ensure everyone had what they needed. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. After an emotional morning of sadness and bereavement, this Olive Garden gave our family the perfect setting to gather, share a meal, and find a bit of comfort. We are truly grateful for the hospitality and care we received. Highly recommend this location for their exceptional service and heart.

My latest visit reconciled me with this restaurant. You still have the all you can eat salad and breadsticks that are always fresh due to high turnover. We ordered the build your own pasta dish adding a meat (+5.00), and it was very good and satisfying. It was way enough for one person, reason why we didn't choose the all you can eat version. I will certainly go back to Olive Garden whenever I want an Italian food fix!

Place is nice, sometimes it can get packed. The service was great (our server was nice, professional and helpful) and the food was amazing. Olive Garden promised and delivered a nice meal with comfortable, homey environment.

This Olive Garden location is a local staple, and i've gone here for well over a decade celebrating numerous occasions. At one time, I can confidently say that it was my favorite restaurant! The breadsticks are iconic, as well as the Tuscan atmosphere with delightful jazz echoing throughout the dining area. Service is always stellar, and I've never had a negative experience, even when asking for a ridiculous amount of shredded cheese. As of recent though, I just cannot in good faith justify nearly $20 for chicken alfredo, or many of their other entrees that are offered. It's good quality food, but at that price range it's trying to be something it is not.

I've never had a bad experience at this Olive Garden, but my experience today, 3/3/18, was exceptional! My family and I (11 total) had just been treated horribly at the nearby Cheddar's (Darden, PLEASE TRAIN THEM), and our waiters Aaron and Damario more than made up for that! They were patient, polite, kind, respectful and very professional! They made us feel very comfortable. Our food was cooked to perfection, and everything was brought out in a timely manner. We never needed to ask for a refill, or to-go boxes, because they anticipated our every need! They even brought out dessert plates, a knife, and spatula when it was time to serve the cake! I can't say enough about our service today. We all left so happy, and they helped to right a wrong that wasn't their fault. My uncle thoroughly enjoyed his first experience at the Olive Garden, and he can't wait to go back! Aaron and Damario, you guys are AMAZING!

We decided to have an early dinner for Valentine's day. My wife loves olive garden. We enjoyed a wonderful meal as usual. Service was nice. Meal flavorful. And we beat the crowd, which was a plus. Family friendly place.

Liked it. However not 5 star worthy, here's 5 reasons why: #1 My server Josh or John, whatever his name, was kind of forgetful but the food was good. #2 He made no recommendations. However, an African American host that seated me said " the take-home sides are $5 today". Turned out they were half priced. #3 When I first entered it was my first time there and I was never greeted until I walked up to the host podium. I was going to order take out so the host instructed me to go to the bar. The lady behind the bar with black hair and Hispanic accent said I needed to be seated inside to use a dine-in coupon. That was understandable. I didn't have to wait long. Dined-in. I then asked my waiter about the coupon as I was ordering and said" I'll take it with the check." To me that means when you bring the bill/receipt with everything I ordered on it, your going to also bring this coupon worthy item but my waiter forgot. After about 5 mins of waiting, I got up with my ticket to pay and went back to the bar. Dumb? Maybe... but it was my first time to this location and I wanted to see how they operated. So, I try to pay with the same bartender who sends me back to my table to wait to pay with my waiter. However, my table was being seated with the next guest and now I'm just standing in the hallway, payment ready and I just wanted my coupon item. Anywho that's my long spill about my experience and the lack there of for direction I guess. #4 Restaurants are a business and should never (in my opinion) assume that a guest has been there plenty of times and "know the ropes". The breadsticks were my favorite. I kept ordering them. Will definitely come again. #5 Clean out door expect pee smell near entrance. Clean bathrooms. No sticky tables. They have high chairs and coloring activities for kids. No designed play area. Handicap accessible. Nice just not 5 star worthy at this location.

Was there this past Saturday The service was wonderful Maria is a treasure. However the food was beyond edible I had the seafood Alfredo which was so salty it could not be eaten we ended up leaving half eaten food on the table because it wasn't even tempting enough to take home

The food and our server Giliana were great! We were towards the back in a sort of closed off parts section of the restaurant. The AC was out we asked the host if she could move us (two people) she said it wasn’t any space. Shortly after she sent (two people) that came in after us and walked back where we were and complained about the heat as well, to another area. I just started pulling down the shades and dealt with it because the server was so nice and apologetic. We didn’t have a chance to speak with the manager. He also never came to that area and acknowledged any of us, which were around 7-8 different families and/or groups, concerning the heat in that particular dining area. We will definitely be back because of the service and the food. Hopefully the AC will be working in whatever area we’re seated in.

Olive Garden is a solid choice when you're in the mood for Italian-American food. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the service is usually friendly and efficient. You can't go wrong with the endless breadsticks and salad. The entrees are dependable, and you know what to expect. It's a good place for a casual family meal. However, it can get very crowded, which sometimes makes the dining experience feel a bit rushed, and the menu doesn't offer a lot of variety beyond the standard favorites. Overall, it's a reliable, comfortable option.

10/9 Another great experience Had some questions about chicken Alfredo how it’s cooked just tastes kind of undercooked. Chef says it’s because it’s cooked on a flattop. Customer service was excellent but I was not impressed with menu items. Shrimp scampi lacked garlic citrus flavor.

Our server was not great. He kept messing up out orders, we had to get other servers to fix our stuff and he never once apologized. Had he apologized instead of just brushing us off I would have had a different opinion. Otherwise it was an ok experience a little slow to take care of us but I think it was just the person waiting on us.

Another ok visit. We love the food and it's always good, service however is hit or miss, today it was a miss, we got our salad and breadsticks after a family that was seated after us recieved their second bowl, she wasn't to attentive to our drinks either but that aside it was a pleasant visit and not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. We live the salad so that's always a highlight, we ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with spicy Alfredo sauce! If you like a like kick, try it! It was delicious! We also ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, which was quite delicious, it is to be stuffed with cheese and sun dried tomatoes however it seemed more like diced tomato and not the sundried tomato flavor I was looking for but it was really good and I'd order it again. I subbed the garlic mashed potatoes for steamed broccoli which had a light lemon flavor and paired well. We go here only when our craving for Italian food is strong, we've never been disappointed with the food but service can sometimes lack and the restaurant itself could use some updating, it never seems dirty per say but that "dirty" look from just being around for a long time and it almost always smells like old cheese. I'm excited to try the new one in New Caney when it opens!

I thought it was okay. It was my first time ever being at that restaurant. The music was a little off but it was good. Just not my preference of music. The salad I didn't know was going to come with some house dressing or Italian dressing. I just prefer my salad dressing on the side, not on it mixed in with it as they serve it to you. Just my preference cuz, I prefer ranch. Other than that the service was great. The bread was awesome. The meal I got was amazing I got the chicken parmesan topped with marinara sauce and spaghetti on the side.

I was in cue for a table. I was told 10-15 minutes. Opted to sit at the bar, hoping we could have been served a bit sooner. After a long week, I wanted some familiar food, knowing it would be good. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We promptly bid the host a good evening. I don’t it why the long wait when there was waiters standing around chatting with each other. Plenty of open tables. Maybe I’ll try again later. This evening, y’all treated me like I wasn’t family. Walked down the street and got seated immediately.

The soup was good..... Marcus, server's shirt so tight, it's unprofessional. Forgets friend's main meal, forgets cheese, serves salad with no green lettuce, withered with brown spots & mainly chunks of inner white section of an iceberg. Bread sticks are stale on the ends. Prices have gone through the roof! Chicken Alfredo now $17.99!!!

This location was better than the one in Baytown but not much. We had to ask for refills for drinks after it was empty and we did not see the waitress that was supposed to be our waitress that often. We had to ask a different waitress to refill drinks and she just kept on walking and the crazy thing about is that she look right at us when we asked her. I just don't get it why people are like that.

So on my last visit there was a sticker fried into my fried shrimp battered and everything. So I bring it to my server Lexi attention. She replied ok gonna get my manager to remove that for you. A replacement would have been sufficient. Instead I ended up paying for it had plenty left to take home but it was taken away. Called once home realizing I paid for the item. And James and I had a long conversation that ended with him offering to replace my frito misto and add an dessert. So on yesterday’s visit I nicely mentioned it to the Manager on duty thinking maybe James wrote it down or communicated it with other managers. But her response was I’ll honor the app but come back when he’s here for the rest. I asked when does he work again she walked away to check and I mentioned to a friend it would be as simple as calling him. She returned and said I called him and he doesn’t remember you but I’ll go ahead and honor the appetizer anyway. To me That is bad customer service. A piece of hair was in my soup 🤮🤮. And the restaurant ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE ROACH SPRAY.

The restaurant had a 25-30 minute wait due to under staffed. Also food was horrible. Was served cold bread and salad was withered and brown spots on it. Also did not order a main course due to lack of attention to details on food being served. Hubby order a chicken Parmesan with broccoli and they served it in a nasty way. Ok. The portion was annoyingly small I paid for a dinner portion, but I received a lunch portion I believe it a $4 difference in price. On top of that they were very unorganized as if was the first receiving an online order..I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my order because only 1 girl was trying to sever 4 different orders, an older lady came by midway through and help her by getting a soft drink for another client..they rest of the crew were just hanging around...while Inam waiting for my order ..this tall AA man came gave the girl a number to call and put a catering order in. I understand every have their role there...but y'all need to work as a team...3 people were standing by the front door talking..1 in the bar that was clean and talk and an older lady hanging around...that's a waste on man power and my time. 2 Star because the food was delicious.

Great service (Alex). Poor food quality pasta over cooked, sauce broken, chicken over cooked. 8:30pm only 3 tables in restaurant. Server the only person working. Everyone else including management talking seeing the game.

I frequent here a lot but mostly to-go and service is always good. However, today was different. I was in a time crunch because I had an appointment to make later so I stopped here for lunch since it was close by. The hostess asked how many and I said two. She walked me to the very back room on the left where there are only tables. I observed multiple booths open in different areas. So I asked if we could sit in a booth. She proceeds to tell me that the booths are not available right now. Mind you there were several people sitting in the areas. I said okay well, never mind and left. I understand the concept of trying to stay in order for the waitresses but everyone doesn’t want to sit at tables when dining out. I called the manager back to notify him of the situation and he was very understanding and offered to accommodate if we came back. I chose not to return but I’ll mostly likely stick to ordering takeout.

If been visiting this location for years but tonight the service was slow and I do I d what appear to be a maggot in my soup. The manger comped the meal and offer us anything we wanted but nothing can fix me being sick to my stomach but time.

Went in for lunch special unlimited pasta bowl, only to find out it was not in effect. waiter never gave hint that me asking for another plate was another whole meal though he did didnt bring another salad or bread sticks, i asked to see manager believing he made a mistake. manager was unsympathetic nor understanding. Acting like indignant to the idea of endless pasta when in fact this is their own promotion. paid for two so-so meals. felt like i was conned and experience was bad. manager is not good and tried to charge me for ‘games’ because i touch their machine. Very lowbrow establishment trying to gouge customers. Does not live up to rating by a long shot. Italiano’s a shot distance away and by far better at everything and price is better.

Dust, dust, and more dust. The ledge behind and next to me had dust and spider webs. I dusted the shelf myself. We got here 15 till 3 and our server said we still got the lunch price. When it came to pay though our lovely server argued that we were wrong until we showed the price in th tree menu. Not impressed at all!

Felt like no one was trying to get our order then the waiter set up our payment wrong i don't who who this Andrew guy is running show but he just gets a attitude when asked about how to pay. Just a very unpleasant experience and it wasn't even busy when we went

My food was good but the survive I had was bad the waiter took forever didn't give us bread or anything he dropped our drinks and if this continues I'm not going back to this olive garden.

Went here with friends to have lunch, but it was honestly a really awful experience. Our server was very inattentive. Our soup came with no spoons and she wasn't nearby for a long time, so we had to get one of the hostess for some (who was very kind). She never got us any bread sticks, and when we noticed literally every other table getting one even ones that came after us, we had to ask another server (also kind) if they could bring us some. And when I tried to have a refill of my soup, I was told that they don't offer that and that it would be a $2 charge. I thought this was strange because I ordered a regular adult entree and I went to another location earlier this month and I was able to get soup refills. I also was never asked if I needed refills, I had to ask myself. That isn't a huge problem by itself, but combined with all the other problems, it made me upset considering other tables nearby got much more attention. Only saving grace was the food honestly, but overall bad experience. Would have rather gone to another location.

Cindy, the ceilings leaking… While dining with my mom, the ceiling caved in and almost hit her. There was a steady leak of water that did get her wet before the ceiling fell. When the manager came, we didn’t even get an apology or anything. Really ruined our dining experience. Would not come back again.

Out waitress was great but the quality of the food has drastically decreased. It is not worth the prices they have set. This used to a great place to eat

We went there Sunday ( September 21st ). The food was very good. Our waitress was very attentive. The place was clean. My complaint was a waiter for the table across from us. The male waiter brought the customers the bill. The customers gave the waiter cash. The waiter asked if they wanted their change and the customer said yes. The waiter came back with all 20 dollar bills and said their change was 37 dollars and all the store had was 20s so he asked if he could keep the 17 dollars and just give the customer 20 dollars back. They didn’t like it and they got aggravated but finally agreed. The restaurant had been open for a couple hours already and we all know that the restaurant didn’t only have 20 dollar bills…. The waiter was just trying to keep money for the tip. That is the wrong way to get tips. Tips should come from honesty and from the customers. Not by the waiter lying to customers about the restaurant not have 10, 5 or 1 dollar bills to give them their proper change. Highway robbery if you ask me. They shouldn’t employ people that lies for tips…..
