An unlikely discovery in the middle of nowhere, the welcome and the cuisine transported us and we had an unforgettable time.
There's a very positive energy at Piemontesine... a mix of the magical atmosphere of the place and the village and the professionalism of Chatlotte, Jerome, and the other people I met there. The facility is very beautiful, well-kept, clean, and the welcome is exceptional. I have a golden retriever who is more than welcomed... spoiled with cuddles! And who has fallen in love with the woods. Thank you for the wonderful experience!! Paola and Leo🐾
They deserve a 10 just for their kindness, which has nothing to do with the Ligurian region where I live. The food is divinely presented. The combinations are classy, creative, and delicious.
Beautiful location nestled in a small village in the Alta Langa, impeccable cuisine, the highlight of which I gave 10 are the porcini mushrooms! Amazing 😊 I highly recommend it.
We've been frequenting this restaurant and hotel for many years. It's a beautiful establishment, far from the crowded tourist trails, with magnificent views of the Alps. Charlotte and Jerome will amaze you with their wonderful hospitality and truly excellent, one-of-a-kind French cuisine with Piedmontese influences. The dishes are exceptional, and in season, the game dishes are excellent. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. Treat yourself to a weekend here or even just lunch; you won't be disappointed.
Excellent food and wine with reasonable prices in a quiet village
Great hosts, great food, great views. I had a very spacious room facing the Alps and the dinner was delicious. Breakfast so much better than in most Italian places.

If you drive in Langhe area do not miss this lovely place with very good restaurant and b&b to enjoy french food and regional wine. Beautiful garden with fruit trees.

Everything from the start to the finish of our stay was superb. The welcome by Charlotte, Jerome and their team was warm and professional. The suite was large, attractive and very comfortable. Jerome's degustation menu and the degustation of wines that Charlotte paired with the food was delicious. And we got to ask lots of questions about both which we love. A fantastic hotel and restaurant, in magnificent surrounds. Unfortunately we still can't travel from Australia but we will be back. Hope everyone is safe and sound.

Drove from Fossano for lunch. Expected good things based on the 4.6 rating on Google. Pleasantly surprised to find that rating to be low! 😀 It was one of our best lunch experiences so far on this trip. Excellent hospitality, food and wine. Started with an aperitif in the garden patio overlooking the valley. Moved inside for a very well executed French inspired Italian food. We had a bottle of Barbaresco that was rated 94/100 by Larner for 38 Euros! The tart tartin for dessert was to die for. We will be going back to have a dinner with them on our next trip to Italy. The whole experience was motto bene!
