Really good service and nice workers here. I come here almost everyday; they're like my family and to others as well. They memorize orders and rarely mess up any orders from what I've seen. I'll spend a lot of time here getting work done on my computer and get left alone, it's very peaceful and good spot with fair prices.

At least us who behave and the worst thing we carry in is butane torch lighters (the same ones you civilians use for creme brulee). Not the wild ones lugging industrial Home Depot blowtorches lurking under the Jackson overpass near 111. 10/10, would connect again.

I ordered a Blueberry Matcha and it was good. It could've tasted a bit more like blueberry. Aside from that I did notice Dunkins donuts don't last as long fresh wise as the ones you buy from a typical Local Donut Spot. The donuts are ok. The Bagel Bites were good minus they didn't really have much of any cream cheese inside?

The employees are nice however please update your menu your menu to reflect breakfast options. While your employees knew what proteins you had they were not able and rightfully so as there are lcd menus what the scope of your breakfast options are. It made it frustrating and I just went to Starbucks after buying a couple donuts.

Great location and selection. A little unsure in the sense that I asked if their Boston Creme donuts were creme or custard and was told creme, when in fact was custard. Friendly atmosphere and the custard is still good will have me coming back!

The place is clean and cool. Enough seating capacity. I come here a couple of times a week. My observation is the employees are all over the place. They miss a drink or two or totally mess up with your drink. I know it's super busy, so they need to either add more employees or up their routine on orders to have a smooth flow.

Slowest DD ever, completely understaffed, You wait in Drive thru at ordering board for 10 minutes nobody there. Wound up backing out , it's terrible you repeat you're order at least twice. Sadly this has happened more than once. There has been numerous. Times they don't even have donuts.

First, I am from New England so I love Dunkies. But this location aint it. Donuts? Stale. Drinks? Made wrong. Service? Slow. And some of the donuts are made incorrectly (vanilla creme). Other staples are not made at all (glazed stick). It's our only Dunkies within a 50 mile radius....so I go sometimes...but we deserve better.

Honestly disappointed with this one. The large iced caramel macchiato had no caramel, and so when we told them, they argued that it did, and then eye-rolled when we told them we didn’t taste any caramel. They reluctantly gave us four pumps to pour into our own drink, as opposed to making us a new drink. Anyway, they also forgot our munchkins (don’t forget the donuts!) and at that, the jelly-filled ones weren’t glazed, but rather sugar coated (yuck!). I guess the lack of concern or customer service was what got me on this one.

1 person in front of me. Absolutely no one in the drive thru waiting. After 15 minutes they never made me my iced coffee. Laughable service. Person in front of me was also mad because they wouldn’t make his order either. 2 employees literally doing nothing probably on their phones in the back

Think twice!! Donuts had a yeasty taste to them so GROSS 🤢😵. I took a bite out of two different donuts and they both had this nasty taste to them. The service was okay as expected from a donut shop (hence the two stars). We are locals and drive 15 minutes out of our was and past two closer donut shop we visit frequently just to fix a craving. I’ll pass next time!!! When this place first opened it was awesome. I don’t know what has happened now but the owner needs to re-evaluate who’s on his staff and the product quality. We won’t be back for a while. I’ll stick to Swiss Donuts and winchell’s.

Let's take time to glaze all of the donuts, not just one side. Nasty donuts here. Make them fresh. Give old donuts to the employees to take home. Also, don't have us sit at the speaker and ignore the customer when the building had nobody at the counter. If you keep this up 20.00 an hour is wasting money. Got it??

So upset with this location. I grew up in the northeast with Dunkin’s all around me. I love Dunkin and was excited when I heard they were finally opening one here. But dang. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Whoever is working the drive thru, lady needs to get her attitude checked. Its disheartening and I think this was my last visit here to this location. I’ll stick with Starbucks. They’ve never been rude and never had a bad experience with the food. Thank you Starbucks. If you want good customer service, Go to Starbucks.

i have never met more of an incompetent, rude, insensitive, and disrespectful manager in my life. Lupita, the manager of this location does not care for the safety of her workers but only the satisfaction of the customer. every time i come to this location she’s being lazy and doing absolutely nothing. she bags at her workers to do everything she’s supposed to and still complains about the work they provide her with. to say that she’s quite possibly the worst manager in dunkin history is an understatement. yesterday i was in the area and noticed a man harassing the workers and she was nowhere to be found. i hope the workers at this location are able to find a better job with better management. she’s a horrible person

Fast food chain gives order faster! Person taking order in drive thru..took 4 times to get order correct ..coffee black and 1 glaze chocolate donut how hard is that??? And 40 min waiting for order ..with only 1 car ahead of me! Get to drive thru window still no order...need to get this orders out on a timely manner. ..Starbucks works so much faster and are busier. these donuts were good at one time...seems like they are defrosted sometimes soggy too bad only donut shop in area.

I am a professional dunkin donuts visitor and this has got to be the worst dunkin of all time. Parts of menu are missing even tho they have those items and they took 30 min to serve three dang cars. Felt like it was everyone's first day. Rude drive thru lady too

This was the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They had a register system issue, but instead of letting me know they just let me stand in front of the register for quite a while before someone told me something. Only reason I knew was because I heard employees whispering to each other. After someone finally decided to help me they got my order wrong. I had to wait while they remade my food. The coffee was horrible! Don't know if they didn't make my order correct or it was the coffee itself as I'm not sure how Dunkin operates. I'm just glad I was traveling through and won't have to visit there again.

I was very disappointed. The dozen of mix donuts were horrible and not fresh. At almost 20 bucks a dozen, I won’t be going there ever again.

Really, DD!?! You had one job...make delicious donuts. I got a breakfast sandwich and a maple long john. The maple long john was stale. It was definitely not made today. Throw it out! I'm not one to not finish a donut but I threw that gross thing in the trash. Glad I'm just passing through and don't have to come here again. Stop somewhere else!

Wish I could give zero stars. Waited (inside) for 20 minutes for bagel bites. At approx minute 12, I asked about the order and was told that it was "just coming out". Asked again at 17 minutes and was told someone was "working on it." Stood at the counter and watched the lady just then put the order in the warmer. The woman was extremely rude. Got the food - it was cold. We will never, ever return. Horrible service and the food was bad.

I used to work in for food service and retail even through Covid so I usually try to be very understanding, but the customer service here sucks. Every time I go for a pick up order, I have to stand around for several minutes before somebody even acknowledges me. Usually my pickup order that I placed well in advance isn’t ready. The other things like them sometimes getting my order wrong wouldn’t be an issue if they just had a nicer attitude when I come in. I gave them another chance and drove through today. Had to say my order 5-6 times and she still got it wrong and told me they don’t have pup cups. Disappointing as I had my dog in the car but OK, no big deal. Then I wait in the drive through for 10 minutes while the first person in line argues with the drive-through lady about her order. It was just stressful. I’ll go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. At 6:30 in the morning (today) we were waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and the one that sat at the order window had already been up there before we pulled up, and we waited 15 minutes, and finally they took the order of the first Car. We had gotten so fed up with the long wait time that we decided to go in. Because we figured that it would be faster. Wrong. We went in and there was literally one guy that walked in with us. We ordered 4 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. And that's it, the guy that came in at the same time, we did ordered a coffee and a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. We went up to the register and the lady told us we had to order at the kiosk, which was an absolute nightmare. The other guy and my self paid and got our receipts, and we waited another 15 minutes to get our order. Not to mention when we got the doughnuts the guy behind the counter literally threw all of our donuts in a bag frosting side to frosting side, so you can imagine how much of a mess it was. These are the most unmotivated, slow and disrespectful and rude workers I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. This also happened 2 weeks ago where we ran into a long wait time at 6:30 in the morning, and they had thrown our doughnuts in the bag again, which we had called to speak to the manager about because again, the doughnuts were frosting to frosting and it was just awful. Neeless to say, I will not be returning to this Dunkin. It is so sad, and we wasted almost 40 minutes just to get 4 doughnuts that were already baked and on the shelves. These people don't care. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

This Dunkin is usually very good. HOWEVER today was the worst experience ever and I just had to share. Firstly, they blamed how slow they were on the lack of being short staffed. Now normally it would be an okay excuse but being we go three times a week, and any other time they’ve had less workers, they still worked quicker than this morning. Secondly, they screwed up our order. All they had to do was slice a bagel, and put cream cheese on it. It took a good twenty minutes to even cut the bagels, and there was a dime size about of cream cheese on each bagel. They neglected to give us the knives we asked for, and blamed it on the two new employees. No I’m sorry do better Dunkin just do better. Won’t be coming back for quite sometime. Oh did I mention we weren’t allowed to get breakfast sandwiches but they refused to answer why?

My sincere hope is that this Dunkin in Indio, CA gets the help they need. There are a lot of little things that help a business run smoothly and there is a lot of little areas in which this place needs to improve on so that the workers be their best. I do not solely think it’s the workers’ fault here- I think training and oversight are the main issue. I would start with operations and staff’s knowledge about the menu. I always try to give this place a second chance, but this will be my last time unless they announce this Dunkin received some help. The only thing i can feel ever slightly confident will come out ok and correct are the donuts. Upon ordering it always seems like the worker does not know their menu very well. I would have all of the staff take a test on their menu and then retrain/work with the staff that doesn’t pass. The staff does not seem overall happy to be working and honestly it’s probably because the systems in place to cross check everything are not in place. Somehow the items I order at the window get lost or transferred incorrectly. The worker at the pick up window never usually knows what I order and then I have to reorder everything at the pick up window. This issue causes serious long wait times. Also there are little issues with the menu itself that can lead to confusion. The workers need to be trained on what to ask the customer and what to clarify with the customer so the correct order gets placed and gets received. I ordered a hot spiced cookie coffee but on the menu it reads, spiced cookie iced coffee (hot or cold). This can be confusing for the worker so management needs to train staff better on how to clarify the order with the customer. Staff also needs to know what comes in popular orders. Mine should have had oat milk in it by default. I didn’t know that so I asked for oatmilk to be put in it instead of regular milk. The worker should have said, “oh it comes with oatmilk already.” But instead I got charged for the oatmilk and then never received it in my coffee. I got a black coffee with brown sugar syrup. I also asked for a wake up wrap with bacon. Usually this has egg in it also with cheese. When I looked at my food it looked as if someone had taken a bite from either end and there was also no egg. I went into the store to get my money back. It was clear that the workers agreed that management needs help and their store needs some more training and help. Some staff said that they have received complaints about food and management and some people there lacking customer etiquette. Please help this Dunkin, I am afraid it’s only in business still because of snow birds and people visiting. I think most residents in the area will not go back because of how bad this Dunkin is. I always go there afraid my order is going to be wrong and it will not be a good experience where I leave feeling happy, and I always walk away with huge regret.

Had the iced cookie brew and a hot chocolate for my little threw them both in trash horrible and so was customer service. Will never go there again. I was willing to try it because of some people reviews on Instagram but it's a no for me hot chocolate tasted like water and my drink had cream added and it was not creamy and tasted horrible.

This is the 2nd time we have gone to this place. The first time we had good service (drive thru), but oh my goodness, this time we went in because we weren't in a hurry for the moment. I think we should have left as soon as the girl behind the counter gave us attitude. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. Our mistake. She gave us the wrong items and forgot my breakfast sandwich. Plus as she finishing up my sandwich she threw it on the counter. I don't think she should be addressing anyone in the front. She needs training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASAP!

Is the coffee not being brewed correctly. What a shame, their coffee is actually delicious when made properly. Sad to say I will not be returning. And before anyone says anything, I used to work at this dunkin donuts, when it first opened, I know how the coffee is supposed to be made etc.

The girl with the pink hair and the girl with the glasses both need to be fired. They will purposefully make your drink bad so you stop coming. ANY other worker at this location makes your drink perfectly. Go to La Quinta Dunkin it’s a little farther but WAY BETTER!

Not knowing what type they carry, we said we would just come in, and were told the lobby is closed. So we pull up to the window hoping to ask again which flavors they had and were immediately asked to go back around and order at the speaker. Keep in mind, there was no one behind us at almost 10pm. We left, without donuts. Terrible customer service. Not helpful at all.
