We love Jack in the Box. Today I decided to try their new "crispy fajitas jack wrap" Great concept but poorly constructed. The crispy chicken was over the top crispy, it was folded over, I had to wrap it myself 🤣 I think i will try it again and see if I can have grilled chicken. My daughter absolutely loves the chicken teriyaki bowl and the kids always enjoy tiny tacos. I included 3 pictures, the menu photo, the actual "wrap" how it appeared when I opened the bag, the after i re-wrapped it and started eating.

I buy the milk tea and a few other things! I must say the staff is wonderful in the evening especially Yart working a night shift 9:38 p.m. on Wednesday night.

This is my favorite location. Had a situation the other day from a misunderstanding but the manager was incredible and very kind! My order was perfect and the smiles from her implies topped off the visit. Keep up the great work.

When this place is fresh, which is a high percentage, this place rocks. Crispy fries, crunchy cheese sticks, I love this place and the pricing is spot on with their deals and rewards.

I'm not usually a high-spending customer at Jack-in-the-Box, except when I'm with my kids. I order the junior chicken sandwich, and the employees at this location are incredibly kind and friendly. I typically visit in the morning, and even at that early hour, the employees have a wonderful energy that puts a smile on my face. Thank you for bringing some sunshine into my life when things seem dark.

I am very satisfied with the services at this location. I pick up my coffee here every morning, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming, especially Youhana. She consistently greets customers with a smile and handles orders promptly and efficiently.

Stop by to get me a large unsweetened iced tea. I decided to eat two of the tacos that I know I should not eat (i ended up ordering 4! yes, yes, I know). Everything was exactly what I expected, but the tea tasted better than I was expecting! It tasted fresh, and it was blended perfectly. Thank you

I recently had a munchie break and decided to try Jack in the Box. The parking was easy and the restaurant was hardly ever too crowded. The food quality was quite good, and I especially enjoyed their tasty, albeit greasy, tacos. In my opinion, this is the best Jack in the Box location I've visited so far. The drive-thru staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered, making the experience even better. Their jalapeno poppers were a personal favorite, and I found the tacos to be delicious. The staff were also friendly and kept the restaurant.

I give this location 5 stars and that's not only bc they do their Jack food right, but they have THE BEST SERVICE EVER!! Seriously the employees are Ultra nice and accommodating and they truly make you feel like a valued customer. Having all of this just at fast food seems a little implausible but it's absolutely true!! I also love the location because my dogs can use the grassy area located near by!! I definitely will be back!!

Always got what I ordered without issue. Standard. Maybe a little up priced due to location. The shakes are still the best around. That said, location is quite bad. Near freeway and somehow still hard to get to due to the lights.

I tried their new item Big Smash Jack burger. I would say that I love it very much. Two ground beef patties are really good for meat lovers. The burger does not have too much vegetables to distract the meat. Great job.

The atmosphere is good but the food serving is too slow. I came in after 6pm and it seems there is only one cooking in the kitchen.

Stopped by for what I thought would be a quick place for a shake after a game at OC Great Park. The service was super low. Drive thru was 6 cars deep so we went in -- but it took aver 10 mins to get two shakes. There were teenagers in the parking lot blocking cars while they were skating. The trash cans both inside the store and outside were all full and over flowing. If you don't need to stop here I wouldn't - there are many other options in the area that would be a better choice.

Stopped here because I had severe diarrhea from the food at a different restaurant in Laguna Beach. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting before I blew it up. I left no trace, though. I proceeded to hit the road, like Jack and I don't plan on being back no more, no more, no more.

Went to the drive-thru and had to wait a really long time to get my food because the cashier decided to have a 15-minute long conversation with the customer in front of me. Arrived at work which is only about 4 minutes away with cold fries. My food just sat there getting cold
