This location is really nice, there's lots of seating inside and outside. The outdoor seats were really comfortable and there were fire pits outside which was really nice, especially on a chilly night. This drinks were really good. Definitely recommend the Spicy Pineapple Margarita! It wasn't super loud and they were playing some nice songs, definitely going back again. Great place for sitting and chatting with friends! (The one in the picture is the strawberry margarita, it was delicious!)

1st time visit. In town on business ans thwy had an event menu whish was smaller than rhe regular menu. I had the ruben and substituted thw chips for loaded tots. It was good the tots could use more queso in the middle of the tots. Overall i would go back.

We showed up on a Tuesday eve when a concert was in town. We were informed by our server that they don’t offer the $5 gourmet burger on event nights. She worked it so we got the deal and the food was amazing. Her name is Selena and we highly recommend you sit in her section whenever visiting Bar Louie.

Wonderful patio area in Las Colinas across from the canals. Eclectic menu. Enough variation without too many choices. Mostly burgers, sandwhiches and tried and true bar foods. Wide selection of on-tap and bottled beers, wines & spirits. The California Club was perfect... arugula, aioli, avocado with grilled chicken on perfectly toasted sourdough, stacked high. Large outdoor seating area with California up-scale vibe made for a relaxing meal with great atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you are in the Las Colinas area.

Went there on a Sunday night so the crown was low. The beers were ice cold. The menu was extensive and very appealing and affordable, though can't rate the food because we there for some cocktails and some beers only. Staff is friendly and inviting. Would definitely go back as this place is located in an ideal location with multiple bars and restaurants to visit.

I love this location bc the hours are great and the vibe is always my type of vibe. The food is amazing and servers are great. This last visit, we had the pleasure of being served by a beautiful young lady named Pam. When we came in Tymbria welcomed us and asked if we had been there before, most of us are just visiting so we told her we wanted to walk around first. She told us to come back to the host area if we ended up wanting a table. We did and thankfully she was our waitress too! After 15 minutes we forgot she wasn't part of our group and actually working. :( It was pretty busy and Tymbria seemed to be working alone but she never had anyone wait for anything. Went here 2x during my stay in Dallas. Ordered the 12 oz steak on Thursday (w/fries that were ohsogood) and the pretzels nubs (so good) and returned on Saturday for the salad with sliced filet and Bleu cheese. Really enjoyed the Sangria, too!

We had a pretty big party of 50 was supposed to be 30.. more people came than expected. Pam, our nice and patient waitress did a wonderful job on serving us, keeping things moving and keeping the table clean. She’s kind, patient and can you believe it she’s funny too! I will not leave a bad review because I truly feel the overall is the need for judgment when leaving any type of review but my only complaint is that bar talk is fine and an exciting reason to be at the bar, but when delivery drivers are waiting around for their customers order and no one is addressing why we are there then our customers won't be happy as yours are because their food will have grown cold..whether you manage a business or are an employee you should still operate as management with professionalism and multitasking is part of the scheme of things. It is understandable you can't just drop everything to attend to the waiting drivers but when we stand around watching you have total conversations without any address then that's a sure way to spark up a very ugly situation because it's rude, shows lack of skill or if I may, plain ole don't give a hoot... now this does not represent Bar Louie as a whole because it is an awesome establishment and my customers love coming there and the service is wonderful, but this incident was separate and is reflected towards the bartender service and ability to address.

Came here with my lil sis for a quick drink before our movie. Honestly, Bar Louie Las Colinas is always a good time, but I have to shout out Monica specifically because she is a fire bartender every single time. She took great care of us like always. Super warm, shows real love, remembers faces, and keeps the energy right. Drinks were on point, vibe was chill, and service was fast even though they were a little busy with a massive table/event. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area to grab a drink because of her.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and stopped by Bar Louie as a late night activity and this place did not disappoint. It wasn't crowded when we went so the setting was intimate. I was skeptical of how my husband was describing the food but it turned out to be 10/10 and that’s saying a lot since I’m a picky eater. But if you want to take your experience at Bar Louie to an 11/10, ask for Sarah as your waiter, she’s the best!! She’s knows what she’s talking about when she gives recommendations and she’s really intentional on tailoring a great experience for everyone she serves!

Had a great experience at bar Louie’s last night. My truffle fries and chicken Caesar salad (trying to eat healthy) were excellent. I did cheat a little on my carbs and added a Modelo Especial. Okay, truffle fries… I know, but they were sooooo tasty. Plenty of beers on tap, cocktails, and wine. Awesome! A separate note on the staff. Bar Louie is perfectly staffed. That being said, I thought their service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of having the manager and a trainee wait my table. Definitely leadership by example.

I met my sisters there for a small reunion. We ordered the wings and truffle fries. They both were flavorful and fresh! We also had the Lemon Drop. It was a nice night so we enjoyed our drinks on the patio. I don't recall the name of the young lady that waited on us, but KUDOS to her. They had her waiting tables and cooking the food.

I came to this location as a part of an organized event with several of my bestest buddies. Upon my arrival I found that there was no on-street parking and I wound up parking in the parking garage which appears to be free for the weekend. Otherwise it appeared that the parking would be free up to two hours with validation. I wound up looking around for the best parking spot and there were not very many handicap parking spaces available at the time. The manager of the restaurant was a great help getting some of the food items out of the vehicle and into the bar for our event, the manager definitely went above and beyond in this instance. During our visit, we found that the wait staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Most of our group started to arrive within 15 or 20 minutes of us getting all the food items into the restaurant. OMG, I really, really, really enjoyed the barbecue chicken wings. A group had an opportunity to try the vegetarian flatbread pizza which was also very good as they were cut into small slices enabling most of us to sample each of the items brought to the table. There were a multiple number of appetizers on the table that were able to take.

It's hard to compete with hundreds of bars in town. Nothing special, food and service were standard although a bit pricey. I liked the place overall . The waitress tried to her best although she missed one of the orders, but as long as she is helpful, it's valuable.

I was staying in the area and ended up at Bar Louie after leaving another of the venues in the same space after being ignored by their wait staff. Chandler was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I sat at the bar, he was attentive and funny and made small talk but wasn't overly pushy. I had the spicy grilled cheese chicken sandwich and it was delicious!

It was a Monday evening and it was mostly empty. Food was good as was the service. My only issue is the music seemed to get turned up (still mostly empty) after we were there a while making conversation challenging.

This is a great place to hang out at. We came here on a friday around 2pm for drinks and food. The atmosphere is great, as is the location. The food was good, I had the fried fish burger. It was a little too oily for my liking. The drinks are awesome but the service overall was very very slow. Waited for a draft beer for about 15 minutes and there were only a few people at the bar. Otherwise it was empty. The server didn't really come to check in with us a lot. We were sitting there with empty glasses for a while. Overall a good place, but maybe hire some more staff so customers won't have to wait that long.

I’ve been to both locations (Las Colinas and Park Lane). The food is consistent hands down. It’s my favorite happy hour spot, especially if you like flatbreads and good martinis. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is a mix but I’ve never had a bad experience.

Great American sports bar style restaurant. Unfortunately they were out of pasta when I went, but the burgers were good. Service was friendly as well, and the other customers seemed like they were having a good time.

I came for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food is pretty good and the service is even better. My waitress Pam took good care of me and left a great impression for my first time.

The place is very nice, the service is good, and those burgers were great. The boneless chicken wings lacked more flavor, the drink should have been frozen, and it heated up very quickly. It's my first time in this restaurant. I think I will eat here again.

Updated review: The owner and guest relations did reach out to me promptly to make my previous experience right. I appreciate their attentiveness to my review and concerns. Bar Louie is a nice place with some of my favs like the salmon sliders and wings. They’re also adding new items regularly. My daughter, her boyfriend, and I went to grab some late lunch. I hadn’t eaten since the day before so I was hoping to find something good. My daughter and I had quesadillas and her boyfriend had chicken tenders and fries. I ordered a honey bourbon sour, never got it. There were no napkins on the table and it was hard to get the server long enough to ask for anything as he was training someone. My cloth napkin was filthy. The server would ask my daughter’s boyfriend (man at the table) if we needed anything but didn’t wait for me and my daughter to respond. I was the eldest at the table. Now, the manager, I assume because she had on regular clothes, had a whole staff meeting on the floor and this kept us from getting service further. We couldn’t ask for napkins, my missing drink, or the check. Another server literally walked over to point out that there were other patrons that needed to be waited on. The food…I didn’t try them but my daughter’s boyfriend liked the tenders. No complaints there. The chicken quesadillas were greasy. Lots of cheese, not melted or hot including the chicken and sauce. I would not recommend them. When I mentioned my drink when the server finally came over, I was asked if they could bring one. I said yes. Several minutes and passes later, nothing. The server plops down in a booth next to another server so we left. I did tip but it definitely wasn’t deserved. I will go again since this place is very near my home and sit in a different section or at the bar, order something different and see what happens 🤷🏽‍♀️

I RARELY rate poorly. The food was good, however the restaurant planned the crowd poorly for a convention. Over an hour to get food after waiting 30 minutes for someone to come to the table. On top of that my significant other ordered a customized chicken sandwich yet received a burger and NO comps were offered. Thank goodness we have a Bar Louie in STL and we hope it's a better experience. We will not be back to the Dallas location.

Bar Louie - Not a bad spot for some decent eats. Was busier than usual during the visit as a convention was occurring nearby and like many of the businesses in the area they were woefully understaffed for the volume. Found a spot at the bar and it was easy to order and was not neglected by the bar staff which was a plus. Ordered the cheesesteak and it was surprisingly flavorful but a little salty for my tastes. The tater tots were delightfully crispy which is always a good thing. The drinks however were probably the weak point. Seems like the mixture of their soft drinks is just a little off as everything tasted slightly weaker in flavor and borderline flat. Try to stick to the items that are bottled would be my recommendation as I was not the only one during the visit that recognized the difference.

We came here at 330pm on a Sunday for a light lunch and to watch sports on TV. The place was not busy at all. The bartenders were both very pleasant. We ordered the trio of chips which came with salsa, guacamole and a Queen dip all of which were very good and arrived quickly. We then each ordered French onion soup. The soup took quite a while to be made. I spoke with the bartender and they went to check and brought the soups out within a few minutes. They were hot. The soup is quite salty so be aware if you have dietary restrictions. My husbands soup came with the parchment paper (see pictures) still attached to the cheese. I let the one bartender know this and they responded with “they are in a weird mood back in the kitchen, one of them is pregnant.” I’m not really sure what that meant but we were happy to still enjoy the soup. I felt someone needed to know the kitchen may have some short comings. The soup was good albeit salty. We decided to cash out after we ate the soup and the other bartender asked how everything was and I let them know about the kitchen staff cooking the parchment paper with the food. They were concerned and went to notify a manager but were ultimately unable to locate the manager. While we appreciate the effort we chose not to wait, paid the bill, and left. Our bill was 47 dollars ( we had 3 beers) before tip.

Let me start by saying our server Sarah was the best part of this experience. She was kind and considerate and more than accommodating. Now moving into the atmosphere. We walked in the door and it appeared that all of the staff frankly was drained. After speaking with Sarah, she had informed us that they had just gotten over the rush that came in due to an event being there that night so I absolutely understood that. The menu that was presented was paired down as it was the event menu which only consisted of things that could be quickly made in the kitchen And brought out which limited our options severely. We ordered drinks. I ordered the Wildberry margarita and I must say that it was pretty watered down. I did explain this to Sarah and then asked what is a better drink. She recommended one and I got it and it was much better. I also got us a starter of lemon pepper wings, and the majority of the wings had feathers still on them, which we did have to pluck out. After showing Sarah, this, she profusely apologized and went to the kitchen and explain this to them, even taking a picture of the Feathers. She informed me that the kitchen did provide pushback, which was amazing to hear given the fact that you cooked them and you clearly saw the feathers and still sent it out. The wings were removed from the bill And our mains came out. I ordered the Reuben sandwich which was not good. The meat to bread ratio was off and every bite I took honestly disappointed me even more. I hate to have to leave this review because I have been to the location before and the experience was really good. The food was good and the drinks were well-made. It very much could be the fact that the event was taking place that night, but generally, I do look for consistent service from places that I like and unfortunately on this night the mark was missed.

My experience here was terrible. My veggie Flatbread was horrendous. It had mostly artichokes and it dominated everything. I felt as if they applied Spinach Artichoke dip on the flat bread and they served it. My waiter masked up and she removed her mask whilst she was speaking to us. I didn’t understand the whole point of her masking up to remove it while she speaks?? Spinach Artichoke dip with Nachos were amazing. This is a must try dish!

I really want to like this place but every time I go, I get disappointed. They've over charged me a couple of times. When I get home and see my transactions, they somehow charge me way more than what I was told the total was. They always mess up my drinks, my food, and most of the time the waiters are rude. I always give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe they had an off day or something, but I guess not.

Just one word: terrible. Entered at 1am, place a mess, dirty tables, glasses and dishes not cleared but place half empty. Service took forever. Drink, an Old Fashioned, just horrible. And ran out of garnish but got it served anyway?! So, terrible! Unless you are so drunk you don't care, avoid!

We were staying at the Westin Hotel right across from Bar Louie and my mom and I went there to get a couple of appetizers. She also ordered a Dragonfruit Margarita. The drink was rather potent, so once we got done eating, we asked if we could get a to-go cup for the margarita, which they said they couldn’t because of a Texas law, which we didn’t know about but could understand. They voluntarily informed us that the only thing they could package up and let people take was beer or wine. So I asked them since my mom didn’t drink much of the margarita at all, if she could get some beer to go instead. Then the manager who I asked never came back, but he sent some other person to our table. The one that they sent kept telling us they can’t let us take the drink. We said we understand that, but I told him the other manager told us that you are able to pack up something like beer, so we wanted to know if we could exchange the drink that she barely drank for some beer to take with us since we couldn’t take the drink that we ordered. He then told us that he wouldn’t even do that! So we told him we didn’t know about the fact that we couldn’t take the drink to-go. We’re not from Texas and we have never been told that before. He then tells us “well maybe that’s something that you should’ve asked before ordering. The bartender already made the drink.” That was so rude and the fact that they didn’t try to accommodate us at all was extremely disappointing. We were not asking for anything except an exchange. In this type of business, you should at least try to do something to appease the customer, and they didn’t try to do anything at all to make the customer happy. The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food came out hot. I will not be returning back to this place after this experience.

I visited this location because I was in the area I went during happy hour however when I received my tab I did not see the receipt. I was just given a device that had a price which off top I wasn't too sure about however I paid anyway. Before I left I requested my receipt upon reviewing the receipt I feel and see that I just wasn't satisfied with the prices that I was charged something was very off I couldn't put my finger on it. Later on I arrived home only to go back to the receipt and review it and really inspect it and seen what was wrong about it. I purchased six happy hour items the waitress only discounted me for four and charged me regular price for two. I think this is very unfortunate that neither the waitress or the manager that came out and tried to explain to me why my ticket was higher than I expected. Neither one of them acknowledge the mistake that they made it was actually clear as day. However because of everything that was happening I didn't really catch it while I was at the bar I wonder how many people have experienced this besides myself they pretty much over charged me for their own personal reason. And not knowing that I was going to tip them anyway, and still did. But I want everyone to be careful when you pay for your tabs at these type of places it was supposed to be happy hour and I left not happy. I probably will never return here.

So apparently being Black and having a conversation on your phone while entering their restaurant leads to a bartender at the bar telling me I’m aggressive and won’t serve. So let me provide some context. I was given instructions from a friend whom is going through a family crisis with losing his father. I advised the person to let me know what they wanted to eat and we can talk about it. They choose Bar Louie. Once I get to the Toyota Music Factory location and park my car I get a call saying where am I at. Apparently he decided to go to another location that was in Dallas not Irving. While talking to him saying let me figure out how to validate parking cuz there was an event going on where the price was $45 in the same garage I always park at. Thus I park in the same garage all the time. So I was like let me just get one drink or a snack or something so I can validate. As I’m walking into the restaurant talking to the guy whom lost his father. Another call comes in with an another crisis. So I attempted to calm that person down I was talking to on the second cal. Meanwhile a person from behind the bar approaches me at the counter and asked what I was drinking. I told him he can just pour me anything cheap since I just need to validate. He repeated anything I said yes. He walks away another person approaches me from behind the bar asking what I wanted. I’m like I just told the other person. Then the new person states I’m the bartender and he a bar back. I’m like how was I supposed to know that. Immediately he states are you ok. I said why wouldn’t I be. He then starts stating it appears you got an attitude and are aggressive and not going to serve you. I said why not and he repeated you have an attitude and aggressive. Now mind you I don’t know this bartender or bar back. This was also my first time to Bar Louie in this area. I’ve been to other restaurants with no issue. So since he was adamant. I said we gotta stop playing the black male person card talking on the phone sounds aggressive or got an attitude. Since what happening on my phone has nothing to do with service he should provide. People have calls all the time happy, sad, loud, and quiet. I know this since I was a bartender at some point in my life. I asked for a manager after the fact and a light skin woman came and went along with her bartender to not serve but then gave me a QR code to attempt to validate. Which didn’t work. Then she states you have to park in another garage. Now mind you I always come to Toyota Music Factory area and I park in the same garage all the time when I visit Gloria’s. Now if this was a Hispanic, White, or Indian person whom are typically loud as well really when they drink or engage in calls would this had happened. I got turned away the way I felt since I was Black apparently aggressive and with an attitude. I’m tired of people calling black men aggressive and advising we have an attitude. This all under 10 minutes maybe of me w tearing their establishment. He shouldn’t even be allowed to call a customer potential or otherwise aggressive to their face. That makes matters worse. It should have stopped with: Are you ok and I gave an all clear that should have been it. The calling me aggressive and stating I got an attitude and refusing service simply because he could is wrong. Just check the picture time stamp. I’m still trying to get more videos downloaded cuz I guess they didn’t see I had on Ray Ban Meta Glasses. Just look at the time stamp on my phone and also look at how long I already was engaged in that call that this bartender cussed a whole issue over.

Would not recommend staff is extremely rude. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes not one bartender acknowledged us until I asked my husband if he would rather go to a different bar at which the “bartender” said have a “good night.” in a snarky tone.

We sat on the patio for around 15 min and nobody came even for gave us a menu. They helped all the tables around but ours. The place is almost empty there are like 6 servers all just talking on the bar, so of course we left.

This company tries to force you to pay pick up orders through apps that up charge the menu items. When I called, the employee over the phone refused to take my order. I won’t ever come back here again. You don’t appreciate your customers enough to key in a simple order and take my money. If I was in there face to face you sure would but over the phone that’s just crossing the line I guess. Absolutely disrespectful really. There are plenty of other places to eat around here that won’t give me this kind of hassle for ordering a meal. I was a regular patron here but not anymore.

I wanted to let you know that the bartender at bar Louie Monica. Is very unprofessional and only serves white people apparently and then there's a curly head gentleman with a scruffy beard. He is also in the same boat. We sat there for 15 minutes without service, but as soon as white people came in the establishment, they all ran to the different ones around. I find this unacceptable but believable because of the day and time we live in people feel privileged you are not privileged. Everyone deserves respect. It's called customer service. I think they need to be rebranded and taught whomever the manager. Is you need to have a good discussion with them?

Me & my girlfriend came in at 11:25 pm on a Sunday night. No one came and approached us. We waited about a minute when the bartender finally said, “it’s open seating y’all.” So we go and sit ourselves at a random table. We sat there for more than 5 minutes, no one came. We gave up and got up from the table and just placed a drink order at the bar. We knew the bartender was super busy, but she still managed to take care of us. Drinks came out good though 👍. Bar loui needs better service though, especially for late nights.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My wife and I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from KM Motor at 322 W Division St, Arlington, TX on September 27, 2025. From the very beginning, the vehicle had serious issues — loud engine noises, warning lights on the dashboard, tire pressure problems, and eventually the car would not even start. The entire experience at this dealership was extremely unprofessional. On the day of purchase: • They rushed us to sign paperwork and claimed they had to close, without properly explaining my rights. • They gave me the wrong floor mats. • The staff, including Ana, seemed unprepared and unprofessional — they didn’t know their jobs and were just going through the motions. • The shop is small, dirty, and disorganized. The owner, Johnny, was very rude and unhelpful. He has a noticeable anger issue — I even heard him cursing at another customer when they asked to see a car. When I reached out for help about the car’s problems, he refused to assist, threatened to call his attorney, and told me not to come to the shop. At one point, he even threatened to call the police on me if I returned. I personally felt I was treated differently because I am Black, and the way they dismissed and spoke to me made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. I regret purchasing from KM Motor. The experience has been stressful, unfair, and extremely frustrating. If I had done proper research before coming, I would not have purchased from them, and I’m sharing this to save others the same experience. They do not even care that they review are this low because if I was the owner I would be concerned that I have a very low review in all platform that’s tells a lot. Avoid KM Motor. My experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and left me feeling scammed.

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at this Bar Louie. I asked for club soda and was served Sprite instead — the server didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. I ordered chicken quesadillas, which arrived without plates or proper presentation, just thrown together. To make things worse, the beer tasted awful — almost like it had gone bad or was contaminated. The overall hygiene, service, and attention to detail were shocking for a place like this. The staff seemed careless and unbothered. Definitely not worth visiting again. Avoid this location if you care about quality, cleanliness, or basic service standards.

Showed up last night after Trey Songz concert(11:55), sat outside facing the front(nice view). The server greeted us and said she’ll bring waters…. We waited 5-8 minutes, no waters. Another party were seated 10 minutes after us and they got waters by the same server. We flagged our server, placed our order (hoping to get our order out quick before that party orders). We started seeing drinks, wines, and waters go their way and finally got our waters as the server was dropping off theirs. After about 25 mins and seeing THAT SAME PARTY receive their food, our server came to us saying “she didn’t see our order in the system, and that she was going to talk to the kitchen.” She came back saying “No it’s not showing and how it might’ve gotten bumped off the screen” LIKE REALLY, how do u bump an order off the screen WITHOUT giving it to the customer! Not to mention, the same wings and burgers we ordered, look like what we ordered. It was only 2 of us vs 5 of them. I was so pissed, I told the mgr and left. Yes the mgr tried to make it right, but after 30 minutes waiting and hungry, we would’ve had to wait all over again. I’ll know next time not to bring my business here where im overlooked and time wasted.

Worst food and service Server : Sara Hernandez H She is rude and food quality is bad I was really disappointed with my experience at Bar Louie. The service was slow and not very attentive, even though it wasn’t that busy. The food didn’t come out hot, and the taste was bad for the price. Drinks were watered down and not worth what they charge. The overall atmosphere felt messy and unorganized. Definitely not the quality I expected — I won’t be coming back. I am from Saint Louis, I would have visited many times over there. We went to Reservior restaurant first and then again changed my mind and came to bar louie. But it is super disappointed, please don’t visit anytime. Worst experience bad 1000% waste Please don’t kill us with your food quality
