Great experience at fuzzys in Irving this morning. Usually when you walk in early everyone is a bit tired but David the manager was awesome big smile on his face and very helpful. Will definitely be back here again!

We have not been to this Fuzzy’s location in awhile. We got there it was packed, which we haven’t seen or heard of it being crowded for years. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The manager who was a tall shaved head gentleman was walking to every table checking in and bringing customers their food as well as making sure no dirty dishes were in sight! This was by far the best Fuzzy’s experience we have had and we will definitely be coming back again!

Fuzzy’s has always been a place that my husband and I come for any occasion. Whether you are coming for a bite to eat or a drink to celebrate life, this place has always had a great atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, and the environment is chill and inviting. They have plenty of tv’s to watch sports, and they ALWAYS play the best music. Ask for Michelle when you come, she’s the best!

I love going here for lunch or the happy hour. 12PM lunch rush is never too terrible. Waiting in line can be 10 mins or less. Waiting for food to come out normally takes less than 10mins. they give you a food buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. My favorite thing to get here is anything with the shredded brisket not fatty or rubbery. Very pleasant flavor

Last minute meal for a team and they didn't hesitate one bit. I believe I talked with the manager on the phone and he was extremely nice. The reason for the 5 star review was giving me a bag of ice after I mentioned our ice machine was broke. Amazing customer service by all team members!

I noticed this location has a lot of mixed reviews. I gotta say, I really like this place! The service was stellar. My cashier was fast and friendly. The food was ready before I even got my drink. I ordered the brisket burrito, but I got it as a bowl. It's healthier that way. It was absolutely delicious! And I got a souvenir cup because I ordered a large drink. I will definitely eat here again the next time I am in Texas.

Updated review: I just came by to collect a complementary replacement order for a cold order I was given. The ground beef nachos oh em gee so good!!! And good portion size for the price. And thankfully pipping hot this time. I must say they the times they have messed up my food they make sure it's right next time. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Shout out to manager DAVID I think that was his name. He went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my shredded chicken salad when it was missing my feta cheese. He said he was headed out anyway and drove to me instead of having me drive back to get it since I was in my lunch break. Wow Thank you! Very rare these days to find workers in the food industry that actually care. A diamond amongst zirconia. Ha! Now I will say I wasn't a fan of their vinegarette dressing. To me has more of an Italian dressing taste but this is a "Mexican food" place. They need to offer a different type of vinegarette maybe some kind of chili lime or cilantro lime or even something similar to the dressing that Chipotle serves would be great! Not a fan of iceberg lettuce for salad but it's cool. At least they offer salad. Previous review: the simple Queso and seasoned chips were good. I've never had such chips. I don't know what's spinkled on it but these chips are top tier.

Go here a few times a month. Food and atmosphere are excellent. They need to work on more consistency in the food service. Sometimes I comes a fee minutes other times I have to go ask about what's taking so long.

This place is the jam. Really good food on a budget. These are my favorite enchiladas in DFW. Get the green sauce, it's so good, my plate is spotless by the end.

Today was my first time using Fuzzy’s catering service for 60 people, at an in-office lunch/event. Everything went absolutely perfectly. They were willing to customize our box lunches. We recently dined and had a lovely experience overall. The vibe inside was inviting- perfect for a casual date night. I had the veg taco and veg enchilada, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. The tacos were soft and fresh. My boyfriend went with the grilled chicken and shrimp enchiladas, and he really enjoyed both—especially the shrimp, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. There was a small mix-up with our order initially, but the staff handled it and quickly brought out the correct dishes, which we appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio since it was raining and humid that evening, but the indoor ambiance more than made up for it. Overall, a great spot for food lovers. We’ll definitely be back!

This is the best place to have delicious tacos. Ambience - The ambience is sportive , clean and sanitized. This place got good amount of parking space, offers dine-in, drive through and out door seating too. The bar set up is also really cool. Food & Beverages - I ordered avocado taco and veggie taco , tacos are soft outside , crispy fried avocado with vegetables, tastes really delicious. Fuzzy's has the best chips and queso, they have a lot of different taco options for those who are indecisive. Price is reasonable, margaritas are so yummy!

I really enjoy Fuzzy's setup. We have a dog. It is nice to be able to socialize with family and friends under a very large sturdy roof with access directly from the parking space through the gated space. Refills on chips is easy and plentiful. The happy hour prices on margaritas at $3 is great. However, the carry-out price is $10+ so don't be surprised in your choice. Enjoy the atmosphere and party well.

A good Fuzzys Taco place. The service was good. Nice staff. The place was clean. My only complaint was that the rice was not cooked all the way which seems to be the norm with Fuzzys. I have been to several Fuzzy taco places and none of their rice is ever fully cooked. Otherwise a good place to eat and have a drink. Thank you, Fuzzys.

They were very understaffed when I got there. I waited 10 minutes to order an no one ever came to the register. I eventually ordered food at the bar. The bartender was very nice and helpful. They messed up my order but they did correct it, so I was still happy. I come every month with a large group of my work customers. The one thing I do not like is how small their parking lot is.

So I’ve been here a few times. I have always been an indoor customer, never used curbside. Also, I’ve always gone during lunch hours, never been here during evening times. Pros: customer service has never been “bad”. Sometimes the bartenders don’t know what goes into a specific drink, but outside of that, they have always been nice and accommodating. Decent parking. Lots of inside space. Food was always delicious. Cons: as mentioned above about the drinks. Outside of that, I haven’t personally experienced anything “bad” about this location.

This location is normally ok, but on my last visit, I purchased chips and queso with beef and it was full of grease. I was very disappointed.

Decent tacos, but very overpriced. The tacos don't even come with lime slices. They charge extra for like slices. I'm surprised they don't charge extra for silverware. To top it all off, the chips and queso I ordered came with most of the chips crushed to mere crumbs.

This place has an open bar and not crowded. It’s not clean. I ordered a Fajita chicken plate and haven’t got soft tortillas with it. Chef was busy chatting and doesn’t look focused. Cashier was friendly.

They have breakfast tacos, but they are just alright. All the bacon was thrown on one side, which was weird. Queso tastes like nacho cheese with diced tomatoes added. It's now awful, just not good.

Just finished eating here. The food was disgusting. Sad to see Fuzzy’s become this but I will chuck it up to this location until I try another location. Place of business is poorly lit and not as clean as it could be. I ordered two tacos with cilantro rice. The rice was so hard I could only eat two spoon fulls and left a bad after taste. The tacos didn’t have enough cheese or any at all. I did show the person at the front and was given some. The queso tasted like it came out of a can🤢

Friday, September 15th, 2017 at 10:45am. Well, I'm usually a huge fan of fuzzys, but this particular experience at this particular location leaves much to be desired. For starters, when I walked in there was an employee sitting next to the entrance door smoking. I said good morning, he just grunted and blew smoke at me. That is honestly when I should have turned around and went somewhere else. When I walked in and got to the counter to order the blonde that was running the cash register was more interested in the conversation with another employee about what time they got out of bed to take my order so I had to repeat it 4 times. I had to tell her twice that I wanted small drink so I could get tea and not a water cup because she was listening to her coworker because it was apparently more important for her to hear about her coworkers morning than it was to do her job. Now, I will preface this next part with the statement that I understand that I am a mover microwave and I spent all morning moving a three-bedroom apartment into a home. So I understand that between sweating all morning and moving dust that I probably don't have the absolute best appearance at the moment. However, the blonde behind the counter taking my order did not have any reason for looking me up and down turning up her nose and saying that I didn't look like I had ever been to a fuzzys before and proceeded to give me instructions on how to get my order. That was actually extremely insulting. And even after all that, they screwed up my order. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, the Hispanic lady that had made it in the kitchen area acted like she couldn't speak English and just pointed towards the silverware and said "there". I had to repeat that my order was wrong 3 times and when she finally decided to do something about it, she rolled her eyes, huffed, made it obvious that it was some how my fault that she made my order wrong and cussed me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand what "pinche idiota" means. I have attached a picture of my receipt so show how easy my order was to make and that I didn't have some massively complex custom order. The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. The location was clean and the blonde female bartender with a tattoo on her left arm was quite pleasant and friendly.

I really liked fuzzys prior to tonight. We ordered a spicy pork taco and brisket burrito with refried beans to go. However when we got home and started eating, we realized they gave us ground beef burrito with no beans and brisket taco. We specifically asked "brisket burrito and spicy pork taco?" when we picked this to go up, and they said "yes". We trusted them until we started eating at home. I mean, why would you not? You expect the restaurants to get your orders right. We understand the kitchen gets busy, but it was a completely wrong order. We enjoyed fuzzys tacos before, but this experience ruined our review. Avoid Fuzzy’s Taco Shop at all cost. You are better off going to Taco Bell. All of my tacos came out cold and to top it off, there was a rotten lime wedge IN my fish taco (which only had a small 2” piece of dry fish). I also purchased an $11 margarita to-go which was poured out of a dirty tub of pre-made “margarita” which had absolutely no tequila in it; it was basically bland, water-down sweet & sour mix. I will never be back at a Fuzzy’s.

Love the food when you can get what you ordered. FOUR online orders in a row had issues ranging from completely missing entrees, to missing or incorrect paid for "extras". Icing on the cake... A brisket Burrito bowl with no brisket. That kinda topped the completely missing Burrito with enchilada sauce from a previous order a few weeks ago. Fast fwd to 2023: The food is pretty good, if you get what you ordered. My success has been only when ordering a single item for takeout at lunch. When ordering for 2-3 people, bets are off. Tonight we ordered 2 smothered Burritos. The sauce which is supposed to be on the side was missing for both orders. I also ordered 4oz sizes of guacamole and queso, which turned out to be 2oz each. If you're going to charge for 2oz, don't falsely advertise otherwise. Nothing has changed at this location. Icing on the cake, while I'm reminiscing, last time there was an issue with missing meat in an item. Someone reached out to me and offered a gc as a token. Well ironically, the gift card was never received. 🤣🤣🤣

I was so excited that this location still has the baracho beans. Got back the office, opened my food, and no beans. I've had several issues here, and this was the last straw. I'll never be back.

My sons and I ordered takeout from this location. Our order was incorrect to start with. The young gentleman helping me was very kind and had fantastic customer service. He was the only pleasant thing about our visit. I wish I would’ve caught his name to give him a shout out. Our food was very cold. Our hotel was only 3 minutes from the restaurant so it wasn’t because we had far to travel. I had to heat up the queso because most of it was solid clumps of cold cheese. The steak in my taco was full of fat and very grisly. I couldn’t even chew it. I spit out the bites I took and was unable to finish my taco. I lost my appetite. Don’t get me started on my shredded chicken taco. The cheese on my refried beans wasn’t even melted. The only thing we found decent was the guacamole and chips. Desserts were inedible and cold. I just wasted $57 for meals that none of us finished. Disappointing…
