I loved the service, the quality of food ( "Huevos Motuleños"). And the best is that waitress are not taking payments yet, thing that I disagree from others, that is affecting quality of service and sanitization. Reason I stopped to visit those branches.

I went here for dinner and the staff was very polite. The food took 15-20 minutes to arrive, but it was delicious and exactly what we ordered from the menu. The atmosphere was quiet and friendly, and they have Wi-Fi. I must mention that the restrooms (at least the men's) were clean and very presentable.

The receptionist, Evelyn Ortiz, was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. She kept me waiting for an hour, and when I told her I'd finally arrived, she cleverly failed to send my order to the kitchen. She even mocked me for making us wait.

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! I ordered natural water, and the waiter gave me mineral water when I clearly said natural water. Speaking of the waiters, the waiters DO NOT have a dedicated table to serve, which means you get a different waiter for your order, drinks, and food and have no clue of what they are doing or what tables they are serving. On several occasions they brought the wrong drinks to the wrong table. Also I FOUND HAIR in my chicken salad and still CHARGED me for my 2nd Salad!!! Also the hamburger meat was RAW!!! This VIPS should be AVOIDED by FOREIGNERS AND MEXICANS alike!!!
