The young lady helped me Kayla was so knowledgeable. I love when people can help with good recommendations, that I enjoy. As a picky person , I was so surprised when I liked the ginger and greens. But her customer service is what made me go back !

It was. Really good I got the sour gummy it was really good and the employee Jordyn was really nice great place for smoothies on the go! I loved how Jordyn kept it professional and kept it together it was a lot of people for one girl will be back tomorrow

This is one of my favorite Jamba's in Chicago. It is efficient, any time of the day, and that even includes during rush hour. They are always introducing new and delicious flavors that are so nutritious. The drink sizes are great for anyone's appetite, in addition to the great appetizers, pastries and sandwiches. The prices are great, especially for being close to downtown Chicago.

The staff are the reason I come here. Jamba is good, but the Ogilvie staff constantly bring a smile to my face. I try my best to greet them even if I’m not buying anything. We need more people like these good folk!

Great Customer Service and the Caribbean Smoothie was quite delicious. The manager even asked if I wanted a free energy or protein boost! It was a little loose for my liking, however I will return to try the other selections!

Claimed my free birthday drink here, didnt get anything else. Cashiers were super efficient! Not super friendly, but wished me a happy birthday upon departure👌Drink was made fast and tasty. Though it wasnt blended well completely.

Always have had good experiences with the staff here in the mornings but find that grabbing a smoothie later in the day tends to be a bit rough. I get being fast and efficient but you can do so without being rude.

Alot of the different workers have been nice, atleast, except for one. I'm assuming he was a manager that day as when I went last week and asked for a cup of ice as it was hot out, he stood there asking me the same question over and over that I thought was a joke but was getting increasingly uncomfortable. The whole time, two other cashiers were standing next to him, one was begging him to just tell me yes or no but he wouldn't give it up. I did get my cup but he seemed pretty bothered for some reason as I walked away. It was odd and only my second interaction with him present.

Rude employees. Ordered two watermelon lemonades, and literally told the employee one large and one small. I saw she grabbed two big cups before she started I ensured that I ordered one large and ONE small she ignored me and continued like I didn't say anything. So I reminded her that I ordered a small one and she was like no you didn't!!!!! She ignored me and walked away like I wasn't standing there and didn't even give me my changes back.

I think they just don’t like working there so they purposely are rude to customers- so they don’t actually have to work.Just pass and go get an açaí bowl downstairs

Visited Jamba Juice at Ogilvie at 4:00 pm today (Tuesday afternoon)and was told I couldn’t place an order because they “were cleaning the machines” yet saw them making drinks. Really? Who cleans the machines during rush hour?

8/16/19 @ 1:11pm at this location: Lamysha A. was the cashier and given the circumstance she might have been a new hire and I had a complicated order I should have made sure my order was correct. I didn’t get all the boosts that I wanted and when I offered to pay for another smoothie the manager told me I didn’t order my smoothie with all the boosts I wanted to be added. It was an embarrassing interaction and I would definitely not waste my time going here again but a competitor like PROTEIN BAR.

The employee named Lee with a septum piercing needs to take a class in customer service. So incredibly rude right off the bat and acted like I was ruining their day by asking for a smoothie. I also work customer service and would never behave like that. I also have literally never had anyone be as negative to me as they did. There was absolutely no one in line so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with work. I also normally wouldn’t leave a review but this was the SECOND time I had a negative experience with them. I’ll stick to other locations from now on which is really too bad as I’m at Ogilvie almost every day.
