Me gustó muchísimo la pizza. Estaba deliciosamente delgada, crujiente, con buena cantidad y calidad de queso mozzarella, y con una buena salsa. Quedé fascinada con la pizza. Volveremos a probar la pasta porque se veía muy buena. Grandes porciones. El día que fui, había mucha gente y tardaron algo en tomar el pedido, parece que falta algo de personal, pero una vez tomado el pedido, la comida llegó muy rápido. Por eso no le puse 5 estrellas. Pero está muy bueno.
El Restaurante Ventuccio es un excelente lugar para disfrutar de pizzas y pastas en un ambiente acogedor y bien decorado. Cuenta con una amplia terraza para comer al aire libre, ideal si el tiempo lo permite. El personal es muy atento y dinámico!!! Una de las cosas que destacan son las raciones, que son bastante generosas. Si eres de apetito normal, puede que sea mucho, pero lo bueno es que te ofrecen tuppers para llevar lo que sobre. Los postres también son deliciosos, aunque no llegamos a probar muchos porque ya estábamos llenos. Ver cómo preparan las pizzas y parte de la cocina le da un toque de transparencia y limpieza que resulta muy tranquilizador. En cuanto a la comida, hay pizzas, pero no las probamos, aunque las que vimos en otras mesas eran bastante grandes y de base muy fina. Puedes elegir entre tres tipos de pasta: normal, al huevo y rellena. La pasta rellena es un poco más cara, y luego tienen salsas para acompañar a esta pasta y tú eliges la salsa que más te guste la verdad es que la mía estaba buenísima era de salmón y y tomate y me encantó!!!! También es un lugar apto para celíacos, ya que tienen opciones de pasta sin gluten, que según mi hermana, que es celíaca, estaban muy buenas. El restaurante está bien equipado para familias, con tronas para bebés y niños pequeños. En cuanto al precio, pagamos unos 20 euros por persona, lo cual, en estos tiempos, está bastante bien. Dado que fuimos en época de feria, cuando mucha gente sale a comer, reservamos con antelación, algo que recomendaría si piensas ir en fechas populares. Y que yo creo que es mejor reservar en este sitio aunque no sea feria ja ja ja.
Las reseñas anteriores sin duda son tan malas por algún motivo NO relacionado con la comida. Las reseñas todas hablan de lo exquisitas que son las pizzas, la pasta y las milanesas. Yo conozco a Mohamed hace más de tres años y es muy amable y simpático. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable.
La comida muy rica y a buen precio. Comimos en la terraza a medio día y se estaba genial. Y la atención muy buena. Nos atendió una chica rubia extranjera muy amable. Volveré sin duda. Ojo al pedir, que los platos son bastante genorosos y hay que ser bastante comilón para terminarlos. Pero si no puedes, no hay problema porque puedes llevarte lo que sobre. Amablemente te lo preparan para llevar.

The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are affordable. In addition, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly and efficient. I would definitely go back. The food was very good and the atmosphere was great too. Just one minor issue: without realizing it, we sat at a table next to the bar, and they had an open window (which is the street-facing bar) (to the left as you enter the restaurant). It was cold, so I had to wear a jacket the whole time. But otherwise, the pizza was delicious, and the pasta with meat inside and the carbonara were equally good. The waiters were a little disorganized, but the service was very good and the food was served very quickly, even though the place was packed.

Spectacular Italian restaurant, quality and enormous dishes. We ordered salad and risotto today, and ended up ordering a Tupperware. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Today we were served by Agatha, a true professional. We'll be back!!

We absolutely loved coming to this place! We are italian food enthusiasts and this was truly our best find in all of south Spain. Agatha, our hostess, is an extremely warm person, who also made incredible food recommendations. Would suggest visiting Jaen just to eat here :)

My wife and I were on holiday from UK. We went to this restaurant based on some old but good review rating. We were not disappointed. Their service was wonderful and friendly. The pizza was great but their arrabiata sauce was amazing. We plan to revisit this restaurant when we are next in the area
Delicious ravioli and lasagna. Very nice and polite Polish girl manager. Once again thanks for tasty dinner and very good atmosphere. We recommend. And really we will back at this week and during next traveling 🙃🙂

El sitio es muy grande tiene una terraza amplia y dentro bastantes mesas (para mi gusto algo pegadas unas con otras), muchos camareros y todos muy atentos a todo, no se les escapa nada. Pero lo mejor es la calidad de la comida y la preparación casera, los platos son bastante contundentes. Para rematar el sitio no es nada caro lo recomiendo al 100x100 para quien le guste la comida italiana. Se pueden hacer reservas, nosotros lo hicimos.
I'd say they're by far the best pizzas in Jaén, with a thin crust and great ingredients. The other food I've tried, and I've been quite a few times, isn't bad, but it doesn't compare to the pizzas. The staff is very friendly and always attentive. For the price, it's a 10 out of 10.
Too crowded and noisy. They seated us at a tiny table where there wasn't enough room for the food, or even for us. Because of this, they took the pizza away for a while and brought it back cold when we finished our salad. Finally, to make room for other tables, they moved us mid-meal. They offered us coffee as compensation for the inconvenience. With so many people, the service was a bit chaotic. The pizza was good, but the Roquefort salad was a bit strange since it came separately and was more like spreadable cheese. Overall, it was good value for money. Perhaps the service would be better with fewer people; they were clearly overwhelmed. We'll give it another try during the week.

Comida para 3 personas y un niño de 2 años, la comida es bastante normal, demasiada cantidad sobre todo en la salsa, la salsa de tomate está excesivamente fuerte y ácida. La pizza si está más buena y se ve más elaborada, pedimos raviolis rellenos de pera con salsa Alfredo y ravioles de carne con salsa boloñesa. 50.50 euros con 3 bebidas. El lugar tiene terraza y dentro es bastante amplio. El servicio es efectivo.
Después de realizar reserva y llegar a mi hora tengo que esperar 30 minutos hasta sentarnos y desde que pides y te traen la comida pasa más de media hora. El comedor está hacinado de mesa, mucha gente y mucho ruido.. La comida abundante y buena.
Había venido ya varias veces a este restaurante y en general siempre había tenido buena experiencia, pero ayer se coronaron. Pedí una pasta con salsa Alfredo y me trajeron salsa de gambas, y tuve que esperar un buen rato a que me trajeran la otra, y cuando llegó no sabía a nada (tuve que pedir sal para darle algo de sabor) y la pasta estaba un poco dura, se notaba que la habían hecho a prisa y corriendo. Después de esto ni siquiera se disculparon y una de las camareras era un tanto antipática. Por ahora no tengo pensado volver allí.
Nos fuimos con una sensación agridulce. Yo viví muchos años en Marbella e iba bastante y tenía ganas de volver y al ver que estaba en Jaén me alegré muchísimo. La comida genial, riquísima y abundante pero fuimos atendidos por una camarera que nos trataba con desprecio, sin ganas de trabajar y mirándonos de forma desafiante y con malos modales.Os hizo sentir mal Es una pena irse con esa sensación por el mal trato y no por la comida.
Malísima experiencia, no pensamos volver. 1) Teníamos reserva hecha online confirmada por email y cuando llegamos no la tenían anotada, no la habían anotado. 2) Nos pusieron en una mesa entre la puerta del baño, el paso de todo el mundo, y el armario del menaje, horrible. 3) Pedimos una ensalada de primero y pizza de segundo, avisamos que compartíamos, y nos sirvieron ambas cosas a la vez. La pizza se quedó congelada mientras nos comíamos el primero. 4) No parábamos de levantarnos a cerrar la puerta del baño para no estar viendo el lavabo mientras comíamos, y ningún camarero ni personal se molestó en hacer lo mismo por un mínimo de atención. De hecho a uno que salió del baño y dejó la puerta abierta le pedimos por favor que la cerrase y la cerró de un empujón sin contestarnos ni media palabra. 5) La ensalada, que era bastante pobre, con lechuga iceberg cortada con las hojas pegadas en bloque. Vaya, que ni la habían lavado porque estaba tal cual viene en el cogollo solo que cortada en trozos grandes. 6) La pizza estaba buena pero desde luego no compensa TODO lo anterior. Entiendo que es un sitio de comida básica y batallero, y con un precio asequible, pero tomar una comanda bien y servirla bien, y tener un mínimo de atención a los comensales es más que básico. Tiene claramente más mesas de las que pueden gestionar con un mínimo de calidad y el ambiente (ruido) es demasiado fuerte de tantísima gente que meten en cualquier rincón.
