The food is always fabulous. I love the hearty breakfasts available day or night. The bacon is to die for and I love the sausage. The rest of the menu is filled with loads of comfort food like pork chops and meat loaf. We also like the burgers big fat and juicy cooked just the way you like them. The service is always warm and friendly. Don't forget to get the giant cookies on the way out!
Taylor was an exceptional waitress. We very much enjoyed our meal. Fresh and delicious! Wait time was minimal. The hostess seating us saw my elderly mother having trouble walking and made quick accommodations with table and getting us settled.
Always amazing food and service is great!
We met a classmate from my high school on the way to my 50th reunion (and her's). It was a great rest from the highway and great catching up.
I had the honey biscuits and tenders and I loved it. Mashed Potatoes and gravy were delicious corn delicious and the tenders were awesome and the biscuits were so good they melted in your mouth. I definitely recommend them to anyone who loves delicious casual dinning.
Very clean . Good food. Went there with two other people.. The waitress we had never checked on us.. the guys I was with needed more coffee.. she came back to give us the check they asked for another cup. She was rude. They got it .I asked for my refill on my Pepsi. I didn't leave a tip .. but one of the guys did. I think they left her a bigger tip then what she should of gotten
When I’m in unfamiliar places and don’t know where to eat and I find a Bob Evans I’m happy. Such was the case last week in Jamestown. Our server was fantastic and the food was great. I had the pecan, chicken, cranberry and bleu cheese salad with Colonial dressing and loved it.
They messed up my order giving me regular fries instead of loaded ones. Not a big deal. I called and they were so nice and receptive, and they gave me a gift card that more than made up for any inconvenience. Not only is their food great, they really care about the customer and making sure that you are satisfied! 👅✨
Fast, friendly service. I had ordered on this visit the veggie goat cheese omelet with home fries and biscuits. They even had honey on the table that I could put on my biscuits. I liked my food and the presentation on my plate was nicely done. The restaurant was clean and it was a calm atmosphere.
Everything from being greeted at the door to paying the bill, was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional, & the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
This was my first time at a Bob Evans in years! My mom and I are traveling and came here rather late, around 8pm. The food was hot and delicious, the waitress was phenomenal! She was friendly and anticipated our needs before we even asked. I marked off one star for atmosphere because they crowded all the customers into one side room when there was still plenty of room in the rest of the restaurant. I imagine it was for easy cleanup that late, but it was a little stuffy and the folks directly next to us were really loud. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and nice.
Wow what a tasty breakfast. Friendly staff, excellent service, nice ambiance, not loud or crowded. Wonderful. Highly recommended 😊
Great service, good food and at the right price. Management was Attentive to all customers that came in the door and during a busy brunch hour. He saw I got service right away. Thanks y'all
My food was delicious! The server was on top of it, she didn't even need to write our orders down. 3 of us went. My friends sausage patty was over cooked but the server got her another one, just took a little while because they were busy.
Excellent service and Excellent food. Very friendly staff.
We had a very large group of people on a Sunday morning. The waitress did in my eye a 5 plus star job. The kitchen did an impeccable job and between the crew our food was delivered in a timely manner and food was hot. It is a rare thing in today's times to see Good employees. My hat is off to these people. Good job as you get a job well done
Bob Evans has delicious food and great service. Waitresses and other staff are attentive, polite, and welcoming. Restaurants are kept very clean as are public restrooms. I have never been disappointed with any food item I have ordered; the food is the best of the best!!! As an update, my review still applies.
Server was very accommodating - food was better than it has been in the past - fresh ingredients in my omelette. Appeared to be short staffed for servers. I live locally and would return here for breakfast - probably 10% higher than other places, but easy to get to and easy parking. Couple months later ... It took several minutes to get seated (to be fair we had a large party), then several more minutes to place our order ... Again - seemed like they were short staffed. Once we placed orders things moved a lot faster. Our server was great and very accommodating - food was very good. Worth the money. We'll return for sure. Nice job.
Our Thanksgiving Dinner plans were canceled last minute and we were scrambling to find dinner. We ordered 3 Thanksgiving dinners with all the fixings. They were ready when stated even with how busy they were. And they tasted great when we got home, Everything on the plate perfect ! Great job everyone, and thanks again for a great dinner
I do not rave about chain restaurants usually but the feeling in this place is so great, even at the end of the night! They seem to really enjoy working together and they've got that kind of team spirit that managers drone on about but rarely foster. At this Bob Evans it's genuine! It makes the food taste even better!
Tasted great and the service was fast. Nice people too. Thank you!
It is always so pleasant eating at Bob Evan's. One of my first dates with my now fiancé. 😍
Food was really good, very nice waiter nice atmosphere.
I always like to going to Bob Evans for breakfast. It’s so good. Only one time I got a waitress with an attitude but since then I’ve had great experiences
Waitress had no sense of humor. Brought us good food though 😋
24th year in a row on that particular day, friends from Randolph, NY and me from Erie, PA meet for a fine meal and great visit! Great time always!
It is difficult to describe the feeling this restaurant gave me. I really liked the no TV playing sports or whatever. Lots of booths in many denominations. I stopped in for a Turkey Bacon Club on toasted bread TO GO. My wife goes here after Sunday services with her friends and she gets that 50s vibe of Clean, Friendly, Busy Waitresses but Relaxing Patrons missing from Sports/bar/restaurants. If your looking for a great food relaxing sit down, open yet intimate experience with your meal with family and friends this is the place.
Came here for brunch and decided to try their Rise and Shine burger. My fiancé got it with loaded fries and I got their homefries. The burger came out piping hot and it was so tasty! It's definitely a greasy one but everything on the burger was delicious. It came with a spicy maple honey on the side which was inedible to us, so we just left it. Overall we got a large portion for a very reasonable price (around $13 for a meal). We'll be back for more.
The food was good the waitress, Ana and Charney are nice five stars !\nI love coming here! \nYum yum yum

Stopped in for an early dinner and got a great table in the front private section by the windows. Our waitress Felicia (I hope I'm spelling that right - I misplaced my receipt) was so kind, patient…
My husband and I stopped here with our two grandchildren. It's a nice little restaurant. The server was very nice and patient with the kids. The food was excellent except the scrambled eggs were tough, but overall, everything was fine.
The restaurant was busy around 11 am on Sunday with a decent wait for a table during which the server barely acknowledged us. I understand being stressed but she could have at least said hello. The food came out fairly quickly and was pretty good. Eggs cooked well. The cantaloupe was hard. I would eat here again.
Great place. The waiters dont seem like they care to constantly engage with you for an increased tip, which is nice. I ordered the slow cooked Turkey bacon sandwich. It was a little dry, all the Turkey was in the middle, but it was good nonetheless. I didnt have to wait for the waitress when my coffee was low, and the coffee was good (not amazing, but good). I would recommend.
First of all, I would have rated it a three but our server was wonderful and that is what made it a four period this is the second time we have been to this Bob Evans and each time there has been a 5 to 10 minute wait. There was one other group waiting to be seated before us but there was so much confusion they almost took us first and then made us wait to be seated. I don't understand why either one of us were waiting to be seated as we were both taken back at the same time for tables. The server did a wonderful job however the food was slow to come to the table. I don't think it was her as I saw her going around to other tables apologizing and saying your food should be right out. I'm beginning to think this is a Bob Evans thing.
Food was good. Service was pretty good. Two little things that irked me. When I first showed up the hostess was more concerned with a conversation with another worker than seating me. The other worker finally nodded y way. My order was taken quickly and I got coffee but I had to ask once or twice for a refill but after I asked, she refilled often. Other than that, good to go. Food came quickly, check came shortly thereafter with a, "No rush" attached. I sat for a little bit, drank coffee and read my book for a bit before getting back on the road.
They were obviously short staffed for a Sunday morning they and had a 40 minute wait for a table. We weren't in a hurry so we waited. After we finally got a table (near the check out station) and our the food finally came it was good. About what you'd expect from a bob Evans. The staff was very nice. It was the customers who were rude. Sitting where we were we witnessed alot of people being outright rude to the staff because of the wait. It obviously wasn't the staffs fault, they communicated the issues they had, and were doing the best they could. People need to be alittle more patient in situations like these.
Depending on what you order the food is wonderful. Sometimes the ham is a bit dry or the chicken in your salad can be less than appetizing. I prefer grilled chicken but anytime I've ordered it on my salad it's been awful. I'm not sure if they put the less preferred so now I just order the fried chicken to make sure it's fresh.
It was my first time stopping at Bob's. My wife was very happy with her mashed taters and ham. My omelette was average and I had hash browns. However, they did have an excellent salt shaker. I over salted my omelette. Our server was super attentive and offered to replace the omelette, even though I was the clown that ruined it. I was very impressed with her willingness to go the extra mile.
Our waitress was fabulous, as was the food. However when it was time to pay our check, there were a number of people waiting to be seated. A woman stood behind the counter doing nothing. I waited and waited but she did nothing. Finally she said to me, "I can't help you. I'm not clocked in yet." I waited over 10 minutes. This happened the last time we were at this location. She should stand in the kitchen, outside, or someplace not behind the counter if she can't help.
The food was excellent. Comfort food that impresses the heart of a bear. Initially didn't seem to friendly, (greeter) but Falisha was an excellent hostess that assured that our needs were met to great expectations and Sam really showed true customer service in prepping our table. When speaking to the manager about her team of excellence, she was a pure delight with a great smile.
Very good food but the hostess was extremely rude! I think the elderly bat needed a smoke break! She was very surprised anyone would come to a restaurant at 2 pm with a baby, I had to notify her I've been in public a couple times with my child. She tried explaining to my party that we needed to walk in a certain order to our table because it would be a tight fit for someone carrying a baby. She was adament we must walk in a certain order, rolled her eyes at us and was clearly antsy and uncomfortable. It was a party of 6!! Poor thing never saw anything like it. It was over the top. The waitress was really sweet though. My advice for management is to allow more breaks more often so the hostess is at minimum cordial!
We ordered curbside and the meal was right on time. Problem arose after I drove 35 miles home to find half my order missing. Amanda, than manager on duty , explained the situation and refunded the full amount of my order. She apologized for the inconvenience and made a bummer of a situation, more tolerable. In today’s world where employees are stripped of the ability to “do the right thing” and are afraid of recourse over making a decision, it was quite a pleasant surprise.Thank you Amanda and Bob Evans of Jamestown for doing right. It has always been a pleasure visiting your establishment.
The girl working the door as you enter was very wonderful. She was work appropriate, kept a beautiful smile on her face, quickly assisted guests, and had great communication skills amongst her coworkers.
Bob Evans is always pretty good. I go here for breakfast when I know I may want to sit and talk with company for awhile. I know the smaller mom and pops joints don't have the room so they appreciate it if you eat and leave so they can seat other guest.
Had an early dinner here while visiting Jamestown. No real wait. Food was good. Didn't feel like we waited long for it to come out.
Haven't been in a B.E. in Decades! Pleasantly Suprised!!! Enjoyed, and I mean ENJOYED the Bacon Cheeseburger, BUT skip the American Gelatinous Ooze called cheese! Instead I opted for Feta Cheese, Real Cheese. It was an Amazing Combo!!!
The food tasted very good. My complaint is that there is a lack of healthy choices on the menu. Even the salads are high in calories because of additional high calories things added to it. My meal was tasty but was extremely high in starchy foods. I had potatoes, stuffing, gravy and banana bread. Carrots and turkey was the smallest portions on my plate. I ate about half of the starchy foods and still felt I did not have a healthy meal. In the 50's and 60's appetizers were a plate of celery, Carrots, pickles, radishes, and peppers. Most dinners started with a reasonable salad made of greens and raw veggies. I miss that. It's not just Bob Evens that only serves high calorie, starchy, sugary foods for a so called appetizers. I do not eat out often because of the unhealthy meal choices served in restaurants in today's world. I only eat out when friends insist on it or I'm away from home.
Food was great.. Service was better.. Our waitress was very busy yet still made sure we were taken care of. Wish I could remember her name.. Her name is Autumn Another trip.. Food was hot and good Emily took care.of us.. She is good server and very personable 2 constructive comments.. way to much pepper on the Blue Ribbon Bacon (4 not 6) and a lot of cocktail sauce for 3 pieces. On a side note, thanks for the cookies #1
We are fortunate, living here in the very western portion of NY State. There are 3 Bob Evan Resturants withing a 25 mile radius. One at Fredonia/Dunkirk, one at Jamestown and one at Warren PA. All three are very clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful, the food is well prepared and reasonably priced. My favorite is the cup of sausage gravy and two biscuits. I told the chef at one of the Clubs I belong to that he should go to Bob Evans and learn to make delicious biscuits for his strawberry shortcake. For a good, fairly fast service meal don't overlook Bob Evans. Orlo Bartholomew.

I ordered a burger it came to me very well done, I also ordered mac and cheese which didn't taste like what I am used to. So I took a chance on dessert and I ordered peanut butter pie which was the highlight of the dinner and I really enjoyed it.I probably won't ever go to another Bob Evan's again. I was seated right away and my waitress was very pleasant.
The food was very good, delicious even & deserves more stars. I don't like to complain or say unpleasant things about servers because I am well aware they have a tough job! The girl we had as our waitress seemed very uninterested in serving tables and even less concerned if customers were ok or needed anything. She was quite happy and willing to talk to the other waitress working and she kept forgetting our order. We asked her 4 times for a Side order of sausage links. She kept forgetting about it even after we asked about it numerous times and easily it took 40min to get them. Also, when we initially placed our food order, I ordered a sandwich to go. She also forgot to put this order in at least twice (since she would talk to her co-worker immediately after leaving our table). After finishing our meal & had paid for it, we continued to wait about 20 more min. for the to-go sandwich. Again we had to remind her at least 2x to place my to-go order as we sat waiting, our meal long over. Now I know the servers are busy w/customers and other duties, but the entire restaurant had only 10 tables seated throughout and there were at least 3 waitresses working. So, our server was not too busy. She certainly had plenty of time to talk w/her co-worker friend every time she'd walk away from our table which caused her to repeatedly forget our orders. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The to-go sandwich took so long (esp.since I had initially ordered it when we arrived), that I was at register ready to cancel my order so we could finally go home ..& that's when the order finally arrived. All in All, the 3 of us arrived at 6pm & we each ordered a sandwich meal but after waiting so long for a side order of sausage links and then my to go order, we did not leave until 8: 15pm maybe 8:20pm. The meal realistically should have only taken 45min in its entirety not over 2 hours.
My first experience there. Service was a bit on the slow side, also the pot roast sandwich was dry and overcooked. I was disappointed after hearing good recommendations from friends and family. Banana bread , biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy were all delicious. I'd still go back and hope for a better experience though.
Went there for breakfast and the service was faster than the dinner service. Night staff seemed upset when customers came in and acted like it wasn't their job to seat people. The one waitress working had all the tables, needless to say order's were taken after sitting for a long time and the kitchen staff didn't seem to be in any hurry to make everyone's orders. I would recommend to go earlier in the day due to the way the night shift treated customers!
We got there at 10:00 am the young lady quickly said it would be 25 minute wait. When were seated in was 15minutes with 15 tables empty. Diane came out of the kitchen and wow everyone was seated. And other tables were getting cleaned off. You better not lose Diane.
The food was very good and the service was good. But, I was part of a ladies church group. We called several days in advance to reserve space for our group. We were told they didn't do reservations, to just come when we were ready. There was 20 people in our group. They had a room with several empty tables. Instead of letting us all sit in there, they placed us at 4 tables around the restaurant. I understand they didn't want to overwhelm 1 waitress, but, they sat other people in the room, so, she had that many anyway
Bob Evans has been a favorite restsurant for nearly 35 years. Not a frequent visitor any more though, so Sorry to say the day we were there it was very cold. Outside it was below freezing. In the restsurant I left my coat on. As for food, I got an everything bowl. Well, it was everything but the hash browns were in one spot, the tomatoes, another, cheese yet another. The holandaise was meager and flavorless anyhow. The meat was typical great tasting bob evans but again in a group with itself. It seemed the cook took no care in evenly layering the ingredients. Heck, he might as well have served it all separated and let me combine it to my preference. I would guess the food may have been hot when it left the kitchen but the room was so cold the food quickly cooled to nothing. Sorry, will unlikely visit this location again. Oh, the server was good, prompt, friendly.
We usually enjoy stopping at this Bob Evans when in the area, but today, we stopped for brunch. We had Debra for our waitress. We waited about almost 10 minutes and nobody even came to get our drink order or anything, so my husband got up and asked Debra nicely if we could get someone to come take our order, and she said "I'm coming" in a rude way. Then, when we asked for the bill, she stopped, rolled her eyes a d walked away, so my husband asked her if there was a problem because she kept giving us an attitude, she said oh no I was "afraid of something couldn't understand her,but he had asked her right after she was walking away for the check so we didn't have to wait since we had an important appointment to get to. She had asked just before if everything was OK, and I said yes, but I forgot to ask her for the check so my husband just tried to catch her before she went away. We weren't trying to be a pain in the butt, just asking her questions. Then we went to check out and the black haired girl checking us out ans my husband gave her the bill and asked her if they took military ID and she then got an attitude and said she already started to ring him out, he canceled it and asked her to please do it with the military discount, she preceded to give him attitude as well. And like 5 other staff were just standing around talking behind the counter. I do not enjoy giving someone a bad review, but this was just ridiculous and bad for business!!!
My daughter ordered the Easter Family Feast for us since I had not been feeling well for several days. I ran down to pick it up at curbside. When the girl brought it out I questioned how everything ordered was in one bag and should we check. She assured me no need. I went home and sure enough only one meal, not the over $100 meal ordered. I called and they said they could cancel it or I could run back and pick up another order. Since this was our dinner for the day I went back. The girl that brought it out was very friendly, apologized and put the food in my vehicle. When I got home we got things out and we were short one item. I was assured the manager had checked the order personally... Food was good and the people were very friendly, but two trips for one order and still didn't get the entire order. More than a little disappointed.
In August, we visited Jamestown. It is a nice city where Lucille Ball was born. We had an excellent time, and we will be back... May be. Few things to remember; Bob Evans restaurant, the server was not a very good listener. I wanted a green salad with oil and vinager. They did not have vinaigrette or balsamic vinegar. The server mentioned the type of salads they had, but none I wanted. I just wanted a "green" salad. Well, the server brought one that was on the menu and just was not worth arguing. The meals served to my partner, fish, and patatoes were not good, especially the fish. We did not argued and I went to pay. You can not tap your credit card yourself they do it for you. It did not go through, and my car was blocked. I don't think I will go back or have a meal at this restaurant. We decided to have Mexican food downtown Jamestown the following day.. The food and service were good, but guess what?! They block my credit card. I then became suspicious as I used my credit card every were including Europe, and "never" had an issue. From that time, I warned staff I would be paying with my credit card before we consumed anything and guest what... my credit card was never blocked again. One thing to remember that I really did not like, they tap your credit card. They ask you to enter your pin number, and they don't give you the courtesy to turn around, and they ask you to sign the receipt. Really.....
This restaurant looks great on the outside and in. I was excited to a have a good home country meal. Staff very friendly BUT the food was so wrong. My sister ordered the steak tips and broccoli. The meat was drenched in salt and the broccoli mush. I also ordered a beef dish that was covered in green onions where I was spitting out hard pieces and my side was whole baby carrots that were not cooked all the way. I do not recommend
In the last 5 take out orders 3 have been bad. We normally order about a hour before they close because we eat late. Well don't! My food is always unacceptable, but my partner's 50% of the time. Now, today I thought I'll get breakfast and shouldn't have any issues. Wrong! My food was missing the main ingredients and the container it was in was completely greasy on the outside, but my dog enjoyed it. Thanks, but NO thanks. I'm done with Bob Evan's restaurant.
The home fries were somehow burnt and over cooked but yet soft and mushy. None of us could eat them, toast was served lathered in bright yellow margarine so passed on eating that as well. My sons meal had to be remade as some gross black thing popped out of his egg yoke. Overall I would never recommend eating here.
I usually don't write reviews but I felt this was needed. I have always been a fan of Bob Evans and love their Wildfire Chicken Salad. I ordered that salad today and it was the worst I have ever had at any Bob Evans I've eaten at. I ordered the salad with grilled chicken and croutons instead of tortilla chips. When the salad arrived the lettuce was old and soggy and had brown around the edges. The chicken was cold, cut in tiny pieces and not freshly grilled and the croutons were missing. I think it was a salad that had been sitting in the fridge for a few days! Our waitress didn't check to see if we needed anything or drink refills even though there were only a few customers there during lunch hour! I will never visit this Bob Evans again!
My three meat bowl was missing the potatoes. The veggie bowl had mostly beans. My husband had the three meat bowl before and it was so much better. We will not be coming back any time soon.
I don't know what happened to Bob Evans. It used to be a place where you could go and have a good meal and meet with your friends and family. Now it seems that you're a bother to the servers. I understand being short staff, but having staff that doesn't care to actually be working is a whole different story.
I noticed that there were only two waitresses working but I could see that the kitchen staff was hustling and so I was willing to be patient. But after sitting for 5 minutes without even being offered a cup of coffee while watching the two waitresses and the hostess chat with each other, I felt like maybe they were too busy for me.
The food wasn't great, and the portions were small. Our waitress was excellent. Our first time at a Bob Evans and our last. My husband ordered the pot roast, and out comes this big plate with a very shallow center. I'd be surprised if there was a 1/4 cup of roast beef or mashed potatoes and about 6 carrots. I ordered the strawberry salad with grilled chicken, and I struggled to find the chicken. It was mostly iceberg lettuce with a few strawberries and a sprinkling of chicken. The free biscuits were delicious though salty. Our waitress seemed to have the most tables and was working fast and hard. She should be commended.
Well, this chain restaurant is high on our list when we travel. So we were excited to see one close to the hotel. Walking in there was no greeting like in other cities we have visited. The door hostess seemed annoyed when my husband asked for a booth when she attempted to seat us in an area already overly crowded. To me that set the tempo of a bad experience. The waitress took our order and at first seem friendly. However, I noticed she refilled several customers coffee while mine sat empty. I took offense to that and it really sealed my thoughts about this particular location. Instead of making a scene, we finished our breakfast, left a tip I felt was not earned, paid the bill where the cashier didn't even acknowledge a word and took the money. At that point I vowed never to return again. But the food was okay and hot when it arrived to the table. Since the vibe was off and ruined our start to a good day, I didn't get a photo of the food and I apologize for that. My review is to make other travelers aware, if they are people of color, what might to expect. My hope is maybe these individuals were having a bad day and not the other case due the state of our society lately.
"Was" on the top of my list. There mayple bacon was the best. Along with there rise and shine burger. They must have a new cook. All the food was over cooked. Bacon was way over cooked till it was like cardboard. With minimal maple syrup. Hamburger was cooked until it looked like bacon. Egg that was on the burger was dry and crusty. I won't be back!
First, it wasn't the deliverer, it was Bob Evans delivery preparation and management.\n Is there new management? Is this how you treat your patrons now? Used to be a good restaurant. Now it is run …

Not impressed , wife had burnt pancakes which were cold. Lucky to get a refill on my coffee. When I checked out asked our opinion but did not do anything about it. Sad.

Attempted to eat here, and I was completely ignored by staff. Sign says “wait to be seated” but no one was interested in seating me. Waited for about 15 minutes before opting to find somewhere else that appreciated my business.
I am only giving one star because we weren't charged for our way less than mediocre meal. I had all 3 of my grandchildren with me 1.5-7. We had to ask if someone was going to wait on us. When the waitress came over she seemed upset with us. My granddaughter even noticed and commented on that, she is 7. Our food was poorly cooked. We didn't get our bread. We weren't checked on until the bill came. Don't even get me started on the absolute filth of the floor. Most likely NEVER returning!
We only have sporadic days off as a couple and we chose to come for breakfast. It was less than a pleasant experience. Our order was missing food. My husband ordered the double meat breakfast with sausage, bacon, and French toast, he didn't get bacon and she brought pancakes instead of French toast. She didn't write our order down and thought maybe she should have. She also was speaking of having a month off bc she is having a hysterectomy, we felt that was inappropriate talk with customers, but to each their own, I guess. Probably won't head back there anytime soon. The food was okay, after we received the correct orders.
I always get the farmhouse chicken sandwich my sandwich comes out cold I said something to the waitress she takes my plate after I told her I was okay with it she took my plate and they heated my whole plate in The microwave so now the chicken is hard as a rock and my fries were hard as a rock… so the waitress then says I will get you a new sandwich so it comes out the cheese isn’t melted the chicken was hot but no bacon…. The waitress came back and asked me if it was better.. umm it’s worse so the manager did give me a free meal well I only took 1 bite of the cold sandwich. And the bathrooms were so disgusting! I will definitely not be going back there and the waitress couldn’t even bring the bill to my table and I wasn’t upset it’s just my sandwich was cold and I didn’t ask you to take my plate in the first place!
Order placed for breakfast tacos, no tomatoes. Order is covered in tomatoes. Asked curbside attendant for it to be addressed and she returned saying it’s going to be at least 20 minutes, making me feel like I’m just supposed to take the incorrect food and I’m clearly not a priority. Order is marked complete and I have no food.
I found out after I ordered that I needed to pick up my grandson. The waitress told us not to worry it would be right out. After many complaints and telling them we would take it to go it still took 40 minutes and we just barely got my grandson to work We ate our lunch in a parking lot! Not happy!!!
Stopped at Bob Evans in Jamestown Friday august 26, Slowest waitress ever works there on a busy Friday evening and they only have two waitresses on. One waitress- very efficient, the other…. Well we waited for 20 plus minutes after we were seated, never greeted never offered a drink or a I’ll be right with you! So if you don’t mind waiting on a slow waitress and a long wait- This is the place for you! We left and went to a restaurant that wanted our business….
Went in today for a late dinner. The hostess was incredibly rude. Also heard many customers who were leaving that had complaints about their dining experience. We ended up leaving and went to Mack's down the street (incredible experience there). Will not be returning to Bob Evans.
I went in and asked for a large coffee to go. I was charged for a large coffee. I was given a medium. I was polite when I pointed out that I was given a medium instead of a large. The lady was rude and walked away. I am not going to yell and scream over this but I will post a review over it.
Food was cold but at least it didn’t taste good so it didn’t matter anyways. For what it’s worth, I wanted to like it. One star because technically it was food.
First off, waiting 20 mins for hostess to even acknowledge me made me almost walk out. Then waiting on a refill of water for another 30 mins. Took my order. Simply 2 pancakes and sausage. Im 40 mins into sitting here, empty glass and a mentally disabled man about yelling on his phone. Im running away. I have seen 5 waitresses so far. Other tables got food before me. Nobody has said a word. 2 more mins and im walking out. I doubt they'd even notice. Update. 70 mins for a refill. Cinnamon roll was charred. Someone else's sausage gravy was brown. Someone else complained their sausage was cold felt just thawed. Pics were taking with permission. Oh, I totally forgot. The blonde waitress. She acted like she was hot you know what. Blew off help. Kept flirting with the old men. Yes, shes pretty but that's by design. I got tired of hearing her condescending voice. Update again! She entered my bill completely wrong! Charged me for like 7 things. Forgot the main part
Ordered two turkey dinners no stuffing, barely got any turkey in each one. but plenty of stuffing that was supposed to be removed.
They have no system for employees that don't show up on time. About two days ago exactly from today. I went inside for a Doordash order that was REALLY good on paper. I got pasted the 10 minute mark which is usually the time you can cancel the order for you and someone else can come grab it, but I was eager to make the customers day, but this order took 55 minutes for them to make and it was only two simple items. Longest wait time ever waited to the point where the customer canceled the order themselves, and then I got only half of what I was promised. Absolutely terrible management of shecduling for this time of year. I went in there today and had no problems at all. Still deserving of a one star.
Staff has no idea what’s going service was horrible staff just hangouts around kitchen talking tables were dirty for long time before they cleaned them customers were waiting for a very long time. Customers were walking out before us I should have took this as a sign to leave I suggest firing the everyone and getting new management for family’s with kids of four or more I highly recommend not going here to this store they cannot accommodate a family of six has no clue
Mac n cheese cold shrimp over fryed place needs 2 be cleaned nasty dust all over above ceiling fans an inch of dust hasn't been cleaned in years I was scared some would land on my food broken furniture I left most of my food didnt want to take home.what a disappointment this was. 😑
