They're a Jerez classic; everyone knows them. Personally, I really like them. They're only sold by the head, and be warned, they sell out early, so if you go, try to get them before midnight. The fact that they sell out quickly is a good sign for me too.

If you're looking for a different and lighter taco, Rodolfo's beef head tacos are ideal. The service is fast and the flavor is excellent. They can be a good option if you have children, but keep in mind that beef head meat has some gristle or fatty bits that not everyone will enjoy.
The tacos are very good and the salsa is delicious.
