The chicken was undercooked; some parts were even raw. Other than that, everything was very good, although the tables weren't cleaned very well.
I particularly liked it because of the service they provide; the food is typical KFC fare, but that doesn't mean it's not good.

I liked it, it's very clear and has fair prices for singles, couples, and families, but what I sometimes don't understand is that the prices are sometimes a little confusing, it's just not clear.
Like any food chain, it's delicious, except the prices are a bit high, so it's fine for lunch.
Good place for KFC fast food. Clean, has a children's play area, air conditioning, bathrooms, and regular wait times of 10 to 14 minutes depending on the line. It has parking and a wheelchair ramp. I found it to be a clean and quiet place. The kids enjoy the games. The fries and biscuits taste great. 👌
It is a bit slow food, I mean when you have plenty of chicken prepared for everyone to see, why do we have to wait so long for our order to be ready? It was not very clean, they can spent a bit more time cleaning tables after customers.

It's in very bad taste to do repairs during service hours; they should organize their renovations better.
The biscuits used to taste good even when they were cold, but now they're awful, just like the chicken. I don't know if they changed how they prepare it, but it's terrible. I paid almost 200 pesos for some strips, a biscuit, and the sides. Before, even the hamburgers were overpriced, and the quality went down.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. I was chatting before ordering when a young man (I imagine the assistant manager) came to tell us that if we didn't order, we had to leave (this was on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 11:27 am). We complained to the manager, Laura, but no one ever apologized (not even with feigned hypocrisy).
They don't accept American Express even though their advertising says they do! What a shame
They raise the price and take things away from the product; before they gave more, now you can't even get a soft drink for the family. Why do they give you a glass with ice and Coke? Why doesn't it have Coke?
This establishment is a KFC franchise, and the brand completely disassociates itself from the establishment. I do not recommend it. They do not provide receipts, the service is extremely slow, and they deliver food cold.
The food is good. Great flavor. The chicken is cooked perfectly. But the staff leaves much to be desired. They don't wait for people to decide what to order, they're just plain impatient, the service is terrible, and when it comes to paying, they just leave you holding the card reader and walk away without saying what to do or anything... I hope they get some training on how to treat people, since we pay for service. I'm not saying they should treat us like royalty! But at least with respect.
