Ordered online, order was ready when I arrived 5 minutes later but for the cost of a mocha frappe the cup should be filled all the way, my cup was not, even with the cream whip on top it was not filled correctly. But I will not stop shopping here, I will try again, those are my favorite.

it was just like your average Mcdonalds, although the floor was dirty, and some of the staff seemed a bit grumpy. the food was on par but seems to keep getting smaller but still love the fries.

Upon walking in it was standing room only and there was a good crowd as well. I did not order as I decided to pass due to the obvious long waiting line.

McDonalds here is terrible💀 Food is alright, service is bad cause they’re so understaffed and busy all the time, poor workers. The managers are NOT managing. They usually just go gossip in the back while everyone else actually works. Stressed workers = bad service.. Future customers, please be patient with the cashiers It’s also usually really messy and the bathrooms smell like sea world🤢. I used to work here- The kitchen was usually gross and would scare away most customers if you saw it. There’s so much buildup of grease/ unknown substances… i always gagged when i had to go back there. and the managers treat you HORRIBLE. The fries are safe tho

These guys are always messing up on our order when we drive through. How hard is it for you guys to read the screen? Always messing up the order. Come on, guys, for real. Management sucks for not staying on top of your people. Blame is on y'all. Yeah, ticket said cheese, no cheese, but hey, y'all soaked the bun with mustard like it was going out of style, all two drops of it.

We came here last night and ordered a bundle meal which included 4 medium fries. We received it in a large container and it was the most pathetic serving size I've ever received in my life! When I got all 4 and brought it to the heavyset white lady, she just ignored (such an easy fix) I literally grabbed one container and poured it over the other to show it barely tops of a large fry box and she's like "well that's a medium". Wow, just wow. I'll attach a photo you be the judge.

This mcdonalds does not treat mobile orders well.. 2 to 5 minutes quickly became 15 and my joke of a mcflurry was only half full...

Lightening fast service but the young lady at the cash register is extremely rude, will not acknowledge customers and will make smart remarks after she messes up your order. Avoid this location if you can

Ugh. Placed an order here on Christmas. There was zero indication on the app that they were closed. In fact, I was able to place this for counter pick up. It wasn’t until I was walking into this dump that there was a sign positioned that said it was closed. Now, I’m out the money I paid for food with no food to speak of. Turn off your tech if you’re not open!!!!!! Now I have to wait days to dispute this charge with my bank, because I live no where near here. Get better at being managers before you leave for a holiday for crying out loud.

McD’s DOES NOT open at 5am. We arrived at 5:30 and it was dark, locked up, and quiet. Nobody home. But the truck stop is clean and the employees delightfully helpful in the early morning hours :-)

Waited 50 minutes for 4 biscuits and 2 orders of hashbrowns. Then, realized they missed the hashbrowns in our order upon leaving. If you’re that short staffed, close your store or give people a notice that everything is going to take 1000x longer than it normally should. Terrible wait, unhappy looking staff, and wrong order STILL after what felt like a lifetime of waiting. Will never return to this terrible location. 1 star is too much for this experience.

Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Every trash can was over flowing with trash piling up on the floor. Something happened with the fountain drink machine and there was soda spilled all over the floor and instead of cleaning it caution wet floor signs were put up.

The outside is very nasty and dirty there is crap all over the walls on the concrete, needs good pressure washing

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Half the screens and kiosks don’t work and they are super slow. Food was cold.
