It's great if you have food to take with you, or if you want a frappe, but buying it is a hassle, especially with waits sometimes reaching 20 minutes. Previously, they served the full menu all day, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but now it's a pain to get quesadillas even though they appear on the morning and afternoon menus. The problem is that the afternoon menu opens between 12:30 and 1:30, when most lower- and mid-term classes are in session, and lasts until 4 p.m. This afternoon menu includes French fries! These used to be an excellent snack in the early morning hours, but now the wait is endless. However, you can get more chairs to gather with your group and push tables together if necessary, and the service is generally not rude, at least I haven't had to since it opened. Anyway, think carefully about what you are going to buy so that you don't miss the schedule, they are a headache half the time.

It's not what it used to be. Their food used to be delicious and cheaper. Now it costs more and tastes disgusting (like their chocolate monkey smoothies and the like). I don't recommend coming here at all.

I ordered some pancakes. When I ordered, they gave me a different price than the one shown on the board (the board price was 27 and the counter price was 33). In addition, they just made a face at me and charged me the price they said. The pancake preparation was raw and tasted like dish soap. I understand there's a lot of demand, but they're supposed to be providing a service to a school. They should have a little higher standards than just selling food.

A rather unpleasant experience. At the beginning of Comal++, the food was more or less good, but now, besides losing flavor, the portions are smaller and the service is slower. I ordered some simple mole chilaquiles to go; it was order number 00, and I was still waiting for more than 20 minutes. The orders were already up to number 21. When I went to ask, they didn't even know what to say. In conclusion, Comal is in decline.

When El Comal first opened, all of its meals were delicious. However, over time, that aspect has changed. The food presentation has decreased in quality, and the quantity has decreased, as shown in the attached image. Plus, there are always endless lines to order, and wait times are usually long. Cleanliness is fine. Update. I've been trying to get a frappe for three weeks now, and I haven't been able to because there's no ice, no milk, etc. Something's always missing.
