Very friendly, clean and fast service. The food was great! And they gave me an extra pizza because they said they got the order wrong, which I didnt think they did. However, it was really nice to see them take the initiative to make things right. Great experience overall.

Today was a good day. Went in for a late lunch. We were greeted right away and the gentleman that took our order was so polite and helpful, but I forgot to get his name 😕 Food came out quick and everything was hot and delicious. Probably one of the best visits we have had there.

Picking up a door dash order when I got.there.it was coming out of the oven and being packaged for delivery. Always a great crew and fresh hot pizza being sent out.

I went in a couple of days before I needed 8 pizzas, ordered them from a really nice young lady. She took my order, told me how much they would cost and assured me they would be ready at the time and day I specified. When I returned on the day and time we had agreed on they were closing the last box. They gave me a discount when I paid. The pizzas were piping hot and ready to serve. My family raved about how good they were. I was so impressed with their service!!

Ordered pizza & pasta online for New Years Eve. When I went to pick it up, there was a large line of people waiting inside. They were backed up on orders and alot of angry people. So you ask why I gave them 5 stars? Well the manager Chris stepped up and made sure every single customer had their orders and were happy. He went above and beyond the normal and our food was fresh and hot!

We had a great experience today. I took my 2 son's to eat and we were told to have a seat. We did and Kayla was our server. We asked what drinks they had and Kayla told us they had Pepsi products. We didnt know which ones yall had. Letting me know which pepsi drinks yall have would have been great. We ordered cheese sticks to start. They came out hot and good. We ordered a large stuffed crust pep and chicken Alfredo pasta for us all to share. Although we never got a refill on our drinks and after food was dropped off, we didn't get checked on until the check was dropped off...food was still good. We only recieved 1 silverware roll for the table, we split pasta, so my oldest son went to the front and asked for silverware and was given a single plastic fork.... odd since we were dine in so he should have been handed 2 more silverware rolls..we did have to eat our food off of our appetizer plates which had ranch and marinara on them already bcuz we split the app as well. New clean plates would have been better. We ordered a cookie as the check was being dropped off. Cookie took awhile but it was okay bcuz it was hot. We planned to eat it there but another lady dropped it off in a to go container without plates so we took that as a clue that we werent welcome anymore. Paying 60$ plus a tip..... I don't want to be rushed. These are things that can be fixed. Food was great, hot, as ordered, and server was sweet just not attentive or understanding of how the flow of the meal should go. Dropping a check off before I finished my food meaning I had to stop eating and dig my card out... dine in means a dine in experience. It should flow together at the customer's pace. Especially when spending a good amount of money for dinner. The kitchen was on it. They were working very well together and getting food out hot and made correctly even as it got busy. . . U could tell they were in a great mood and just in sync. There was a dark hair male server who was working his tale off. He was working tables inside and taking orders outside to vehicles. I never once seen him stop moving. He wasn't rushing people out, he was attentive, and pleasant. The bathroom was clean and the overall restaurant was clean. Very clean inside and out. The blonde haird lady who dropped off the cookie just said "yall got a cookie" while looking at the restaurant and not us. Then awkwardly walked off lol. Again, would have been ideal to eat the last part of our meal when it was hot. Who doesn't want to eat a cookie when it's freshly made, hot, and gooey???? That's when u want it. Heating it back up at home isn't the same. The cookie edges get hard when u reheat it. Js. Honest review here.

Y'all really saved the day. Wife ordered pizza for girls soccer team in Ennis from an inferior competitor Little Caesars. Ordered and paid for food at 5pm. 7 still no pizza. Walked in to your location 7:28 walked out with 10 hot fresh made correct pizzas by 7:42 on my way to meet team in Ennis. Way to go guys. Moral of the story of you want to feel like your business is appreciated go somewhere that appreciates your business. Thanks y'all really pulled it out of the fire for me.

Have not been to Pizza Hut in a while, but every time I've gone has been a smooth transaction with great food and a really nice atmosphere since the remodel (the kitchen looks much better than before).

The food was good. Dining in for lunch, the service was very slow. Not the fault of anyone there, they simply needed more help or maybe it was unusually busy today. Update: Returned today 3/22/22 with the family to Dine in and the service was fine.

“Finally! The new pizza hut is open in Kaufman!” We were so excited. We placed our order online, very easily and I was off to pick up our pizza. The parking lot was nice and clean, the grass in front of the store is green and perfectly manicured. Everything at this new store is beautiful. That is, except for the employees’ attitudes. After I walked into the glimmering new Pizza Hut, I was greeted with what appeared to be exhaustion and disdain. No one was in any hurry to help me. Most of the employees just sluggishly carries ok about their tasks. The one employee that did assist me seemed peturbed that I had bothered her. It was a very off-putting experience, customer service-wise. The pizza however, was good. Some of the best Pizza Hut pizza I have had. Our order was made perfectly and was hot and ready right when the website said it would be. Maybe I just went on a bad day, but at least it wasn’t a totally bad experience. We will definitely be going back.

We love the pizza and the staff is super nice! However music is extremely loud. We asked staff if they could please turn down the volume. They told us new managers wouldn't allow them to and the managers control the volume with their phones. We then moved outside and it was just as loud. Lots of speakers outside

I would give 5 stars but I'm not the pizza kind. The young lady working the night we went was working for 3 people. I wish I had gotten her name..long blonde hair, very kind no matter the pressure she was under. Rare find these days. She needs a raise and promotion. Everyone was kind. Great meal. 👍

Was sad to see that the old pizza hut came out last night. We ordered pizza one over the phone and one on line and when we went to pick up I paid ar the drive thru and he forgot he hadn't given us our pizzas and then when he did it wasn't even my order . Pizza was good but the service wasn’t. I walked in, there were 3 employees behind counter working. They looked at me and kept working. No one greeted me. I stood there a few minutes then the young lady took my name , gave me my order and that’s it. Didn’t say thanks, bye, nothing! I had to tear my own receipt off the printer then I left. I only came because I was in the area but I won’t be back. I’m being nice giving 3 stars just because the pizza was good. Had it not been for that, it’d be a 1 star review.

Went an had lunch at pizza hut in kaufman. I was so disappointed it took them 30 mins for someone to come an take my order. No one came to see if we need a refill had ask to get someone to take my order an give us silverware. I will not be back an the music was so loud I couldn't even hear my son talk to me. Bad wait times, cheese comes off easily, I was eating in the car and the toppings and cheese fell onto my leg.

The pizza was as good as usual. The music was so loud inside we were raising our voices to an uncomfortable level. We asked if they could turn down the music a little and they said that they did not have control of the music. We were not the only one to ask and we all went outside. There were 5 adults in our party and 2 men in the other party at 6.30.

Was pretty frustrated. I ordered my pizza at 3:30, which was fine. I online ordered like always, and I was surprised that during a slow point in the day the wait time for delivery was forty minutes. Said it would be delivered by 4:10. I trAcked my pizza and it was done being made and out for delivery by like 3:45. At 4:19 I received a call that the delivery driver was given a delivery prior to mine and it was the incorrect address and outside of their jurisdiction and she was driving back from scurry and she’s going to be another fifteen minutes or so, acknowledging that the company made a mistake and caused the delay but offered absolutely know apology or discount. By the time the food was delivered to me it was cold. And incorrect. I had ordered 2 mountain dews and 2 Sierra Mist but instead of the Sierra mists I got Dr Pepper. Awesome. Keep your reward points I’ll stick with dominos.

I placed my order and paid online with a tip! It was confirmed at 5:24pm. I got to Pizza hut at 5:45. There was a line for the drive-thru. They were busy it was Friday night homecoming football afterall. 20 min. later I finally make to the window. After sitting there for another 15 min not a single person came to the window to say I'll be with you shortly or we're running behind. Nothing. I had to honk my horn 3x to get someone to the window. My pizza was sitting right there getting cold. I finally left with my order at 630. I'm done Pizza hut!

My order was messed up and manager didn't care. I waited for 30 mins on a pizza. I ordered 2 and when I arrived and we realized the order was wrong (only 1 pizza was ready) the manager never came to apologize or ask me anything to help the situation. So therefore I had 1 pizza getting cold and had to wait 30 minutes on the 2nd one. I will never go back. I will drive elsewhere for a pizza!!

It was our first time dining in and wasn't busy. Took about 20 minutes to get our drinks order. Which she got but left them sitting there for another 10 minutes before bringing to our table. Didnt even bother telling us there is a special on Thursday. We could've ordered 2 mediums for the price we paid on a large. And she didn't check on us. We had to get our own refills. And again it wasn't busy. The service over all was horrible but the pizza was amazing. I probably won't be dining in anymore

Ordered online when I got home my pizza it wasn't right so I went back up and the guy (that read my order before handing it to me) informed me that they were out of the Hot Honey so I just got pepperoni. He knew when he gave it to me it was wrong...

I was quite disappointed with… well everything I experienced with Pizza Hut today. I placed an online order and the app said it would be ready in 20 mins. I got to the store almost 30 mins later. The app said my order was ready. I pulled up to the window, gave my name, and… waited. One of the workers eventually came to the window again and told me that it was almost ready and asked me to wait at the window. Which I did …for almost 5 minutes. A different worker came to the window and asked me to pull around to the front cause my order wasn’t quite ready, but that they would bring it out to me. I obliged and…waited…-and waited… and waited… for nearly 15 more minutes. I finally got fed up and walked into the store to see what the hold up was - there were a handful of the workers just standing around chatting or looking at their phones. One of the workers immediately grabbed my order from under someone else’s order on the bottom rack - it was in one of those insulated carrier bags. I have no idea how long it sat there but all the food was already cold by the time I made the drive home (6 minutes). Worst pizza experience ever 😠 😞

They just can't get what i order right .tavern pizza is not thin crust. Something is always wrong. They just say sorry.not even ask for a remake. Or. I call and want me to come back. But I can't do that seeing how my lunch will be over. Just do better. Get the orders right

Service is horrible. The employee taking our order told us there was no ice for fountain drinks or tea. We had to purchase a drink from cooler if we wanted a drink that was cold.My brother & I waited so long everyone had eaten & left. We were only one’s left. I saw an employee cleaning tables, I said, hey man where is our pizza? When I saw they were searching for it, I walked to counter to find out answers. A worker near oven said he placed in a delivery bag. Highly disappointed in service!!! If I was a manager at this establishment, I would have drove to pick up ice at the service station a couple of blocks down the street. This is a FAMILY size order of pasta with meaty marinara sauce. Comes with bread sticks & marinara sauce for dipping. Extra marinara sauce missing. The dollar bill is for size comparison. Bread sticks are really good, pasta was dry, didn't have enough sauce or meat and I find it hard to believe that this is a serving for 4. Total due $14.07.

A rude kid in a hat gave me the wrong order. Not only that but also threw it at me instead of handing it like it should’ve been. Never coming here again. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you’re gonna hire young workers make sure they actually have manners.

We live literally 5.1 miles from this location and can't get delivery. It is within their 9 minute radius area. I could have driven to this location from my residence in the time it took them to tell me they can't deliver here. Not about being lazy but about convenience.

This is absolutely one of the worst places to go in Kaufman. The last 2 times I have came here the order is never ready when it is suppose to be. This time I arrived 45 minutes after ordering online and it again wasn’t ready. Either management of staff is inadequate.

Sent the wife after our order and she only came back with half of it which was 6 pizzas and several other things. Called to try and get the missing pizzas delivered, only to be told that they dont have delivery vehicles........ i’m pretty sure that the manager didnt get dropped off by his parents. This rating is for the service which was abysmal. Visited 2 times. First time everything seemed ok. Were seated quickly. Drinks ordered. Pizza ordered. Everything was good. Tried to order dessert but after 30 minutes it became apparent that our server never even put the dessert order in so we paid for the drinks & pizza and left. Tonight we decided to try them out again. The place wasn't too terribly busy. We were seated quickly and given menus. There appeared to be 2 waitresses. At no point in the 20 minutes that we were sitting there did anyone ask us about drinks or food!! The waitress that sat us served other people, cleaned tables and disappeared into the restroom for a bit. The other waitress brought out orders for other customers. Another family was seated after us by the second waitress. The waitress that seated my family went to the 2nd family and took their drink orders! Having had already sat there for 20 minutes and then seeing someone seated AFTER us being served we decided to walk out. Told the manager no thank you as we handed the menus back to him. Will NEVER go back!

Not the best. When u order a pizza with bacon and add extra bacon on it, it should look like it has plenty of bacon. Was told Cooperate only allowed a certain amount on the pizza when adding extra toppings. Cooperate needs to loosen the purse strings a bit and make the customer happy. It used to be about the customers and now it's about making profit and benefiting Cooperate. I will be going to Domino's from now on. At least they put the customers first.

Order not ready in quoted time. Made us drive back around saying it would be 5 minutes. Then they realize they didn't even have cinnamon rolls in oven. No communication. Then had to wait another 20 minutes. Pizza was already done so it sat getting cold. No attempt to make it right.

Ordered online, arrived at drive thru after the stated pickup time but was told my order would not be ready for 8 minutes. Was asked to pull around and then proceeded to sit for 20 minutes while the single car in front of me waited on their order before pulling out of line and going inside to pick up my lukewarm pizza. Yesterday I ordered pizza online, the confirmation said my pizza would be ready in 15 mins. My mother got there about 25 mins after me ordering to pick up they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven yet. Long story short she waited for a hour plus and never received the pizza and was given a run around the whole time. Finally she received her money back. Ridiculous no attempt to speed up the process or anything.

So yesterday I ordered several pizzas & a 18pc wings & cheesebread & breadsticks. I specified that I would pick up my order at 2:30 that afternoon as my family was coming to my home & I wanted to cover lunch for all of us. I went to pick up & found out when I got home that my entire order was completley cold. It had sat there for almost 2 hrs. . I called the store & explained the details to Jason the manager at the Kaufman location. Not once did he apologize nor did he offer to replace something for the inconvenience. Needless to say I will never order from this location again. Completely disappointed .

They stink. Their app never works and you can’t get someone IN THE ACTUAL store to pick up the phone to save your life. Food is ok…typical Pizza Hut. But the availability to connect to them is awful.

First off, I don't even want to give one star. Ordered by phone, when I got there to pick my order up, no less than 3 people just looked at me. A guy came from the back and after a good 5 minutes of just glancing over at me finally asked if I had been helped? Finally get my food and pay. Go out to my truck and notice all of my food isn't there. Go back inside and they hadn't even bothered to " drop the wings" so while my pizza is in the truck getting cold I am wasting more time just waiting. This was lastnight, now today everyone who ate the wings are sick as hell. 3 pizzas, an order of bread sticks, order of wings, and a dessert pizza from this store was the worst 78 dollars I've ever spent.

Sitting at car wash next to Pizza Hut in Kaufman, TX, waiting to get vehicle washed. So I decided I'll call in a pizza order. A couple of cars in parking lot no one in drive-thru window and no one could awser phone to place order. Absolutely rediculase, how to you plain on making sales that way? I'll never try to order from this Hut again.

But tonight as I sit on hold listening to the phone ring at least 50 times I have to say horrible experience. Husband went to pick pizza up waited almost 40 mins when it was supposed to be ready in 20 mins. Went inside to see what the hold up was and they had stuck it in a bag at the bottom of the rack. Pizza are warm at best. Spent about $42 absolutely ridiculous. What the heck am I tipping for if this is the service we get.

Well Ive always had a great experience with them until tonight. Rewind a week ago I ordered $50 worth of food (like I do every other week) it was right at closing time. Got there got my boxes went home got home checked and was shorted a meat lovers. $15.00 pizza called the lady's were so sweet. Told me they had already turned the oven off. So we agreed to credit my account. So tonight I ordered on line and called to claim my pizza. Other manager (sounds like a child) told me it wasn't on there so I proceeed to ask him what do I need to do his response I can't do anything. Wow and your the manger.

We went for dine in. We were told to sit down and someone would be with us shortly. We sat for about 15 mins before I had to walk up to the counter. There were multiple people behind the counter and everyone of them ignored me. I stood there for about 5 mins w/out a single person speaking to me. I got my husband and we walked out. We've been there several times and have never had a bad experience, until now.

Hoped we had a better, new pizza hut with decent management... but- I ordered a pizza, which long story short, my pizza was cold. I called ahead to tell them I was running a bit behind and would they keep the pizza WARM. So, instead of putting it into a Hot Rack, they put in a delivery bag, which is only meant to last for 15 minutes/delivery.

Ordered on-line for delivery at 4:30 in the afternoon. At 5:15, I called to ask about order. No answer. Called again at 5:25. No answer after 15 rings. Got in the car and drove to their location. Explained to the girl, she handed over pizza with no apology or explanation. After I got home, I realized I had paid a delivery fee and 20% tip when I ordered. Pizza and bread sticks were cold. We prefer Pizza Hut but it is pricy. We won't be using them for a long time. Follow up...I received a call from a gentleman from Pizza Hut a short time ago. He apologized and has given me a credit to cover the cost for me to order again for the full cost of my order plus a few dollars. I give him 5 stars for calling me and a credit for future use.

Went there this evening, ordered some drinks and took me 5 minutes to explain to the gal what sweet and low was. Then I ordered, but literally had to circle everything on the menu. After that, they brought my order of Wings and it was wrong. No surprise. I told her it was wrong and she asked if that was ok, and I said no, it's not okay, I want what i will be paying for. So she took it to the back, while they were "fixing it" they brought out a pizza that was the wrong crust. Then she brought out the same order of wings and said sorry, you ordered this. I just left opposed to really going irate in front of my kids and the zero other customers they have. While we were there, there was a gentleman and his family that sat down for 20 minutes, wasn't helped and left. This is very embarrassing. If the food was free I would not go back.

Just placed take out orde, they called back with a minute that they have no delivery driver. I order cause I had no vehicle at the moment. Now I have to wait to get my money back 3 to 5 days. This is ridiculous. I just ordered Domino's and no problem. This is why Domino's is 1 pizza chain and not pizza hut anymore.

Don't even waste your time because the place is run by teenagers and the pizza will not be what you order. The manager Hailee told me this pizza was a pan crust that didn't rise correctly. That was a lie that she didn't have to tell. Looks like a thin crust pizza. Worst part about it is this was supposed to be a remake of my pizza that they messed up on the weekend prior. Not impressed and won't be back. Little Caesars is right up the street and they never disappoint. I'll continue visiting Lil Caesars on pizza nights.

Chelsea the manager here would not accommodate us and fix our pizzas. It was cut sloppy and was not made correctly. I wish I could share the picture it was horrible and disgusting to the point we couldn't eat it. And to top it off our ranch was left out! Spent 40 dollars for nothing and they wouldn't help whatsoever.

I live in Kaufman Tx area and we received a local paper that had pizza hut coupons in it. When I went to the Pizza Hut in Kaufman and tried to use the coupons they told me they couldn't honor the coupons and they had been informed by corporate that the coupons were no good. I do not know what kind of half ass outfit you are running but any coupons that are distributed to the public should be accepted. I will never visit your location again and I hope you close your doors. Thank you. Brad in Scurry

All I know is that when I order a pizza it should look like the picture or at least good. This was supposed to be double pepperoni where's the cheese on the other half. No not this one, I'm done with the place to spend $45 a waste luckily the other pizza and wings was OK... Management: Do a better job or hire someone that will! This is how it looks on the TV. Not the same.

My wife picked up 2 large pizzas and brownies totalling $44 I am done with this pizza Hut in Kaufman I have told them and my wife had told them also. The portions on the pizzas have gone way down. It used to be really good but now this is what a Meat Lovers looks like and $44 I can go in and be served better food and better quantities for that. The last time I went inside to pick up Pizzas 2 guys were putting food on the pizzas bare handed not good!
