There's always reliable, excellent menu selections at most Braum's and its good to know each location is consistent with every other one. There is a penalty for success, though. Sometimes there is a long line in the drive through. It's up to the customer to decide if it's worth the wait. It is for us.

As a mom of three, finding a spot where the whole family can enjoy a sweet treat and still stay on budget feels like hitting the jackpot—Braum’s Ice Cream is exactly that kind of place. Truly, I don’t think there’s a better combination of quality, price, and family-friendly atmosphere anywhere in the country. On our most recent visit, we went all in—my husband and I split the banana split, which was huge, classic, and absolutely delicious. Everything from the fresh bananas to the drizzled toppings was spot-on. The kids devoured a hot fudge sundae and a chocolate/vanilla soft yogurt swirl without coming up for air. Every bite was rich, creamy, and full of that nostalgic ice cream parlor flavor we love. And Braum’s doesn’t stop at just ice cream. Their little market section is such a hidden gem! We always pick up a few things to take home—especially their chocolate milk, which my kids are obsessed with. It’s thick, cold, and tastes like a milkshake in a bottle. Honestly, we go through it way too fast! The staff was kind, patient, and super sweet with our kiddos (even when they changed their minds about flavors a dozen times). And the whole place has that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer. For a family of five, Braum’s is a win every time—delicious desserts, a great little market, and prices that let us treat ourselves without guilt. It’s officially part of our regular family tradition now, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

The food was fresh and good ! Price point is good. Ice cream is great, however the restaurant is not clean. Dirty tables , crumbs all over benches , spills and dried up ketchup spills by the drink fountain. It’s unfortunate ! We won’t be back to this location.

This is my second time in here, and both times (probably a year apart), it’s been filthy inside. If I were the manager, I would be embarrassed that this is the impression my store has. The window sill as soon as you walk in looks like it’s never been cleaned. The floors are covered with stuff. There are drippings everywhere. Nothing looks wiped down. It truly makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the back. The staff is very nice. I hesitate to come back though due to the hygiene practices.

While the food is typical Braums fare - I do like it - the employees at this particular store are what make it an amazingly miserable experience. The teenagers behind the counter absolutely despise that you dare walk in their store, and it shows by their lack of communication and hospitality. No one welcomes you in the store, no one reads back your order to you to make sure it's correct (it wasn't), and no one thanks you for visiting. I think I've been to this particular Braums for the last time. Whataburger and Sonic are right down the street, sell equal quality food, but the staff are much nicer.

No one was at the registure,Employees constantly got off task, forgot the tenders in my sisters Kids meal, got the order wrong in general. Wouldn't recommend

A server named Shelby gave me the worst, rudest customer service. My sister and I asked for raspberry sorbet and she very rudely cut us off while we were talking to tell us they didn’t have any. We asked for double scoop in a cup and when we got to the window, she gave us a cone. We asked for a cup (again!) to which Shelby rolled her eyes and took the cone back. We had to ask for 2 spoons twice. Incredibly rude.

Person who took our order was incredibly rude didn't wear a name tag or I would say who it was acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time shouted what do you want impatiently while I was looking at flavors told me "we are out of Everything" despite only being out of two holiday flavors. Threw the cups of ice cream on the counter Infront of me and told me they don't have lids I get that you hate your job but this was uncalled for. The manager seemed nice though it's a shame Will never return to this braums

If I could rate this store a zero I would. Absolutely Terrible. It’s dirty, they treat their customers horribly. I went to another Braums (Davis Blvd) after being ignored and waiting for over 15min. The last two managers to run the store seem incapable of fast food and good service. Do better Braums!!!

Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese. It came out with cheese. It was precooked and the bun was soggy! The whole sandwich tasted like it had just come out of a warmer! The crinkle cut fries were even limp and soggy! Not fresh at all! HORRIBLE BURGER! I do not recommend this place

This place is usually pretty busy, I got a double cone, the second dip on top looked like a half of a scoope. It is a new location so the outside looked good, well maintained. The service is ok, when you pull up to both windows, these teenagers that are working, never smile, not even the managers. We have tried the food before it was ok as well. There ice cream is delicious and I can buy there milk here and it don't hurt my stomach. The nee aloha burger is gross. Cheese is to thick, pineapple does not taste well with the meat. The lettuce or spinach is soggy, sauces gets lost in the burger. Not to mention, no ketchup, sauce or napkins. There food is microwaveable and nasty.

Must be a bad time of day, but I’m sorry, this chicken sandwich should have never been served. First off, they got my order wrong. Ordered a bag of cheeseburgers, 4 plain, 1 with ketchup (kids order) and a spicy chicken sandwich. Ended up getting the spicy chicken sandwhich and 2 1/4lb cheeseburgers, one plain and one with ketchup. Went back through the drive-thru and they said no worries, we’ll get you the other 3 burgers. Get through the line and get the burgers, but that was the problem, they were plain burgers and not cheese burgers! 🤦🏻‍♂️ at this point I made two of the kids split the 1/4lb cheeseburger. I then pull out the spicy chicken sandwich and take a bite, which I immediately spit out. What is this!?!? They should have never put this in the buns. Flat as a pancake and dryer than cardboard. Completely inedible!
