Had to drive up three times to find screens that weren’t broken. They could barely hear us as microphones also seemed to be broken so we had to shout our orders and repeat them about four times. Absolute mess of a place. To top it all off they got our order wrong and I couldn’t be bothered. Careful with those hot chili dogs - they just throw them in the bag with chili and cheese dripping everywhere.

Was traveling through with family, stopped by and hit the button and was told to wait. Waited 20 minutes, hit the button again and was welcomed liked we just arrived. Was close to closing so just ordered some drinks and left.

Drinks taste watered down and the food does have any flavor to it ... No love when cooking...

Stopped at the Sonic in Kennedy. Apparently the order screen in slot #5, was broken. When the red button was pushed, it would flash and a few minutes later a message said that our order was being processed. I am not sure why it was saying that as it had not let us order. Then it went blank. After pressing the button a second time with the same results, and not being able to flag down one of the delivery staff, we gave up and left.

Waited 30 minutes and didn’t even get my food. Dont go there they will take their time with your order.

Just sat at the drive-thru for like 10 minutes with nobody attending to us. The person in front of me was waiting and said somebody told her they'd be with her in a minute

Last few times I ate here its been bad. Food tastes old/ nasty and the drink was so watered down. Ordered a cherry limeade and asked if I could get cherries in it, got charged extra for cherries but didn't get any. It's fine if you don't want to put them but don't charge extra for it then.

Who knows how the food is? Been sitting here for 10 minutes and they haven't asked me for my order yet. It's not even busy. Haven't seen one car hop bring out food or any cars leave yet with food. If I was the manager here I'd be ashamed.

DO NOT....DO NOT... DO NOT USE THE OUTSIDE BATHROOM AS IT DOES NOT LOCK!!!!! I was on a long drive, pulled over for something to eat. Asked if they had a restroom and was told there was one on the side of the building. Went in, locked(?) the door and was in the middle of business and a MAN WALKED IN ON ME!!! I checked the door and lock in all directions and it would not lock. I told the server that the door didn't lock and she knew. Then I said a man walked in on me and her face showed shock. I was mortified! If you all know the lock is broken, FIX IT!!!! DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM UNLESS SOMEONE IS STANDING OUTSIDE TO PREVENT ENTRY!!!

I went threw drive thru and I ordered a large big red with strawberries and cream and the lady that was taking the order said they didn’t have any cream so I decided to cancel my order and go threw the stalls and I ordered the same exact thing and was told they can make it. So that being said I don’t like how they want to say one thing then say another. Whoever is in charge need to tell these workers not to be lying.
