While fueling up at Flying J, we stopped by Taco Bell and were able to use our Flying J points to purchase food, a great perk! We ordered two sausage Grande breakfast burritos and two hash browns, both of which were delicious. The service was quick and efficient, making for a great experience.
We were traveling from Sandiego to Sacramento, and we stop at this place to eat our lunch, we took chicken quesadilla, OMG! They made it very tasty with enough chicken and sauce in it and the tortilla is fresh and t and tasty, o highly recommend this place if you want to eat Taco Bell, they have an open kitchen and I saw them how they were doing, it’s all hygienic. I didn’t take pictures of quesadillas, after eating I decided to write a review 😆the person who made was AbhiSai. This place is inside a department store, and there is lots of other stuff to buy, fruits, ready to eat sandwiches etc, the restrooms were very clean too.

The two gentlemen working here tonight were working their tails off. They were definitely understaffed for how many orders they were getting. It was just the two of them taking and making all of the orders. The younger gent had a great attitude and was super nice, which is why I felt the need to take the time to write this review. Top tier service and work ethic. Food came out great as well.

Plenty parking spots. Diesel lanes move quick. Showers are nice and hot, hot water very nice and refreshing. Grab some Taco Bell too 10/10 for the Taco Bell inside 24/7

Honestly worth it! Not only were the Taco Bell employees chipper at 5am, the whole staff at Flying J were as well! The food was exactly as good as I expect Taco Bell to be every time (big fan here).
This place is consistently understaffed. The same people that make the food are the ones that also take the orders. At least put an order kiosk in so I can do it myself.

Ordered a bean burrito with extra onions. Not an onion to be found in the burrito. There was plenty of beans though. Maybe better luck next time.

No customer service whatsoever staff came from the back with her phone in her hand didn’t greet or had any sense of urgency the dining area was dirty and more people would line up and it ends up there was two wont be coming back to this location they are giving Taco Bell a bad reputation ☹️
I will not be buying any food there anymore. The crush wrap was very nasty. It’s just did not taste right; something inside that wrap was stale
I got Nachos from this store. It’s smells really bad when I asked her to change it she give me the same things in there.

Sorry I interrupted your movie but you have customers up front. As a previous review mentioned, what a joke of an establishment. Lazy employees at night unwilling to attend customers. Store manager, the proof is in the night sales. The employee working claimed they were closed but when I asked the Flying J manager he informed me that they are a 24 hour location and only close for breaks. Well I know for a fact the employee wasn't on break because she was in the back watching a movie on her phone making cinnamon twist baggies. I will happily take my business to a different restaurant that actually cares about serving customers and I encourage others to do the same.
Must have been my luck 🍀. Came for a quick visit and of course it wasn't open as per staff or they couldn't churn diarrhea burritos during my visit due to cleaning. Maybe I was saved an experience maybe I missed out either way I will never know. So Long 🌮 Bell
Got a Nacho Bell Grande since their fryers were down...day later they still are. Not my 1st or 2nd option but they made it with store bought chips and they made it taste disgusting. Went back the next day guy says there's nothing they can do their fryers are down and I should have called about my order yesterday. Says if I had a receipt etc they could do something about it. I go I'll go get my receipt rn it's in the truck. He goes even if you had the receipt there's nothing we can do it has to be day of complaint. Well you could still attempt to please a customer w an equal or lesser than priced item with or without a receipt and you could tell people before they buy it instead of pointing to the chips when they ask if those are on the menu. I'll be going back in a moment with my receipt since not more than 2 bites were taken. I told them they shouldn't sell any more. It's a shame cuz a few weeks ago I had a real good experience food was on point staff was very courteous compared to today's debacle.

I asked about salad that they provide rice,beans, cheese, and of course, vegetables , got answer YES. What received after paying $9.08, was very little rice,cheese , teaspoon of beans,vegetables and tea spoon of avocado sauce. Then I saw on receipt it was chicken salad with No chicken. The person who prepared did not compensate ( no chicken) with some more other material . Staff was more concerned about talking to each other instead of Concentrate on Customer. I was the Only person asking for meal Very disappointed.
I told them to give me a veggie meal and they gave me beef and chicken
I recently visited taco bell located inside the truck stop and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The service was subpar, and the food was not what I ordered. When I received my order, the guy at the front handed me the wrong food. What's even worse is that he had the audacity to come back to me and say, "You need to check your order." Like I hadn't already done that! The fact that they got my order wrong is bad enough, but the attitude and lack of accountability from the staff is unacceptable. It's not my job to double-check their mistakes. I expect better from a restaurant. Unless they seriously revamp their service and quality control, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
It should NEVER take 25 minutes to receive 2 regular tacos. If the girl and guy were doing less flirting with each other and more working that would be great

Don’t even consider stopping at this Taco Bell. The computers are malfunctioning and they won’t take your order. But to not waste your time, the manager says this happens everyday. So odds are good you will get out of your car, walk in, and see the sign that says closed. Just keep on driving to the next stop.
