First and foremost it’s imperative to “read the room” then to rate. I walked in and was the only customer. Then within 1-3 minutes there was a line behind me that led outside on a Tuesday morning, not Monday; you would’ve swore it was a night club(no exaggeration). The two Dunkin’ Donuts associates held it down and serviced everyone as promptly and as courteous as possible. Even despite some customers who were in a rush that were non compassionate to the situation. All in all, I understand customers’ frustrations but put yourself in someone else’s shoes before criticizing. I’ll return again, those ladies were awesome and serviced New Yorkers with a smile despite receiving negative attitudes.

Usually get my NECESSARY cup of morning coffee there. Service is fairly fast even though may be busy with customers from Queensborough Hall and Queens Criminal Court. Manager always delivers a great cup of coffee JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT. That's important to start my work day journey. Place is clean and neat.

One thing I can say about this Dunking is the lattes I have had have never been bad. In other Dunkins they sometimes make bad lattes, either the milk was bad, or the coffee was very bitter or burned. However, this shop has never let me down. I always come here

This place is small and can get busy. Only 3 small stables with 2 chairs each. The size is not the problem though. I ordered a medium iced coffee, less ice, with cream via on the go ordering online. I got a room temperature coffee, black. What the hell. I had to ask for it to be changed and even after that I wasn't satisfied. It tastes like they used hot coffee to pour over ice, which then melted. They don't have iced coffee. What the hell. Don't order iced coffee here!

This is my local Dunkin' Donuts. I go here frequently and I decided to get munchkins for my daughter's birthday. I spoke with the manager a couple of weeks ago and he said for a larger order, call a couple of days ahead. I tried calling multiple times this week, no one picked up. I went in the store two days ago asking if I could put in an order for 100 munchkins for Saturday morning. The person working said no problem. I went this morning, the person working did not know about the order. They only had 3 options for munchkins- chocolate, glazed, and original. Honestly, this was disappointing and just annoying. I would not recommend this location.

This Dunkin is honestly a hit or miss. The employees (particularly the women) are very rude and are always gossiping to one another. They're to busy talking to focus on the orders. When they're swamped (as it's right across queens borough hall) you can expect your order to be messed up. They either make your drink way to sweet with excessive pumps of syrup or none at all. I work at borough hall and sometimes when I'm in a rush, I do mobile order and get it and go. But whenever that happens, I come to my office noticing my drink is off. You're honestly better off going to the one a couple blocks down past the Starbucks as it's better in every way from food, drinks, to the sweet employees. Don't bother wasting your time going to this one unless you're in a rush.

This location didn’t appear clean and it’s super small. Only two chairs. The food has been ok; now the prices are some of the highest you’ll see at any Dunkin Donuts. When ordering a drink they don’t provide a straw. When ordering food they don’t provide napkins. Ordered a cream cheese bagel for $4 and just wanted a little butter. The cashier explains we don’t have that, that’s not free, you ordered cream cheese not butter. I say forget it and then she wants to provide some. I just said no. I spent close to $10 in rewards for a drink and bagel and you’re arguing with me? Poor service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So basically I came here this morning to order an iced coffee & a turkey sausage egg & cheese sandwich, when I received the order I notice there weren’t any turkey sausage on the sandwich so I asked the cashier if she could fix it she snatched the sandwich out my hand and gave me a whole attitude for no reason then she brought out a new one and the second one had hair in it I showed her and told her I want a refund she ignored my request and decide to give me a new sandwich but wasn’t even new cause it was the same sandwich she only removed the hair and reheated it. Never going to this location here again.

We order egg and cheese on a croissant and they consistently put bacon on it. I’ve complained each time to DoorDash and I’ve gotten my money back every time but it’s extremely frustrating. Not everyone eats pork. Pay attention to the orders!!

DO NOT give business to this establishment. Their blatant disrespect for you as a customer is repulsive. Today is my last day giving them my business. Starbucks down the block actually gave me a customer of the month award a few years ago. I would rather spend the extra money to get treated well.

Location was not open on time which was supposed to be at 5:00a.m. My toasted bagel was given to the wrong guy whose hand touched it to grab a bite thinking it was his own, when he told the employee and gave it back to her to see it was incorrect, she tried to be discreet about only changing it into a new bag to make it look like it was just made and given straight to me. She then called me to the counter to come pick it up and I didn’t even have to tell her that I just witnessed what she did, because she messed up the sandwich she tried to give to me anyways. My hash browns were undercooked and mushy, bagel was barely toasted but by far the most edible item out of every wasted dollar I spent. A medium iced coffee was first handed to me with only one pump of the flavor, so I had to hand it back so she could add a pump. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, I’ve never seen so many mistakes in one run especially as a result of pure laziness, but also the uncleanliness of attempting to serve already touched food.
