Order Wing Stop through Door Dash. Got Wings that had no sauce and was told tontake them back to prove they had no sauce. By then my wings were cold and instead of offering to remake them they just resauced my already cold wings and gave them right back to me. Terrible Customer Service. Not even the kids would eat the wings. I ended up throwing the entire order in the trash. $60 down the drain.

Chicken tasted like “wet dog” I didn’t know that was possible. I honestly couldn’t eat it. Asked for Cajun fries got cheese fries. None of the cokes were dispensing properly. There was either too much syrup and no carbonation or no syrup at all. The only good thing was the brownie. This places is a mess all around. 100% do not recommend my experience was terrible!!

This store ruined me from ever, I mean never, eating at Wingstop again. The place smelled like raw sewage but we were going to eat outside but it rained. Water poured under the door. AND THE FOOD WAS NOTHING BUT GREASE WITH NO TADTE! Garbage.

Just got home with 40 piece boneless. All were burnt. Returned and shift manager claims they are all like that because they are freezer burnt. They had a freezer go out and they allowed the chicken to thaw and then placed it in the other freezer. Refused to give bone in unless I pay the difference. Getting money back will be reporting to health inspector in the morning.

The reason for the 1 star food is good but they shorted me 5 wings so when I called they had me bring back the entire order so I had to pack up everything drive back to the store and had to wait another 25 minutes on the remake when a simple we can just make you five more would have been the simple thing to do instead of going through all the trouble or bringing back everything and waiting hungry

Only good thing is the service. Employees were polite but the kitchen was a disaster. I watched an employee drop the parmesan onto the dirty floor, and then pick it up and put it ON THE COUNTER. After that, he rubbed his face and went back to making people's food. When tossing the wings, he hooked his finger into the bowl without having washed his hands. I watched another employee use hand sanitizer as a substitute for hand washing before preparing food. I saw fries spilled on a dirty table that got picked up and dumped into the fryer and sold. This location also had a dirty tea area covered in gnats. The employees were pleasant but I wouldn't touch the food here.

Kitchen was a nightmare , you have the workers working the bare minimum with no sense of urgency when there's 30-50 people not Including the full parking lot full of people waiting for their food. Lady at the counter could not care anymore , ordered online hr and half ago , just to get there and be told that's it's gonna be another hour. Didn't really seem like there was no manager , they just kinda went and did their own thing , there was no direction what so ever, will never order here again. It's one thing you get a rush and did the best that you could , but when you don't, it's just looks bad and it's honestly a real let down. Probably the worst Wingstop ever

Very rude mangers. They get your order wrong when you order something online and when you set a time you still have to wait for your Order. When you call they are rude want to say you are lying about it.

Just ordered wings and tenders for my family and this is what we were given after over an hour wait. I don't eat here very often and was really looking forward to our meal but is this seriously what we are expected to eat??? They are hard and nasty. I'm so sad. I really wanted to enjoy our family dinner.

Worst wings & sauces! U may find better wings at a gas station. Sauce are like Walmart packaged. Place was dirty, some wings raw, fries burnt and expensive with janitor paper roll as napkins
