This Dunkin has a Baskin Robins inside and that's what we go for. The staff are friendly and the ice cream never disappoints.
Went today to purchase an ice cream cake. So friendly and nice. Clean restaurant and I’ve gone here previously for coffee and it was delicious
I used to work at a dunkin so when I go I can tell when it’s a hit or miss. This dunkin NEVER misses. They make their coffees perfect everytime and stir them correctly and can tell they are brewing their coffee correctly. Love this location!! Know my coffee will be great everytime.
My fiancé ran in, without any knowledge the team was patient and so so kind to her, helped her and then even helped fix her drink when she ordered wrong! Entire team was welcoming and SO NICE energy was so positive and what more can you ask for while getting morning coffee?! They made one girl really happy with a butter pecan espresso :)
I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I understand they are busy but 30 minutes in the drive thru is excessive. The staff were friendly and apologetic about the wait so I brushed it off.... until I checked my order and it was the wrong order. Extremely frustrating.
This Dunkin' Donuts is like a playing a fun game at every visit. Every time my wife and I get some form of cream filled donut it's a fun game to see how much cream we actually get. Sometimes we get a dime size, sometimes a quarter size and on that rare occasion we actually get a real cream filled donut. Update: we had another fun let's try to see how the don't see look like today. Never had any issues with the customer service just the product l.
I don’t know why I keep going here giving this place a chance, I haven’t gone here once where they have gotten my order actually correct. I asked for a croissant with cream cheese and bacon and got a bacon egg and cheese, other times they either skimp out on portions and just forget an Ingredient entirely. This was the last time I will ever go there, they also always have attitudes for no reason.
I ordered 1 bacon sourdough breakfast sandwich and 1 sausage - I got 2 bacon. I ordered 1 queso loaded hash browns and 1 Chipotle - 2 queso. For as long as it took it seems like I would have received what I ordered. Very Disappointed.
I ordered on the mobile app six donuts for my coworkers and they got a free donut with my coffee drink. It was ready when I got there. Nobody said a word they said thank you I got my stuff and left and I didn’t notice till I got to work that only two of the seven donuts I ordered were in there. Nobody’s answering the phone or anything. Nobody told me we’re out out of this. Nobody gave me the option of getting something else and now the people I got them for mad because they paid for them.
Last time I went to this location I asled for a dozen assorted donuts and they gave me all of the same kind. Just now, I went back after several months and they put a chcoolate donut inside a bag, upside-down, making al the chocolate stick to the bag. Needless to say I'm not thrilled with the level competence in the people they hire.... tried again but nope, they still have terrible service so not going back anymore. Great job hiring and training 👏
First time ordering breakfast. It was terrible, had sourdough breakfast sandwich, eggs were artificial, absolutely no flavor, bacon was raw. Could not eat it. Coffee super strong.
A perfect example of how customer service doesn’t work. This Dunkin’ somehow had its doors closed at 8:30 a.m., which feels bold for a breakfast place. I was forced to go through the super long drive thru line, but I kind of expected it to go quickly since it’s a usual morning rush. At the same time, for opening late they were somehow “out” of sesame bagels - annoying but I proceeded to order something else. I’m still struggling to understand how a toasted croissant with cream cheese turns into an untoasted croissant with a whisper of cream cheese. Do the employees get paid in cream cheese? This would make it more understandable. I also ordered a coffee with light ice and received a cup missing two inches of coffee and absolutely packed with ice. When I asked why, I was generously offered… more ice. I’m not sure if the lack of critical thinking or the lack of customer service is more frustrating. The microphone, screen, and speaker don’t work, so ordering happens exclusively at the window while they make the order, creating a line thats truly unacceptable for an establishment that thrives on the morning work commute. Every part of this experience was unacceptable. I’ve been going to Dunkin’ Donuts my entire life, and I’ve never seen a location this confused by basic instructions or the concept of customers.
This place needs to have a real health inspector go there. They are serving cold food and raw kolache dough. It's gross there. Don't waste your time at this place.
Save your time and money. The Dunkin’ Donuts in Kyle is a complete joke, and that falls squarely on management. Their ordering system has been down for two weeks, and instead of fixing it, they’ve just forced customers to order at the window like it’s normal. It’s inefficient, slow, and shows a total lack of leadership or urgency. This place is bleeding revenue because management can’t get their act together. No communication, no solution, no accountability just excuses and inconvenience pushed onto customers. Absolutely garbage operation. Management should be ashamed.
Placed an app order. Window attendant was not very friendly. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was completed burned black and should not have been given out. I had to throw the charred croissant out.
I only go to dunkin in kyle around Christmas time for the cookie butter latte. Any other time I've gone they got my order wrong. When I went today they tried to hand me a latte with vanilla cold foam at the window. When I asked why there was not cookie butter cold foam they said they were out. They could've told me at the speaker and i wouldn't of purchased it. Once again dunkin kyle was a disappointment. Its literally like playing Russian roulette. Never know what your going to get.
On 10/20/25 at about 5:05 two of my roommates and I walked in, two of us had mobile orders, one was ordering at the counter. As we approached the pick up area the only male working asked what he could get for us and we tell him that we have two mobile orders… he rolled his eyes and sighed audibly. He then turned around to get the order but then he had to get the ICED cappuccino out of the blender… needless to say we were waiting for him to come back as he was taking the counter order. At the counter, an attempt to order a pumpkin cold brew was thwarted by the worker saying “I don’t see an option for that” as it’s on a big poster above him. We did eventually get our food and drinks after about 10-15 of waiting, two of the drinks still not what was ordered. There was no other patrons other than one woman who was waiting for her mobile order (that was one drink) for the entirety of our visit.
This is the most Inconsistent Dunkin Donuts in the nation. This is coming from a DD addict. The latest order I place was a frozen coffee and instead of adding the coffee syrup they used regular coffee. It also didn't taste like it had any flavor shots. And they only made one of my two frozen coffees I ordered from the app. I would recommend you drive to the next DD and order from them. This has happened many times in this specific location. Avoid this one if possible.
My food was cold, my coffee was cold, my hashbrowns were so over cooked that it was not edible. Horrible experience. This Dunkin’ Donuts DO NOT deserve a star. My coffee has creamer floater as if it was expired. When I asked him to make me a fresher cup, he claimed he couldn’t because it will take a while. Gave me old coffee from the other pot. Then had the nerve to say, you can have the other coffee if you want. I told him that coffee is disgusting with expired creamer floating on top of my cold coffee. I wish I can post a picture.
This place is terrible. They’re consistently slow, the employees are rude, and the food is below average. There’s plenty of places to get coffee and donuts, do not come here.
On this lovely Saturday morning I woke up feeling horrible and wanted to order my family a good breakfast unfortunately I chose to order from here. I ordered a dozen doughnuts (6 glazed, 2 strawberry sprinkled, 2 Boston cream, 2 blueberry glazed) and 3 breakfast wraps through DoorDash when I get my food the wraps have so much hard cheese on them I can’t even see the egg and the bacon was so fatty it tasted like rubber. There’s supposed to be egg, bacon, cheese hashbrowns and chipotle sauce on it as you can see there’s no hashbrowns or chipotle sauce. The cheese was so hard it stuck to my teeth and was like a thick gum texture HORRIBLE as you can see there’s burnt spots in the cheese. I call the manager and asked if I could bring the wraps back in if she could re make them and she just wanted to argue that she made my order and it only had half a slice of cheese which just isn’t true, IF THIS IS HOW A MANAGER MAKES THE FOOD IMAGINE HOW AN EMPLOYEE DOES? I order these a few times a week and I’ve never had this much cheese on a wrap and as a cheese lover I wouldn’t have minded the extra cheese if it wasn’t so burnt and hard or whatever it was. She finally says if I wanna bring the food back in she’ll remake them so My Husband goes to return them and I end up opening the donut box and I see that I got two sprinkled one blueberry and the rest all glazed. The glazed donuts are old as hell I’m assuming because I put in the order through DoorDash, they decide to just give me All of their old donuts so they weren’t liable and it would be a DoorDash issue. I wouldn’t have even left a bad review had the manager not have been so rude arguing with me and they didn’t try to give me all their old doughnuts. I spent $50 on a TRASH Saturday breakfast.
This location needs to get it together. Sugar and Milk are always over poured. Coffee is cold or barely there. The food is still frozen when they hand it to me. I’ve never had an experience where the order is correct. The employees are nice but lack attention to detail. Just left there and they tried to serve l lukewarm coffee…..? They were apologetic and willing to brew a fresh batch but like c’mon. If I wanted to wait on a brew I would’ve made it at home. The photo was what I was handed initially before the lukewarm coffee (I asked for a medium coffee 6 creams and 5 sugar - where is the coffee). Please improve.
Literally, the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts EVER! For starters the drive thru cashier asked if I wanted my change. I handed her a $20 and my total was $18.10! Yes I want my $1.90 change thank you. Then I get home my hash browns were mush and my wake up wrap was so burnt that I could barely bite into it! So disappointed in this location. I’ve been several times because it’s close but this time was enough for me to leave this review!
