A well-stocked bar, tobacco shop, and many other really nice little extras. A multi-service restaurant, congratulations to the manager, the beautiful Lory 🫶 ..besides the pleasure of stopping for a break, it also becomes "worthwhile" to stop...for the services, I repeat, it offers. Congratulations to Luca, he's a phenomenon!!!! The professionalism, the presentation, the availability, and the friendliness make the stop truly pleasant. He truly deserves a lot of respect. Great efficiency!! We're lucky to have a bar like this in La Spezia!! You arrive at 5:30 in the morning and are spoiled for choice between sweet and savory, with a wide selection of pastries that will tempt even those who are used to having breakfast at home!! Lori and Alessandro are the soul of the bar, professional, friendly, helpful, and very capable! Try it and believe it!! 👍👍

The people who give more than one star were probably paid by the staff... I went in a while ago to get a bus ticket... the clerk, without even deigning to say hello, told me that the tickets were sold out and informed me that, stuck to the entrance door, there was a piece of paper with it. I very politely left, despite the response I received, thanking her and wishing me a good day. On the way out, I felt that the clerk was making fun of me for what happened with the customer behind me. On the way out, I noticed the piece of paper... it was all torn and had "ATC tickets sold out" written on it in ballpoint pen... practically invisible, no one would have noticed... I wish I had taken a photo of it... I usually never get upset, on the contrary... but this time I just can't help it... The staff is really rude, ignorant, and exhausted. To do this job you need patience, and they don't have any... I'll never go back, I'd rather have them do it. fine

Sky-high prices. Much more expensive than the serious bars, which offer super-fresh, expertly made food. Two pitiful focaccias, half-empty, with dried-out cold cuts. I can't justify the astronomical price I paid to throw away that pseudo-edible junk. I will never go in there again, not even to get a drop of water to save my life. No one was wearing a mask, and people grab things with their hands. Pitiful, appalling!!! One star is like giving it a 10. I was wrong, given the situation, I should have turned around and left, instead of throwing away my money, giving it to the owner who didn't even make an effort to say goodbye, turning her back. The basics are missing.
