Wow what a great place! Solid pizza and always well stocked. They did a renovation in there so it's a beautiful, clean experience. It's been a pleasure being able to go there so easily and they are so cheap! (cheaper than pizza pizza) Definitely a great pick for a last minute lunch or even a pre meditated one. This place knows what people want and delivers quickly! You just walk in, tap your card and BOOM! Pizza in your hand. No Fuss, No Cuss. Other places have you waiting like 20 minutes. The dips are pricey. I'm a dips fan so I just bought the old 2 liter jug of ranch and keep it with me whenever I'm close by because I never know when my body wants Little Ceasars. Thanks again for keeping pizza so hassle free for everyone. You guys are the best!

very cheesy and tasty pizza. you can find cheese almost everywhere on/in the pizza; on/in the crust, sprinkled on the pizza itself and obviously baked into it. they recently invented a new stuffed crazy crust with cheese and pepperoni stuffed in the crust. if they made more inventions like that, they'd be the most popular pizza place around!

In and out crazy fast at lunch time with fresh, hot pizza, what could be better? Leaving with a happy little boy who received cookies from the staff. Oh and all at a price you can actually afford. I ordered Canadian Thin Pizza and crazy sticks. Overall they were very delicious. The only thing that I didn't like was that they were too salty for me.

My favorite is the Deep Dish Pizza which has a caramelized crust. Overall, this location is clean, and staff are average.

$9.00 stuffed crust deal is awesome and a way better bang for your buck than PiZZa Hut's identical offering that costs $20 MORE. This PiZZa always looks beautiful and tastes great too. The missing star is only because I don't agree with throwing food in the trash which this company has a policy of doing during the hot&ready hours if a pizza doesn't sell within 20 minutes. Aside from disagreeing with their policies this restaurant always has great food and service.

I typically use the Little Caesars app to order delivery; I would pickup from the pizza portal before the pandemic. I love how there's often a free delivery promotion. Most of their pizzas aren't anything special, and often overcooked. But the stuffed crust pizza... that is another story. It's so nice and thick, and the stuffed crust is to die for. I hope you'll bring back the variation that has pepperoni stuffed into the crust! I also like their stuffed crazy bread; the regular crazy bread is a bit bland.

Medium pepperoni pizza always ready for pick up. Deep dish too when it is rush hour. Love their crust, much better than other places. Usually in and out under 5 minutes.

We go to Little Caesars when we are getting pizza for the kids and want to pick up something already made. I don't care for their sauce, but the kids like it well enough.

The cresthaven location has terrible customer service over the phone. The woman who served me rushed me off the phone. Stating there was a line up outside. When i asked for the total for my order. She told me that it would take too long to give me the total. What a shame. She told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When i arrived my order was not ready. She hadn't even punched in my order. I had to re-order again when I arrived. The place was packed I had to wait another 15mins for an order i placed 30minutes prior. After receiving my deep dish pizza, I drove home took a bite. Raw dough..I called them back to make me a new pizza. I had to drive back , return my pizza and grab another one. The woman at the counter was apologetic. I've had good experiences with them in the past. But this time around it was a very unpleasant experience. I suggest going in at a quieter time. They make terrible pizza and crazy bread when it is busy.

Great cheap and fast pizza. 5 minute wait if they are out. Some days the pizza is better than others, but if you have a pile of kids to feed or a birthday party this is the place to go!

Pretty sad they charge a dollar for a small powdering of Parm. Kinda sad to charge extra after the fact for seasonings. Pizza still good for what it is hence the 3 stars. It's the only one out of the 4 I know of in the city that charge for Parm too though.

I was there on Customer Appreciation Day. Obviously (2025-09-17). I cannot speak about other locations, but, when I was there this evening, they seemed insufficiently prepared and overwhelmed by the number of customers It took me 20 minutes from joining the line to getting to the counter and placing my order. Then I had to wait for my order as they did not have a sufficient number of pizzas ready in advance Also, the Customer Appreciation Day special was $ 5 for a classic medium Hot-N-Ready pizza. However, on the order board there was a hand written sign stating that you could buy TWO for $ 8. Despite that sign, I was charged $ 5 each. Given the crowds and confusion, it didn't seem appropriate to argue my case that I was overcharged Finally, while I was waiting for my order to be filled, there very clearly were other customers with smaller orders than mine who had their orders before me, despite their ordering after me

Usually you can goto any little Ceasars and get the same thing as a goto quick meal and go home knowing you have dinner taken care of. But both the pizza and breadsticks here were not on par with any other Little Ceasars. All I came home with was a regret I wasted 20 on a meal that I had been looking forward to after a long day. Spend the extra cash and treat yourself somewhere else.

I ordered online and the driver forgot half my order. When I called the store, they told me there was basically nothing they could do and I would have to go pick up the rest of my order on my own, which defeated the point of ordering in the first place. They did offer to make me something extra to make up for it, but that didn't really help the inconvenience. The pizza was really greasy and not cooked well, overall, a very disappointing experience and I won't be returning.

The main advertising for this restaurant is that everything is hot and ready. I drove for 10mins to this location and then had to wait another 15 mins for my order to be made. Considering the pizza isn't favorite I would have gone somewhere else had I known nothing was ready.

Rather annoyed at service. Picked up 3 pizzas and 2 bread. Said I didn't want the marinara sauce. Got to the car and teens begged for some. Walked back in, was charged for sauce because it was a "different combo." Wasn't worth the argument at the time, but confirmed the falsity when I returned home and called a different shop.

My daughter actually prefers their pizza, but this is my review so....thin and tasteless. Maybe 33%-50% cheaper than better pizzas, so you get what you pay for. Pizza doesn't hold up if you're looking to eat it cold the next day.

My kids normally like their pizza and are crazy about their crazy bread but this order was terrible. The pizza dough was dry and thin. The crazy bread was the same, thin and dry as a cookie. The crazy bread was just made as we waited longer for it, so likely not cooked properly. Worse yet we got 2 packs of the crazy bread!

Pizza was soggy. The box was drenched with oil. I'm not sure if this is how the pizza here is. It was our first time having it and it was terrible! The bottom of the pizza felt like an oil sponge. Awful!

Both thin crust pizza’s arrived damaged and messy. It looked as if someone had dragged their fingers through the cheese. One pizza wasn’t even in a shape of circle it looked as if it was torn and ripped through already. We did not eat it and when contacted they said no refunds were available for this matter. Disgusting.

Terrible location. Ordered online, came at stated time after confirmation email received, paid, told it would take 2min. People who ordered in person AFTER I arrived got their orders until I questioned the staff who completely forgot. Was waiting 30min inside. My order was just sitting there the entire time. Workers also coughing onto ungloved hands as they’re handling the food and packages. Would not recommend.

Very slow workers and mess up orders

I have been going here every Friday for years now. Usually the pizza has been as expected and what I've paid for (hard to say great as it is Little Ceasars), but the last three weeks have not been the same. This week I've had enough. I always order their pizza well done which they used to be competent to do, and every other location I've been to can do, but the last three weeks the pizza is barely cooked to the point the cheese doesn't even look cooked. This week the "crazy crust" they charge $2 for was not actually applied to my kids pizza (which makes for upset children). I get that Little Ceasers is the "fast food" of pizza but it is the one my kids like so I tolerate it. However I will not tolerate low quality pizza and get it not made the way I order it and pay for it. This location, and the other one owned by the same owner at Cresthaven and Strandherd, has lost my business.

Poor quality. Ordered large pizzas for pick up. When I reached home, opened the boxes, wrong pizzas were handed to me. I called about the issue. Person answering the phone behaved in a bad tone. I asked for the replacement. I drove back again for 10 kms to get my order. Poor management skills and poor customer service. Health and safety regulations not followed. Not coming back to this location anymore.

Staffs behaved in an extremely unprofessional and hostile manner. They were visibly angry, and when I tried to place an order, they looked at me with angry and unpleasant expressions. On top of that, they pressured me to leave a tip, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Their rude and aggressive behavior created a very unpleasant experience and reflects poorly on the organization. This kind of conduct should be addressed immediately to ensure a respectful and professional environment for everyone.

Two staff members, a man and a woman, exhibited extremely poor behavior during their interactions. Their conduct was unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment for anyone present. They ignored basic standards of courtesy and failed to treat colleagues and clients with the respect and consideration expected in a professional setting. Such behavior not only reflects badly on themselves but also negatively impacts the reputation of the organization as a whole. Immediate attention and corrective action are strongly recommended to ensure this does not happen again.

My family and I have loved little ceasers for years. However when I was driving my son to work last night we saw a person dressed in the little ceasars mascot outfit on Strandheard with a sign $7.99 pizza and it was 30 degrees out!!! That in humane to have an employee stand in the heat like that. My son and I were both pretty disgusted by that. You may have just lost some customers.

i just got a pizza and crazy stuffed cheese breads. i got home and there was hair in the cheese bread. i called the store and they would not believe me and ask me if i got it from that location. Nobody in there is wearing a hair net or anything . please see pictures .
