Hey... It's a fast food restaurant. The basic Jack burger had improved with time. The chicken bowl teriyaki was quite tasty, and onion rings amazingly crisp, hot and fresh. Across the street on the roof was an amazing surprise on the rooves. I'll leave that as a surprise for you.

This is my first visit to a Jack in the Box, and I would describe the experience as unremarkable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a parking lot, which was very welcome on a busy part of the Pacific Coast Highway. Once inside, we had to wait a while for our order to be taken, despite it being ostensibly empty. The ordering process was easy, and the food arrived promptly. I had the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, which I would say is the equivalent in size and quality of a McDonald's double cheeseburger. The fries were good, if a little oversalted. I could see myself returning if I needed something quick from a drive thru, but I would not make a special trip.

On the positive side, the restaurant ist Clean and the service was good. The menu offers typical American classics as well as some Mexican inspired dishes. The prices are fair and the salad ingredients were all fresh. Compared to restaurant chains in the same price level, the food bland and sauces served with fish are quite acidic in taste. Therefore, as the food was just okay, they served themselves a 3,3/5 star rating.

The food was okay, but the restroom had a very strong odor. It was hard to breathe inside, and the smell spread to the dining area. I hope the management can fix this soon.

Maybe the radio was off... Maybe the guy was wasted, but when I mentioned how difficult it was to communicate to the dude at the window...he told me I should get my hearing checked...fyi my hearing is perfect, y'all getting $20/hr... Have some humility

Owner take note; Online orders seem not to matter. Such bad service another costumer stopped me on the way out of the store to apologize to me for the way the staff treated me. Kind young man.

Slow service, offers promotion for a meal deal get to the front try and order it and they tell you they cant put the deal in because they are learning the new system, incompetent staff and management for allowing this. Either take the promotion down and stop fake offering it or just shut down your piss poor managed spot

Just drove through ordered sourdough chicken sandwich and a large French-fries, at the window I got the order and I look in the bag and it was curly fires, the attendant changed it with regular fries, but after I got home the sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich rather then sourdough. I try calling and they never answered. got so upset I through the sandwich away. By the way the fries were cold too.

This location is along the Coastal Hwy in Newport, Ca. Small store, older style, could definitely use some updating - completely.. The restrooms ( all 3 were Unisex) were not maintained, toilet seats broken, trash all over the floor, smelled bad!! I Dining room tables were dirty, so was the floor. Inspite of these observations, our meal was tasty & fries were hot & fresh. It would help management if a timely dining room & restroom check is done every hour or so. I would return one day to check.

I am a DoorDash driver. I came to this location around 12:30 AM to pick up an order. The lobby was closed, which is understandable, but no one helped me at the drive-thru either. I waited and tried to get their attention multiple times, but I was completely ignored while regular customers were being served. This caused me to lose time and money. Very unprofessional service.

The lady working the drive thru and pickup was terrible she got both orders wrong and yelled at us for her mistake. She needs to work in a warehouse or somewhere where she doesn’t deal with clients.
