Every time I'm bored with food, I find Cava the best choice to eat! The food quality is always top-notch, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that never disappoint. Sam and his team really make the experience special; their service is outstanding, always attentive and friendly. Plus, the atmosphere is just perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner. Highly recommend!

Update - 6/16/24 - For every reason I've always favored a franchise eatery, the LN store is sometimes failing. Consistency of service & quality gets way out of whack on my recent visit during a full line of waiting customers. I wasn't offered the usual falala bread, & the servers are scooping up ingredients sometimes half the normal amount. And many of the add-ons were empty. So it's like they want you to skip that item or they run to the back to replenish a too small container for the number of customers. It all poses a very uncomfortable experience & the bottom line is this is not what Cava management policy dictates. This store needs adult supervision by competent staff trained according to the franchise requirements. I'm adjusting my overall rating to 2 stars as what we see is often only part of what needs fixing. My first visit - i’d rate it 6 stars if i could. Had the create your own bowl with grilled chicken, rice, 2 greens, 5 toppings, the yogurt dill dressing, & klamata olives which help make it all pop with flavor. I was given a complimentary piece of pita bread & fountain drink. Server explained everything. Very clean & inviting dining area.

Edit 12/11. There's clearly something wrong with management at this location. I noticed a big turnover here and all the best servers are gone. The employees seem like they hate working here and some clearly shouldn't be working there to begin with. Please assign a good manager on site and motivate your employees they always look miserable and overworked. Blaze pizza got a new manager and has been doing an excellent job having a great manager on site working with the crew and they operate as a team with plenty of staff and I have gotten great service there ever since. Get a mystery shopper system or have the franchisee owner visit more frequently. ------ Old Review ------ I eat here all the time and the servers are usually very nice and the food is awesome. Its a bit busy here at times and you can see the staff is burnt out but they still provide good service. Maybe they should add one extra staff during rush hours because it can get quite busy here. So happy they opened here.

We went at 1:30 and there were out of green mix. The server went to give me dried out lentils and I had to stop her and ask for fresh ones. When I say dried out I mean dried out!! The next person completely ignored me when I was trying to help my daughter make her bowl. I had to literally wave my face in front of him to let him know what she wanted. This location seems to always be out of something. This location can definitely use some better team management as well. I hope they are able make some changes to this location to help improve.

BOTH bowls were nothing like what we ordered yet the receipt reflected the order correctly. What are the chances they'd get both wrong? Seriously annoying... We've had delivery issues as well (took 1.5hrs) that may or may not have been Kava's issues... But two orders i s enough. Get your overpriced salad bowls right Kava!

I’ve contacted them multiple times about order pickups that have been wrong, like missing avocado which they charge extra or, or having some rouge pita chips in my order when I’m highly allergic to gluten and no one has gotten back to me. I adore cava but the service and lack of response from the company when I’m tired of paying top dollar to either not get everything I ordered or be poisoned it crap. I wanted a refund and would keep coking back but I’m over it now.
