Excellent high end restaurant. We went for a sunset dinner. Creative craft cocktails, amazing dinner and desserts that will leave you wanting more. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the beach is perfect.

We had a WONDERFUL experience, from top to bottom. We were a large group that required multiple updates to our reservation and Cheyenne made that process friendly and easy. Whitney was an incredible server that worked flawlessly with our -some night say high maintenance- large group. The food was all incredible, worth every penny. The spotlight on local food and high quality is obvious and delicious. Between our large party members we had almost every entree on the menu and everyone left so happy with their food and drinks. (The virgin aperol spritz is great btw) If you have a large group, this is a great place to go for a special evening. And don’t even get me staaarted on the view. You’re right one the water and if you are able sunset is a must, it was stunning.

We enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at PACIFIC-O. Not only was the food and service amazing, but the views from our table of the sun setting over the Pacific were breathtaking and romantic. For starters, we had the Maui Onion & Goat Cheese and O’s Farm Salad – with tender fresh greens and creamy cheese: Delightful! Then, for entrees, I ordered the ribeye steak and my wife ordered the Poached Kampachi Fish. Both were mouth-watering delicious! For dessert, we ordered the Banana Bread, which again was fabulous. Our server Jeremy was super energetic and constantly attentive, and we felt very special. Well, our first dining experience at PACIFIC-O was so incredibly great, that we returned a few days later! This time we ordered Pork Belly and Shrimp Wontons for appetizers – which we shared because they were so good! For entrees, we ordered the Kona Ahi Tuna and the Lamb Chops – both were remarkable in texture and dazzling in flavor! For dessert, we shared the Lumpia rolls; the French Press Coffee was great as well. This time, our server was Evelyn, also outstandingly attentive and efficient. We cannot say enough great things about PACIFIC-O, its fabulous food, outstanding service, and beautiful ocean views! Very Highly Recommended.

This place was one of my favorite restaurants in Maui. From the views of the sunset from the outdoor seating area to their exceptional service and delicious food, this place is a real winner. It's perfect for when you want to dress up the occasion of dinner a little bit more than a quick bites or nothing special kind of meal. With their food, they have a pretty good selection of wines to match. Would I go again? Yes.

The prices here were on the higher end, but the food was fantastic. Our server was very attentive and helpful without pestering us... In fact all of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The view on the beachside was gorgeous. I would certainly eat here again!

Great restaurant and location! The food was amazing, westward beach side dining, so fabulous sunset views. I suggest a tour of O'o Farm because all the fresh products are grown there. My mai tai was amazing, and our meals were top notch!

The best meal. Everything is done so well. Flavors are on point. The server was just incredible and she had great recommendations. The view. The ambiance. The flavors. Hands down on my top in the world favorite places I've eaten.

A delicious menu and unique drink options. The cheese plate, with some extra focaccia and olives is a great way to start your meal. The counter intuitive beverage is fantastic. You can't go wrong with the entrees, they all bring what you would expect. Made for a great splurge night in Lahaina.

Amazing! The food was so tasty! The drinks are fancy and strong! The fettuccine was delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful! They even wrote a birthday card for me and had a candle in my desert. Friendly staff.

Romantic beach dinner! Our services was impeccable from check in at the hostess stand to the final bill. I had the swordfish Mai Tai style. The lilikoi buerre blanc was perfection and the pineapple slaw was inspired. Such an outstanding preparation with impeccable execution. My dining partner had the chicken fried chicken. Also outstanding.

This is the facebook post from my best friends about our experience at Pacific O last night. Last year we had this picture taken at Pacific O restaurant while in Maui. Kevin, Lorie and I had the picture put on shirts and we went back to Pacific O tonight wearing them. The entire staff was so kind to us. They comped an appetizer and two desserts and gave me a card with a beautiful message and signed by the entire staff. The chef came out and talked to us and asked me “when did we lose Mike?” For some reason that just hit me as one of the kindest questions I’ve been asked. We had lots of tears and smiles tonight. I almost cancelled because I wasn’t sure I could do this but turned out to be an amazing experience and so glad I went through with it. Thank you Pacific O for the kindness shown tonight & the wonderful food. ❤️💔❤️💔 Laura you're the best!❤

We came here for our anniversary tonight and it was an exquisite experience! Murillo, our server, was incredible. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious from the hand crafted cocktails to the ceviche, the fresh caught Ono, and the ribeye, all absolutely fabulous. The banana lumpia was out of this world amazing as well, highly recommend! They made our special night so wonderful! Seeing the sunset seaside was incredible

In Laihana, Maui. Great atmosphere on the beach with very attentive and helpful waitstaff. The chef is top notch and they cater well to groups. Wonderful views, beautiful plates, and drinks that keep the vibe going.

Perfection is a word often overused. In the case of our dinner tonight, it just doesn't do the meal we enjoyed full justice. The ambiance alone is worth the visit (try getting a reservation outside just before sunset.) The Chef's selection set course was amazing. The wine pairing was as fitting as the food was exquisite. We will be back for sure. Have a special dinner coming up? Just make the reservation :)

Really great ambiance, food, and cocktails! We split the poke, vegetable appetizer, beef fat fries, and the bibimbap. We also added the fresh catch of the day to the vegetables which I highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a good healthy option. The drinks were also incredible. The gold fashion and the rum mafia drink are not to be missed!! Come around sunset if you can!

Oh, dear lord, be still my beating heart - easily the best meal of our trip. Our waitress and water-supplier were unparalleled in friendliness and courtesy. Food was to die for, and my Pavlova was heaven itself. The location on the beach was wonderful - even liked hearing the drums from the luau next door. Do not miss this experience!

Sitting in the lush corner with a beautiful view of the water, I just had one of the best nights of my life. It's an incredible feeling when everyone at Pacific'o is working towards making sure that you have a wonderful experience. I loved every single minute of our time there - especially their take on an ice cream sandwich. Wow. You can really tell when a place puts in the effort to have really fresh ingredients. Just a great place to enjoy some amazing food with wonderful people. I cannot wait to come back.

True farm to table gourmet dinning. Everything is super fresh. Five stars is not enough. Pacific’O is located on the back side of the 505 center. Beach side tables and dinning at its best. Time it right and you’ll get a great sunset too.

Chef prepared the fish we caught fresh that day. He went above and beyond with an AMAZING presentation. Best meal I've ever had!! Chef, hostess, bartender, manager and all the staff were wonderful. Setting is truly paradise. We plan to go back every year while vacationing in Maui.

Pacific’O is a must do when in Maui! Their food/produce comes from O’o Farm on the island and the food quality is spectacular! We had oceanfront seating and amazing service. Our server, Clarissa, made the experience! She was so helpful in telling us about off menu items, drinks and recommendations. We cannot wait to go back here. It was our favorite dinner from our week in Maui!

This restaurant should be a must visit place while in Maui. Also definitely need to book in advance as we couldn’t get a table at sunset so we ate a bit later, but glad we did. We had the Grilled Fish “Mai Tai”, Wagyu Beef Short Ribs along with an O’o Farms salad. All excellent, presentation on the plate simply beautiful. We spilt the avocado lava cake for dessert which was just wonderful. Pacific’o sources their produce from on the island, O’o Farm. Would also highly recommend a tour of O’o Farms which is owned by the same group that owns Pacific’o. We didn’t realize it at the time when we booked both reservations. That was a whole different culinary experience eating brunch there, learning about coffee, trying different herbs and learning about organic farming.

Laid back, friendly staff incredible views of the beach, surfers and Maui life. Excellent burger! The burger has LAMB BACON!!! It is bacon, but it is way better. Highly recommended.

Top notch dining experience, and coming from Chicago, the bar is set pretty high. I honestly didn’t expect to find such great quality in a heavily touristy area. They could easily charge the same for mediocre or even sun-par food and drinks like other places but they truly care about quality. The drinks and food are outstanding and worth the price and much of it is sourced from a local farm. Bar tender Kai gave great service and was awesome to chat with. It was cool to be served by and meet chef McKenna too! Finally, the ambiance, decor and location were perfect.

Pacific'O is a wonderful farm to table restaurant in Lahaina, Maui. Our waiter, Frenchie was the best waiter ever. Kind, thoughtful, sincere and most importantly professional. Every meal was fresh and cooked to perfection. Our experience was truly unforgettable. Thank you Frenchie and staff for the delightful experience. I will definitely return to Pacific'O when in Maui.

Great food, gorgeous views and a staff that both friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival our waiter provided us with the best customer service. He was well educated on both the drink and dinner menus. When I say this man deserves a raise, I really mean it. He pitched some of the entrees that I was not considering and the way he described them… WOW. Above all, the sunset views were something we wanted while having dinner, and although there were huge rain clouds blocking the sunset, it was still incredible.

One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. If you can get a reservation here, do it. We had the poke appetizer which was some of the best poke I’ve ever had. We got the te leaf mahi mahi and seared fish (tuna) for our entree’s - absolutely incredible! We also ordered pina colada’s which are not on the menu and they were sooo good (and dangerous since we wanted more). Our waitress was incredibly friendly and even took our photo for us. The ambience is very romantic with fire torches and string lights on the beach - definitely will be back!

The absolute highest quality food I've ever eaten. Period. They mean it when they say farm to table. This is probably my favorite restaurant and was one of my favorite food experiences. The flavors and quality are unmatched. Thank you guys!!

This place exceeded my expectations! My husband and I are both "foodies" and have had some meals that were supposed to be highly rated but turned out lacking at other places (ex Star Noodle). Pacific'o was incredible. The blackened catch was mind blowingly good! Service was fantastic and had multiple staff wish us a happy anniversary and got a free glass of celebratory champagne which I thought was really sweet. Highly highly recommend if you love fresh and amazing tasting food!

This was the best food on our trip. Many unexpected combinations, all amazingly delicious. Don't miss it!

The views the restaurant has to offer are. We sat on the grass and had a front row view of the ocean and sunset! Try to get a seat out there if you can!!! I had tried to called and make a reservation and the woman on the other line said they would give me a call back, they never did. So I called back at 4 and another woman answered the phone and said they were full and only had one walk in table or the bar. Knowing that we couldn’t get a reservation, my husband and I got dressed and got there right as they were opening, and we were able to get seated right away!!! Overall the experience was good. Our service from our server was very lack luster, it seemed like he really didn’t care to serve us. But the gentleman who was coming around and refilling our water made up for it. We had great conversation with him and he told us cool facts about Maui. As for the food, we would recommend everything we got there!!! Try the banana bread Ice cream sandwiches l, they are unique and delicious!! I also want to let you know that it’s located RIGHT next door to a luau. So If you pick a night to eat there when there is a Luau going, it will be loud.

I would have given 5 stars, but we had a reservation and we were seated a few minutes late and stuck me behind a wall when there was an empty table right next to us that was given to someone after us. It had the perfect view. Otherwise, the food was delicious and the server was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and options. I had the Blackened Fresh Catch. The sauce was spicy which is how I like it. My husband had the Herb Crusted Ahi. He said it was perfect. For dessert, we shared the Avocado Lava Cake. It was rich and creamy and not too sweet. High dollar restaurant. If you get a good table (which is most tables) you will not be disappointed by the sunset. You can also walk out to the beach and get a few sunset pictures while you wait for your table.

Nice restaurant, a bit further up Front Street from the main touristy drag. The food was tasty but pricey. Service was super friendly. We went for a 6:15 dinner reservation so just after sunset, but it's right on the water and the view would probably be great in the daytime.

location of the restaurant was amazing, right on the beach and beautiful at sunset. food was great, a little small on the portions but overall was delicious. Would definitely recommend getting the banana bread ice cream sandwiches. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Very easy public access parking.

Watched an amazing sunset here, whilst eating a delicious dinner. The swordfish with pineapple was fantastic and made a nice change from the usual fish that is available (mahi mahi). Service was a bit slow, but we were not in any major hurry. The views from the outside are worth it alone.

This is a very good and casual, although upscale restaurant. You won't be disappointed in the food, call ahead and try to get a table outside if you really want to get the total package. They have a bar, if you show up early you can sit and enjoy some really well-made cocktails overlooking the ocean. I had the tenderloin here because they were offering Maui beef and I had to try that, there were 13 of us dining in the party and everyone loved their food.

Great food and gorgeous sunset. Service was amazing! The seared wahoo was terrific as well as the Marlin poke. Super surprised how tasty the duck was.

Was here three years ago on a Maui vacation and had one of the best dining experiences ever at Pacific'O. Came back this week for a hopeful repeat but was sadly disappointed. The bar and wait service and the cocktails were amazing - drinks made with farm fresh juices from partner O'o Farm which we visited earlier in the week. Made reservations well in advance for a Birthday event for 4 of us, requesting a table on the beach railing. We didn't get that seating because all but two of those tables were seating for 2. We did get complimentary smaller portions of the beet salad for visiting the farm and that was delicious. The entree menu was extremely limited and included a vegan dish, 3 fish dishes (one with pasta) and a rib eye steak and fries. We had the steak which was a very thin cut and not that tender. Our expectations were high based on our previous experience, but were not met this time around. Given what we spent for this meal and drinks, we're likely to skip a meal here next visit.

Beautiful location and view of the beach! Food was only ok though, fish tacos were ok and my fish and chips were ok but the portion and chew left me wanting. It might just be the type of fish, but not as crispy, flavorful, or tender as I was looking for.

Went here for dinner as it had good reviews. Didn’t go with a reservation since it seemed wide open with time slots on OpenTable. Upon seating, we were greeted with a very friendly server who was unfortunately the only redeeming quality of this restaurant and hence the rating. Started with grilled focaccia and poke appetizers. The poke actually wasn’t bad… tasted fresh and came with crispy taro chips. The grilled focaccia had absolutely no flavor at all except for the burnt char of the grill marks… and I’m not talking the tasty char type.. bitter carbon taste. To top it off, the olive oil they provide has no seasoning to it… so couldn’t help the lack of flavor in the focaccia. For entree I got the filet mignon. That bitter burnt char showed up in the unseasoned steak ruining its flavor. Now the steak was cooked my chosen temperature (medium) but let me tell you… that was the chewiest filet mignon I’ve ever had. The lack of seasoning and the burnt flavor of the grill marks made me want to douse it in the broccoli sauce to see if I could mask it… to no avail. And this filet doesn’t come cheap.. over $50. Overall very disappointed with the food at this place especially for the high prices. The service from our waiter and the location (directly on the beach) was nice though.
