Great service, very friendly staff, and incredibly patient, some woman was holding up the line making a fuss about nothing (though you'd have thought they kicked her puppy) and they kept a smile on their faces the whole time. Gave the poor folks extra tip for their grace under pressure, I know the pain of customer service.

The drinks are always fast. Every time I order while 5 mins away, they’re always ready by the time I come. Today, I came to get my birthday treats from the app offers, and got greeted by a nice staff. He wished me Happy birthday! I’m at that age of not celebrating my birthday anymore, but it’s nice to hear someone saying that on your special day.

There is a free kids playground best suited for family visits and lots of toys for kids to have fun at Target with reasonable prices.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Order online unless you want to wait in line for a while, as this place is pretty consistently popular throughout the day. Don't forget you can get cheaper coffee if you make it yourself.

I like this Starbucks. Drinks are nice, staff is courteous. The design is strange. You can walk through the whole building through this Starbucks. If you are seating in the hallway, people are going to be passing by you throughout your stay there.

Pretty good, straight forward Starbucks. They seem to be much more organized and on top of things than most Starbucks I go to these days. There is nowhere to sit inside or outside.

One of the less busy stores. I was the only one in the store at noon on a weekday. The staff was very nice and got my drink ready quickly. The only reason I took a star off is because this location doesn't have any tables inside for working.

This is a nice Starbucks, the staff are friendly and they usually never mess up on my orders. There's also plenty of seating! Parking in the back costs money now but if your lucky you'll be free or just have to pay a dollar depending on the gate guys mood I guess

Good coming here for years but i guess it made things easier for them trust me all for that. Work hard for not the money deserve to get paid and always friendly. Each the tables or places to eat are gone it looked sort of like a broke down Starbucks when used to be normal. 😂😂

Coffee too expensive. But as there is a lot to order and food quality was good, I give it 3 stars. Service could also be a bit faster. Tables were not clean when I arrived.

I ordered the hot chocolate with cookie crumble and it wasn't made right. The coco was missing and it was just milk with cookie crumble.

No seating, loud, menu difficult to see...behind a pillar. Feels like they don't want customers to stay long. Snacks looked uninviting. Not an enjoyable setting.

There’s no seating whatsoever except a bench. No tables. Don’t come here if you want to sit and have a chat or work.

My frappuccino was a bit more watery than other Starbucks which isn't the end of the world. What's sad is the fact that they took away all the table tops and chargers for this Starbucks. What happened to Starbucks being a place for people to hang out and work? This store is pathetic.

it’s a little bit nasty and the employees are teenagers and they always talk it took them so long to make a matcha latte even though i was the only person there... they added a LOT of powder too... though i do appreciate the manager hiring teenagers i just wish they were good at their jobs...

Received wrong drink. Went back and it’s still wrong, half the cup of ice isn’t considered light ice. Rude workers with bad attitude and costumer services, didn’t come to the cashier, said nothing as I first arrived neither when I left , first time I had any problems with Starbucks, for those questioning it’s just a caramel macchiato with single shot that the workers are unable to make correct. (There was no line or anyone else’s drink being made)

If I could give a zero or minus starts I would. They didn't get my drink right to start then told me they would remake it after an order they were finishing up. Then after making about 10 orders of me waiting patiently one girl girl after I had to ask what was going on told me oh my manager said you would took a sip we can't do that. Then I asked for manger a normal cashier talks to me and is faker then anyone I've delt with! He proceeds to tell me im right and he will hook me up later if he sees me acting totally genuine and tells me he's not the manager the manger was just shaking her head no. Which was so frustrating bc I asked for them from the beginning. so, I asked for the correct manager and who is it the guy who made my drink so obviously he was but hurt about me not being statisfied. She tells me I'm. Not making another one takes my drink and throws it across the work area at a garbage can and misses mind you. Then two faced comes up and says let her throw her temper tantrum (real professional on both their parts!) at least you got it our drink. I felt as if he was being sincere would I went out of my way to tell him I really appreciated him for everything. now for two face to show his true colors. I walk back in after working from my car bc I saw them all continue to talk about me and chuckle along with make comments which aren't hard to read of their lips or the fact they quite down when I get within hearing distance. Even though l heard all the rude comments and never usually say anything people need to know the truth! Bc a store is not ok and Corp should make an example of them. For lying, poor attitudes and the shady behavior exuborated at their location!

This was the grossest Starbucks I have ever been in. I went to get some work done and get a drink. Water was spilled all over the floor, it smelled bad and felt super dirty. The drink didn't taste good I'm not sure if it was because of the building or was really bad.

One employee is particularly rude. We asked for water for our puppy and he said we had to buy a coffee firstbto ask for water.

Four girls working when I came in, didn’t get any of their names but they didn’t care at all that they were at work, two of them standing around talking, the one who took my order at the register put in a completely different drink. The barista who served it up forgot the 2 pumps of caramel sauce ***written on the label***, I waited two minutes to get her attention while she was standing around talking to her coworker and when I told her about the caramel sauce, she gave me one pump on top of my drink, gave me a “don’t bother me again” look, and walked back to her coworker to chat it up.

No seating. The store looks like it’s just been robbed. The dragon drink I got is 70% of ice. Trenta size is like 10oz of actual drink. Will not visit again.

Slow and poor service. Employees are more interested in chatting with themselves than serving customers. When I communicated my dissatisfaction with them, the store supervisor, Brandon "Ribel" told me to "be quiet if you want your drink". Then, after getting my drink, it was made wrong!!! Unbelievable.

This Starbucks used to have plenty of tables indoors and outdoors. Now there are only 3 tiny dingy tables inside (all 3 were occupied), no tables outside (it’s sad because it’s a beautiful day) the outlets have been removed, and the floor needs sweeping. The bathroom has a sign that says "Employees Only", however the barista was kind and let me use it. The bathroom was dingy and in disrepair. Don’t come here for a break, this Starbucks is only good if you want take out. The baristas are friendly, kind, and hardworking, but they were understaffed.

Waited for 10 min in line to be served. Watched people leave without purchasing anything due to lack of service. Not even a good morning recognition they were waiting or sorry we are backed up. When I did get to tbe counter to place my order I asked for the combo to use the restroom which is locked. I was told it was not for customer's use! Taking my business to Pete's Coffee now. This SB is garbage!

As soon as a cashier comes to take our order, the old man jumps in front of us and starts ordering. I inform the man that there is a line and he tells me that he knows and he was here first. It blew my mind because he literally walked in after us and just went in front us in front of the cashier. Instead of the employee helping us out in the situation she ignores us and takes the man's order without even telling him that he should wait in line. Poor training, service, and terrible employee. Was so upset about the situation we just left.

He spent about 10 minutes unloading, all while I was helplessly trapped in car, cold, hungry, my family was waiting for me but I was unable to leave. He should just move the truck and let me go but he didn’t. This blatant disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable. I urge Starbucks to address this issue seriously to prevent such inconsiderate behavior from negatively impacting other customers in the future!

You have an employee's only bathroom but not a customer bathroom.You still charges seven dollars for a cup of coffee And only provide about for yourself. Peet's has a bathroom for their customers. I'll go there from now on. Simply ridiculous.
