A friend told me about Cafe Rio a decade ago and I finally made my way here. Spacious with plenty of seating but the parking lot is cramped. No line and it moves fast. Very much like Chipotle but the flavors have a lot more kick and the tortillas are made fresh right in front of you. Came here on Taco Tuesday and the tacos were $3. I had to downgrade my other Taco Tuesday reviews because the tacos here were that much better. Generous portions and outstanding flavors earns 5 stars.

My mom is very sensitive to spiciness and after she received her enchilada meal I explained to Alba and she happily remade her order and was very friendly about it. This kind of wholesomeness and friendliness is sadly rare these days, but it was nice to see somebody that was so sweet and caring. Alba smiled, didn't complain and made a potentially awkward situation into a great experience. Can't thank her enough ❤️.

This location is extremely clean and it's not overly crowded Lindsay was so helpful she made all of the food super fresh and delicious and was very kind. They have deals everyday of the week for different food items I was able to get a salad on sale for $11 instead of $16. I got the Pollo asado which was very delicious with black beans and everything else. The food tastes so good the tacos are also good but they are a little pricey.

This specific location was awesome. We walked in, got in line to order our food. As we got to the first part of our order, standard procedures and service was as usual. The second part of the process, the young woman behind the counter was extremely apologetic and courteous. She explained that she was putting fresh stuff out and she was just cleaning the station up a bit. She apologized profusely and over and over again, but did it so quickly! She made it sound like she was inconveniencing everyone, but really did such an amazing job and fast! The restaurant was clean and in good order.

One of our main go to Taco Tuesday places. Not only is it priced right but the food is excellent. For me it's all about the sweet pork. The tacos are a good size so I only need 2. The ingredients are fresh and the tortillas made on sight. Add rice, beans (pinto or black) and soda for a couple of bucks. They have a large selection of sodas and yummy horchata. There's always seats available.

Wonderful experience today. Honestly the staff were all so nice and helpful in figuring out what to order. The gentleman preparing my food was kind & patient, the young man who took my payment was super sweet and polite and even the other employee working was cheerful and wished me a great day. I rarely encounter such professional and friendly people working these days so it truly made my day. The location off El Toro Road more than exceeded my expectations and I will be back. Thank you!

Never disappointed with this place!! I always order my taco on wheat and the rest of the family love their flour tortillas. The elotes corn is yummy! Mybfave deal is every tues, taco $2.99

Love this place! Think Chipotle but with good food and service. Had my "tester" meal for Mexican food...Nachos. they were fantastic, the chips were very fresh and the sweet pork was as advertised, sweet! (and pork I'm sure) soundtrack was upbeat and fun and all the employees looked happy. Definitely adding to the rotation!

Awesome authentic healthy delicious en every bite with great service. The restaurant provides a clean and organized environment, offering a refreshing air-conditioned atmosphere perfect for hot summer days. Our experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and hospitable manager named Yebra, who ensured that the staff took excellent care of us. We had previously visited this Rio establishment, and while the service was merely satisfactory on those occasions, today was truly special. The burritos were meticulously prepared, featuring deliciously grilled steak, flavorful barbacoa, tender shredded chicken, and succulent shredded pork. The nachos were generously piled high with chips, protein, rice, beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole, providing a satisfyingly hearty meal. The ordering process involved three simple steps: selecting a freshly made homemade tortilla, choosing a protein marinated in delightful juices, and then adding rice, beans, salsas, lettuce, fresh guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Drinks are abundant and lot's of healthy choices. By the end of the meal, the entire party was thoroughly satisfied with their dining experience. It was evident that we would definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future, eager to enjoy another delightful meal.

Came in on Taco Tuesday just before 1 pm to check out the new remodel. Very little wait for food. The new dining room and queue area looks great! The food is delicious. It's been a few months since my family has been here so I don't know how new the increase in prices are. Taco Tuesday tacos are now $2.49 each and rice & beans come with a drink for $3. So for $8 you can get a pretty satisfying meal. I'm very thankful that they still offer the Niño Quesadilla for free. Overall great experience here. Will definitely come back soon.
