Convenient location with easy access to 5 Freeway and numerous restaurants and shopping. Fair amount of inside seating as well as shaded outside tables. Friendly staff and great menu choices.

I prefer Pete’s coffee over Starbucks I need to have a week they have much better flavor as a post to Starbucks coffee which is too sugary and has become the McDonald’s of the coffee arena people here are always friendly and I enjoy hanging out working hereg

Everyone is always in such a great mood there that it's automatically contagious. The coffee is always smooth never bitter. Makes me happy!

Coffee and pastries are amazing and service is excellent. Nice atmosphere and it is never too crowded (at least any of the times I've been).

This is a great Peet's location. They are very fast with their orders and the employees appear very friendly the past several times I have come in.

My only complaint is the outdoor seating is adjacent to busy roads. But that's why it's easy to get to, and I usually sit outside anyway.

It's Peet's, so the coffee is obviously some of freshest and most flavorful around, the location is close to the freeway and easy to get to for a commute, but the best part of this store is the staff. Many have been at this store for years, making you feel comfortable walking in the door. Give them a smile and they always smile back, and their drinks are always fantastic.

This Peet's is always great! They even make "special" off-menu drinks for my little one (ask for a strawberries and cream blended). Food options are pretty standard, but they can run out earlier in the day since the hours are limited. The baristas are always so good!

I may be sentimental about this location because of my frequency of visits during the season of life I was in but I love this location. For a period of four months, during a time when I was self-employed and struggling a bit financially, I would come to this a location, treat myself to a vanilla latte and write my blogs. The staff are always engaging, personable, and kind. The atmosphere is always great. I've been to other locations, but for some reason none can compare with this one. Thanks for being great!

Employees always seem happy and very helpfully 9/10 times I visit. With customer service sometimes your going to catch a bad day with an employee from anywhere. This location for Peet’s I’ve barely encountered this issue. I’ve gone an extreme amount of times over the years and have probably had a rough 100 drinks there and probably 92 of them were great quality beverages. Without a doubt this store has earned a honest review

Call, but they are closed as of Feb 2026. Next door at Corner Bakery they have espresso, lattes, and pretty much what Peet's (at that location) had. Corner Bakery has wifi.

If coffee is you Get up or if its just you fancy, well you can have them both. Great service, lots of choices to pep you through your day. Try the snacks too they can give you that extra swing on you tight schedule. First and formost, Enjoy

Good place for coffee, raised their prices on coffee and only sell in one pound increments now. I am thankful for the nice people that work there otherwise not sure I’d keep buying coffee here.

Been stopping here for years every time I am in the area. Love Peet’s coffee and their pastries the almond croissant is my fav and their seasonal pumpkin loaf is awesome as well.

My first time there was extremely good, this next time ( the next afternoon ) the millennial kid at the counter is an impolite Lightly rude worker.. Along with one of patrons, the patron pushed me aside, I let it go.

5 Stars for product 1 Star for non-service Peet's is my favorite for fresh coffee beans. Walked in tonight (1st time at this store since I moved to MV) at exactly 7:59. Blond guy clerk refused to sell me 2 lbs of coffee.... Said they closed at 8 o'clock and the cash register automatically locks and could not be used... My suggestion would be if you're closed for service, lock your door so customers don't come in to be turned away.

I walked in for a cup of French Roast, friendly cashier said no dark roast right now, let me check. Another staffer checked the draw and gave 3 types they can brew, no French Roast. So disappointed...not good Peets considering I only drink your French Roast...

I love Pete’s coffee and I have been in the one in Aliso Viejo and the one on campus and the one on El Toro few times but the one on El Toro, they have the worst attitude!!! just because I like to go there because it’s closer to my house so I hope they change their attitude,..otherwise I will be going to the one in Aliso Viejo they have the best attitude 😀😀😀thank you

The ease of in and out at this spot is awesome. I also love the corporate app people. I messed up on an order by location and they were quick to resolve same day! This is my favorite location in the area. Aliso has nothing on these guys.

The simplest order takes forever! When you ask why your drink takes so long, arrogant and argumentative baristas tell you they are compelled by policy to make phone and online orders before any in-store order, and that there is nothing that can be done about it. I had to walk out twice from a store, with no other customer inside, without my order, after waiting more than 10 min each time. It took almost two weeks to get a refund from District Manager.

This WAS a great Peets but it is CLOSED. Google Maps didn’t tell us that!
